My Döner Ingelheim in Ingelheim am Rhein

I went to eat with my grandson at 5:30 pm... he wasn't even asked how he wanted his doner kebab (which sauce, which salads). They were very busy at the counter, curt, and even rude. The doner meat was too dry for my taste, there was only one sauce per plate, and the selection of side dishes was very limited.

The guy at the kebab stand was absolutely outrageous!! Unfriendly and aggressive. The fries were old, cold, and way too salty. That was the last time!

I can't comment on the food. I didn't even get a chance to order because the girls were completely overwhelmed with six guests ahead of me at a table and two more who wanted to pay. I just wanted a burger to go, and they immediately said, "This will take a while, we're very busy." I thanked them and left. The kebab shop across the street then made me a first-class burger.

To understand the star rating, a little context is needed. We've been eating at this kebab shop every Friday for nine years, even under the previous owner. We're usually satisfied with the food, so we give it five stars for the food. Since our children's school hours changed, we've been ordering more often through Lieferando (this kebab shop doesn't offer any other delivery option). Unfortunately, this shop has a major problem with it. Three or four times already, the delivery has taken a very long time. Today was the worst: I ordered shortly after 1 p.m., and it was delivered shortly before 3 p.m., almost two hours later. No call (they have my number through Lieferando), no information, nothing. When I called myself after an hour and a half, all I got was: the error was Lieferando's fault, and the food was already on its way. I don't want to accuse the restaurant of anything, but when the food finally arrived after 20 minutes—which is already a long time considering they said it was on its way (the journey takes about 7 minutes by bike, 3.5 by car)—the delivery driver arrived on an e-scooter, which he even tried to hide behind our car. The food was only lukewarm/cold, so it must have been sitting out for a while; the fries were already soggy, unlike usual. My guess is that Lieferando wasn't having a problem, but rather that the restaurant didn't have enough delivery drivers and/or staff. We'll be ordering from somewhere else weekly from now on. I simply would have appreciated much more honesty and communication.

The food here is delicious and the portions are generous. The pizza is also good.

Fruit flies are everywhere on the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.! The only response was that there's nothing they can do about it! You can, for example, There are special fruit fly traps, and you can wipe the fruit flies off the windows every now and then with a cloth. It's just a lot of work. It's not good hygiene that nothing is being done about it. I'm a regular customer, but that was the last time I ate or ordered from there for a long time!

I was there today and had the best kebab of my life! I'll be back!

Delicious kebab with freshly prepared food. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat and bread has declined somewhat in the last year, despite significantly increased prices. The only downside is the location, right on the main street.

If you're looking for a quick kebab 😉, then this is the place for you. Very tasty, fresh, and generously topped. The service takes a bit of getting used to, but it's okay. The ambiance is functional and simple, but clean.

I love eating your chicken salad. Delicious seasoning. It's brutally warm inside in the summer, but I find the seating under the vine-covered roof cozy.

The kebab wasn't particularly tasty, and the service was also very lackluster. The food tasted very strange, and I had a stomach ache after two hours. Not recommended.

We go out to eat in different restaurants or snack bars about every two weeks in a group of five to ten people. Here we always receive a friendly welcome, we are allowed to rearrange the tables and the staff helps. The food is delicious and inexpensive.

They can't even do pizza properly. Instead of tomato sauce we used Tabasco… no word for it. The pizza was inedible except for the edge!

Such packaging has been banned in the EU since 2021. I wouldn't recommend a shop that uses something like that!

We ordered last Friday for 5 people. We order there often and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately not on Friday. We complained about a pide of minced meat, and twice it was basically a pizza dough with the Lamacun sauce on it without minced meat. All 5 salads were without dressing or spices. The fries were soapy and limp. The schnitzels without seasoning and disgusting breading. The taste was disgusting. The service and delivery time were great as always.

The worst kebab I've eaten in my life. I come from near Wiesbaden and have eaten a few kebabs... I've never experienced anything like it in terms of taste.

Unfortunately, something in the Lamacun wasn't quite as good because my stomach couldn't tolerate it at all. Prices are great for the portion sizes.

I have now tried the menu and various dishes for 4 days in a row and was very impressed and very satisfied with the variety and the quality of the dishes. The shop stands out clearly from a “normal kebab snack bar”. Very clean and tidy, price and performance are completely acceptable and the employees are very nice and customer-oriented.

I recently went to this kebab shop which offers a wide range of products. Unfortunately, variety seems to come at the expense of quality and efficiency. I had ordered a burger and six nuggets and asked in advance how long it would take because I was in a hurry. The waitress told me about 10 minutes, which I thought was okay, even if it was rather long for pre-made products. However, I ended up having to wait a full 20 minutes even though there were hardly any other guests there. The price of 15 euros for a burger and nuggets is also quite high, especially considering that the products are pre-made. The friendliness and cleanliness of the store were okay, but the long waiting times and high prices unfortunately significantly reduce the experience.

When the kebab man finished smoking outside, he went straight back to the counter without washing his hands. Just disgusting. This didn't exist 7 years ago, hence the update. The constant, stupid ringing of the Lieferando phone was also quite annoying. Too bad! Too bad! Too bad!

I've been disappointed lately. Food was cold and the sauce was missing today. I had to wait over an hour for this. Orders will no longer be ordered here so quickly.

Unfortunately, when we arrived in Ingelheim, many restaurants were closed or you had to make a reservation in advance. So after our search for a restaurant we came across “My Döner”. And it was a stroke of luck. I ordered a kebab plate and my wife ordered a pizza. The kebab plate was super tasty, the quantity was more than enough for me, the best in a long time. My wife's pizza was also very satisfying. The next time we are back in Ingelheim we will be happy to visit My Döner again

Absolutely the best in Ingelheim! Complete ! Today was the first time for me and my girlfriend to order via Lieferando, but it's already confirmed for me! Dürüm & Lahmacun were great in terms of taste and warm anyway! The delivery person was friendly and the food was nicely packaged with a wrapper in addition to the aluminum foil and so on. (I'm sure others do it too, but I just haven't seen it yet) The whole thing just looked great. Price performance is also perfect, especially with the specially ordered sauces/dips. I'm just happy that not only I but also my girlfriend is convinced. So if you feel like going to Dürüm again and so on, then here it doesn't matter whether you order again or just walk by.

So far tried kebab and lahmacun there. Overall, it's delicious. The kebab bread is generally good, but it always breaks, making the kebab difficult to eat.

Tut uns sehr leid wegen dem Missverständnis heute mit der Nr.61. Ihr macht echt den besten Döner der Stadt.

Sicherlich mit einer der besten Döner dich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Der Service war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente passt zu einem Döner-Imbiss, könnte aber etwas gemütlicher sein. Zur Info: Es gibt keinen Alkohol

Eines vorab: Der Döner ist wirklich spitze, tolles knuspriges Brot, leckere Saucen und zart-krosses Fleisch, dafür spontan 5 Sterne. Der Service ist aber wirklich noch verbesserungswürdig: Trotz 3 Mann hinter der Theke ist das Personal schon bei einer Hand voll Kunden gefühlt überfordert. Vorbestellungen sind nicht vorbereitet, Sonderwünsche werden vergessen und die Pommes werden regelmäßig zu lange in der Fritteuse gelassen. Ich bin gespannt, ob sich hier auf Dauer was tut.

Sehr leckeres Essen hat sehr Lecker geschmeckt. Das Lamacun ist Frisch zubereitet frisch gemacht, ich war sehr zu frieden, werde auf Jedenfall jeden weiter emphelen.

In Ordnung, aber nicht mehr so gut wie früher leider.

Moin, essen war gut und reichlich aber die Preise sind uns mittlerweile zu hoch, ein Dönerteller 12,- Euro und ein Döner Sandwich für 7,- Euro. Schade, da gehen wir dann nicht mehr so oft hin.

Immer wieder Gut / Brot absolut Hammer! Zutaten Frisch, Soßen und Fleisch ebenso Klasse! Wer einen gutenDöner essen möchte, i"ss"t hier absolut richtig!

Sehr gute Döner,auch der Spezial" ist sehr zu empfehlen.Aber auch die Pizzen sind verdammt lecker.Alles Geschmackssache,aber uns,nach vielem Testen anderer Läden,hier schmeckt es uns am Besten!

Erste Mal da gewesen. Große Portionen und sehr leckeres Dönerfleisch sowie frischer Salat. Sehr positiv, Soßen waren extra verpackt zum Mitnehmen. So bleiben Pommes und Fleisch ohne Aufzuweichen. Schöner großer Raum.

Das dönerbrot ist sehr knusprig, im döner sind allerdings kleine gurkenstückchen, welche meines empfinden nach manchmal zu viel impact auf den geschmack des döners haben. Ausserdem ist zu kritisieren, dass man überdurchschnittlich lange wartet. Der Lahmacun war eine 10/10 gibt nix zu meckern. Auch die pizza ist nicht schlecht und wurde mit lieferando sehr schnell nach hause geliefert

Preis Leistung top! Leider steh ich nicht auf Knobi Soße mit Kräutern und das Brot wird zu hart erhitzt, zerbricht leider jedesmal beim Essen
