The food arrived an hour later than promised (a total of 2.5 hours of waiting time) and the dough wasn't cooked through at all. A real shame! The quality used to be better...

We waited 45 minutes longer than stated, and the food arrived cold. The pizza was cold, the box soggy. The tacos were just vegetables with soggy chips. When we called, they said, "I can send it again, and it will be the same. It's ready now..." Great, never again. I'm done.
