My Burger Bistro in Emmendingen

Drive In…3x in Folge hat was gefehlt in der Tüte! Schlimm dass man jedes Mal alles kontrollieren muss. Wer nicht kontrolliert, ist spätestens zuhause enttäuscht!!

We ordered pizza for a big event. At first everything was great, the people were nice and said that a large order wouldn't be a problem, but that they needed enough time (about 2 hours). Since it was agreed upon, we were able to count on the time well. The delivery time was also adhered to as discussed. When the order arrived, we had already sent the money. We used the prices from their website. The bill ended up being almost €40 more than we calculated because the online prices only apply if you order online. Since we ordered over the phone, all pizzas were €1-1.50 more expensive than expected. The drivers then just said that there was nothing they could do about it, they just drove. When they left, we noticed that one pizza was delivered incorrectly and one was completely missing. We called again to report the missing pizzas and have them delivered. Then a very rude person on the phone said that everything was delivered as ordered and hung up. We checked everything again and called again because it wasn't right. They then send the two missing pizzas. The pizzas tasted okay, but the service was terrible. If I could, I would give 0 stars. We ordered there last time.

Currywurst with warm sauce...well 🥱 Coffee was at least 6 hours old according to the service 🤮

Pizza was okay, just a bit dry, the lasagne was actually just sauce with 4 noodles and some cheese, so it was more of a soup, unfortunately it wasn't that tasty..
