You can only reserve online for up to 6 people for the all-you-can-eat for 2.5 hours. However, there were 8 of us on site and that wasn't a problem. Everyone chose the hot pot and grill all-you-can-eat (€46 per person). The waitress then came with a piece of paper on which we could tick what we would like for the hot pot and grill: pork, beef, seafood, vegetables, rice, pasta, one or two types of fish and no rice. They have an extra small stand for side dishes and sauces as well as 2-3 types of fruit and a ready-made cake that tastes like it was bought and that you can get again and again. We found the price okay. Other restaurants charge almost €40 for a one-off meat plate but offer good beef and seafood. Negative: The cola tasted like it had been open for a few days. It smells like a barbecue because there is no extractor hood. The waitress was in a hurry even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. She constantly told us what to put in the hot pot and on the grill instead of explaining to us how to adjust the heat of the grill and hot pot because the instructions are not written in German or English.

Not recommended. The waitress was very rude.

The service people are really unfriendly Hygiene is a real problem here. There were so many flies around the buffet that I lost my appetite right from the start. As a Korean, I know kimchi well, but it is too sweet and old-fashioned. The smell of meat is really strong.

Self-service hotpot➕BBQ. We ordered two together, so it was 50 per person. You can go for fresh pictures. If you are pursuing taste, it is enough to go to Private Kitchen Gushu at this price.

The concept itself is great, I think the price is okay too, but some of the meat was inedible. Everything tasted like rubber. Seafood was good and things like rice cakes, mushrooms or mussels were good. Little choice of sauces, which is really missing from all the unseasoned food. But the worst was the service. The waitress literally yelled at us and ticked things off the All You Can Eat menu that we didn't even want to eat. There were six of us and we had two menus. We ticked maybe 5 things on one of the menus because you can always reorder. The employee comes to us, snatches the sheet out of our hands and starts ticking off almost everything else on her own. For a restaurant that says that you should only order as much as you can eat and have to pay for what you don't eat, that's very cheeky.

Yesterday we had a great evening here with great food. Despite some bad reviews, we wanted to try this restaurant. And what can I say? We cannot understand these reviews: Service: First Class! Very friendly, courteous and attentive lady. We felt very comfortable with her. Food: very fresh and delicious! Ambiance: very pleasant! We had HotPot and Korean BBQ and loved it! You choose the broth and ingredients on a piece of paper. These are then brought by a robot shortly afterwards. If you had any questions, the waitress was there and was very friendly and helpful. The whole thing is a bit expensive but definitely worth the money. We come here more often!

This is the worst hot pot restaurant in Munich. When you eat at their restaurant, you need to look at the looks of several aunties. Their attitude is terrible. We were not allowed to sit downstairs if there were empty seats. We couldn't find a suitable place upstairs. The location, and the hot pot area upstairs smells disgusting and is very narrow. I don’t know how much saliva is on the food on the conveyor belt. It’s so disgusting🤢. My friends had a bad attitude. If I wanted to sit down and have a normal meal, I had to eat their unpalatable barbecue. My friends persuaded me to leave. We had hotpot, all you can eat. It would be 5 if there were quail eggs. The food was fresh, the staff was extremely nice, and attended and of our wishes. We were there for lunch on a weekday so it was not that busy. Overall, really loved it. I do wish that the broth was a bit more flavourful (tomatoes specifically).

Very nice restaurant but the beef and shrimp did not taste the best, and the server kept coming over to grill our food for us. But overall nice restaurant and cute cat robot!

The atmosphere was very appealing, we were immediately greeted politely and shown to our seat. The waitress politely helped us choose the dishes, even if she more or less chose and ticked a few things herself, so unfortunately we ended up with a little leftover food. The quality of the food was surprisingly good and the appetizer/sauce counter was very spacious, I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful BBQ and hot pot Restaurant! We had a great time and the food was plenty with lots of meats to choose from and fry and cook for ourselves. I can only recommend it!

So first of all, anyone who gives a bad review here I have to say it's your own fault because you are responsible for your own food! The quality is phenomenal, super fresh and the selection is incredible. The waitresses are super nice and help you order the food. And if you still say it doesn't taste good then you can't grill, and now you don't complain of your own free will and know that you are responsible for the preparation yourself.

It was my first time eating hot pot and I was thrilled. The selection is simply huge. You get a piece of paper with all the ingredients in advance and can then tick what you would like. There is also a small buffet with starters, desserts, fruit and a corner where you can put together your own sauce. The service was friendly and attentive. All in all, I was very impressed with the concept and would love to come back!

Had all you can eat hotpot. Beef and veggies were but certain seafood items were not awesome, especially crayfish. Merlot was good.

WARNING!!! Catastrophic… We had already been to another HotPot & BBQ ayce and thought it would be the same here... unfortunately we were disappointed! Here you don't order what you want and when you want via tablet like with the typical ones, but rather using a piece of paper. You tick which types of meat, fish and vegetables you would like, they will then bring it to you and you are only allowed to order more (even if it is just a piece of beef) when everything is empty! In addition, if you tick Entrecote you only get 1 piece for 3 of them... Other things that are cheaper to buy, such as chicken, shrimp and the like, are overpriced to fill you up! There is next to nothing at the “self-service counter” and anyone looking forward to dessert will be very disappointed. The service only came after 15 minutes, even though there wasn't much going on, to take the first food order and it was persistently suggested that you should order more to drink... Staff sit at a table 1 hour before closing time and eat dinner instead of serving the remaining guests or at least cleaning the space next to (table to table)… Never again, nothing but waste of money and disappointment!

The staff is enthusiastic to serve, you can mark all the dishes to eat buffet hot pot, the staff will bring them out to you. When you finish eating, you can order again until you are full, but you are not allowed Pack leftovers to take home, We choose 2 types of soup to dip into the hot pot: 1 spicy type 1 (1 chili), and 1 type Tom Yam Gung. I recommend that you eat less spicy, don't choose soup number 1 (1 chili), it's very spicy, not mildly spicy (I'm a good spicy eater but find it very spicy). It's best to choose Tom Yam Gung hot pot soup, mildly sour and spicy, very suitable for eating hot pots of all kinds. Food before and dessert after the meal are free, however there is not much to choose from. In addition, if you don't like hot pot, you can choose to eat BBQ, or a combination of both (both hot pot and grilled food are fine).

Super tasty and worth the money

It was our first time eating like this. It was definitely a great experience! The food was great, the service was very attentive and friendly. And when asked because it was someone's birthday, the robot gave a little serenade with a piece of cake and a candle. Thank you for that!!! The only small point of criticism is that there could be a few more desserts available. We'll definitely be back!!! ☺️

Treasure Hot Pot Restaurant is unexpectedly good. The ingredients are fresh and the pot bottom is authentic. The waitress was very enthusiastic and accommodating, and patiently helped us explain the recommended dishes. She strongly suggested that the boss give her a higher salary and add chicken drumsticks.

Nice ambience in the small eating houses. The food was very tasty and the portions were monstrous. The waitress checked on us every now and then and made sure that everything was fine for us. The service robot was a real eye-catcher. Now a day later I'm lying flat with food poisoning that won't come back.

A very poor experience. Heard it reopened, gave it a try. Opted for the most expensive hot pot and barbecue buffet, only to be scolded by the waiter during the first order for not ordering enough vegetarian options. After I got angry, the waiter said nothing. Such bullying behavior is unimaginable. The second time we ordered more, there was again a discrepancy between the quantity served and what we ordered, but we didn't want to argue anymore. Finally, when paying, the same waiter was very unfriendly, slamming the bill on the nearby table. This waitress was a middle-aged Asian woman. Such expensive prices and discriminatory service compel me to give the lowest rating. Apart from the service issue, the food was also frozen meat, hardly justifying the price.

Impatient, unfriendly staff. We reserved a table, but we couldn't sit at the reserved table because both waiters/resses didn't listen to us and just turned around and walked away. Too few staff, ordering and paying for drinks takes an extremely long time. There was very little choice, the same thing always came. Soup wasn't that tasty, where did we cook the food? During my visit to Munich I couldn't resist coming here. The lady gave us great advice and was honest enough to tell us that we could tick more boxes. The quality of the meat was A1! Vegetables also very fresh and delicious! You just have to season fish, but otherwise the pureed shrimp were our personal highlight. The operation is replaced by a small robot, which is of course worth an experience. The ambience is very nice, rustic and bright. However, there is no legroom due to the hotpot, but that didn't bother us any longer. It's okay that there isn't a lot of dessert to choose from, because you're more there for the hotpot and BBQ. I will definitely come back!

The best Chinese food in Munich! The price is acceptable, there are a variety of ingredients and there is a self-service bar with unlimited access (side dishes, fruits, desserts, ice cream) There are many customers in the store but the food delivery is fast! The all-you-can-eat menu offers almost no missing orders. I also take the initiative to introduce dishes, hot pot and barbecue methods to my foreign friends. I don’t rush people during the meal and I feel really full😆 There is a younger female waiter who is very kind and quick. It is a pleasant dining experience. Thank you! The ventilation in the store is also OK. Compared with other barbecue restaurants, your clothes will not stink after eating. The only suggestion is that there are barbecue sauces and the hygiene can be improved a little 🙏🏻

Food was ok. Price / performance are not in proportion. Once you're there, you won't go there again. Beef and chicken had a strange aftertaste - purely subjective guess, meat may have been treated with baking soda, which makes it very tender and gives the impression of high quality.

You're definitely getting full. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The food tasted great and there was clearly enough of it. The only problem is the parking situation.

Not recommended at peak times. We were there on the weekend evening and ordered the All you can Eat BBQ. We got a very tight space for 6 people. Upon request, we were not allowed to receive more than a single plate of meat or vegetables per round. In total, we only got 3 rounds in 3 hours of waiting because the service mostly forgot about us or didn't keep up with us. Otherwise the food quality would have been ok.

We went there to eat HotPot. It wasn't our first time and therefore we didn't need any instructions. • The selection was ok • Meat in the usual frozen quality • Some of the mussels were completely sandy (which meant that the broth was also full of sand) • the condition was friendly, but sniffled the whole time and seemed to have a cold. • the selection of desserts was limited and the ice cream had formed crystals due to frequent thawing and freezing. • unfortunately the brew had hardly any taste :(

Ci hanno fatto sedere alle 21:30, alle 22:30 mentre stavamo ancora cuocendo il cibo ci sono venuto a mettere fretta per finire tutto dicendoci che alle 23 dovevano chiudere. Some of the negative reviews on here sort of scared me but I'm glad we still went (on NYE). The waiters were friendly, just not the big smile in your face kind but a very typically Chinese kind of friendly - rather serious, direct but extremely attentive. We never had to wait more than 5 seconds to get someone's attention. Food was good too. For the All You Can Eat you get two trays of meat and unlimited veggies and seafood. For us, it was a perfect mix of things. One star off because some things only came out when we were full already, would've been cool to have the full choice from the beginning on. Would definitely come again if I feel like authentic Hotpot like in Shanghai!

整体来说火锅比烤肉合算，可选的东西多，而且烤肉不铺垫纸很容易糊，换铁盘也不及时。小菜的猪耳朵和酱牛肉很赞，口水鸡对我而言味道不够。机器人服务员很可爱。卫生一般，桌子油腻腻。Im Allgemeinen ist Hot Pot im Vergleich zu Grillfleisch kostengünstiger, es gibt viele Optionen zur Auswahl und das Grillfleisch kann leicht anbrennen, wenn kein Papier ausgelegt wird, und die Pfanne wird nicht rechtzeitig ausgetauscht. Die Schweineohren und das Rindfleisch in Sauce sind sehr lecker, aber das Hühnchen in Szechuan-Stil schmeckt mir nicht genug. Die Roboter-Kellner sind sehr süß. Die Hygiene ist durchschnittlich und die Tisch ist fettig.

Nice all you can eat. I recommend BBQ + HotPot so you can try different things, or same product but different ways of cooking it. The meat was my favourite. Every meat we order (red meat or white meat) was really good. Red meat over all was really tasty and flavorful. Seafood was the opposite. Not good quality, not that much flavour.... All veggies, toffu... Were pretty good. Service was really attentive with us. The table was a little bit small for a group like us, was difficult to reach food, the hotpot or the grill. When the service try to fill the hotpot or even put it in the first place, some of us had to stand up so the waitress had some space to work.

Wir waren heute das 1. mal dort und hatten absolut keine Ahnung. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns BBQ & Hotwok angeraten. Ok wir haben ja keine Ahnung. Wir bekamen ein Blatt zum ankreuzen was wir wollen sollen wir ankreuzen. Salate sind vorne, mehr Info gab es nicht. Das Fleisch kam leicht angefrohren was ok ist kenne ich von anderen lokalen auch aber wie man was für was benutzt war nur ein kurzes das kann da das kann hier oder beides. Die Bedienung war bemüht aber es war uns zu wenig Info. 3 Personen 160€ für das dass man alles selber macht find ich zu viel. Der fahrende Roboter is ein Highlight auch wenn er und nicht bediente. Fazit kann man machen muss man aber nicht. Macht euch selber ein Bild

Auch wenn meine 2 Freunde mich eingeladen haben (80km Anreise), war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (3 Personen für alles 168.-€ recht schlecht.) Habe bessere Qualität vom Fleisch erwartet. Alle Saucen haben mich nicht begeistert. +Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und wollte am Anfang das wir fast alles ankreuzen. +mehrfach nachbestellt und Grillplatte wurde 1x gewechselt. +zum Schluss gab es für alle Stamperl Reis Schnaps und Glückskeks aufs Haus. -Da meine Freunde schon mal da waren, sagten Sie auch, dass die Fleischqualität letztens anders war. -Herren WC unhygienisch Abend Ambiente gut aber sehr heiß. Meine Bewertung: 1 Stern für die super Kellnerin und 1 Stern für den Katzen-Roboter. 😅

Ich war letzte Woche das erste Mal dort und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!! Wir haben die Kombo von BBQ und Hot Pot genommen. Die Meeresfrüchte und das Fleisch waren frisch, die Brühen waren unserer Meinung perfekt gewürzt. An dem Tag waren die Kellnerinnen eventuell unterbesetzt und leicht überfordert, aber haben trotzdem ihren Job gemacht! Highlight 🌟: die fahrende Katze, die die Sachen gebracht hat ♥️

Overall experience is good. The service is nice as the attendants/waiters are helpful and explain the menu and how things goes. Food is ok. Prices are quite on the steep side but should be ok for occasional visits.

Super Restaurant. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist super, alles Frisch. Die Bedienung war auch nett und hat sich für HotPot Neulinge Zeit genommen. Ja es ist schon teuer, aber für normales All you can eat in anderen Restaurants zahlt man ja auch schon 30€.

第一我是第一次见番茄锅没有番茄也没有番茄味道的，我只吃出了番茄锅里的一点辣味和没有海鲜酱的火锅店 第二服务态度还是可以的 第三我个人觉得有点偏贵了不包括喝的一个人差不多35-45欧他们是包餐的火锅，烧烤，和火锅烧烤的 水果可能是放太久了觉得有点软掉了比如西瓜

Essensvielfalt und Aroma großartig. Man hat die Auswahl zwischen Hot Pot oder Korean Grill oder beides. Für Veganer auch ausreichend Auswahl. Den Service könnte man kritisieren, muss man aber nicht. Der Roboter serviert auch sehr gut dort;) Ist jedenfalls eins meiner Lieblingslokale in München. Wenn auch leider etwas teuer geworden die letzten Jahre....

Essen ist sehr gut. Klassich wäre hier Hotpot zu wählen. Das Essen wird teilweise durch einen Roboter in Pandagestalt automatisch an den Tisch gefahren.
