It doesn't work at all. Guaranteed delivery time 35 minutes. Ordered food, called after 1 hour 30 minutes and was then told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes then became another 55 minutes. Never again!

Simas, a driver with blonde hair, quite tall, was super friendly, and in my opinion always deserves a lot of tips. He's always there super quickly and helpful, if you drop something he'll pick it up. Great store, great employees! Attached are some nice pictures.

Catastrophe, you order one or two bowls for €15 per hour. and only gets a really small salad worth maybe 5. 6€. It has to be said that these were shrimp bowls, but per bowl you probably got. two shrimps. The salad was old and dry. Extremely disappointing, I'm just glad I didn't buy a pizza at these prices. Conclusion: Never again 🤙 rather a huge kebab for the money Ciao cocoa

The last promotional pizza was inedible. Really unreasonable... I had one with totally inedible chicken strips and spinach on the pizza. The rest of the pizza ended up in the trash afterwards. What's more, I find it a complete disgrace to charge so much money for a meal like this. I won't be returning to mundfein for the time being. Simply disgusting.

We have actually always been satisfied with the price-performance ratio and service - until now! • Pizza gets thinner from time to time • Aioli dip tasted bitter and different than usual • Our order was accidentally mixed up - it's all good, it can happen! However, the boss personally offered neither an apology nor any accommodation for the long waiting time; instead, he made his employee pay out of his own pocket, all in front of other customers; seemed very disloyal and condescending • Last but not least, another employee wanted to collect the order again even though it had already been paid for; very disorganized and unprofessional

Pre-ordered pizza for pickup at 6 p.m. After waiting 30 minutes in the restaurant, I canceled the order at 6:35 p.m. Didn't get money back. That was nothing.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone. The calzones and pizzas had no taste whatsoever. There were missing ingredients on a pizza and you had to look for the tomato sauce. For the price you expect more from the food.

What kind of atmosphere??? I ordered home!!!! 15 euros for the lasagne, tastes like 🤮, swims in a creamy, completely over-seasoned tomato sauce, there is no trace of bechamel, basically it is inedible!!!! ☝️ The frozen lasagne from the discount store tastes better!!! And actually there should have been cherry tomatoes on it, but of course they forgot, or you can't have tomatoes with lasagne, but they still charge you when you select them online!!!! 2.10 euros on top for nothing!!!! That's what I call service people!!! 👌 really cheeky!!!!! The salad was ok, but completely overpriced, it's not worth the money!!! A total of 28 euros for a medium-sized salad and a lasagne of subpar quality!!!! Are you kidding me or what??? Therefore only one star here. 🤷🏽 Segeberger Gastro is generally a horror, most of it can really be broken!!!!!!! Last time people, the 2.10 euros that you unjustifiably charged, you can also move it somewhere else, ciao ✌️

I ordered pizza today and 3 mail AIOLI dip. None of the dips had a best before date on them, which is very unusual as it usually has it on them. The dip tasted bitter and not good. Unfortunately the pizza was also cold but otherwise “okay” the driver was nice. I think the sticker with the best before date was removed and that’s why it was so disgusting. It's a shame ☹️

Ordered food there. The food was delivered on time and tasted very good. The portions are a good size, the staff is friendly. The salads in particular are really good, not run-of-the-mill. The price is a bit expensive but still reasonable. gladly again

Pizza Margherita dried up a few weeks ago. Ground totally solid. Pizza tuna currently totally dry tuna, really crumbly

In what world is that a Margherita?? Far too little cheese, so the surface was hard and the cheese burned. In general, it felt like I was biting into my breakfast board! For €27 for a Margherita and a pizza roll with cheese, I expect more, as I'm used to much better from many others in Segeberg! Apart from the lovely and nice supplier, I can't say anything positive here! So stay away and go to the competition, at least you get something for your money!!!

We put together a 36 CM pizza from the construction kit and at the same time treated ourselves to a 20% self-collection discount. The lady who took the order was super friendly and very personable. Now about the food. The pizza was super tasty, which is ultimately a matter of taste, but it was really well topped, which is very important to me personally. What I also really liked was that the pizza was filled all the way to the edge and didn't have a thick dough edge. We recommend. Thank you.

Habe heute eine Magarita mit Mais, Ruccola und Grana Padona bestellt, gerade die letzten zwei Zutaten sind sehr teuer… Die Pizza kam sogar vor der angegebenen Zeit und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. So weit, so gut. Als ich den Karton öffnete, musste ich feststellen, dass weder Ruccola noch Grana Padano auf der Pizza waren. Lediglich der Mais war vorhanden. Eine sofortige Reklamation konnte nicht erfolgen, da man telefonisch nicht durchkam. Ich bin echt enttäuscht, habe so einige Euro verschenkt… :(

Freundliche Bestellannahme, Bestellung auf Wunschzeit- der Bote war pünktlich und freundlich. Essen war warm und sehr lecker: Teigtasche Aloka. Extra Punkt: Lieferung per Fahrrad . Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

...was gibt es schöneres, als auch mal nicht in der Küche zu stehen und gemütlich zum Mittag zu essen?....selber kochen!! ich bestellte ein vegetarisches Gericht, dies sah in der Menükarte wirklich super aus und machte Lust auf Bestellen. Nach 25 Minuten kam der Service. Die Schale geöffnet erschrak ich nicht nur vom Aussehen sondern auch vom sauren Geruch - ein Gemisch aus Oliven und Tomaten, deren Souce nicht abgeschmeckt oder gezuckert wurde. Alles ein Brei von Brokkoli, Nudeln, die wirklich auch allein ungenießbar schmeckten. Und irgendwie liegt das kleine Gericht dann doch auch bei 10,-- EUR für einen Wareneinsatz von ca. 1,--. Nie wieder!

Geschmacklich möchte ich gegen die Mundfeinprodukte gar nicht sehr viel Negatives sagen. Außer, dass der Boden der Pizza herzlich wenig mit luftiger, knuspriger Machart echter italienischer Pizza gemeinsam hat. Hier geht es eher kompakt amerikanisch zu. Geschmackssache. Was aber gar nicht geht und uns nur noch ärgert, ist, dass Mundfein als quasi einziger Pizzalieferdienst in Bad Segeberg schlicht nicht in der Lage ist, eine richtig heiße Pizza zu liefern. Und wir wohnen Luftlinie 2 km(!) entfernt. Die letzten 4 Male lauwarm, davor einmal warm, davor fast kalt. Für uns ein Grund, hier nicht mehr zu bestellen.

Werbung verspricht mehr, als die Produkte dann halten. Nach meinem Geschmack zu sehr Schnellrestaurant.
