Münchner Stubn in Vilshofen an der Donau

Based on the reviews and the website, I went to this restaurant, ignoring the fact that the name didn't quite match the offerings and it didn't look particularly inviting. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes after opening, I found an apparent regular sitting next to the owner, smoking. He did put out his cigarette, but after a moment's hesitation, I left because the smoke had completely ruined my appetite. This wouldn't have happened in the past (back then, it was the norm) – a shame, as I would have liked to check it out. Therefore, I can't comment on the food itself.

The owner, best ever... He knows his stuff, extremely hospitable and accommodating. He recommends whatever he has fresh in the kitchen, and it's your dream 👍👍👍 ​​I don't really need a menu unless I'm craving something else! It was my first time there, but I definitely recommend it!!! Actually, during the day, it's a tavern, but with a lot of charm ❣️ I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back ❤️👍 THANK YOU for the good food and the nice lunch on June 23rd. And the prices are amazing, fantastic 🙏

An experience! If you like authentic Italian food without the frills, this is the place for you. The ambiance is incomparable, and the people, including the owner, are very friendly. Something for culinary explorers, beyond the mainstream.

Super nice, food tasted fantastic, very well put together creation and delicious dessert

My grilled scampi were simply fantastic. The owner, Salvatore, is super nice and ALWAYS cooks fabulously! The 🎤 karaoke night at his place is super fun and a must-do. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK IT OUT!

Was there for the karaoke evening, it was a very nice evening with a great atmosphere, the food was also great, as was the very nice and friendly service 🥰

Eines der besten Lokale in Vilshofen, wer Lust auf geniale, ideenreiche italienische Küche hat und gerne mal isst, was nicht bei jedem auf der Karte steht, muss die Münchener Stube mal probieren. So unscheinbar, wie dieses Lokal von außen wirkt, so überraschender und interessanter wird der Besuch.

Das italienische Essen war so authentisch und lecker - einfach nur: bravo bravo bravo! Die Gastfreundlichkeit und das Engagement sind weitere 5 Sterne wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
