Extremely disappointing! The beyond meat patty was fine. The rest a soggy and sad pile of shredded iceberg and mayonnaise on a flat tasting brioche toast. Please put some love into your food. Also the burger arrived cold. Thank you Wolt. And the ordered coke was missing! How hard can it be?

This complete rubbish lying around in our neighborhood of this shop is totally annoying. How anti-social do you have to be to put these greasy bags and packaging in the entrance to your house. Hopefully the hype will soon be over and the store will go bankrupt.

Food was okay. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and incomplete. Unfortunately there is no phone number to call either.

The Smashburger tastes very good, one of the best in the city. Chicken sandwich and generally the chicken parts are also very strong. The only negative: No seating and almost no space to eat in the store.

I actually don't rate the service, it's purely a self-service shop, pay at the counter and take away. I ate a chicken burger, promptly at 12:00 p.m., the meat was quite good, the burger was crispy. I would have expected it to be a little juicier i(Bun). Unfortunately, the cabbage on the burger was cold and didn't really go well with the dish. Then there was a booth of Beefburger, which unfortunately didn't blow my mind. All in all a solid three star rating, but not worth the trip for me as there are plenty of alternatives in the city.

Very tasty food at a fair price and the service is also fair in my opinion

The food is actually really great! I WAS a big fan but since you guys got more hype, the quality of some things has dropped. The onions, along with some parsley, were previously separated. Now you put in a really stingy portion and they get really greasy. 1 sauce used to always come with the order for free. Now you HAVE to buy one. In addition, €11.50 for 3 tacos is absolutely not justified. In my opinion this is just making money. What a shame!

The meat was tasty as was the chicken itself. We ordered the Birria tacos and chicken sandwich. The food was on the expensive side however, and the place was overcrowded but at least service was quick.

Was something completely different. 50€ for 3 taccos and 2x sandwich menu is a bit expensive, there was a 10-15 minute wait in line at the door. There was a screen outside where the finished orders are displayed. This didn't work, you have to ask inside whether the order is ready.

We saw Munchies on social media platforms with the best response. Unfortunately I have to say that the food doesn't justify this hype at all. The store is far too crowded (because of this hype) & the price for the food you get is not fair. Neither in quantity nor in quality. Not recommended!

Me and my friend didn’t like Tacos (too fatyty) but fried chicken (tenders) was amazingg .. the place is sooo busy so its better to take your food and eat anywhere else .. that mini potatos (don’t remember what they call it) was overratted .. Its just an overrated place except the amazing tenders

Munchies in Berlin is simply a must! Even though my photo doesn't capture the chicken burger perfectly, I can say: It was by far the best chicken burger I've ever eaten in Germany - absolutely juicy and perfectly seasoned. The queue was okay that evening, but after 5 p.m. you should plan on waiting around 15-30 minutes. It's definitely worth it!

Overhyped, a bit too expensive, very small. In terms of taste, it wasn't all that amazing, it looks tastier than it actually is.

Pure disappointment chicken was brown and not white like usual sauces and chicken had absolutely no taste at all or bitter taste and disgusting plain. I don't understand why all the influencers hype this store, unfortunately I have to give it one star. I wouldn't give it any stars, but I have to comment

We went there due to the excellent reviews, it's good, but not exceptional. The burger was well smashed but the meat was not very juicy or tasty. Small and nice place, friendly service. Takeaway only with the possibility of eating on the counters.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Munchies. The social media marketing is truly a 10/10 - everyone is talking about Munchies. But it wasn't mine: the food was just greasy and therefore inedible. The service was super bored and annoyed. The store was also very dirty - you could have easily cleaned the surfaces. The team can't do anything about the fact that the customers simply dispose of their rubbish on the floor, despite the rubbish bins. What a shame! But it was still worth the experience!

At first I thought the food was really, really awesome and worth the hype, but the patty melts have been changed and taste sweeter than before, which I don't like at all. It's actually enough that they're greasy as hell, why does sugar have to be added? ;) Unfortunately, the Hot Honey Mayonnaise is no longer in the range, but there are at least other delicious sauces. What bothers me most is the amount of rubbish. Every time I order I get around 10 hand disinfectant wipes and 20 napkins, which is nice, but not necessary and really a waste. And now the patty melts always taste a bit rancid, as if the pan just wasn't clean. I'm cured of Munchies for now, maybe I'll try it again in a few months. ;)

Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all. I've heard from many people that comments here are being deleted. Really a shame. We waited about 30 minutes until it was our turn. Had the tacos and the burgers. Tacos very oily and the meat tastes like rubber. The burger was okay but unfortunately not worth the price. But the employees were nice. Unfortunately overhyped. Overhyped and underwhelming. The Birria Tacos were decent but far from amazing and extremely greasy—definitely not worth the buzz and the trip to the toilet afterwards. The Smash Burger and Patty melt were disappointing, with an overwhelming mayonnaise taste and bland toast. The shop is tiny and overcrowded, making the experience stressful. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a seat; otherwise, you’re stuck eating on the go. If you do go, stick to the Birria Tacos, but honestly, there are much better options elsewhere.

Food: 6/10 I have to honestly say I'm very disappointed Were in Berlin and ordered the menu once and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the tacos. It doesn't taste like anything and the broth is just greasy without any real seasoning. It has nothing to do with a Berria Taco. I've definitely eaten better ones. The chicken was very tasty with the bread and I would come back again. Service: 7/10 Employees were very nice We were also lucky with the waiting time, it was worth how much we had ordered. Ambience: 6/10 I'm not a fan of going straight back after eating and if you want to eat there you have to fight for a place to stand I recommend everyone to just take it with them and find a bench is more relaxed

Unfortunately, the food wasn't tasty

We were with you yesterday to test whether the hype is justified. We had the chicken, the burritos, the fried chicken sandwich and the Big King knockoff. Unfortunately, the food and tea were cold and, apart from the chicken sandwich, nothing special in taste. More appearance than reality – don’t believe the hype. Either the Baba was bought, or you simply made a good effort to create the impression.

Found it to be very greasy and mild was also very spicy. Everyone had a burning sensation in their stomach afterwards. :(

I tried Munchies and had mixed experiences. While I enjoyed the fries, the rest of the meal unfortunately didn't impress me. I also noticed that the restaurant's packaging materials are often lying around in the neighborhood. Perhaps the restaurant could find more sustainable solutions to keep the surrounding area clean. This would benefit both guests and residents

Ambiance exactly as it should be! However, the service that day (Saturday around 5 p.m.) was catastrophic and due to the huge queue and miscommunication in the kitchen, many dishes remained on the counter for up to 20 minutes before they were handed out. The food is also far from authentic Mexican food. The birria tacos really lack that certain spice kick that takes you on a short trip to Mexico. The Nashville Fried Chicken, on the other hand, was very tasty and the smash burger was equally strong. Good luck to you!

Top load in the cold and not so full

It was good but honestly overrated.

Standing in line for 1 hour is different than waiting another hour for your food. The cashiers mixed up my number and the food 3 times. People who came forever after me got their food in their hands. Turn around and the employee who prepared the food goes out in front of them door and first reaches deep into the garbage bucket

Very delicious tacos!! Simply so tasty and price is reasonable!!!. They should move to a bigger place since it’s so crowded during dinner time. But the service is quite fast and efficient. Would definitely come back here some other time ❤️

Hello everyone may like it and taste great, but live here. The garbage extends across all the streets in the neighborhood. At least clear out your rubbish. The owner should perhaps think about his concept and do more for it. We only have one earth.

Very bad experience with this overrated restaurant! The fries were cold and flavorless, due to the long wait. The burgers were really very fatty and not that appetizing, the same for the tacos. In addition I had intoxication, sweating and nausea all night that followed. I do not recommend this establishment in any way. Plus it's expensive for nothing.

Ive seen two reviews already, so i also want to share, the cashier with a mustache and cap on fatshamed me, also treated us like we were stupid while ordering. Unnecessarily aggressive

food is good but too greasy, however i wanted to write about the experience me and my boyfriend had. we were waiting inside NEXT to the door, not in front of the door, when a group of guys walks up to us and rudely tells my boyfriend to move out of the way, then tells him he looks like “he would enjoy this kind of food” and to keep waiting. that isnt the restaurants fault, but the cashier laughed at the person insult my boyfriend. staff isnt friendly, maybe next time dont giggle at people insulting others out of nowhere.

Burgers are pretty good, and cool veggie options. But the garbage situation is completely out of control. The garbage ends up everywhere on Bergmannstrasse. It's 2023, there are many deposit options and your customers apparently aren't able to dispose of the garbage properly. Please look for a solution!

The food offered was of poor quality and completely soaked in fat. The store is so crowded and dirty due to social media hype that you lose your appetite as soon as you enter. After Holle's (food influencer) good review, we tried Munchies today. The small selection convinced me at first. The service was also really good. The food (chicken sandwich, melt sandwich and smashburger) was ok. The best thing was the chicken. A little spice was missing and unfortunately overall the wow effect wasn't really there.

The food was terrible! We ordered almost the entire range. Very bland in taste. Absolutely not worth the hype! Better go somewhere else to eat!

In terms of the type and extent of the packaging, it is absolutely not contemporary. The garbage is spread throughout the neighborhood. And about taste, well that's debatable.

The food was too greasy for my taste and the onions could have been caramelized a bit. It's something for some people, but you have to try it for yourself.

After a long wait, I looked in the bag at home and the order was wrong and half incomplete. And that for a cheeky €41.

The waiting time was long because there were few staff. The fries were completely cold because the food was sitting around in the kitchen and was just being collected. The order did not arrive as ordered. The meat in the tacos and burgers was completely bland. Price too high, performance too low.

The tacos are tasty but unfortunately far too oily and the chicken pieces were too dry/breading too thick for me personally. The sandwich is really good. In general, there's just too much hype, you wait in line for longer and it's just not worth it.
