A very nice restaurant, the food is cooked and presented with love and passion. We were there as a group of 30 people and had a buffet. Perfect. It's beautifully decorated. You immediately feel at home. We'd love to go back!

I ate at Novo today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The value for money is excellent. The food was not only delicious, but also fresh and of high quality. I was particularly impressed by the wines and the wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. All in all, definitely 5 out of 5 stars – such perfect restaurant visits are truly rare these days. Many thanks to the Novo team!

We had our Christmas party at NOVO, and it was simply perfect! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The ambiance was festive and cozy, which was perfect for the Christmas season. The team was extremely friendly and accommodating, serving us with a smile at all times and catering to our every need. The food was fantastic—every course was a delight! We were particularly impressed by the beef and the dessert. The atmosphere was simply wonderful, and we enjoyed the evening to the fullest. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the restaurant! Thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable evening!

Service staff who greet you with a smile and are always there on time deserve an extra ⭐️. Greetings also to the lovely kitchen. I will dream of your apple fritters with vanilla ice cream (made according to Grandma's recipe) tonight. When I took the first bite, I thought my mother was standing in your kitchen preparing them for me 👌🏼, this is worth an extra ⭐️. The next table reservation has already been made online 😉. Very chic restaurant, great service, and outstanding food. The tonkatsu schnitzel with fries was amazing and served piping hot. The drinks were delicious. Everything is regional and homemade, and you can taste it. Be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant is always full.

Wow what a mega restaurant! We haven't eaten so well and so plentifully in a long time! The meat was super tender, homemade spaetzle of top quality and a sauce that made you lick your fingers! Sehr gemütlich und sehr lecker. Viel Platz und tolle Atmosphäre. Toller Spielplatz für die Kinder. Die Weine als auch alkoholfreie Getränke waren sehr zu empfehlen, obwohl wir sehr wählerisch mit dem Wein sind. Die Besitzer sind auch überaus freundlich und haben meine Schwiegereltern sogar das Wohnmobil übers Wochenende parken lassen. Alles in allem ein perfektes Erlebnis und wir werden sehr viel häufiger kommen.

Sehr schöne location. Alles mit viel Liebe und Herzblut gemacht. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. 😉

Was für ein wunderschöner Ort, um bei einem Gläschen Wein mit guten Freunden die Woche ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Sonne und auch das leckere Essen genossen. Das Bœuf Bourguignon kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Toller Besen der schön zum Entspannen einlädt. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen, ob Sommer oder im Winter. Allerdings sind die Portionen etwas klein im Vergleich zu anderen Besen und man wird nicht so richtig satt. Die Sommerkarte ist etwas klein gehalten. Als vorübergehender Vegetarier hab ich die fleischlosen Gerichte vermisst, es gab nur einen Salat mit Knödeln für mich und das war´s. Auf der Online Speisekarte war das Veggie-Angebot alledings sehr umfangreich leider.. Da sollte man vielleicht etwas nachbessern, denn auch Fleischesser haben mal Bock auf Fleischlos.

Schöner Besen mit ausreichend Platz und gemütlichen Tischen im Freien. Unser Knödelsalat war gut. Er bestand aus Selleriesalat, Karottensalat und grünem Salat. Dressing war nur auf dem Blattsalat, daher waren die anderen Salate etwas trocken. Leider hat sich in den Selleriesalat ein Stück Lyoner geschlichen, was ich als Vegetarier etwas unglücklich fand. Allgemein war die Karte klein gehalten aber lecker. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich.

Am Rande Schwaigern's gelegen, fällt sofort ein sehr gepflegtes Weingut auf... Man spürt den Hang zum Detail..., zur Perfektion... Gerade jetzt zur dunklen Jahreszeit und Weihnachten perfekt ausgeschmückt, beleuchtet.... Eine alte Holztür öffnet sich zum Reich des guten Essens, Trinkens, Bedienen und Atmosphäre... Einer der besten Besen im Umland.... Die Auswahl an Besonderheiten im Wein und Essen, lädt zum Wiederkommen und Verweilen ein...
