Billas Novelle handled the catering for our wedding. The coordination beforehand went smoothly; despite staff changes, communication was always prompt and satisfactory. The menu selection was flexible, and requests were met with great accommodatingness. The tasting menu was absolutely superbly organized; we were able to sample a huge amount and share our feedback. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly; the food was delicious and plentiful, and served very quickly. Many guests praised the excellent food.

Schumacher's Weinwiesenwirtschaft used to be a beautiful place. However, contrary to what Google says, it's currently closed due to extensive construction work on the site. We cycled from Bonn to the Ahr Valley for nothing. The old charm will likely be lost due to the new buildings—what a shame 😞
