Ambience is like this - menu is reminiscent of a snack bar - there is little activity in the restaurant, but the food for two people came about 5 minutes apart - cutlery tray at the table but handles pointing downwards (unhygienic) - 1 lamb dish with significantly too much fat, sauce watery right up to the edge of the plate - no apology after complaint, let alone a thank you - too expensive for this service - Conclusion: NO RETURN

Today we ate as a family in this charming restaurant. As a starter we had a fresh and crunchy cucumber salad, which was impressive with its freshness. The beef filled dumplings and lamb baked pastry were also extremely delicious. Every appetizer was full of flavor. My main course consisted of homemade noodles with beef and chives – an absolute recommendation. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the beef was tender and flavorful. The portions were also really generous, whether it was a starter or a main course, and my vegetarian sister also had many options on the menu. The two ladies who served us were extremely friendly and accommodating, which further enriched our visit. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Uyghur cuisine. Görüşmek üzere :)

The hand-pulled noodles seemed to be very fresh, but I found the seasoning to be bland and the beef was unfortunately very unappetizing. It was extremely chewy and flat and tasted as if there were pieces of bone in it... Unfortunately, I also had a pretty queasy stomach the next morning...

In the pictures you can see an outdoor terrace. Unfortunately that doesn't exist. Apparently someone uploaded the wrong picture. In short: the food is super delicious. Nicely seasoned. Served hot. Mild is spicy here, but still incredibly tasty. The owners are super friendly and tell you something about the dishes. One main course is enough to fill you up. Had two starters and two main courses. The waiter was very accommodating: he told us that it was too much for two people. Sustainability: Of course the food was too much, but you could take the leftovers with you in microwave-safe containers. And can be reused. We'll definitely be back.

To put it simply, the food was simply delicious. I didn't expect anything else. You can imagine that the food we had was a small fusion of Chinese and oriental cuisine in terms of spices. But still something completely unique! The owners were incredibly nice and were also open to a little conversation, which taught me a lot about Uyghur culture. Highly recommend the restaurant. I will definitely come again ❤️

Incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. I thought Uyghur cuisine would be delicious, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The taste is unique and it is very difficult to describe how it tastes and what it can be compared to. It has been said that Uyghur cuisine has Chinese influences, but I don't sense any resemblance at all. Will definitely become my regular place.

Was here yesterday with German & Russian friends! We all really enjoyed the food! The food here doesn't taste at all adapted to the "German palate", but you have the feeling that it is quite authentic. The homemade noodles and mantı/mandu are simply amazing! You can tell from the ingredients and the taste that Uyghur cuisine has influences from Turkic and Chinese traditions. Fills you up and isn't overpriced. We paid around €25 per person for a starter, main course and a drink. The service was very nice. She was almost motherly, really likeable. She even let us in early, we were there 30 minutes before opening. The only thing I have to complain about is not the food but the music. I would have been very happy if different Uighur music could have been heard and the background music had been a little louder. I know that there are also great rap and pop songs by Uighurs. Traditional music would also be interesting, but not only. A mix playlist would be great 😊

Completely underwhelming. And yet, once you get to taste it, you get blown away. The service was friendly and fast as well! So why only 4 stars? Half a star subtraction for the ambiance, half a star for the well-above-average prices

Mukam is a restaurant specializing in Uighur food, a kind of cuisine that is rare to get elsewhere in Germany. It's a family-run business offering authentic, home-made food from people of said culture. The menu includes several dishes labeled as vegetarian - most of which are actually vegan. Many dishes feature either rice or hand-made noodles in different styles. The vegan-friendly dishes are mostly carb-based with different sauces, soups, vegetables and mushrooms. If you like noodles, it's definitely fun to experience the diverse noodles here! The restaurant is located in a building directly by the street. There is a small parking lot in front of it. The restaurant itself is spacious and fits dozens of tables. It is well known in the area and popular among the locals.

Wir waren vor einigen Wochen dort. Das Essen war super. Alles toll. Deswegen haben wir dort heute Essen bestellt, genau das gleiche wie vor einigen Wochen. Zuhause angekommen, konnte man das Essen nicht essen, da es unfassbar scharf war. Das war beim letzten Mal nicht so. Ich habe 100xversucht im Restaurant anzurufen, habe auf das Band gesprochen und habe das Restaurant angeschrieben. Es passiert nichts. Kundenservice ist scheinbar nicht vorhanden. Und warum man das gleiche Gericht auf einmal so scharf macht, dass man es nicht essen kann, weiß kein Mensch. Leider ungenießbar. Das Geld hätte ich dann lieber anders ausgegeben….

Das Restaurant ist optisch etwas kahl und kalt eingerichtet aber das Essen ist super lecker und authentisch Jeden Cent wert Am besten bestellt man sich mehrere Sachen und teilt 😊 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Laden vorhanden

Wir gehen sehr gern in dieses Restaurant, weil uns die Speisen jedes Mal umhauen. Alles auf dieser Karte ist unglaublich köstlich. Die Karte erlaubt, sich durch die vielen Gerichte durchzuprobieren. Das Personal ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Die meisten Gerichte sind auch vegetarisch zu haben und allgemein wird auf besondere Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Der Gastraum ist meist voll, daher ist eine Reservierung empfohlen. Auffällig ist, dass hier viele Menschen asiatischer Herkunft essen gehen und das werten wir als Qualitätsmerkmal. Der Gastraum ist hell und pragmatisch eingerichtet, vermittelt eher Imbisscharakter. Das wird aber durch Speisen und Service zigfach wettgemacht.

Im Regen durften wir uns kurz vor Ende der Öffnungszeiten trotzdem noch im Restaurant retten und sehr gutes Essen genießen. Vielen Dank für die schöne und heimelige Atmosphäre und den tollen Service!

Für diese Bewertung musste ich doch grübeln. So viele 5 Sterne Bewertungen können nicht irren, oder? Tja, wir hatten gemischte Gefühle. Das Essen hat uns nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Unsere Gerichte waren soweit ok. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Soße waren irgendwie relativ geschmacksneutral, dafür aber extrem öhlig/ fettig. Die gebratenen Glasnudeln mit Rindfleisch waren zwar etwas besser gewürzt, aber auch hier sehr öhlig. Und die Vorspeisenportion (Mix Salat) für 8 EUR war so überschaubar, dass wir den Preis absolut nicht nachvollziehen können. Wenn ich das mit unserem Stammlokal (Asian Fusion/ Sushi) in Düsseldorf vergleiche, ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich sehr schlecht. Die "Meditationsmusik" im Hintergrund hat mehr angestrengt, als dass sie für Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt hat. Die Bedienung war aber sehr nett, da kann man absolut nichts sagen. Wahrscheinlich hat es unseren Geschmack einfach nicht getroffen, wenngleich wir sehr gerne asiatisch Essen. Aber vielen anderen Besuchern scheint es zu schmecken, und darauf kommt es am Ende an.

Waren zu sechst essen. Haben diverse Vorspeisen ( Nr 3/4/5/6/9/10) und ein paar Hauptspeisen (Rindfleisch mit Morcheln/Rind mit Paprika und Nudeln gebratener Reis)probiert. Essen wird frisch zubereitet Preis Leistung stimmt. Auf jeden Fall Mal eine andere Art chinesische Küche und man merkt den kulturellen Unterschied mit der "europäischen"Chinesischen Küche. Ambiente ist eher "guter" Imbiss. Service sehr nett und war stets gewillt und zu den Gerichten etwas zu erklären. Scharf kann scharf werden 😉 ein paar Bilder habe ich geschafft zwischen durch zu machen 😀

Wahnsinnig leckere uigurische Küche. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und haben diverse Speisen probiert. Alles war durchweg lecker. Herausragend ist, dass alle Nudelgerichte mit hausgemachten Nudeln zubereitet werden. Vegan war kein Problem.

Essen sowie Service ausgezeichnet. Auch wenn ich die Authentizität der Speisen nur schwer bewerten kann, muss ich sagen, dass es eine durchweg positive Erfahrung war. Sowohl die hausgemachten Nudeln als auch das Fleisch sind ein Highlight und in Bonn einzigartig! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Mukam , dass essen ist absolut frisch bzw. frischer kann ich es mir nicht vorstellen . Es ist ausgewogen Gewürzt , Mann kommt hier vor allem mit größeren Gruppen auf seine Kosten . Über die Bedienung könnte man locker nochmal 2 Sterne extra hinzu packen sehr freundlich . Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt , von der Ambiente könnte Mann sich vlt noch etwas professionelle Hilfe holen . Ich sehe hier definitiv noch viel Potential nach oben .

Ohne eine persönliche Empfehlung hätte ich wahrscheinlich nicht hier hergefunden. Das Ambiente ist sehr schlicht, das gute Essen und das freundliche Personal gleicht dies aus. Das Restaurant war gut gefüllt, insbesondere mit vielen Asiaten…das spricht für sich. Das Essen beinhaltet viel Gemüse, als Beilage gibt es selbstgemachte Nudeln oder Reis. Die Speisekarte hat einen umfangreichen Bereich für Vegetarier. Die Preise sind fair!

It was a long time without trying chinese food. I ordered noodles with beef and mushrooms (#22 in the menu). Food was really tasty and the portions were big. I learned that it is common to share and try different options from the menu... so we ordered some Green beans and slices of beef as well. I will definitely come back and try more! (There are vegetarian options too!)
