Ich komme schon seit vielen Jahren hierher, und das Essen ist immer fantastisch und unglaublich schmackhaft. Die Portionen sind großzügig, sodass man sein Geld gut einteilen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Besuch im Mukam Uigurischen Restaurant. Das Essen war frisch, aromatisch und authentisch zubereitet. Die Gerichte waren voller Geschmack und schön angerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und die gemütliche Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant zufällig entdeckt, als wir mit unserem Kind in Sankt Augustin zur Vorsorgeuntersuchung waren. Ich hatte bei Google nach dem nächstgelegenen Halal-Restaurant gesucht und bin dabei auf dieses gestoßen. Wir kamen kurz vor ihrer Pause an, aber sie waren trotzdem bereit, uns zu bedienen. Sie luden uns freundlich ein und ließen uns bestellen, obwohl sie schon Pause hatten. Die Bedienung begrüßte uns mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und war unglaublich freundlich. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen, als wären wir Teil der Familie. Sie sind Uiguren, und da mein Mann Türke ist, konnten sie sich auf Türkisch verständigen. Es war so herzlich und einladend! Und das Essen? Einfach perfekt! Mein Lieblingsgericht sind die gebratenen Nudeln mit Rindfleisch. Kein Wunder, dass sie 5 Sterne haben – alles war hervorragend! Seit diesem Tag ist dieses Restaurant unser Lieblingslokal. Ich habe dort sogar meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Aaaaah, ich hoffe wirklich, dass dieses Restaurant für immer geöffnet bleibt! Sehr gutes Empfang und das essen war preisleistung sehr lecker.Für dieses erlebnis würde ich nochmal 200km fahren nur um dort zu essen.

Der Koch ist ein gelernter und sehr professioneller Koch, was man deutlich an der Qualität der Speisen merkt. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Im Vergleich zu anderen uigurischen Restaurants in der Umgebung ist dieses meiner Meinung nach das beste. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrfach im Mukam Uigurisches Restaurant essen und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker und man merkt sofort, dass alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ganze Team – alle sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch das Ambiente gefällt uns sehr: Der Laden ist schön traditionell eingerichtet und sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unsere absoluten Favoriten sind die Nr. 72, der Gurkensalat und die Teigtaschen – einfach ein Traum! Das Fleisch ist perfekt zart, saftig und hervorragend gewürzt. Geschmacklich wirklich etwas Besonderes. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen immer wieder gerne! 😊

Ich stamme aus Xinjiang! Die gebratenen Nudeln und die gemischten Nudeln sind wirklich authentisch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super leckeres Essen, sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgang. Auf jeden Fall die Dumplings probieren. Essen ging schnell, Personal ist freundlich. Wir sind durch den Schlemmerblock auf das Lokal aufmerksam geworden. Können es sehr empfehlen. Auch die hausgemachten Nudeln waren super.

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis, die uigurische Küche zu probieren. Die Teigtaschen und die anderen Gerichte waren fantastisch. Die Atmosphäre war sehr sauber und angenehm, und der Tee nach dem Essen war köstlich. Super leckeres uigurisches Restaurant. Wir waren nach einem Besuch im Telekom Dome dort und haben sehr leckere Gerichte gegessen, einmal das Knusprige Hähnchen und einmal die vegetarischen Nudeln mit Brokkoli. Ein gutes Zeichen für „ausländische“ Küche ist ein hoher Anteil an (vermutlich) „einheimischen“ Kunden - dies war hier eindeutig gegeben und zeugt von der authentischen und guten Küche. Und hat es geschmeckt, klare Empfehlung!

Interessantes asiatischen Essen, dem ich irgendwie angemerkt hab, dass die Rezepte von einem Nomadenvolk sind.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr freundlicher Service. Ich war schon oft mit meiner Familie dort und wurde nie enttäuscht. Sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Auf meiner Rückreise von einer Geschäftsreise nach Deutschland kam ich durch Bonn, und ein Kollege empfahl mir dieses Xinjiang-Restaurant. Als Taiwanesin fand ich das Essen sehr lecker. 😋👍

Das Essen war köstlich, wurde schnell serviert, der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre angenehm!

Es ist köstlich, eine wahrhaft authentische Spezialität aus Xinjiang, der Geschmack ist fantastisch und der Preis ist angemessen – ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Alles war wunderbar. Die Zubereitung von Teig und Fleisch war erstklassig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Die Toiletten verdienen mehr als 5 Punkte.

Authentisch und unglaublich lecker! Wir hatten insgesamt vier Gerichte und waren begeistert. Bestellt haben wir: • Lammspieße: Mein absolutes Highlight! Man muss zwar ein wenig darauf warten, aber das lohnt sich definitiv, da sie frisch gegrillt werden. Das Fleisch war super zart und hatte keinen strengen Beigeschmack. • Rindfleisch,Zwiebeln,Chinakohl, Morcheln mit Nudeln: Die Nudeln waren perfekt al dente und sehr elastisch – genau wie sie sein sollten! • Mariniertes Hähnchen – "Jiaomaji": Ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft, für meinen persönlichen Geschmack war es allerdings eine Spur zu salzig. • Gebratene kurz Nudeln mit Rindfleisch und schnittlauch: Auch sehr gut. Wer seine Nudeln lieber etwas weicher mag, sollte dieses Gericht wählen (ich persönlich bevorzuge die bissfesten Lagman). Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die echte uigurische Küche suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war mein erster Besuch in Bonn, und ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich hier so ein verstecktes Juwel von einem Xinjiang-Restaurant entdecken würde. Das Essen war einfach unglaublich. Da ich selbst aus Xinjiang komme, kann ich ohne Übertreibung sagen, dass es absolut authentisch ist und von einem Einheimischen offiziell bestätigt wurde. Jedes Gericht war geschmackvoll, perfekt gewürzt und einfach nur wohltuend. Wirklich köstlich. Absolut empfehlenswert! 😭😭

I occasionally eat at the Uyghur restaurant and am always delighted. The food is simply superb and always incredibly delicious. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, making you feel instantly welcome. It's also a great place to celebrate birthdays – with a reservation, you can secure a lovely corner where you can relax with friends. The prices are very reasonable, and there's a wide selection of dishes and set menus. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant that I always enjoy visiting.

We can't count how many times we've been here. The food is so delicious 🤤 We basically love all noodles, especially number 77: stir-fried pork noodles, spicy pork noodles, diced fried noodles, and dry-fried lamb chops 😍😍😍😍 The atmosphere is also nice. Clean, organized, with vigorous plants. It's in a quiet neighborhood, so it's lovely and practical to take a walk after the big meal. Reachable by public transportation as well.

It tastes okay, but I sometimes get mild diarrhea afterwards. I hope the store figures out why the meat with the pasta causes diarrhea. Then they can surely fix the problem.

Loved the meal here. The tofu and vegetables were light but tasty, the stir-fried tripe with peppers had great texture, and the cumin lamb was aromatic and perfectly cooked. The big plate chicken was my favorite—rich sauce and amazing noodles. Highly recommended!

A Uyghur restaurant isn't something you find on every corner – making this one a real culinary gem. Unfortunately, the portion sizes, presentation, decor, menu, and selection of dishes all feel rather dated. The vegetarian options are also limited and often simply meatless versions of the meat dishes. Since these often consist of the same vegetables in similar sauces, the selection feels very restricted. A bit more modernity and creativity would be welcome, without sacrificing tradition and charm.

The food there is very tasty, at least what I was able to eat. I was initially very pleased that the menu stated there was no celery in any of the dishes—a real treat for someone with allergies! But when my food arrived, I unfortunately discovered that it contained celery stalks instead of Chinese cabbage as described. Of course, they immediately gave me something else, but when you're highly allergic, it does make you a bit skeptical. It's a real shame because the rest of the food was delicious.

I recommend the stir-fried beef with scallions; the beef is very tender and comes with a side of rice. The lamb pie is also very fragrant and not at all gamey. The big plate chicken is delicious, even the potatoes are very flavorful.

The service was excellent; all the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious – a complete change from the typical German fare. It's definitely worth a visit.

The taste was great, BUT it was spicy, even though it wasn't labeled as spicy. I like spicy food, so it was still okay for me. But unfortunately, my mother and daughter couldn't eat it. And they ended up with dry noodles. I understand that their culture has different, spicier food preferences, but for us, who aren't used to it, it was unacceptable. My husband and father love spicy food and ordered it with the spicy symbol.
