We were a group of 15, and even though we arrived spontaneously, we received a wonderfully warm welcome. The team was incredibly friendly, immediately pushed tables together for us, and was simply attentive and kind. It was one of the best burgers we've ever had. I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious, especially the Chicken Crispy and the Long Crispy Burger, which were super crispy and freshly prepared. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is also really lovely and inviting—modern, cozy, and simply perfect for relaxing.

A very quiet place. Hidden away, but all the better for it. A real insider tip for any burger lover. We were a group of seven. The wait was very short. The food is delicious. The fries are perfect, in my opinion. The Bonzz Burger is also perfect. The sauce is a perfect match. Excellent value for money. If you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop by.

Given the hype, I would have expected a bit more, perhaps that the buns were homemade. It was a burger with fries (they were actually quite tasty). My son liked it and was satisfied. So, it's okay. Maybe I should have ordered something special, just a cheeseburger.

Definitely a 10/10 I can't remember ever having such a good burger (Bonnz Smash Burger)! The chicken buckets were also really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Everything was very clean, too!

Exceeded my expectations 100 times

The Smash Burger from Bonnz-Burger is simply incredible! The first bite gave me a real flashback—back to my childhood 35 years ago. The taste immediately evoked memories; it was so intense and authentic. Not only is the burger delicious, it makes you lose track of time for a moment. You'll understand what I mean when you bite into it yourself. An absolute must for every burger lover.

Lured by the hype, my expectations were quite high. While it looked very appealing, the taste was rather lackluster. The cheese sauce and sweet potato fries saved it a bit, but overall, it wasn't worth the visit. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I think I'll try again sometime soon.

I went to Bonnz-Burger and had the Smash Burger menu with cheese dip and sweet potato fries. Man, it's awesome! The burger was juicy, the cheese dip was creamy, and the sweet potatoes were perfectly crispy. Friendly service and great taste. I'll definitely be back! 🍔🔥

I can only judge the burger, as I ordered it to go and eat it on the banks of the Rhine. I went there because the reviews were very positive. It seems that very few people have a good comparison. I've rarely eaten such a sad, bad-tasting burger in my life. I had the smash burger special. The patties were only cooked on one side. The other was gray, like any McDonald's burger. The buns were soggy and somewhat steamed (they were also stacked on top of each other on the grill) and had a chemically sweet taste, which speaks of very poor quality. The patties weren't salted. The cheese seemed to be of particularly low quality. Otherwise, the burger was loaded with sauce, so you could barely taste the meat. There are better places in Bonn. For €12.50, I definitely expect more.

The shop has an unpleasant background noise; it's very thin, you can hear everything from the kitchen, and the street is also very loud. You can also hear the ventilation in the shop constantly. The fries and sauces were very good; I'd say they were among the best fries I've ever eaten. The drink selection is very extensive and goes well with a finished burger. However, the burgers didn't convince me. The bread is very soggy and tasteless, and the Burger variations are rather bland. The burger meat, although mashed, is also soggy and tasteless. The shop looks good on the outside, but the burger is nothing.

Every single burger was a hit! The Big Bonnz Smash Burger was fluffy and juicy. The Long Crispy Chicken Burger was truly crispy. The highlight: the Bonnz Rib Burger, a whopping 400g of beef fillet, tender as butter and perfectly cooked. We also had a mixed bucket (tenders and spicy tenders - beware: they're hot). The sweet potato fries were also delicious. We tried all the dips, and I can recommend every single one.

Such a beautiful and warmly run restaurant! My entire family, including three little girls, loved the food. Six of us had a good selection from the menu, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied. Bottom line: highly recommended!

The burgers were great, the fries were mediocre. I'd recommend getting two burgers and skipping the fries, even though they were relatively small. Price-wise, it was a good deal at around €20.

Went for lunch and dinner yesterday with family. Food, atmosphere and cleanliness were excellent. Staff were welcoming.

The most wonderful staff and the most wonderful food. Amazing quality smash burgers and even better chicken. The sauces are homemade and pair wonderfully. The drinks are lovely since they use some German made small brands with interesting flavours. Had to come twice in the time I was visiting.

I can't think of anything that could have been better. The staff were very polite. The food was 10/10, and overall it was a very nice place, although it was a bit cramped inside. Even the restrooms were clean, and hygiene was a priority.

I've been to Bonnz Burger several times now, and I think the menu and atmosphere are great. The variety in the menu is also appealing. They also have a prayer room where Muslims can pray. All in all, a nice and well-maintained food court. :)

Simply awesome, the best burger in Bonn. The value for money is great, and the staff are very friendly. That Joppie sauce on the burgers is a dream. Joppie sauce always wins me over. The place is very clean and well-maintained. There's enough seating to eat there. We had to wait about five minutes for our food, and from then on, a culinary journey unfolded between a juicy patty, fresh vegetables, and a crispy bun, all while enjoying a flavor explosion on our palate. I would eat there every day if I could. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Bonnz Burger, for this meal.

Unfortunately, it was only hyped on social media, but nothing special. The burger was delivered incorrectly three times. The taste was relatively okay, but not as described on TikTok. There are cobwebs all over the walls downstairs, which quickly spoiled my appetite. Unfortunately, a huge disappointment.

Delicious burgers and prepared quite quickly. Unfortunately, I found the burgers to be relatively small, despite the price. It was okay. The chicken patty was *very* thin, but the chili cheeseburger was very tasty. The 400g fillet burger was also really small, as you can clearly see in the last pictures. But it was tasty.

Unfortunately, the smashed cheeseburger is small and tastes only slightly better than a McDonald's burger. There are much better burger joints in Bonn. The fries, on the other hand, were good.

My husband stumbled across your website by chance and decided to visit the place. I was very skeptical at first, but after tasting the food, I decided it was worth the trip. The hamburgers were delicious, especially the rib burger and fries 🍟 were also delicious. By the way, the drive is an hour and 20 minutes.

Absolutely no value for money. For 12 euros, I got a burger that, to be honest, didn't taste good at all. The service was okay. The ambiance was nice, but the open kitchen and lack of air conditioning made the place far too hot. If you want overpriced, bad food, go there. In my opinion, it's not worth the price.

I've been there several times now and have been absolutely satisfied every time! The burgers are super fresh, the meat tastes really juicy, and you can tell that everything is made with love. The homemade sauces are a real highlight – I especially love the garlic sauce. What I also really like is that the staff are friendly and take their time, even when it's busy. The value for money is definitely good here. For me, one of the best burger joints in the area – a definite recommendation!

Bonnz Burger is simply fantastic! I had the Bonnz Burger as part of my meal – a really good smash burger. The patties were nice and juicy and super flavorful. Combined with the fresh bun, the cheese, and the toppings, it was a perfectly balanced burger. The fries were crispy and perfectly paired. A really good burger joint in Bonn. The service was friendly and the food came quickly. If you're craving a really good burger in Bonn, this is the place to go.

I had a Smash Special Burger with fries. Overall, it was decent, but the burger was a bit smaller than the Smash Burger for my taste. The grill temperature could also be higher to maintain the typical crispy edge on the patty. Just recently, I had what I consider the best Smash Burger I've ever had from a food truck in Japan. And I've certainly eaten a lot of burgers. If the edge had had a bit more crunch, the price would have been absolutely fine by Bonn standards. :) So, unfortunately, I'm deducting one star. The ambiance and service are of a great standard. I also gave my feedback personally – I would be happy if it was well received on my next visit. 😊💪🏻

Very nice atmosphere inside, no boycotted products, which I personally absolutely love, clean restrooms, and top-notch service. Chicken cup fries and the homemade sauce were VERY tasty. However, the burgers were really my thing. It's just meat, bread, and sauce. I like salad in between :) But tastes differ. If I had known beforehand, I probably wouldn't have ordered a burger. My husband tore into the rib steak burger and thought it was really good.

The burger was far too small for the price. I wouldn't go back because it was too expensive. The taste was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it; there were no seasonings.

The smash burger menu wasn’t really worth it. The smash burger was mid. However, the chicken wings were soooo flavorful I’d give it a 10/10.
