There were four of us eating here. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the location was a 10/10. The staff were very friendly. Minimal wait time. So all in all, a very good choice :) Best regards from the four of us who weren't sure if the place was open

The best burger I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few. Everything was super fresh, and the fries were incredibly crispy. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff was very friendly, and the food arrived fairly quickly. They also had a wide selection of drinks that went well with the food.

The friendliest burger restaurant owner in all of Bonn! The place was packed, and unfortunately, our order was forgotten. After a while, I pointed it out to him. He was very understanding, apologized profusely, and immediately took care of our order, which he gave us on the house. Truly top-notch service!

We went there a week ago to break our fast. When we made the reservation over the phone, we were told that arriving half an hour early would be sufficient. However, once we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our meals. We were a group of 27 children who hadn't eaten all day. Others who arrived after us received their food before we did. We were also assured that there would be free water available for all guests, but this wasn't the case. As "compensation," we received three cheese sauces, which was no substitute. When we paid at the end, we were told that some meals hadn't been paid for yet, but that they would be included as a courtesy. However, we later learned that everything had been paid for exactly, and we had even paid more than we should have because some meals had been incorrectly billed. Overall, the food was tasty, but we were very disappointed and will not be returning to Bonnz's Burger as a large group.

I ordered the Rib Burger Meal and Crispy Chicken. The Rib Burger was fantastic. The meat was incredibly delicious and tender. The bone came right out in a second. I'll definitely order it again. The Chicken Burger was a bit dry for my taste. Next time, I'd try a Chicken Fillet Burger. What I found disappointing was that the buns weren't homemade, but rather pre-made. BUT perhaps they simply don't have the space for a baking area and an oven, as it's not a huge place. Therefore, it's acceptable and still delicious. We'll definitely be back. Best of luck! P.S. 1. The guys are very friendly. 2. They offer free black tea, cookies, and even two bottles of water (might have something to do with the fasting season?!?)

By far one of the best burger joints – not just in Bonn, but one of the best I've ever tried. The rib burger and the green jalapeño, in particular, are on a completely different level in terms of taste. You can immediately tell that quality and creativity come together here. What really impresses me: Despite the crowds – even during peak hours like Friday or Saturday nights – the orders arrive surprisingly quickly. And the best part: The quality remains consistently high. No loss of quality, no dip in flavor. That's anything but a given in this industry and truly exceptional. The restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained, which further speaks to its professionalism. The team is consistently friendly, attentive, and courteous – even when it's packed and busy, the atmosphere remains relaxed. The menu offers variety and is regularly updated, so there are always new and unusual creations. There's something for everyone. In my opinion, the burgers here are definitely among the most creative you can get in Bonn. I've been following this place since it opened and have seen its steady growth – not just financially, but also in terms of quality. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into it. Places like this enrich Bonn and make the restaurant scene exciting. Highly recommended.

I always enjoy coming here and have never been disappointed. The owner is one of the nicest and most accommodating people in Bonn. And most importantly: the burgers (I had the Long Chicken) are fantastic!

Then we got a table in the basement... Cold, loud, uncomfortable atmosphere... Placed our order, picked up our food... OK. Now for the burger: The cheeseburger tasted OK, but not exceptionally good, but not bad either. Overall, OK, BUT! The patty was way too thin and too small... There was far too little meat for a burger...! We all ordered another burger... And then it's too expensive! The fries and sauce were tasty. But go and decide for yourselves.

The overwhelmingly positive reviews convinced us to try the restaurant ourselves. We received a friendly welcome. However, the only large table available for five was downstairs. There's no table service; you have to get everything yourself at the counter. We ordered an XXL Bytes Box and a Smashed Burger Meal each. The burgers were rather small and, unfortunately, quite bland. They were particularly lacking in essential seasonings, which made them taste rather tasteless. On the other hand, there was a veritable mountain of fries that completely filled the tray, making the burgers appear even smaller. There was a sufficient selection of sauces, and the drinks menu was good. Unfortunately, I started feeling very unwell shortly after eating, and my companion also complained of feeling uncomfortably full. Once home, I ended up vomiting. For this reason, we definitely wouldn't eat here again and unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant in good conscience.

Yesterday I wanted to have a good burger, I don't know Bonn and I went to Bonnz-Burger because of the 4.9 rating, but I was seriously disappointed. My burger didn't look at all like the ones you see in the other reviews. It was small, soggy, and overall not very good. In a Burger King I could have had a better one, and that really is a very low bar! Service is not unfriendly, but also not friendly. I would call it "uninterested". The fries were a nice surprise, though: fresh, crispy and very tasty. That's what saved the meal. However, for EUR 17.90 I expected a bigger and, above all, a much better burger. My experience definitely didn't match what I read here.

We each paid between €15 and €19 per meal and didn't even have to wait long, maybe 15 minutes. The burgers were fantastic; we were all thrilled. I can definitely recommend Bonnz.

The shop has an unpleasant background noise; it's very thin, you can hear everything from the kitchen, and the street is also very loud. You can also hear the ventilation in the shop constantly. However, the burgers didn't convince me. The bread is very soggy and tasteless, and the Burger variations are rather bland. The burger meat, although mashed, is also soggy and tasteless. The shop looks good on the outside, but the burger is nothing.

The cheese seemed to be of particularly low quality. Otherwise, the burger was loaded with sauce, so you could barely taste the meat. There are better places in Bonn. For €12.50, I definitely expect more.

Every single burger was a hit! The Big Bonnz Smash Burger was fluffy and juicy. The Long Crispy Chicken Burger was truly crispy. The highlight: the Bonnz Rib Burger, a whopping 400g of beef fillet, tender as butter and perfectly cooked. We also had a mixed bucket (tenders and spicy tenders - beware: they're hot). The sweet potato fries were also delicious. We tried all the dips, and I can recommend every single one.

Such a beautiful and warmly run restaurant! My entire family, including three little girls, loved the food. Six of us had a good selection from the menu, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied. Bottom line: highly recommended!
