By far the best burger I've had in the Bonn/Cologne area. Always a warm welcome and the price is right. I'll definitely remain a regular customer! :)

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. They even gave me advice on each burger and asked what kind I'd had before so they could cater to my preferences. I was also pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone!

I ate in the restaurant, got a table without any problems, and waited about 15 minutes. I had the Bonnz Burger with double patties as part of a meal deal. The meat was juicy and flavorful, reminding me a lot of the "Steakhouse" from Burger King, which is perfectly fine by me! The small version of the burger would have been too small for me, though. The fries were also tasty (a little salty) and a decent portion. Service is limited to taking your order; you pick up and return your trays yourself. All in all, a solid place with good burgers that you can visit without hesitation.

Today around 1:30 pm, my wife and I were here for the first time. I have to say, I went with high expectations, and we weren't disappointed! The Tender L was super delicious—not too greasy, but juicy! We had the cheeseburger meal; the meat was absolutely amazing, a super meaty flavor, just as it should be. The fries were great too! The smash burger was just as good. The guys were friendly and had the food ready in about 8-15 minutes, even though it was quite busy. We'll definitely be back! Ma shaa الله guys! Allahumma Barik.

Great value for money! Two meals for around €32 is a fair price. They ask if you want your patty smashed. Otherwise, I would have appreciated more assistance when ordering. The menu is quite extensive. The burgers were well-balanced in flavor. The fries were a generous portion, served with Joppie sauce. One of the better burgers in Bonn.

Highly recommended. The Smash Burgers taste like McDonald's cheeseburgers 😅 – both in taste and smell, basically a substitute. Except that Bonnz-Burger's is fresher and of higher quality. I ordered from Bonnz Burger today and was really disappointed. The burger looked unappetizing as soon as I unpacked it; the bun was completely soggy and the texture was just unpleasant. After a few bites, I had to stop eating because I felt really sick, even though I hadn't eaten anything else all day. On top of that, the burger, fries, and the entire meal smelled and tasted strongly of cigarettes, which made the whole thing even worse. That's probably the fault of the delivery driver, but the condition of the burger itself is clearly the restaurant's fault. Overall, a very bad experience. I won't be ordering from there again.

I took my son back to Bonn. He recommended this place to us. We had a delicious meal, and it was also nice that there was no Coca-Cola, but Fritz Cola instead, given my personal stance on Palestine. The staff was very friendly, as was the owner. We will definitely be back.

I tried the rib burger meal deal and was truly impressed. The meat was exceptionally tender and juicy. What was particularly striking was how perfectly cooked it was: the bone pulled right out, demonstrating how long and carefully the meat had been prepared. The flavor was intense, smoky, and very aromatic – exactly what you'd expect from a good rib burger. The meal deal as a whole was also well-balanced. The combination of burger, side dish, and drink worked well together and was satisfying without being too heavy. You can tell that they place great value on quality and preparation. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a very positive experience that makes me want to come back. Best regards

€9 for such a small Smash Burger, about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger, is simply far too expensive. It tastes really good, no question, but the price is absolutely unjustified. For the same money, you can get a whole doner kebab that will fill you up. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is completely off. It's a shame, because the burger itself is really good.

It's self-service, but the staff are still incredibly friendly. The drinks are also tasty. We sat and chatted for a while; the place is very cozy. It's even quieter downstairs.

However, there wasn't much service, since you order and pick up your food yourself at the counter. That was okay for me, though. Unfortunately, the food disappointed me. I had a completely different impression from TikTok, where it's so hyped. For me, the taste wasn't anything special – I didn't experience the "explosion of flavor" that's often described. I was there with my two children and we ordered two kids' meals. What I really didn't like, though, was that if a kids' meal is advertised with a toy, then there should actually be one included. We were told that the toys were sold out – I found that really disappointing. Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay, but because of my high expectations, I was ultimately disappointed.

Furthermore, the sauces somewhat overwhelmed the burger, overpowering the actual meat flavor. The Crispy Chickenburger 🐤🍔 was a completely different story; it was the highlight for me. Juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly complemented by the sauces 👍. Personally, I think it's one of the best chicken burgers I've had in Germany so far. The meat was initially well-made as a smash patty, but overall, it was a bit under-seasoned and lacked flavor. The fries tasted good and were properly fried, but unfortunately, they were served a bit too cold. The Yuppie sauce could also use some more attention, as it was rather bland. We traveled about 1.5 hours to visit. Overall, the trip was only partially worthwhile for me, with the exception of the truly excellent chicken burger, which will definitely be a positive memory.

The friendliest burger restaurant owner in all of Bonn! The place was packed, and unfortunately, our order was forgotten. After a while, I pointed it out to him. He was very understanding, apologized profusely, and immediately took care of our order, which he gave us on the house. Truly top-notch service!

We went there a week ago to break our fast. When we made the reservation over the phone, we were told that arriving half an hour early would be sufficient. However, once we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our meals. We were a group of 27 children who hadn't eaten all day. Others who arrived after us received their food before we did. We were also assured that there would be free water available for all guests, but this wasn't the case. As "compensation," we received three cheese sauces, which was no substitute. When we paid at the end, we were told that some meals hadn't been paid for yet, but that they would be included as a courtesy. However, we later learned that everything had been paid for exactly, and we had even paid more than we should have because some meals had been incorrectly billed. Overall, the food was tasty, but we were very disappointed and will not be returning to Bonnz's Burger as a large group.

I ordered the Rib Burger Meal and Crispy Chicken. The Rib Burger was fantastic. The meat was incredibly delicious and tender. The bone came right out in a second. I'll definitely order it again. The Chicken Burger was a bit dry for my taste. Next time, I'd try a Chicken Fillet Burger. What I found disappointing was that the buns weren't homemade, but rather pre-made. BUT perhaps they simply don't have the space for a baking area and an oven, as it's not a huge place. Therefore, it's acceptable and still delicious. We'll definitely be back. Best of luck! P.S. 1. I've been following this place since it opened and have seen its steady growth – not just financially, but also in terms of quality. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into it. Places like this enrich Bonn and make the restaurant scene exciting. Highly recommended.

Now for the burger: The cheeseburger tasted OK, but not exceptionally good, but not bad either. Overall, OK, BUT! The patty was way too thin and too small... There was far too little meat for a burger...! We all ordered another burger... And then it's too expensive! The fries and sauce were tasty. But go and decide for yourselves.

The overwhelmingly positive reviews convinced us to try the restaurant ourselves. We received a friendly welcome. However, the only large table available for five was downstairs. There's no table service; you have to get everything yourself at the counter. We ordered an XXL Bytes Box and a Smashed Burger Meal each. The burgers were rather small and, unfortunately, quite bland. They were particularly lacking in essential seasonings, which made them taste rather tasteless. On the other hand, there was a veritable mountain of fries that completely filled the tray, making the burgers appear even smaller. There was a sufficient selection of sauces, and the drinks menu was good. Unfortunately, I started feeling very unwell shortly after eating, and my companion also complained of feeling uncomfortably full. Once home, I ended up vomiting. For this reason, we definitely wouldn't eat here again and unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant in good conscience.

Yesterday I wanted to have a good burger, I don't know Bonn and I went to Bonnz-Burger because of the 4.9 rating, but I was seriously disappointed. My burger didn't look at all like the ones you see in the other reviews. It was small, soggy, and overall not very good. In a Burger King I could have had a better one, and that really is a very low bar! Service is not unfriendly, but also not friendly. I would call it "uninterested". The fries were a nice surprise, though: fresh, crispy and very tasty. That's what saved the meal. However, for EUR 17.90 I expected a bigger and, above all, a much better burger. My experience definitely didn't match what I read here.
