I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW GOOD THIS PLACE IS. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Extremely sanitary, amazing seating and the most delicious food in all of Germany (I’m a foodie I mean it). Their broasted chicken platter is to DIE for. Massive portions, you will have to get a takeaway for lunch the next day. Also amazing dips such as houmous, mutabbal and Arabic breads. Value for money and definitely a hidden gem!

Very very bad service. We were a family and waited more than 40 minutes. Then they served the broasted chicken. It was very bad and the treatment of customers was very bad.

I actually ended up in the restaurant by chance. But that was a very happy coincidence. Fabulous, fresh food at moderate prices. Incredibly nice staff that is very attentive. I actually don't eat kebab at all. But even that tastes great to me here. And no🙃 I am not related to the owners or receive any money for this review.

If you are thinking this restaurant on "Too good to go", stay away. The price was almost the samewith the menu price for a dry, bland chicken schawarma. Had to throw away since I was afraid of food poisoning, which is a shame especially when you try to save food and money.

The food was really great and delicious. However, the background area and the ceramic rooms are completely unacceptably dirty. I felt sick when I went to the toilet after eating. The floors were slippery and the toilet area completely unacceptable.

I've eaten Syrian food many times, this time I was disappointed by the recession because it's based only on lies. I've never seen such a dirty restaurant brown from the dirt, the tables are completely covered in dust. But the worst thing was the toilet, there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor and the soap dispenser was a plastic one that was already empty. The service wasn't the best either, we were told that The food would be ready after 25 minutes, but we waited 50 minutes. We also forgot one of our dishes. When we were eating, they tried to cover up the bad taste with too many spices. I've been to Syria myself, but that doesn't matter anymore anything to do with Syrian food, especially not from Damascus.

Karam Al-Sham Restaurant is one of the cleanest and best restaurants in Bonn, the Bad Godsburg area. The grills are distinctive, the salads, shawarma, and all Syrian food are in their original style. The restaurant hall is comfortable, the seating areas are excellent and give you privacy. The restaurant staff is very respectful. Visit the restaurant and try the grills and the Arabic shawarma dish

Shawarma is not the best, really, the best shawarma I have eaten in Germany and cleaner than any restaurant in Cologne

I ordered 2 donners to take away today, the meat was totally cold, the roll was also cold and hard! Called immediately but the lady on the phone just hung up, 2 calls and the same thing. If you don't feel like working, you should do something else. Not recommended, McDonald's has better food! You can apologize over the phone and not just hang up. Very cheeky!!!!!

It takes more than an hour and a half to place the order in intermittent batches. The last thing that came down was the incomplete order. Frankly, I do not advise anyone.
