I actually ended up in the restaurant by chance. But that was a very happy coincidence. Fabulous, fresh food at moderate prices. Incredibly nice staff that is very attentive. I actually don't eat kebab at all. But even that tastes great to me here. And no🙃 I am not related to the owners or receive any money for this review.

Very, very tasty, filling, large portions, not expensive, pleasant atmosphere, they brought a free plate of hummus to wait for, and tea after the meal. Very polite and nice people work there. We will come again with pleasure! Good luck to you!

If you are thinking this restaurant on "Too good to go", stay away. The price was almost the samewith the menu price for a dry, bland chicken schawarma. Had to throw away since I was afraid of food poisoning, which is a shame especially when you try to save food and money.

I've eaten Syrian food many times, this time I was disappointed by the recession because it's based only on lies. I've never seen such a dirty restaurant brown from the dirt, the tables are completely covered in dust. But the worst thing was the toilet, there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor and the soap dispenser was a plastic one that was already empty. The service wasn't the best either, we were told that The food would be ready after 25 minutes, but we waited 50 minutes. We also forgot one of our dishes. When we were eating, they tried to cover up the bad taste with too many spices. I've been to Syria myself, but that doesn't matter anymore anything to do with Syrian food, especially not from Damascus.

Karam Al-Sham Restaurant is one of the cleanest and best restaurants in Bonn, the Bad Godsburg area. The grills are distinctive, the salads, shawarma, and all Syrian food are in their original style. The restaurant hall is comfortable, the seating areas are excellent and give you privacy. The restaurant staff is very respectful. Shawarma is not the best, really, the best shawarma I have eaten in Germany and cleaner than any restaurant in Cologne

I ordered 2 donners to take away today, the meat was totally cold, the roll was also cold and hard! Called immediately but the lady on the phone just hung up, 2 calls and the same thing. If you don't feel like working, you should do something else. Not recommended, McDonald's has better food! You can apologize over the phone and not just hang up. Very cheeky!!!!!

Well, the tables and rooms are not necessarily clean, cobwebs sometimes hang from the ceilings, tables are rarely wiped down and the food wasn't that great either. It worked, but nothing more. It's enough to have been there once.

The broasted one took a while, but the owner of the restaurant himself brought it to us and apologized for the delay and explained the reason. Der Chef ist zuvorkommend, das Essen hat hohe Qualität, Bedienung wie auch die Gäste sind freundlich und höflich, und man erlebt wirklich einen Hauch Orient. Besonders auch die Kibbeh sind knusprig und lecker gefüllt. Wir bekamen sogar Tee aus frischer Pefferminze. Das Restaurant trägt seinen Namen mit Recht.

Alle tip top! Frisches, leckeres Essen, sehr nettes Personal und der Chef steht persönlich im Laden und sorgt dafür, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir sind Stammkunden, herzlichen Dank für die immer wieder tollen Erfahrungen.

The sandwich was dry and tasteless, the shawarma was overcooked and tough, and the shishtawook was dry and over-seasoned. The service was also not very good. The waiter was rude and dismissive, and he didn't seem to care about our experience. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is bad, the service is poor.

Nachdem wir auf der Suche nach einem geöffneten Restaurant durch Bad Godesberg geirrt sind (wirklich Bonn? Samstag 23 Uhr und alles zu?) sind wir schließlich hier gelandet. Was für ein Glücksfall. Super freundliche Servive und eine der besten Hähnchen Schawarma Rollen die ich jemals hatte. Unsere 4er Gruppe hat noch ein kleines Schälchen Pommes und eins mit sauren Gurken aufs Haus bekommen.

Sehr leckeres Reis/ Lammgericht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wir waren18Personen und hatten das Essen vorbestellt. Kann ich von Herzen weiter empfehlen.Wir hatten eine kleine Familienfeier und die MA haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert.DAs essen war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
