Great Asian with a great buffet. Most drinks are included in the price of the buffet. The staff is very friendly. In addition, two robots drive through the dining room, bringing the freshly prepared dishes to the respective tables. There is always a small toy for children. A visit is definitely recommended!

The meals are varied, the taste is average, and the price is acceptable for all-you-can-eat lunch.

A very large selection of food and drinks. The buffet in the evening is really worth it. I have never experienced so much choice of different dishes. There are chocolate fountains with white and whole milk chocolate and several flavors of ice cream and desserts. Birthday children get a great surprise served at the table by cute serving robots.

Mr. Wu's lunch buffet offers a variety of specialties that is unique to me. All dishes appear to be of high quality. The offer ranges from salmon, a great selection of sushi, various seafood, classic Chinese main dishes and a variety of desserts (many different types of ice cream, cakes, donuts, ...). AND the biggest unique selling point is the drinks flat rate - drink as much as you want. All possible cold and hot drinks are taken into account here. The price per person of ~ €20 is truly UNBEATABLE. Mr. Wu gained a regular customer. Many thanks to the lovely staff and see you next time.

Price/performance fits. Since the service only has to refill the buffet and clear the plates and bottles/glasses, the latter could work better. It's a shame that the meat on the grill is completely fried and therefore dry. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very noisy due to its size and furnishings.

It was incredibly bad... noisy, the food left a lot to be desired, the empty plates sat on the table for ages. Price & performance doesn't fit at all! I absolutely cannot recommend it ☹️.

If you like it very loud, very bright and very large, this is the place for you. The buffet was OK. You get your own drinks from the fridge or from the machine if you want coffee. Some people will probably like it a lot, but unfortunately it wasn't for us. The noise level is unbelievable.

You had a different idea when you first visited Mr. Wu. Eating at Mr. Wu's on a Friday evening requires a lot of patience. Even if you ordered a table for several people six months ago, after a long waiting time of around 15 minutes, you are assigned the worst table, right next to the door. Even when I asked the receptionist whether we could get another seat because of the train and the noise, the response was snippy, the answer was that we didn't understand anything, and we were simply ignored. After such a first experience, you no longer feel like doing anything else. Not to mention instructions on how to handle things. In terms of service, one has to say that the staff was scarce. Despite the restaurant being overcrowded, they were very nice, but didn't manage to empty one or two tables. In terms of food, it was very tasty, you could eat as much as you wanted. The selection is very large. The drinks were also plentiful, so you could get something from non-alcoholic drinks to beer/wine. The atmosphere was like a train station, loud, crowded and quite overcrowded. It was very difficult to have a conversation as there were probably a lot of children's birthdays and other celebrations taking place there that evening. Accordingly, there are also many children on site. My conclusion: The whole restaurant was overcrowded that day, the receptionist had no overview at all, was overwhelmed, and rather irritably assigned the guests a table. The service staff were hard-working, but there weren't enough service staff to clear things up, so some things were simply left on the table. The food itself was delicious and freshly prepared. At certain tables privacy with conversations was not possible due to being too loud and sitting too far away. You should therefore think carefully about a second visit, at least not on Friday evenings or at weekends. Maybe it's quieter on weekdays.

The lighting situation and the “clearance” were quite reminiscent of Fiehtrieb. So it wouldn't have been surprising to hear one or two sheep bleating. The food itself wasn't bad. The sushi was so fresh that it even contained plastic from the world's oceans (about 4 cm long and sharp-edged). Apart from the serving robot, the staff was so customer-oriented that there were and are certainly guests who took advantage of the entire situation and left the restaurant without paying. When it comes to paying customers, goodwill is definitely shown in the event of a complaint.

To break the habit at peak times. Way too crowded, chaos at the buffet. Despite reservations, they unfortunately couldn't or didn't want to accommodate our request for a quieter table. Buffet area and live kitchen are simply too small for the rush. I waited over 20 minutes for my plate from the grill area and then left. Of course you will still be full. But then more with the standard things and not with those from live cooking. The price is quite steep at 35 euros with a 2-hour time limit. Otherwise it is clean overall and the waitresses are helpful. Nevertheless, given the volume and overcrowding, it is a relief to be able to step outside the door into the fresh air. It is certainly more pleasant there outside of rush hour.

There were 5 people there with a wheelchair user and had no problems getting in. The ambience was beautiful and the robot cat was a big highlight for us. The buffet is relatively small but very tasty. The live cooking was also great, we had to wait a bit but it was also a very busy day. The selection of drinks was incredibly large. We had dinner there today with the whole family, but the experience was disappointing. The food didn't taste good at all, it was unsalted and tasteless. Some of the food even seemed to get lost after it was put on the grill. The sushi was also bland and tasteless. My advice: It's better to go to another restaurant where the quality and service are good. The service, which was limited to two hours, also seemed very unfriendly.

Excellent value for money on Saturday lunchtime, huge selection of sushi, all non-alcoholic drinks (very large selection including energy drinks) and 2 beers included in the price. As a family of 6 with children under 12 you didn't pay 100 EUR. Great! The food is tasty, lunch selection in the Chinese area is not huge but absolutely sufficient, generally increased proportion of non-typical Chinese food. Large selection of desserts with ice cream, soft ice cream, fruits and chocolate fountains in 2 colors. Simply great for families.

The food is okay and there is a lot to choose from, but the background noise is very loud and for such a large restaurant there are only 3 toilets and you don't want to think about cleanliness. Clearly too expensive for what is on offer.

An absolute enrichment for Rostock! Absolutely recommended for everyone! Great food, starting with all warm dishes, salads, cakes, raw meat and fish that you can have live fried, sushi, soups, ice cream, desserts, chocolate fountains, etc. In addition, all drinks are free (all lemonades, juices, Cola, Fanta, Sprite, coffee and co.. 2 alcoholic drinks per person are free, after that you have to pay for them yourself. This is also an absolutely great solution. Friendly and very courteous staff. We'll definitely be back tomorrow! Sorry, but if you have anything to complain about here, you should stay at home in the basement. ;-) Absolute recommendation!

The Mr. Wu restaurant has a very modern design, is very large and offers a rich all-you-can-eat-and-drink buffet including a Mongolian grill. The selection of food and drinks is very diverse, well seasoned and also visually appealing. The ingredients used make a fresh impression, only the confectionery (cakes, Dickmanns, etc.) are not really fresh. The price-performance ratio is still too high. Almost €36 per person for the evening buffet is at least €3 too high compared to comparable restaurants. For example, there are no horse skewers that are passed around. Nevertheless, the restaurant is worth a visit. It's clean here and the toilet facilities are also exemplary compared to other restaurants. Either the guests are better behaved here. Or the staff is behind when it comes to cleanliness. Big praise for that! Oh yes, the littlest guests also get a little something to take with them when they leave. The service is difficult to assess. The food is quickly refilled and the dishes on the Mongolian grill are also prepared well. But the food and drinks ordered are served with a robot cat. Therefore, the service deductions are solely due to this.

Unfortunately, after our visit today, we discovered that the quality of the food had deteriorated significantly. We were really looking forward to a delicious buffet and both the children and my partner and I were overjoyed after the first bite. Likewise the meat counter. I decided on rump steak and various vegetables. When the robot finally brought me the plate after 30 minutes, I was disappointed there too. Completely fried and tasted like the sole of a shoe. What the staff obviously has no influence on is the behavior of other children. Run in front of the staff's feet and are extremely loud. Unfortunately, it wasn't a relaxing meal for us for a second. But we've had a lot better experiences there. What a shame!

We were here on Sunday lunchtime and had a good meal. I like meat and my girlfriend is vegetarian. And it was very busy, but it didn't bother us at all. The service was also very good and friendly. See you soon!

Great buffet! Something for everyone to find. We mainly went for the sushi, which was plentiful. If you wanted something fried, there was a number and an electric cat-shaped control that played music. An unexpectedly positive experience.

We've been there a few times and it's always nice.

We wanted to make a reservation by phone at 5 p.m. (on a Wednesday). But we were told that this was not necessary as there were enough places available. That was true, but it also quickly became very crowded. So if you're not there when it opens, you might want to make a reservation. We already knew the type of buffet from Berlin, but the offering was even larger (meats, desserts). The drinks selection is also great. So you don't have to wait because you get the drink of your choice from the fridge yourself. The robots are of course the highlight. According to the notices posted on the tables, a time limit of 2 hours per visit is “allowed.” I don't know if and how this will be checked, because we weren't there longer, we were sufficiently full by then. The staff is super nice and attentive, both at the reception and orientation (for newbies) as well as when clearing up the dishes in between. When we are in Rostock again, we will probably plan a visit there again.

Unfortunately, the birthday surprise is made when not everyone is sitting at the table. Then there are construction workers sitting at the next table in their dirty clothes and behaving impossibly and the staff ignores them. The seating doesn't fit at all, the Chinese are reminiscent of an American diner.

At the beginning we were asked by the service employee whether we had been there before and whether we knew how it worked. We said no. The advantage is that non-alcoholic drinks are included with the buffet. However, the selection of food itself is not particularly larger than in other Asian restaurants. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a nice size, but it was quite noisy as a result. The cat-look serving trolleys were amusing to look at. "All you can eat and drink" Help yourself to the huge buffet, dessert buffet, ice cream, soft ice cream, mega drinks refrigerators as often and as much as you want. Duck cross, chicken, beef, fish, pork... Shrimp, salmon... Sushi in all variations (even deep fried) soups, sauces, fruit, Coffee, cake buffet everything your heart desires...as often and as much as you can manage... Only pay once when you leave... Per person 21.90 euros including everything Friendly staff Sufficient tables... Only the check at the exit should be in place, because we could have easily left the restaurant unnoticed without paying ;-) Of course we paid at the checkout... for the money... It's worth it!!!

When you enter the store, you don't even glance at the staff and reception. But when you eat or take something to eat, they watch and control you. Maybe they're afraid you're too hungry to eat all your food. Very arrogant and bad attitude, maybe only focused on money. A dog came with his owner but the reception didn't let him in. And they always look from the outside, as if dogs were something disgusting, even though they are elegant. Yes, this restaurant is that elegant.

Amazing restaurant, I would recommend it to everyone! We randomly saw the advertisement on a bus and figured we’d give it a try. We were immediately impressed. There is an incredible selection of food and drinks and everything we tried was delicious!! The best bang for your buck for sure!
