Worst place ever, just choose another one

I got a special fries for €7! It was absolutely delicious and for the price, you can't complain. However, in the evenings, there are a few tipsy people around, but they're generally harmless. Otherwise, it's a great spot and there's a good place to sit. I highly recommend it.

The doner kebab was spoiled and unfortunately we were poisoned.

The food was excellent, the staff very friendly, the portions generous, and the value for money. All in all, I highly recommend it.

I had a negative experience. First, they don't accept card payments. Second, the dish wasn't tasty: the flatbread was dry, the meat wasn't flavorful, and there weren't many vegetables. The potatoes were overcooked and tasted of some kind of spice. Third, the terrace is inconvenient—it's located on a pedestrian street, right next to a residential building or hotel. It feels like a courtyard. Very uncomfortable.

Very good doner, the personal is good and nice, take time to tell you the food and everything, fast for the doner, lots of salad and meat, great price for the meal 👍🤗

The staff were very unfriendly. We ordered food at 11:30 p.m. and wanted to eat inside. The staff member lost it. They wanted to close straight away and how dare I sit down there and eat. I had to tell the staff member that I wasn't interested in talking or discussing things with him and I sat down and ate. The staff member started shouting when I ordered a kebab with a plate, as that would have been too much work for him. Unfriendly to customers and that doesn't look good. My advice: the customer is king.

Super delicious food, unlike anything I've ever had at a kebab shop. The skewer is cut with a knife, not an electric knife, which produces paper-thin slices. Anyone who says the food isn't delicious isn't telling the truth, in my opinion.

The garlic sauce does not rate anything like garlic sauce. More like sour cucumbers

I have never eaten so badly! First we had to wait for almost half an hour, then the food came, we ordered Adana and chicken skewers, both as plates, €15 each. Let me put it this way, I have never spent €30 so badly. The meat was bone dry, you had to rinse it with water, the Adana was so hard you could hardly cut it. The rice was also extremely dry, I couldn't even eat half of it. The Adana wasn't seasoned at all, even though the menu said "spicy". It tasted like a meatball. The chicken wasn't seasoned either, but at least it had a spicy sauce on it. The salad was 99% red cabbage. Absolutely not to be recommended. I didn't even eat half of it. I paid €30 and went home hungry. Last but not least, we (two women) were harassed by male guests.

We saw a mouse in the kitchen and the kebab didn't taste good and the bread was like play dough.

Came there when online it said open till 00:00 and they were being rude saying closed while everything was still open and we were on time.

Toilets with feces on the floor Contrary to the order and allergy instructions, Pomm Döner is served with cucumber, not mixed and consists of 90% fries. It used to be much better! Never again! Staff unfriendly and don't pay attention to order instructions.

Even the cheapest and rancid frozen pizza would have been better. Tastes like cardboard and looks like cardboard too. Absolutely cheeky for the price. NRW stinks and buhuuuu 😭😭😭

Unfortunately, doner kebab and falafel Dürum are not recommended, they don't taste good

Worst Falafel Dürüm I've ever eaten.

We ordered the Djudje Filet and Kubideh Kebab, but unfortunately, they did not meet our expectations. The Djudje consisted of just five small pieces of chicken, which was disappointing. As for the Koobideh, the onion-to-meat ratio was noticeably off, affecting the flavor balance. The staff were friendly. I would rate the experience 3 out of 5 at most.

The food didn't taste like a Persian meal, but quantity wise was good. Especially, kebab was pretty tough and was not fresh with low amount of meat. The employees were friendly and clean, and you could see the kitchen from outside. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

I've really never seen such a loveless kebab shop, sauces, salads and even the Adana skewers looked like they had been on display for several days, I really couldn't eat the kebab

The chicken was definitely bad, they tried to suppress its taste with the sauce. My friend vomited for 2 days after that meal. Persian kebab was not tasty either.

Ordered a kebab and a cup of Ayran. Paid €8.50 and tipped €1.50. As a thank you there was no food. All the customers who came in after me had their food in no time. Waited 25 minutes, then my break was over and I didn't get anything to eat or get my money back!!!😡😡😡😡 Never again!!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!!

Solid kebab but not enough for the price, unfortunately at rush hour the durüm wasn't baked nearly crispy.

The inside of the restaurant was very closed and boring. Even though there were no customers inside, all the tables and floors were dirty. The kebab was very bad. My wife ordered Adana shish and she didn't like it. Very disgusting, I don't recommend it.

I found this wonderful kebab shop near my hotel, I was in desperate need of comfort food which for me means Persian food... I ordered a djudjeh kebab with rice and salad which was cooked to perfection. I am not a German speaker and was visiting the area on business, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity.

Service was really good, kebab was okay, overall there was a bit of love missing, both when cutting the lettuce and when caring for the floors, especially when you have to wait a bit, you can of course see these corners of the shop. Price performance was right.

I have rarely had a kebab that I had to throw away. Good meat, but inedible sauces...

This kebab place is a hidden gem. You may stumble upon it and discover a world unseen. Service was swift and personele was friendly. When in comes to the kebab sandwich itself, my praise only increases. The meat itself was heavenly, and the selfmade sauce was delicious. Be careful, however, as the spicy sauce packs a serious punch.

Unfriendly staff, bad service, and low food quality

I have no idea, but that's nothing. When you're drunk and need something between the gills, there's something there. But in terms of taste and quantity, there are far better alternatives. And be careful, they are breaking the law by not offering toilets as a restaurant. Staff is annoyed when you pay by card. Doesn't work at all...

Good meat and allows tourists to discover something other than the kebabs of their country. I was thinking of ordering a traditional kebab but not understanding the language, I ordered something else which was still good. Possibility to eat on site or take away. Fair price.

I was there for the first time today with my girlfriend. And one word: wow. I've had a lot of bad/gristly/greasy doner kebabs lately but Mr Kebab had great meat. The staff were also super accommodating and nice, I will definitely be back. PS: the hot sauce is really hot ;). Thank you very much & see you soon.

One of the best Döner I have had in Cologne. The decor is very ordinary, the shop a little chaotic and the tables wonky, but the food is certainly worth a visit.

Extremely clean and tasty - not a classic kebab but a Persian interpretation that is extremely good. We recommend dudje kebab chicken breast in yogurt saffron marinade - fresh lavash etc Addition: more of a snack bar

I was there yesterday at 11pm, the service was extremely bad. One of the employees yelled at me while I was ordering. he was like he didn't want to work, or he did it on purpose so that no one would enter the restaurant during his work shift. I will never go back and tell everyone I know about this bad experience

Tried their Hänschen donor, it was ok and I came from paderborn and paderborn/Berlin has best Donors, overall it was good but the bread is little burned. Owner or cashier is in good mood and ambience is also fine. Next time I will try the other donor place

Staff is nice and polite. Food is slightly below average and somehow one piece of meat in my kebab had a strange smell and taste, the other pieces were fine. Fries ok too. The hot sauce would be really good on better meat. You can do this if you want to quickly snack and can't find anything else.

There seems to be a lot of good reviews which surprises me because when I tasted the Döner, I almost puked it out. It was so gross and it smelled so bad. I’m never going to go here again

Der Service war freundlich. Beim Döner würde das Gemüse quasi oben auf der fertige Sandwich gelegt. Man hat also erst das Gemüse weggegessen, dann kam man erst zum Fleisch. Besser wäre gemischt. Das Fleisch wirkt billig und kaum durchgegart. Oft kommen Junkies in den Laden zum betteln. Dafür können die Besitzer natürlich nichts, aber leider unschön.

Der beste Döner hier in köln. Gutes Fleisch und Brot. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr Nett zu Kunden. Die 5 Sterne haben sie sich verdient

An sich sehr leckeres Essen, aber wenn man sich in der Pause was holen möchte und die Dame dort am arbeiten ist geht man am besten eine Straße weiter und holt sich dort was. Für die Zubereitung eines Döners müsste man sonst mal gut 14-20 Minuten Zeit mitbringen.

Wir waren vorhin bei Mr. Kebab. Das Essen war in preisleistung verhältnismäßig ganz in Ordnung. Einer der zwei Mitarbeiter war wirklich höflich, hat sich auch jede Bestellung genau aufgeschrieben. Der andere schrie ein (nicht deutsches) älteres Ehepaar an “WELCHE SAUCE? WELCHE SAUCE? ICH SAGTE WELCHE SAUCE???!!!” Absolut unfreundlich!!!!! Das Ambiente ist schlicht aber mit schönen Nuancen gespickt. Viele nette pflanzliche Accessoires (der Baum hinten in der Ecke ist nur noch braun und seid locker 2 Monaten vertrocknet) SCHÖN, einfach schön!!

Für mich der beste Dönerimbiss in der Innenstadt! Hier bekommt man endlich mal einen richtig scharfen Döner wenn man scharfe Tomatensauce und Samurai Sauce bestellt. Köstlich ;-). Das Personal immer super freundlich, Zutaten frisch, Laden immer sehr sauber, da wirklich ständig während des Betriebs gewischt und gekehrt wird.

Leckere Falafel und faire Preise. Habe für 6,50 einen echt großen falafel dürüm bekommen. Das personal ist auch lieb :)

We are not German native but the shop was very busy when we first got there. The really nice staff who helped us was very welcoming to us given our first time being here. We ordered Kebab with rice/salad and Falafel Sandwich and both dishes tasted amazing. The portion (protein/carb/veggie) is really big given the price and it was cooked just right as the kebab was very juicy and the falafel was just perfect. Highly recommend it!

Der Döner ist sehr lecker, gerade mit der scharfen Käsesouce schmeckt der Döner besonders gut, das Brot ist schön fluffig und das Fleisch schön saftig. Die Preise gehen auch voll klar. Eine klare Empfehlung. 👌🏼
