I ate here in the evening on January 3, 2025. The service was excellent, the staff were without exception friendly and attentive! The food was normal tasty snack food. Unfortunately, someone thought that it would be a good idea to install such strange devices that are supposed to mask the smell of snacks/food by regularly spraying them with an unpleasant artificial perfume scent. This was extremely unpleasant _for me_, so I could hardly enjoy my meal properly. When I go to a snack bar, I just want to eat, so food smells couldn't bother me less at that time! I will refrain _for me_ from coming back again before the outdoor season, but I don't want to discourage anyone from visiting. Every other person can form their own opinion.

I just had food poisoning from this stupid grill and threw up so much that what came out was noodle casserole, which happened to me for the second time now and I'm sure that's where it came from.

I tried eating a kebab plate with salad. The meat was a disaster. Dry and cold. Like chewing gum, hard to chew. I ate the salad and very little meat. When asked how it tasted, I said: Unfortunately not and described the problem. They offered to make a new portion, which I politely declined. I was completely full from the salad and had to keep going. So far so good. But to then mercilessly charge €14.99 for this is a bit cheeky. Charging for the salad or offering half price would have been fair.

Great Restaurant for Chicken Specialities. Staff is absolutey friendly and the half chicken with fries and Salad was marvellous. You got a free tea with your meal. Absolutely recommendable.

We were hungry after a Kölner Haie game at 7 p.m. and ate there before heading home. We were the first and then the place got packed. Unfortunately there was only one employee there, the second was outside making a phone call. Accordingly, all orders were taken first before preparation began. Had to wait a long time for a bad kebab, you could tell that no effort was made. The kebab tasted like it was two days old. Unfortunately, some of my order was made incorrectly.

I ordered a Dürüm from this kebab shop. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't cooked properly, which significantly affected the enjoyment. I also came across some strange chunks of meat that didn't look good and felt unpleasant. I'm usually a fan of Dürüm and understand that sometimes there can be small irregularities. However, I expect a certain level of care and quality when preparing meat. Maybe it was a one-time incident, but I would like to see more attention paid to the quality and preparation so that something like this can be avoided in the future. Service was friendly and ordering was quick, so I hope things go better on my next visit.

Unfortunately, my experience at this doner site was disappointing. The employee's description did not match what we received. The dish was a lot of bread and almost no meat. Therefore, what seemed like a generous portion was actually mostly bread. The price is high for what they offer. I do not recommend this site, a real disappointment.
