We were at the concert in the Lanxess Arena and wanted to get a kebab there. The nice guy behind the counter didn't think it was necessary to serve us, even though the place wasn't full!!... he just stared at us blankly... stood there for what felt like half an hour... if they didn't want to serve us, that was their loss... and everyone who left was unhappy. So I left... That's sure to keep the place doing well, I'm sure 😂😂😂

You pay €8 for practically nothing. The taste isn't much different either. Not recommended if you really want to treat yourself to something tasty.

The worst doner kebab I've ever eaten. I waited 30 minutes for it. It was completely filled with salad and then had a little bit of meat on top. The feta cheese had been removed from all the doners; it was no longer good.

Outrageous prices for what they offer! I really can't understand why this place has received good reviews. Our visit was consistently disappointing. The "grill platter" (chicken skewer) for €15.90 consisted of a few pieces of meat without bread or sauce (which you have to pay extra for), a tiny portion, tasteless, and served with a bland salad that was almost entirely iceberg lettuce. That's not what you call a grill platter. The halloumi wrap was cold, bland, and consisted almost entirely of lettuce leaves. Mayo or ketchup cost an extra €2 without any prior notice. In the end, we paid €50 for practically nothing. OVERPRICED, unhygienic, and absolutely no service – the staff didn't even want to hear our feedback. Never again!!!

I got a doner kebab for €11 – and it was a real disappointment. First, my order was completely forgotten, then I got the wrong doner. When I finally got mine, the taste was a disaster: like something my grandma would make. The bread was a solid lump of dough, and the rest was just as carelessly prepared. How this place gets such good reviews is beyond me.

We both ate a doner kebab plate here, one with fries and one with rice. We were more than satisfied with the quantity and quality. The tzatziki sauce was delicious, but the cocktail sauce was unfortunately a bit too sweet. All in all, though, excellent! 👍🏼

The 4.3 stars are a complete joke. This place should be shut down. No one should serve food like that to customers. It's catastrophic. I've had stomach pains for two days. Beware, everyone!

Unfortunately, one of the worst kebab experiences I've ever had... After the incredibly long order, there was no hope in sight. The sauce seemed like it was cheaply bought and not homemade. The meat on the kebab was as tasteless as woodchip wallpaper, and the flatbread dissolved just as quickly as my desire to eat at this place again.

I had a lahmacun, and it was definitely the worst lahmacun I've ever eaten. The paper the lahmacun was wrapped in reeked of cigarettes—the same went for the napkins. The employee was very unenthusiastic, asking three times what I wanted even though I'd already told him several times. The lahmacun itself, however, was the biggest insult. I've never eaten anything that tasted as bland and nothing as the food from this restaurant. Barely any salad, hardly any sauce, and tough meat. I had to throw the food away after four bites because the cigarette smell from the paper was so pungent it was unbearable. About the ambiance of the shop: Everything seemed rather inexpertly cobbled together, sometimes dirty, and as if it had already seen its best days. That wasn't inviting either. The restaurant had dirty and wobbly chairs and tables, so we took our food (2 lahmacuns, 1 meat pie, 1 salad pie) with us. My companions had the same experience. The salad pie had so little sauce/flavor that it probably would have been better to eat a whitehead lettuce on its own. The meat pie also took on the cigarette smell and was inedible. Absolutely not a recommendation - I don't like writing bad reviews, but this review is only meant to protect other guests. Very disappointing and I can't understand how such a business survives. I lost almost €40 there - just to mention it.

I had to repeat my order several times because the staff obviously couldn't keep a pomdöner and llamakum. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great. Very greasy, the tables outside were covered in grease. Not recommended. A shame. It can only get better.

🥙 Pom-Pom Döner at a good price 🥙 We had a bit of time during the break from the event at the Lanxess Arena and were looking for a good lunchtime snack. Even though the place was packed, our number was called after 15 minutes, and we got our ordered food. Large portions at a good price!

Simply amazing 🙌 The prices are a bit surprising at first, but when the pizza or lahmacun/Turkish pizza arrives, you can't complain. Everything is freshly made and absolutely huge. With the pizzas, they asked again if they wanted extra garlic oil, which was also amazing. I'd be happy to go back.

We didn't find it tasty. The only thing that tasted halfway decent was the tzatziki. The kebab left a heavy feeling in our stomachs. We won't be back. We waited 45 minutes for two kebabs.

Unfortunately, a total flop. Pricing a doner kebab plate at €15, which is nothing more than a doner kebab without bread, is ridiculous. On top of that, the meat and the sauce were completely tasteless, and the plate and cutlery were completely greasy and slippery. You even have to pay extra for a smear of ketchup. As if €15 for the "doner kebab plate" wasn't cheeky enough.

The food was subpar. Not disgusting, but definitely bordering on inedible. Stay away from the XXL kebab. The bread was terrible and the selection of sauces and salads was limited.

The dürüm was very small, had no flavor, and was poorly wrapped. Some of the tomatoes weren't even inside the foil, and the dürüm dough was open at the bottom, leaving all the sauce and contents at the bottom of the foil.

We used to eat here often, and it was always better than the other kebab shop in Deutz. Unfortunately, it's gotten really bad these days! I had a falafel durum today that was really disgusting! The falafel is dry and drowned in a red sauce that tastes rather Indian! The durum was also completely dry, and the fold was almost impossible to chew.

No recommendation. The quality of the food is inadequate.

Anyone who spends €20 on an Adana here should have €1.50 for a Sanifair visit and at least two rolls of toilet paper on the way home. Alternative name: DIXI Grlll

Truly unbelievably delicious kebab shop in Cologne! If you get on the tram at Heumarkt and can't find a kebab at the kebab shop entrances, go straight to Deutzer Freiheit and head to this shop. Truly delicious! 😋

Really disappointed. I was expecting a good lunch at a reasonable price, but when I went to pay, they said something else, which I ignored. When I finally got the food, I was really, really disappointed. I got a durum wrap and a doner kebab, both of which were really poor quality and disgusting. The meat was burnt, and the salad looked like they'd used it from the day before. All in all, a terrible experience. Not worth the time or money.

A cool place with a really good atmosphere and a good crowd. I tried the doner sandwich special – it tasted really great! Unfortunately, it could have had a bit more meat.

Best pasta bake and kebab in Cologne

The three of us went there around 2 a.m. and ordered a doner kebab, a durum, and a pizza tonno – and unfortunately, everything was a disaster. The pizza tonno tasted extremely unpleasant, and the tuna had a strange, almost pork-like flavor that was simply repulsive. I specifically ordered chicken for the doner kebab, but they gave me burnt meat from a skewer – even though I specifically asked for it. It was simply ignored. The durum was also barely edible: dry, off-flavored, and just plain bad. The service seemed overtired, barely understood anything, and unfortunately made no effort to rectify anything. For dinner, we would have been better off simply not eating anything at all. We'll definitely never be coming back here – and I strongly advise against it.
