We ordered lychees and noodles through Lieferando. We only received a can of these lychees. A restaurant can't prepare food like that and send it over. Why would you pay 5 euros for an unopened can? Instead of 30 minutes, it took an hour for delivery, and the noodles were cold.

The unsolicited advertising is annoying!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, as the delivery service was extremely unfriendly. I placed my order around 10 p.m. and was subsequently reprimanded by the delivery person, who told me not to order after that time. Since I wasn't aware of this, especially since it was my first time ordering there and the ordering times on Lieferando can be adjusted accordingly, I found this behavior inappropriate. For this reason, and because the food was as cold as an ice cube, I will not be ordering from there in the future.

Stay away. The place is unfriendly and not at all service-oriented. The food was delivered 45 minutes late. It was then cold and the sauce from one meal ran into the other. Then the chopsticks I paid for were missing. Sure, they're only 40 cents, but they're still paid for and if I didn't want them, I wouldn't have ordered them. 1st call to the restaurant, they couldn't understand me and just hung up. 2nd call to the restaurant. We'd like new food, please, and the driver should pick it up and deliver it again. I was given a lot of criticism. The driver came back and started off yelling unfriendly and just wanted to take the food away without giving anything in return. 3 more calls were necessary and we still didn't get any more food. Simply a scam shop. No service and still taking the money. Another call, we'd like the food. Nope, we're fed up now, they said.

Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and had spilled into some of the other dishes we ordered. Unfortunately, not everything that was charged for was delivered. We asked for a new delivery. Unfortunately, the phone was hung up on several times. The driver, who was also not friendly, yelled at us: - It's not that cold (unfortunately, it is) - Then we should cancel with Lieferando (which we didn't really want) - The only thing missing was the chopsticks anyway, or rather, his words were "because of 20 cents??" (Yeah, well, that's awful, and the chopsticks cost more, too) New food didn't arrive, even though we had already paid and didn't really want to cancel, just warm food that wasn't disgustingly smeared all over it. We've now waited for hours for nothing and were treated very disrespectfully. In any case, you should only pay in cash after seeing the food. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews beforehand...

If a simple statement like "No solicitation please" isn't understood, it's always a sign that customer wishes aren't being considered otherwise. The unwanted mailbox looked dated, like it came from the 2000s. There are already too many Vietnamese snack bars and restaurants in Hamburg for me to give this place another chance.

I ordered the chicken dish and it was good and it didn't take very long for the food, the people were extremely nice there.

The food wasn't bad at all, but the service from the staff/delivery personnel was very desirable. I ordered, and the delivery person took a very long time and apparently couldn't read the name tags and bills, since my name was on the bill and he still couldn't find my apartment, even though the name was written in capital letters on the door. Then he had the nerve to yell at me for using my name, even though, as mentioned, it was on the bill. So, this experience left a very bitter aftertaste after the meal.

Unfortunately, I couldn't eat my food; it was so inedible. The rice tasted stale, as did the vegetables in the dish. The salad had no dressing. It was just white cabbage, which also tasted dry and musty. I won't order anything from here again!

I have ordered and have rarely been as disappointed as here. The duck was dry and the skin could have been used to drive nails into the wall. The few vegetables were overcooked and the sauce seemed to have been diluted with water. The rice was a soggy lump And the whole thing was cold too. Never again.....

I also received a flyer in my mailbox. I didn't read any reviews beforehand, so I just tried the food and ordered based on the flyer and the variety of dishes. Unfortunately, while I was waiting, I also read reviews that put me in a somewhat negative mood. I hoped the positive reviews were correct. For me, it's probably somewhere in the middle. The delivery person was friendly. The delivery time was perfectly reasonable and good. I was very pleasantly surprised by the spring roll, as it seems to be custom-made, just like the last time I saw it from a Chinese delivery service about 20 years ago. The taste wasn't quite as great, but it was still okay. Not frozen spring rolls like most delivery services. I ordered the large version of the main course, thinking I could eat the rest tomorrow. However, the whole thing tasted more like a two out of five. Extremely few vegetables. The meat was okay and thankfully sliced ​​quite thinly, so it wasn't wobbly or greasy. The sauce has a good flavor, but could be better. Unfortunately, the rice doesn't look quite as good. It's kind of strange. Dry or old. I've never seen it like this before. This needs to be improved. The packaging was overall neat and clean. Nothing to complain about. I was hoping to find a traditional Chinese delivery service again. There were more of them in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and the taste was usually really good back then. Unfortunately, they've somehow disappeared from the scene. This one unfortunately can't fill the gap either. So I'll have to keep looking. For me, this was the first and last time I ordered from here.

Unfortunately the fried noodles aren't that good :(

I wish there was an option to award negative points - because even one star is still too much for this “service”. I ordered here and less than an hour later I received a call saying that my order could not be delivered because there was supposedly a construction site in the way. When I asked whether my food was still coming, I received a short, curt answer: “No, it’s not coming anymore.” And then they just hung up! No accommodation, no apology, nothing. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional! I will definitely never order here again.

Mr. Hang always takes a long time. But the price/performance ratio of the dishes is right

We had a soup that we received at lunch. I've never eaten anything so bad. Thickened water with no taste, with maybe 6 pieces of vegetables, the chicken was completely missing. The soup could only be thrown away. My main course had no taste, we tried to add some flavor with various sauces from our stock. All in all not recommended, we won't order again as it's a waste of money for us.

Almost 2 hours delivery time, lied to on the phone that the driver was already on the way and then bad food. Everything is cold and extremely fatty, dry duck (you have to get it first). Every euro is too much here. NEVER AGAIN !

The negative experiences are a mystery to me - I've never had any bad luck with Mr Hang. Food was delivered within the stated time and was hot. Lunch was always good too. Very large portion, well seasoned (I always adjust the spiciness anyway...) Lots of chicken (fried noodles with baked chicken + fried rice with chicken), could be a little more vegetables. Overall, good!

So you could distribute minus points, I would do it. The two of us were there for lunch, we left our food... we spent the whole night in the toilet. I've never eaten so badly before. The only drinkable thing was the water, as it was originally packaged. Choke...never again

I waited almost 1.5 hours for my food. The pasta with baked duck was delivered without sauce, was tasteless, the vegetables had to be searched for, the baked duck was as if cooked, without skin and quite strong in taste, the spring roll was fried to death, dry and no trace of minced meat. I had ordered fried beef with spicy peanut sauce and vegetable salad and satay chicken skewers in spicy peanut sauce. When the food came it was beef in peanut water instead of sauce and completely bland for the vegetable salad, if it were a vegetable salad!!!! It was a normal salad with cucumber, tomato, what's vegetable about it???!!! The only thing that was good was the meat skewers, I had peanut sauce and they were spicy, unfortunately there was too little sauce so they were a bit dry. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. We've ordered there countless times and it's always been delicious. Friends, acquaintances, always different people, see it the same way. The delivery was always right, even if there were special requests. It was quick, the staff was very friendly.

I love Asian food and this is by far the worst thing I've ever eaten. The tofu was barely fried, still partially cold.

Ganz schlechtes Essen. Lieferung hat ewig gedauert und Fahrer war unhöflich. Bratnudeln mit Basilikum und Chili war einfach nur fad und trocken und Nudeln überhaupt nicht gebraten. Sommerrolle enthält Fleisch was nach Null schmeckt. Sushi ist trocken und viel zu sauer. Bratreis mit geb. Hähnchen ist ok, aber Bratreis sieht auch etwas hell aus. Frühlingsrolle mit Hack war ok. Trotzdem nehmt bloß Abstand! Das ist rausgeschmissenes Geld!

Leider wird nicht auf die Angaben geachtet, die man bei der Bestellung angibt

Ich war schon öfter bei diesem Asiaten und hatte nur positive Erfahrungen. Das (vegetarische) Essen ist top und der Preis stimmt auch! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wirft Flyer in Briefkästen wo klar drauf steht „Keine Werbung“. Keine gute Kundenakquise.

Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne vergeben. Warum? Das Essen war schlecht und dafür viel zu teuer. Bestellt habe ich Nudeln mit Huhn und süß saurer Soße. Und Nudeln mit Ente und süß saurer Soße. Preis zusammen gut 24,00 Euro. Von der Menge her ist es ausreichend, aber das Essen war mies. Asiatische Nudeln kennt jeder, Nudeln mit Gemüse drin, doch hier waren es irgendwie nur olle Spaghetti. Das Fleisch selbst, naja. Irgendwie lag mir das Essen Stunden später immer noch quer im Magen. Die Soße war noch das beste, in dieser waren 2 kleine Stückchen Ananas. Alles in allem empfehle ich diesen Imbiss nicht weiter. Und ich werde hier in keinem Fall mehr hingehen. Sollte ich nochmal Appetit auf Asiatisches Essen bekommen und in der Nähe sein, so gehe ich dann ins Mundsburg Center / Hamburger Meile und hole mir dort mein Essen.

Wir haben per Telefon bestellt, direkt im Imbiss. Freundliche und unproblematische Kommunikation. Das Essen kam schnell und heiß. Der hauseigene Fahrer war freundlich. Das Essen war super gewürzt auf den Punkt gegart, frisch und sehr lecker. Ich kann die zum Teil sehr schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir werden wieder bestellen, Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln, gekochtes Hähnchen, süßsauer mit Gemüse, Tomatensuppe

Ist halt doof, wenn man was abholt, und es hat nicht so viel mit dem was man bestellt hat zu tun. Verständigung ist schlecht, das bei einigen Gerichten "scharf" dabei steht wissen die wohl selber nicht. Ist aber grundsätzlich essbar.

Essen war frisch und lecker und für den Preis Top. Gibt dem Imbiss eine Chance. Ich kann die Bewertungen der Hamburger Mitmenschen nicht verstehen. Wir kommen von außerhalb und kommen gerne wieder 👍

Verstehe diese ganzen Leute hier nicht. 1. ist es nicht immer die Schuld vom Laden, wenn die Austräger da Werbung reinschmeissen..! 2. das Essen ist doch gut! Pad Thai schmeckt super lecker genauso wie das mongolische! Haben wir oft bestellt und würden es auch immer wieder machen. Preise sind auch unschlagbar!! Ich fand es lecker und bestelle da auch öfters.

Sind immer zufrieden. Schnell und gut! Eine schlechte Bewertung, Aufgrund von Werbung im Briefkasten zu posten ist echt ein wenig unangebracht. Und muss nicht sein.

Die Menge ist groß und der Geschmack ist definitiv angesagt. Meine Wahl zum Arbeitsessen.

Zum ersten Mal dort bestellt. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und die Portionen reichhaltig. Es schmeckt sehr frisch. Viel Fleisch. Schnelle Lieferung. Möglicherweise bekommt man es anderswo 1-2€ günstiger. Aber heute habe ich meinen neuen Lieblingslieferanten gefunden.

Ich habe gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse zum Mitmehmen bestellt. Die Nudeln waren trocken und ohne Sauce. Die Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich. Dafür 6,80€ ist zuviel. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Wir hatten Huhn 8 Kostbarkeiten und gr. Frühlingsrolle. Schnelle Lieferung, Essen war sehr heiß und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Gut, dass wir die bisherigen, meist negativen, Bewertungen ignoriert hatten. Wir bestellen dort wieder! :-)

Wir bestellen häufig, Essen ist preiswert und dafür absolut in Ordnung. Kalt ist es auch noch nie gekommen. Und schnell geliefert wird ebenfalls.

Eine Wartezeit von 90 Minuten ist selbst an einem "busy" Sonntag zu viel. Das Essen was wir dann bekamen war bestenfalls Durchschnitt - aber für den Preis annehmbar.

Für zwei Personen Vorort zum Mitnehmen bestellt - Ente und Sushi: Wartezeit war OK, der Rest eben aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz ausreichend, d.h. fies fettige und knorpelige Ente, rel. geschmacksneutral inkl. süsssaurer Soße und Portion Reis, welcher ebenfalls von Geschmack und Konsistenz merkwürdig aber leider nicht schmackhaft war. Sushi konnte nicht begeistern, wenig Tuben-Wasabi und Sojasauce als Begleiter.... Fazit: ....hier bestellen? --> Wir raten für o.g. Speisen davon ab.

Ich bin Jahrelang Fan gewesen, seit dem letzten großen Personalwechsel habe ich das Gefühl das zumindest billiges Entenfleisch eingekauft wird. Mehrfach sehr sehnig und geschmacklich auch nicht mehr so gut. Das ich über das letzte Jahr 3x enttäuscht wurde gehe ich aktuell nicht mehr hin. Falls sich etwas ändert werde ich meine Rezession natürlich anpassen

Ich hatte irgendwie das Gefühl zu stören, als ich das Geschäft betrat. Der Koch war sehr mürrisch und hat mich abgefertigt, ohne ein nettes Wort oder ein Lächeln. Das Essen war dann auch eher Mittelklasse

Habe trotzt der vielen schlechten Bewertungen den Versuch gewagt und bestellt. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass das Essen okay war (so ziemlich das was man von einem einfachen Asia imbis erwartet, deswegen auch 2 Sterne ), doch der Lieferant war unfreundlich, ließ sich deutlich anmerken,dass er genervt von der Arbeit und den Treppen (4. Stock, vorher angekündigt) war und überreichte mir das Essen inklusive falschem Eis. Als ich das merke und ihn gerade noch so zurück gerufen bekam, sagte er mir das andere Eis wäre alle gewesen und ich solle doch das erst mal probieren. Zum einen war es schon halb geschmolzen, zum anderen mögen wir diese Sorte nicht und schon gar nicht für 7 Euro ohne vorherigen Hinweis.. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion im Treppenhaus habe ich dann widerwillig das Geld für das Eis zurück bekommen, ihm das geschmolzene Ding wieder in die Hand gedrückt und er ist wütend entschwunden. Ergebnis : Das ist wirklich unterirdischer Kundenservice, aber scheinbar hat das dort System... Eine Eis sorte kann mal ausgehen, aber dann sollte man dem Kunden (am Besten im Vorhinein) bescheid geben und ggf fragen welche alternative Sorte in Frage käme und nicht wortlos hoffen, dass es nicht auffällt bzw. man den 'Irrtum' schon irgendwie hinnehmen wird. Und ein bisschen Freundlichkeit lässt ein Essen immer besser schmecken... Zum Glück gibt es in HH ausreichend Alternativen, denn da bestellt man am besten nicht!

Der Mittagstisch wurde zügig geliefert, obwohl am Telefon eine längere Lieferzeit angekündigt war. Die Vorsuppe war nicht unser Geschmack, aber die Hauptgerichte Thai Eintopf und Tofu mit Gemüse und Cashewkernen waren völlig in Ordnung. Der Kimchi Salat schmeckte sehr gut. Da die Preise recht niedrig sind, wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Klein, leicht rustikal, dennoch gemütlich. Das Essen schmeckt klasse. Sehr lecker und was das Wichtigste ist, authentisch. Ich komme ganz sicher bald wieder. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Aufmerksam wurde ich durch ihren Flyer. Wollte das essen nur mal probieren und habe mir gleich mehrere Sachen bestellt. Wenn ich ehrlich bin, hatte ich nicht viel erwartet aber was mir da geliefert wurde hat mich mehr als überrascht. Gerade das Sushi war so lecker dass ich echt süchtig wurde. Ich kenn es echt nur weiter empfehlen. Schmeckt super und die Preise sind mehr als fair. Bestelle sehr gerne hier. Weiter so!
