Were there again last week after 2 1/2 years, we used to pick up something regularly (no longer live in Germany), everything still tastes delicious, whether it's burgers, pizza, casseroles, etc. You can also eat there, but the store is designed more for self-pickup and delivery, but that still doesn't change the great quality. 👌👍

The pizza tasted good, but the dough should have been baked better. The prices for some dishes are too high in my opinion. Nice service.

Driving on private driveways to make U-turns is prohibited. Explain this to your employees.

(Update) My original review was actually very positive, but unfortunately I now have to update it to be negative. I actually used to like the store a lot, but with the change of ownership everything changed for the worse. The customer service has gotten worse, the food no longer tastes the same as it did at the beginning and some of the cooks are... well, what can I say... If you manage to put the piping hot, oily fries in the cardboard twice in a row despite calling to throw it so that it then melts and the plastic combines with the food... It's a real shame, I ate there more often back then.

My kids had a hard time finding food they would actually eat in Lauenburg. Luckily we found this restaurant! They came here several times over the trip. The food is delicious! Burgers are well made and so juicy!

We ordered 2 burgers, curly fries, sweet potato fries and nuggets to take away. There wasn't much going on, but chicken wings were served instead of nuggets. The veggie burger was also really subpar, I didn't finish a burger for the first time today - I wouldn't have expected that from a place called Mr. Burger. Unfortunately, the other burger wasn't tasty either, although not quite as disastrous. So the prices are really too high. Some of the sweet potato fries could have been fried longer. I definitely know it much better. Unfortunately, the store as a whole doesn't live up to its name at all. To also mention something positive: The employee was very friendly.

They tried hard, burger was good so far but the plate could have been a little bigger. The price doesn't match the card (€27.40 of all things and they want €33.50) and they didn't get a receipt either. Then they only gave 30 then good. Were just in transit so definitely not "sorry"

Ordered 2 pizzas (both medium size) for 60€, once the hotdog pizza and 1x actually the Mexican one. Two pizzas of different sizes were delivered, instead of the Mexican one the New York one came. The sweet potatoes were mushy and the dip wasn't even provided. When I called back that the wrong food had arrived, I was told that it couldn't be taken back and that I had to accept it now. An absolute disgrace and for me it would definitely be the last time that my colleagues and I ordered something there. Customer-friendly is different, dear Mr.Burger team!

Mr. Burger (small burger restaurant) is located directly in the town of Lauenburg/Elbe in the Herzogtum district in Schleswig-Holstein. The first thing that was explained here was that the prices are no longer on the menu and have become more expensive. Two hot dogs with cheese and fries were ordered here and they were of a completely normal standard (unfortunately not that convincing). The orders were processed quickly and easily. The staff was friendly/motivated (no bad experiences). The ambience is perfectly fine and stylishly furnished. The price-performance ratio here corresponds to some extent to expectations/ideas (needs improvement). This review was based on our own experience.

The food is super tasty and the portions are really sufficient. We came especially from Lüneburg to eat here. All beef and halal perfect for my Muslim siblings. We will be back

Prices are simply too expensive for citizens, energy costs or not. The meat content in a kebab is higher than in a burger, so how do you get these prices for frozen patties? If a business calls itself mr Bürger then it should also pay attention to current trends such as Smash Bürger. Reduce prices and offer smash burgers then the Rappel store is full of promise 👍

We order here regularly for lunch and have never been disappointed. Always very tasty, warm and delivered quickly!

‼️ATTENTION‼️: PRICE ON THE CARDS DOES NOT MATCH THE TRUTH I ate there a while ago and the food was rather boring. Quite expensive and nothing special. Pizza rolls were very tasty. Otherwise everything was rather sparsely filled and considering the shop is called Mr Burger, the burgers were disappointing. But what really bothered me was that the prices on the local maps weren't true. These are already expensive, but when I paid I realized that I still had to pay around 7 euros. When I asked, I was told that it was the old owner's card, but I find it a disgrace that I wasn't told this at the beginning when I ordered! I definitely won't eat there again.

Everything tastes delicious here...from pizza rolls, burgers to fries or pizza.The pizza dough is mega... We were there for the fourth time in February times there.Unfortunately it was very “cold feet”. We left our jackets on. We'll definitely come back and work our way through the menu...🍟🍔🍕

I found it a little overpriced for the food on offer. In my case 2 hot dogs. I paid 6.50 each. Too intense for me. And unfortunately it was extremely cold in the shop.

Ambience could be better. The food is good. I hope that with the new management, card payments will finally work again. It's annoying to always get cash beforehand

We have ordered several times. The pizzas taste really okay, but now €43 for 3 simple pizzas and a waiting time of over 2 hours is simply completely unacceptable... For us, it's over with Mr. Burger.

Placed an order online yesterday. Order confirmation came via email. Called after 1.5 hours to ask when the order would arrive. Announcement...they call outside opening hours🤔....Dear team, if you are on vacation please write it online and block the order online, it is not good customer service.

Ordered at 7 p.m. and still no food at 9:20 p.m. In addition, the food is also cold. It would be nice if you could simply better assess your performance! Given the current situation (the last 2 years), it won't be a bad thing if this store disappears from the scene.

In fact, I can only recommend the pizzas at Mr. Burger (never tried burgers). However, they are awesome. Nice and big, richly topped and super tasty. The staff behind the counter was always very friendly.

Ein sehr schöner Burger Laden. Er ist Gemütlich und hat sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen ist super wie haben Pizza gehabt die sehr lecker war. Nächstes Jahr zur neuen Camping Saison kommen wir öfter mal.

Zum xten mal bestellt. Diesmal war das Essen echt katastrophal. Zum einen 50 Minuten zu spät! Zum anderen war das Essen kalt ! Und Pizza mit Käserand bestellt und bezahlt allerdings ohne Käserand geliefert. Das war nichts !!

Leckere Burger und alles andere drumherum ist auch lecker 😋. Für Parkplatz ist auch gesorgt man sieht es nur nicht auf den ersten Blick. Komme gerne wieder um lecker Burger zu essen.

Burger und Pommes. Das Essen war gut und ich bin satt geworden.

Wir hatten einen super leckeren Cheeseburger mit Pommes und beim 2ten Mal Currywurst mit Pommes .War auch wieder super lecker. Was auch super ist das man bei Abholung noch Rabatt bekommt.

Wie gehabt bestellt, nur war es diesmal nicht der leckere saftige, vor Soße und Käse triefende Bolognese Auflauf der in einer schön tiefen Alu Schüssel serviert wurde, bei der Menge manch einer kapitulieren musste. Nein, diesmal kam eine kleine, fllache Schale. Gabeltiefe maximal 1,5 bis 2 cm tief liegt ein ausgedürrter Haufen von Nudeln, leicht benetzt mit Bolognese Sauce und einem Hauch von Käse oben drauf.. demnach ist der Geschmack mit dem Original auch nicht zu vergleichen, geschweige denn wird man von dem Häufchen Elend annähernd satt. Deswegen kann ich diesmal leider keine gute Bewertung hier lassen. In der Hoffnung meinen absoluten Lieblingsauflauf wieder zu bekommen. 👍

Also so Hyped wie ich immer auf MrBurger war, aber heute hat das Essen echt zu wünschen gelassen. Entweder fangen auch sie jetzt an zu sparen oder es war nur ein Versehen . Hab mit unseren Nachbarn wie gewohnt den Bolognese Auflauf bestellt, der jedoch dieses Mal , eher kein Auflauf war. Die Nudeln hatten die Konsistenz von Nudeln vom Vortag, Käse nur leicht oben was drauf gemacht und von Soße war nichts zu sehen. Einfach trocken zu essen. Selbst an der Menge wurde deutlich gespart . Daher dieses Mal nur einen einzigen Stern mit der Hoffnung, dass es nur ein Versehen war, falscher Koch , etc.

War mit freund dort essen und es hat super geschmeckt, die Pommes waren knusprig und heiß und der Burger sehr lecker, Gerne wieder.

Der Burger war super lecker. Die grösse war auch in Ordnung für den Preis die Bedienung war nett. Einzige was ich bemängeln muss. Ist das keine kartenzahlung möglich ist. Wenn das wieder möglich ist, gibt es auch den letzten Stern?

Sehr leckerere Burger und freundliches Personal. War auf der Durchreise in Lauenburg und hier zu Mittag gegessen. Bei der nächsten Durchfahrt gerne wieder.

Das Essen schmeckt super und das Personal ist auch sehr nett

Wir haben heute über Lieferando bei Mr. Burger bestellt. Allerdings haben wir eine Weile auf unser Essen warten müssen. Unserem Unmut wurde dann jedoch nach einem klärenden Telefonat entgegen gesteuert, indem man uns eine kostenfreie 1L Flasche Cola anbot. Die Lieferung erfolgte danach auch ziemlich prompt, man weiß uns im Vorwege aber auch über eine Überlastung hin. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und haben sehr gut gegessen. Wir danken dem Mr. Burger-Team, und dem freundlichem Kurier. Immer gerne wieder!

Super Unterhaltung Super nettes Personal und Top Essen!

Schade! Das angebotene Essen, was wir bisher probiert haben, ist sehr lecker, ABER: der Lieferservice ist sehr schlecht. Teilweise kommt das Essen kalt an oder es können einfachen Instruktionen zur Lieferung wie Ablageorten nicht befolgt werden. Dies war leider kein Einzelfall. Es wiederholt sich… Sofern man nicht den Lieferdienst beansprucht ist Mr. Bruger in Lauenburg auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!

Das Essen ist perfekt für denn Preis und dazu noch lecker

Wir waren am Samstag dort essen. Zunächst hatten wir den Cheeseburger ins Auge gefasst, wollten noch Pommes dazu, waren uns aber nicht sicher ob wir die Portion dann schaffen. Also fragen: auf Anraten der Bedienung haben wir nur eine Portion Pommes genommen und man hat die sogar trotzdem auf zwei Teller verteilt😀 Alles hat fantastisch geschmeckt!!! Kein Wunder, dass das Team dort alle Hände voll zutun hat!

Heute das erste Mal bestellt und liefern lassen. Ich kann nur sagen Top. Ich würde auch 20 Sterne geben. Essen heiß und absolut frisch und schmackhaft Netter Fahrer. Alles Top. Wir werden wieder bestellen
