Original Italian💜💪🏻We found a spot right away on a Sunday (yes, there's a parking space right behind the restaurant 🥰), and the atmosphere was very clean and well-maintained. We both had a meat and a vegetarian pizza, and the pizzas were almost bigger than our plates, very well-topped, and very filling. The starter was also of a rather high standard; everything was fresh, and we also had homemade bread and two different types of butter (herb and garlic, also homemade) before the starter. The service was very friendly. It was busy, and we had to wait a bit longer for the main course, which was okay; you should be understanding if the place is packed. Drink prices aren't cheap, as we see everywhere these days, but the atmosphere outside on the clean terrace was really lovely, quiet, and the surrounding nature really rounded off the visit. We'd love to go back, keep it up🫵🏻😀

Yesterday, we ate potato pancakes at the Hohkeppeler Hof. A disaster! The potato pancakes were too thick and resembled hash browns. Furthermore, they were cold when served. From ordering to serving, we had to wait more than 40 minutes. That was the last time we ate potato pancakes at the Hohkeppeler Hof. 😫

Great service and amazing food. May is great season to try fresh local asparagus.
