MOZZA - Lieferservice in Dortmund

Ja es stimmt: die Wartezeiten können krass sein - aber selbst wenn es länger dauert, kommt die Pizza heiß an. Qualität ist über dem, was man sonst so aus Dortmund gewohnt ist und vor allem die veganen Pizzen sind echt solide! Gebt den Jungs eine Chance und bringt Geduld mit! Es lohnt sich!

Tolle vegane Optionen! Habe bis jetzt keine negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Lieferdienst gemacht. (Außer vielleicht, dass die Lieferzeiten teilweise echt lange sind, aber wenn man es weiß und sich drauf einstellt, ist das in Ordnung.)

Penne bestellt und als Vegetarier Fleisch Tortellini bekommen. Dann geht keiner mehr ans Telefon. Sowas kann einen echt dem Freitag abend versauen. Wie schwer ist es denn bitte eine Bestellung richtig auszuliefern?

Ordered a pizza, delivered 40 minutes later than stated. Ordered a 30cm pizza, received a small one. Overall, probably the last order.

I would have loved to give 5 stars. Mozza had... HAD the best vegan pizzas in all of Dortmund and an incredibly wide selection. Unfortunately, I discovered that they've removed the vegan pizzas from their menu. Therefore, there are no longer any options for people who are vegan or lactose intolerant. Very, very disappointing. We will unfortunately no longer be able to order from them. We wish them all the best nonetheless.

I would give zero stars if I could! The order was placed and confirmed via Lieferando two hours ago. It hasn't been delivered, even though it was shown as delivered on Lieferando. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I hope the refund process is smooth!

Due to a display error by Lieferando, we ordered the wrong pizza and received a new one – excellent service. The vegan pizzas are also fantastic. We'll definitely order again!
