M.O.T. (Moment of Truth) Gastronomie-GmbH in Langenhagen

At best a pizzeria, but definitely not a restaurant. This evening was an absolute disaster. As is usual in a restaurant, there was no reception. The employees' children were running around in the guest area, or rather, they were eating there (which was acceptable for us). When we arrived at the outdoor area, we were already ready to back out. Plastic chairs and tables with dirty, faded plastic tablecloths held in place by rusty table clamps awaited us. We were only asked for a drink after we had already ordered our food. We ordered our food from the chef himself, who took our order in dirty kitchen clothes and what appeared to be a smell of alcohol. In the meantime, our cutlery and condiments were brought out. The cutlery was past its best and had become extremely dark, looking anything but appetizing. The condiment dispensers were very reminiscent of a chip shop. The pizza Parma was topped with ham sliced far too thickly. There was nothing fresh on the pizza. It consisted only of dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella (supposedly), and ham. The pizza dough toward the center was tough, not crispy, and difficult to cut with blunt knives. The wine was a bit acidic. Everyone should form their own opinion, but for us, this was a solid 6. There's still plenty of room for improvement.

Customer for over 30 years (always had peach juice as a child, that's stuck in my mind). A family-run, good Italian restaurant with friendly staff and a great manager and manageress. After the expansion many years ago, it became more fast-paced, with a larger menu and larger selection, but no less so :-)

Whether for lunch, dinner, or breakfast, Da Tino is amazing, always the same high quality. I've been coming here for over 20 years. In the center of Langenhagen, it's always a place to relax and unwind. Give it a try.

The pizzeria is definitely recommended. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch; you just feel at home.

If possible, I wouldn't even give it one star. The service was terrible; we waited forever for the food, which wasn't even worth it! We were a group of 13, and I think that's simply too much for Salvatore's restaurant. Reading the other reviews, we weren't the only ones who had this experience. There's a huge need for improvement.
