On a Saturday lunchtime, all the tables in this large dining room were occupied. There were 2 birthday parties present who were congratulated with cake and “spray candles”. Another guest would be serenaded with the harmonica. Despite the large number of people, there was no crowd. The guest room and toilets are barrier-free.

Not long ago, I ventured into an all-you-can-eat restaurant with my family, full of expectations and hopes for an unforgettable culinary adventure. But what lay behind those doors was far from what we had hoped for and quickly turned into disappointment. From the moment we entered, an aura of cold enveloped us. The waitress who was in charge of our table seemed to be met with a look of displeasure and unfriendliness, as if our very existence was a burden to her. While we were trying to enjoy our food, she cleared the plates in front of us before we even finished eating, as if she was urging us to leave the table quickly. The waitress's demeanor was in stark contrast to the warm treatment of the guests at neighboring tables, which only reinforced our sense of injustice and discomfort. Although some other employees were friendly and helpful, the rude behavior of the waitress particularly stood out. When we asked the grill master to prepare a piece of tender meat for us, we waited patiently for about 20 minutes only to finally receive another plate that was not to our liking. Time seemed to stretch in those moments and we felt like we were in a waiting room with no prospect of what we had hoped for. In the midst of this unpleasantness, it occurred to me that perhaps someone in my family had behaved rudely towards her and had kept it secret from me. So I tried to ask the reason for her strange behavior with a friendly smile. But instead of answering, she simply ignored me and turned away with a rude gesture, which only increased my frustration. When the moment to pay came, we noticed that the waitress was trying to pressure us to pay in cash. Although there were no issues with the card payment, she seemed unhappy with the idea of ​​using our card. Her facial expression and body language signaled her impatience. After we finally paid, she seemed visibly unhappy and was muttering unintelligible words under her breath, which made us feel unwelcome. When I tried to ask the reason for her unfriendly attitude, I was ignored again. This ultimately led us to file a complaint with the responsible employee. Unfortunately, the response from the person in charge was limited to a terse “Okay,” without any apology or attempt to clarify the situation. Honestly, I didn't go to this restaurant to be humiliated or embarrassed. Had I known that I would experience such poor service, I would have preferred to visit another restaurant where I could order a dish and enjoy a true taste experience. This experience taught me an important lesson: in the future, I will be more careful when choosing restaurants, especially when it comes to precious moments with my family.

On my first plate today: shark, frog legs, scallops, green mussels and scampi, with fried noodles. On the second plate: beef, pork, chicken and kangaroo with various vegetables. There is ice cream for dessert. The starter was Peking soup. But there are also cakes, fruit, sushi, etc. As I said, it's a matter of taste, everyone has their own way. I like it.

I was there with my girlfriend and we both had stomach aches and diarrhea at the same time, although it was particularly bad for me because I ate a little more of the salad and the mozzarella slices with tomato and cucumber as a starter (probably haven't replaced it in ages). It seemed so greasy to me while I was eating, but by then it was already too late! In any case, I had to spend 5 hours on the toilet afterwards, with severe stomach cramps! To be honest, I was on the verge of calling a doctor, but since I am a pharmacist and always had the appropriate painkillers and anti-spasmodics at home for emergencies, I was able to help myself! After I spoke to a few friends about my "restaurant experience", it turned out that they or their relatives had similar experiences there! Great! Hello Salmonella and Listeria! You can be happy if you don't have to expect any long-term consequences!

In the first 10 minutes, I noticed that ants were crawling along the wall, they were also crawling on the table, crawling into the plate and on the cutlery!! When we asked to move to another table, we were initially refused, after which we moved to the next table. At the new table there was a burnt candle and the table was not wiped down. Then we had dinner and the whole time we were there the waitress looked at us with displeasure to whom we told about the ants. She came up and asked to pay the bill even though we hadn’t finished eating yet, this was a hint that she wasn’t happy with us!! We paid the bill, but it was no longer comfortable to sit here any longer! The waitress constantly walked past us and looked at us with an unfriendly look, and after that I lost my appetite. Every time I went to the restroom, returning to the table, my plate was not there, the waitress did everything to get us out as quickly as possible!!! Ultimately, when she took the plate back, she took the cutlery (forks)!!! Still, I could no longer sit in this atmosphere and went home in a bad mood. About 5-6 hours have passed since I was there. Why do I give so few stars for the quality of food? I was poisoned! Mold was found on the leaves of Chinese cabbage; octopus meat on sushi cannot be chewed!
