No more Kaisergarten for us. I rarely encounter such unfriendly staff. When you come in, just choose a table yourself, she says. So we are looking at which table we are going to choose. She shouts very loudly that we have to sit there... where she suddenly points... people turn around and look of course. Food was also thrown in from the afternoon buffet (reheated). You'll never see us again.

About 20 euro for all you can eat & DRINK (soft drink, juice, tea) during lunch from Mon to Sat. Many options. Food is okay for the price. Plenty of parking spots. A good choice when you crave for a wide variety of Asian food and want to enjoy free drinks 😊 The staff are friendly too.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Some of the employees were probably having a bad day and were walking around with us looking distorted and quite annoyed. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the boss for acting professionally and keeping her calm in order to give her customers the best possible welcome. However, I lost my appetite and went out again within 10 minutes. I hope that the next visit will be better and more hospitable. If not, I'll unfortunately have to avoid the store in the future.

I always enjoy coming to the buffet here. You can eat very delicate and tasty Asian dishes. Also very suitable for vegetarians. All non-alcoholic drinks and juices as well as coffee specialties included in the price.

We didn't like the food at all. Prices are extremely expensive for the limited selection at the buffet. There are far better ones out there. We won't be coming back and can't recommend it.

We were there on Sunday for the first time with 11 people. The waitress with a cloth on her head was super nice, but the other waitress was rude, the blonde chef just didn't want to complain. So for the prices you expect politeness, we'll never go there again

Very tasty and cozy. Sometimes the very friendly and hard-working service unfortunately can't keep up with clearing the tables. But that's really not the fault of the employees, it's probably just a few new colleagues missing.

I recently visited Kaisergarten Chinese Restaurant located in Herzogenrath. Inside, the decor is simple yet warm, featuring wooden tables and chairs. The choices for the all you can eat at Kaisergarten offers a wide variety of traditional dishes including sushi. The good thing is you don't need to stand in line for the grillplate, you just give your plate and when they are don they bring it to you table. The service at Kaisergarten is attentive and friendly, with the staff eager to answer any questions customers may have. The prices are reasonable and better then in The Netherlands. Overall, I highly recommend Kaisergarten for those seeking a tasty and satisfying meal in a comfortable setting.

Yesterday we were able to reserve a table for 6 people by telephone at short notice. Were welcomed and served very nicely. All dishes/drinks were very tasty and special requests were also fulfilled without any problems. We felt very comfortable, ate well and had a really great end to a lovely trip to Oberhausen.

The food was tasteless, cold and of poor quality. I have never eaten such a bad wok. Desserts cheaper than cheap and then old even though the place was open for 1 hour. The same with meat and sushi, very poor quality, we finished with 2 plates and quickly went home. The staff was in a serious depression and there was nothing to smile about for us, never again

Generous buffet. Very tasty, but the waiters almost forced us to empty our plates, very diligent but also a bit strange. It was also very, very hot inside and stuffy.

I was there for the first time in March 2020, of course everything was cheaper and all that, but I have to say, the food was better, more selection, fresher and really warm, staff came by more often to drink and ask if everything was okay , it wasn't too crowded and it was more pleasant to sit there, the toilets were also cleaner and back then I paid €150 for 7 people together, mind you food & drink TOGETHER, something like that is no longer possible today Then Kaisergarten was closed for a long time and I tried again to give it a chance after inflation and all that, August 2023 but I have to say, unfortunately it will never be the same again, of course everyone has to adjust the prices, but just barely " 30 € per person" is really steep!! and then not even all drinks are included Exactly the opposite when it comes to the food, as well as the ambience and the service Food isn't really warm, the selection is more limited and, if you're lucky, the service comes by twice and that's it, the toilet sometimes looks like it's from a train station It's a real shame that it's gone down so badly because I really enjoyed being there back then, especially because of the food, but I can hardly afford that these days and I'd rather spend the money somewhere else Maybe we'll wait another year or more to test all of this again, but for me it was enough for now

Well...a Chinese restaurant with a buffet. It was clean and the food is OK. Unfortunately, the toilet area doesn't really smell inviting or pleasant. There is definitely room for improvement here.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at the beginning of March and everyone was thrilled and there were no fewer of us, 40 people, everything went great, service was top notch, ambience, tables were beautifully laid out and the food was a delight. Thank you so much to all of you, we will be looking forward to celebrating with you for our next families.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr scönes Ambiente im ganzen Restaurant. Als Service gab es auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. Die Auswahl ist groß, das Essen schmeckt lecker und es gibt dort auch wunderschöne Räumlichkeiten die man für verschiedene Feiern mieten kann.

Tja wat zullen we zeggen. Een keer uitgeweken naar deze wok omdat alle woks in de regio vol waren maar helaas hadden we dit niet moeten doen. We gaan geen lang verhaal ophangen maar als je voor €32,50 dit voorgeschoteld krijgt met dit sfeerloze “ restaurant” is echt een reden om nooit meer terug te gaan. Veel slechter hebben we ze nog niet gezien en geproefd.

Wenn jemand auf Glutamat als Geschmacksverstärker steht ist es ein Paradies. Beim Essen war ich bereits zweimal auf ( wo der König zu Fuß ging) . Ab 17 Uhr auch noch viel zu teuer für den fraß. 37€ in den Lokus.

Die vorhandene Auswahl war bei den Fertiggerichten stark dezimiert und noch stärker verkocht. Bei den Lebensmitteln für den Grill sah es nicht besser aus. Paprika schlecht geputzt, teilweise braunes Gemüse, die Soßen dünn und unsauber. In meinem gegrillten Gericht hatte ich nach 15 min 3 Garstufen alleine im Fisch. Von todgebraaten außen bis mittig roh war alles dabei.Die Dessertauswahl bestand aus braunem und überreifem Obst, Fertigkuchen und Eis, welches aus hygienischen Gründen nicht getestet wurde. Möbel, die ihre besten Tage schon lange hinter sich hatten, Geschirr mit Flecken und Besteck mit Fettschleier. Der Service bestand aus dem Tagesgruß und der Rechnung-danke, aber nie wieder

Great place with an amazing buffet. The buffet price is very reasonable, however the raw buffet is only open for dinner buffet. But evenso the prepared food provides a huge spread of varied dishes. All non alcoholic drinks are also unlimited and one gets 2 alcoholic drink complementary. One definitely gets theironey worth. I am a moderate eater and have been here thrice and still couldnt try everything before i got full. Service is very prompt and efficient. It is also a great place to book for parties or office events.

Standard China Buffet Restaurant. Mit All you can eat und all you can Drink (Softdrinks). 2.5 Stunden gilt der Preis, sitzt man länger, gibt es Aufpreis. Getränke im Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung, im Preis inkludiert sind 2 Glas Bier oder Wein oder Sekt, diese werden auf der Tischkarte vermerkt und gelten pro Person Essen ist reichlich, wird immer wieder nachgelegt, alles in Buffetform. Abends zusätzlich Mongolischer Grill.

Sehr guter Service!! Das Buffet ist Mittags etwas eingeschränkt, dafür jedoch billiger. Freie Getränke (Selfservice). Das Essen war frisch und wurde auch aufgefüllt.

Wir waren gestern nach langer Zeit mal wieder hier... Irgendwie fällt es mir dieses Mal sehr schwer eine Bewertung zu schreiben... Ich hatte mich so auf die Peking Suppe gefreut, die mich aber total bzw extrem enttäuscht hat und da war meine anfängliche Lust auf Buffet auf dem Tiefpunkt. Sie schmeckte einfach nach garnichts. Wasser mit Gelatine und Farbe...., ich habe der zweiten Suppe dann noch eine Chance gegeben und mit Salz war sie dann in Ordnung. Ich gab nicht auf und versuchte es einfach weiter und das war auch gut so. Das vorbereitete warme Essen (bis auf die Nudeln und die Garnelen) waren richtig heiß und extrem lecker. Jetzt fühlte ich mich wieder wohl. Der Wakame Salat, ein Gedicht Sondergleichen! Irgendwann muss man ja mal zur Toilette.... Oh je, macht Euch selber ein Bild. Ich war entsetzt. Und die Erklärung der Belegschaft, hmmm ich weiß nicht ob ich das alles so glauben möchte. Beim Bezahlen fragte man, ob alles OK war: der Satz, wenn ich a la carte bestellt hätte, wäre das Essen definitiv warm gewesen, hätte man ggf lieber für sich behalten, da es ja als Buffet Restaurant angepriesen wird und nicht als a la carte Restaurant. Da ich sehr hungrig war und das Essen vom Geschmack getroffen hat, war es ok und wirklich lecker, deswegen auch die 5 Sterne. Was ich hervorheben möchte war der tolle Service der netten Dame, die wir schon woanders und des öfteren als ganz liebe und reizende Person kennenlernen durften. Wie geschrieben, ein Versuch war es wert! Ich hoffe das meine Rezension als positive Kritik angesehen wird.

Sehr lecker und genüßlich. Das personal ist top und mega freundlich sowie aufmerksam. Waren das erste mal und mit Sicherheit auch nicht das letzte mal. Der Roboter ist ein kleines Highlight, erst war ich skeptisch aber er ist Mega gut programmiert & weiß perfekt wo was hin kommt. Mega klasse.

Recht teuer aber dafür lecker, solange man die Finger vom Kuchenbuffet und den Mozzarella-Sticks lässt. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Die Auswahl ist super! Besonders der Grill und Sushi ist hier verglichen mit anderen Gastronomien ein ganzes Stück besser! Der Liefer-/Geburtstags-Service mit dem Katzenroboter bietet geniale Stimmung für jeden!

Also wir waren das erste Mal da und wir fanden es lecker und wurden auch sehr nett bedient!

Das All-you-can-eat-Angebot ist im Vergleich zum Durchschnitt definitiv teuer (120 € für ein Abendessen mit 4 Personen), und das bei einer durchschnittlichen Qualität der Speisen.

This place is really good if you wana have a few hours to eat amd chat with your friends. The buffet consists of both cooked and uncooked options. You can pick up the uncooked mean and other vegetables on a plate and the chef will fry them for you with your choosen souce. This place also has all you can drink, and has a good selection of non alcoholic beverages. The service and staff is top marks. They also have a large event space for private parties. Definitely a recomended place

Wir sind leider enttäuscht worden von essen her. Auswahl war genügend da fand ich aber von Geschmack und Qualität war es leider nicht gut. Fleisch war von der Konsistenz her wie Speck . Die frittierten Speisen waren zu fettig. Eis schmeckte alles gleich. Getränke waren gut und sehr viel Auswahl. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besteck und Gläser waren super sauber und auch am Buffet war es sauber. Vom Essen her hat es uns leider nicht positiv umgehauen das konnte der super Service dann leider nicht retten. Für uns das erste und leider letzte Mal.

Allerdings muss ich besorgt feststellen, dass der Spielbereich im Keller in einem sehr mangelhaften Zustand ist, wie ma auf den beigefügten Bildern sehen kann. Die Geräte sind zerstört und stellen eine erhebliche Gefahr dar. Aus Sicherheitsgründen würde ich keinem Kind erlauben, dort ohne Aufsicht zu spielen. Ich bitte Sie dringend, den Spielbereich umgehend zu reparieren. Die Sicherheit der Kinder sollte oberste Priorität haben, und es ist unerlässlich, dass dieser Bereich schnellstmöglich instand gesetzt wird.
