Disaster in terms of hygiene and service! My wife ordered a crepe and a water from Mon Amour Bio Crêpes - The water was offered on the board at EUR 2.25 including a EUR 0.25 deposit - However, the employee wanted EUR 2.50 - When my wife asked, the employee said “You have to read correctly!” - Taken aback, my wife first paid the amount so that it was done - When we spoke to the employee again about the fact that the price information was at least misleading, she became extremely rude and unobjective: “Don't yell at me” (it was a completely normal speech from us), “cause such a riot because of 25 cents do it", "no one has ever complained about that", "I didn't write the sign myself", "well, here you have your 25 cents, we won't become poor from it" (original sound) - When I said that it would be nice if she took off her sunglasses when we discussed this (completely black lenses, which in my opinion is forbidden in sales), she explained that she has conjunctivitis (pink eye) and that's one of the reasons would have to wear glasses. So she prepares food with an infectious disease and has direct contact with customers. - At this point at the latest, we no longer had any understanding of what we had to experience and moved on. It was not possible to have a reasonable conversation with this woman, who seemed bitter and frustrated from the start. - I then called Wertheim Village, described the incident and sent an email to the responsible department as requested. After almost 2 weeks I still haven't received any response. All in all, a real indictment!

Because of the bad reviews, we were a bit skeptical at the beginning and waited a long time (20 minutes). We ordered a Nutella crepe and a crepe with ham and cheese. The Nutella crepe was ready in a minute, but the saleswoman said that the ham was empty. Her employee then runs off to get nine hams. He was back very quickly, which we didn't expect. Then we got our crepe with ham and cheese. Price okay, for a Nutella crepe €4.70 and for a ham and cheese crepe €5.80. Not the best crepe in the world, but okay for a snack.

Hab schon bessere Crepes gegessen, hätte eins mit Käse und Kräutern War leider zu salzig obwohl ich salzig mag.
