Ein tolles Erlebnis! Der Mitarbeiter war so nett und freundlich. Ich bat ihn, den Crêpe besonders knusprig zu machen, und er gab sich wirklich alle Mühe. Ich bestellte einen mit Zimt und Zucker, und er war köstlich. Ich probierte auch den Käse-Crêpe, und der war absolut fantastisch. Er gibt einem einen richtigen Energieschub für den anschließenden Einkaufsbummel.

Es kann nie genug Nutella auf dem Crepes sein.

The employee is such a cheeky person. I wanted to buy pancakes for my toddler. She said rudely and loudly that I shouldn't give any child sugar. I think that as a mother I have to decide for myself. It's not her job to tell me what to do. Her job is to make the pancakes (crepes) and nothing more! On top of that, she nodded like crazy and got loud! I think the lady needs therapy. I left the unfinished crepe there. I don't have to put up with that.

My wife ordered a crêpe and a water at Mon Amour Bio Crêpes. - The water was advertised on the menu board for €2.25 including a €0.25 deposit. - However, the employee wanted €2.50. - When my wife asked about it, the employee replied, "You need to read properly!" ``` - My wife, taken aback, paid the amount just to get it over with. - When we spoke to the employee again about the misleading price, she became extremely rude and unprofessional: "Don't yell at me" (we were speaking to her normally), "making such a fuss over 25 cents," "no one has ever complained about this before," "I didn't write the sign myself," "there, here's your 25 cents, it won't break the bank" (her exact words). - When I suggested she take off her sunglasses while we discussed this (completely black lenses, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable in a retail setting), she explained that she has conjunctivitis and that's one of the reasons she has to wear them. So, she's preparing food and having direct contact with customers while suffering from an infectious disease. ... - At that point, we had absolutely no understanding for what we were experiencing and moved on.
