The employee is such a cheeky person. I wanted to buy pancakes for my toddler. She said rudely and loudly that I shouldn't give any child sugar. I think that as a mother I have to decide for myself. It's not her job to tell me what to do. Her job is to make the pancakes (crepes) and nothing more! On top of that, she nodded like crazy and got loud! I think the lady needs therapy. I left the unfinished crepe there. I don't have to put up with that.

On that day, both employees were very unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate any customer requests. The quality was poor, which led to food poisoning. The team at Wertheim Village was very accommodating, apologized, and tried to establish contact with the owner. Given the declining quality and disastrous customer service, the operation of this crêpe stand should be reconsidered. My wife ordered a crepe and a water at Mon Amour Bio Crêpes. - The water was listed on the bill at €2.25, including a €0.25 deposit. - However, the employee wanted €2.50. - When my wife asked, the employee said, "You must be reading it correctly!" - My wife, puzzled, paid the amount to get it over with. - When we pointed out to the employee again that the price was at least misleading, she became extremely rude and unreasonable: "Don't yell at me" (it was a perfectly normal thing for us to say), "making such a fuss over 25 cents," "no one has ever complained about that," "I didn't write the sign myself," "here's your 25 cents, we won't go broke" (original quote). - When I said it would be nice if she took off her sunglasses while we discussed this (completely black lenses, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable in sales), she explained that she had conjunctivitis (pink eye inflammation) and that was one of the reasons she had to wear glasses. So, she was preparing food while suffering from an infectious disease and had direct contact with customers. - At this point, we no longer had any understanding of what we had experienced and moved on. It was impossible to have a reasonable conversation with this woman, who seemed bitter and frustrated from the start. - I subsequently called Wertheim Village, described the incident, and sent an email to the relevant department as requested. After almost two weeks, I still haven't received a response. All in all, a truly disgraceful indictment!
