We had to hunt for the lasagna on a plate for €11.90. When we asked the staff, they simply said that it was pre-made and there was nothing they could do about it. Poor service. Update Dear Restaurant Manager, Thank you for your reply. We weren't offered a coffee, nor did we leave the money on the table; we paid with a card at the counter. The employee (short blonde hair) wasn't interested in a solution. We would have responded positively to compensation and not written a review. Best regards, Chrisy Hilgers

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, and Robbi MIA was a very useful addition.

I actually just wanted to redeem my birthday voucher. When I arrived, the restaurant was already quite full, but I still managed to find a seat. A small line had already formed in front of the cake counter, where people were ordering their drinks and food. So after a while, I joined the queue because no one was waiting. When it was my turn, I was denied the right to order. I was told to sit down again and wait for service. No sooner said than done. After 15 minutes, the people who had only arrived 5 minutes earlier were served. I then went back to the cake counter to get the server's attention again. "I'm sitting here at table number 14!" The restaurant wasn't quite as full by then. After having to wait another 10 minutes and having other customers who had just arrived were served, I was fed up. I simply left without any food because the wait staff simply ignored me. Sure, it's not easy to serve a lot of customers with a limited staff. But when you're treated with such disrespect, I simply don't understand it. There's simply no proper concept here. I'm definitely not coming back to the restaurant.

I had grilled chicken breast. It tasted okay, but for 11.90 it was way too small. The restrooms are awful.

The pizza was okay, but I think it was pre-made pizza that had been tweaked a bit. The prices are pretty steep for a furniture restaurant. But the service was excellent.

Unfortunately, 1.5 years later, the restaurant has gone from TOP to FLOP. Bad service, bad, cold food with old ingredients. More expensive and bad. Unfortunately I won't be coming anymore. Unfortunately the best waiter is no longer there either 1.5 years ago: It was a great stay! The service is awesome! The food comes to the table quickly and super tasty. Basti is by far the best, thank you! Happy to come back!

Super inexpensive and great service

The hygiene in the restaurant was terrible. More than 50 fingerprints were visible on the food delivery robot's display. According to the neighboring table, that was already the case on Thursday. We were there last Saturday. 3 of 4 knives dirty. Coffee spoon full of leftover food. The robot's food delivery was also very dirty. The only positive was the food for the price. The restaurant's lighting was only turned on when a guest asked. At least you couldn't see the dirt until then. The service was visibly overwhelmed due to the rush and did not always successfully try to remain friendly.

Why can't you get anything to eat at 3:35 p.m. when it says open until 4 p.m. 😡I guess we wanted to finish work early.

Why does it say “all food is to go” when, according to the waitress, that only applies to the food on the menu? The young man who did this before was friendliness personified - where did he go? It really hasn't gotten any better - now the service is rather flippant and harsh.

Really not bad for a furniture store restaurant. Had the Chrispy Chicken Bowl and a farmer's pizza. The pizza had plenty of toppings and the bowl was also very tasty. Plus 2 drinks for a total of around 32 euros. The service is friendly and quick.

When asked why exactly wheat is listed as an ingredient in all dishes, it was not possible to say exactly what the reason for this was. In addition, the waitress doesn't seem to be motivated to pursue this either. Unfortunately my food order didn't taste like anything, neither salt nor other spices. The portion size of the meat was the same as a child's plate, far too small for an adult in my opinion. Although the menu stated mayo and ketchup as part of the dish, they came to the table in a container marked 70ct for mayo/ketchup. These should normally be free if they are already included in the price as stated on the card. In my opinion, the hospitality and food used to be better.

I wanted to eat lunch alone today. Sit on a 4 table. Then the waiter arrived and asked me if anyone else was coming. When I said no, he asked me if he could sit me on a table for two. When I argued that there were two more large tables available and that he was expecting other guests, I received a mushy answer. Then I had to look again. There is another restaurant on the 4th floor where you are welcome to have a table of four alone.

Very nice remodel of the restaurant. Staff is very quick and friendly, breakfast is delicious. I really like the new Italian concept. There is a special play area for children and a relaxing area for parents.

Went to the restaurant for a lunch snack. The taste and price were okay. A little surprise was the robot that brought the food. Future,!!!

The service staff is extremely friendly and quick. Pleasant atmosphere and the food is great value for money. Absolutely recommended at the beginning or as a conclusion before or after shopping in the store. Keep it up 👍

Die Softdrinks (7Up) haben zu wenig bis gar keine Kohlensäure. (Kaum 7Up Geschmack) Die Tische werden vor der Nutzung gereinigt. Die Kellner könnten etwas freundlicher sein. Tische haben nicht genug Besteck.

Leider war hier ziemlich was los, da das XXL Restaurant wegen Renovierung geschlossen war. Es kamen zwar frische warme Semmeln, aber die zum Frühstück dazugehörigen restlichen Sachen kamen inkl. kalter Spiegeleier erst 20 Minuten später. Die arme Bedienung drehte am Rad vor lauter Ansturm.

Bedienung und Preisverhältnis ist top. Meine Frau und ich sind öfter zum frühstücken und auch zum Mittagessen beim mömax. Jedes Mal mache ich die Anmerkung zum Frühstück auf Puten-oder Geflügelwurst da wir kein Schweinefleisch essen. Leider bis heute keine Verbesserung in dieser Hinsicht. Also gleicher Preis fürs Frühstück für zwei nur mit Käse. Verbesserung in dieser Hinsicht wäre wünschenswert. Vielleicht kämen dann auch mehr andere Religionen zum frühstücken.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Der Kaffee ist sehr empfehlenswert. Des weitern sind die Wartezeiten nicht zu lang und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die junge Bedienung mit den gefärbten Haaren war sehr höflich und freundlich. Außerdem ist es sehr angenehm auf der Therese zu essen. Auf jeden fall wert wieder zu kommen.

Sehr nette Bedienung, auch wenn man mit Gutschein kommt. Eiskaffee ist sehr lecker und preiswert.

Klein aber fein. Freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen. Kann man mit dem Restaurant oben im xxxllutz nicht vergleichen. Dort ist die Bedienung genervt und unfreundlich.

Das Essen ist jetzt mit Sicherheit nicht das Maß aller Dinge aber im Verhältnis zum Preis gut. Der Service war sehr nett und sowohl Getränke als auch Essen war schnell am Tisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
