Hello, I'm writing a review here even though I didn't stay there. I booked and paid for a room there through Booking.com. Immediately after booking, a customer of mine canceled an agreed appointment. Booking.com and I then sent a message to the hotel asking them to cancel the booked room free of charge. Zero reaction from the hotel. Then I called there: no one answers the phone there. Of course, the hotel didn't have to cancel the booking free of charge. But this arrogance of not even engaging with a customer and responding to messages is severe. For that reason alone I cannot recommend the hotel and will never book it again. The one star is only given because it doesn't work without it. Best regards Thomas Mrowka

The nice decor gives you the feeling that you are in an American 'diner'. Food and service were fine, unfortunately they had no milkshakes today.

The food itself is delicious, but very expensive. I had a vegetarian burger. 18 euros! There was hardly anything on it for that. Tomato, lettuce, end. Patty was good though. The sauce goes like this. It was simply too little. Tomato 1 slice, 2-3 leaves of lettuce. And the fries that came with it: you could count it on one hand. Thick fries. Completely overcooked inside. Glassy, ​​greasy outside. Then I had aioli with it. Quantity: 1 large tablespoon, 2 euros?! Service was ok.

The room was quite small, but very clean. The shower in the bathroom didn't have any water stains and the toilet was clean. If you asked for a change of laundry, you got some straight away.

That's fine - but it could be better. Lots of garlic in the meat. The bottom bun was soaked with sauce and cold. American soft drinks would be cool.

Offering is great, but eating really has nothing to do with an American dinner. The patty of the burger is a homemade meatball, in this price range I expect high quality meat and the question is about the cooking level. But that's not the case here, just an average burger that you can get anywhere.

Good parking, good location because it is close to the motorway exit. The ambience is great, exactly what you expect from the title - Moe's Diner, cozy, American touch. So. However, that was already more than ten years ago, when both the food was amazing and the staff were attentive people who the guests perceived as such. Today? Let's start with food. We had burgers (Classic, Texas), so that's all I can say. Prices 15 and 18 euros, you expect a high guarantee of satisfaction for burgers, both in terms of size and what is presented to you. The reality (always in relation to the price): Size clear, but sufficient. Composition and edibility: Underground. Perhaps due to the form of the day or the professional group currently in the kitchen, both the meat mixture and the burger topping were well below 15 euros. The boulette fell apart, was dry and grainy. The bacon on the Texas, on the other hand, was so hard that at first I accidentally thought it was part of the burger. Operation: I know that good staff is rare these days. But at least you should be able to expect a waitress in a restaurant to be the waitress in a restaurant. In Moe's Diner, however, the whole team seemed to me like a crew that had been cast together the day before for a new TV format called "TikToker goes Real Life". I have never seen a team from outside the industry at such a low level as on this evening. Attention span snoring mode, since orders had to be taken by hand and with a pen, the young waitresses reached the analogue limits of their existence. Spoiler alert: Yes, dealing with guests, i.e. real people, requires much more effort than digital approval on your social media. Several waitresses traipsed past our table several times like in “The Walking Dead,” even though empty glasses were piling up. The staff seems just as uninterested in the guests as the kitchen staff are in their work. Conclusion: Why Moe's Diner still seems to be doing well seems a mystery to me after our visit last night. Maybe a real-life documentary was just being filmed and neither the staff nor the kitchen were real and next week everything will be fine again. Then there should have been a sign hanging on the door. Maybe a snapshot. What remains? The inflated price of bad food and the complete absence of skilled staff mean we'll be steering clear of Moe's Diner for the next 10 years. Maybe it will work again then...

We were there for dinner. Really well decorated. Everything was clean and the service was incredibly attentive and friendly. Sat on the terrace. The parasol was set out for us, after some of us wanted to leave out the fries with the burger, we were offered a delicious side salad for free without being asked and at no extra charge with the words that we would otherwise pay for the fries that were not delivered. In the end, we voluntarily forewent a tip because unfortunately it wasn't possible with a card and we had too much cash to change. Conclusion: Under 30€ per person No long waiting times Beautiful terrace, beautifully furnished Delicious, well portioned food Gladly again. I can't say anything about the hotel itself.

A really nice diner in itself. The service was very nice, the food itself was also very tasty, although the prices were really high. Unfortunately, due to my pregnancy, the meat wasn't fried properly and the inside of the burger was suddenly raw in the middle (which I wouldn't find so tasty even as a non-pregnant woman). A big note to the wait staff: If you ask your customers whether everything tasted good and are then told that no, not everything was good, don't just shrug your shoulders! Absolute failure!!! In my opinion it's at best a French fries shop with rancid American style. Waited 30 minutes for my bill. In a champion cream sauce you could assume that it also contains champions, but unfortunately in vain (3 of them). Drinks are hardly carbonated, prices are way too high, service is rarely seen, sauces are poor, the atmosphere is uncomfortable. If you're up for a real atmosphere with great portions, head to the Road House Paderborn.

Well, it's not what it used to be here either... back in the day, you could barely eat a burger (when the good buns were still used)... today you could easily eat one... fries greasy as if they were thrown into cold oil. And the sauces are an absolute disgrace... the waitress asks for the sauce as naturally as if it were on the menu (as usual!)... haha! 2 euros for a dollop of aioli and instead of the barbecue sauce I ordered, only ketchup came... are you serious??? And the egg was missing from the Texas EGG burger!!! Never ever!

We were there for dinner last night for a birthday. Everything was perfect, the table was decorated, both waitresses were extremely friendly and attentive, the food was amazing, from the starter to the dessert everything was fresh and delicious. It was a very great stay. The employees responded immediately to our needs and were always friendly. Because of our child, we had a limited choice of seats so that the range of the baby monitor would work. They made it possible and were incredibly friendly. We always enjoy coming back. First of all, the good thing about the store...the service was very friendly and attentive...unfortunately we can't say that about the food...the chicken schnitzel was a poor convenience product...the steakhouse fries listed were simply almost unseasoned French fries. .the fries were probably not available...it's a shame...the spareribs unfortunately didn't taste like they were home-made and weren't particularly tender...we had the impression that the barbecue sauce was more ketchup...maybe we were too demanding, but We really expected more... we liked the chili con carne... we got a warm drink on the house at the end because we weren't that happy with the food... that's fair to say... Hey, I can't understand some of these bad reviews. We were welcomed very nicely without having a reservation with a child. No problem there. The food was also super delicious! The one star is only for the friendly service (which could have come more than once). The food wasn't fresh. Spare ribs were bone dry, even the liter of cheap BBQ sauce didn't help. Schnitzel was frozen meat. Of about 20 diners I've been to so far, this one was the worst in terms of quality. A pity.

We ate at the diner with the family and dog. Positive: Were greeted nicely. The atmosphere is really great, typical American diner. The food was tasty, but quite manageable. More on that in a moment. Negative: You have to pay extra for everything, i.e. ketchup/mayo in a small waffle costs €0.50 each and sour cream costs €2. If you want sweet potato fries instead of fries, it costs another €2. If you then get a meal for €15.90, then there are only fries and burgers/meat. No salad or “decoration” on it. The eye eats too. And it doesn't cost much. We got another shake with Baileys and vanilla, €5.90 each He looked sad. A glass with a lot of cream with a plastic straw without a spoon (how were you supposed to get the cream out of there) When we asked, we got a spoon! No little “decoration” on it, it doesn’t cost much either. We were disappointed because we thought we would get a typical shake with cherries on top etc. Disappointing for €5.90 Conclusion: The taste is good but there is more for the price. And the smell in the toilet was really bad. It was clean there too, but there were a lot of little things that weren't so great.

An American diner and hotel which is only a few hundred meters from the motorway exit. Good transport connection. A good location for eating out and parking is right in front of the restaurant. However, if you book a room (the lower rooms are all barrier-free), you should know that you have to plan a longer walk to shops or that you prefer to drive. The parking lot is gravel/gravel and unfortunately not well lit in the dark. Since we were only there to eat, I unfortunately can't say much about the hotel, but the atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and evokes an American flair. Unfortunately, the backrests are very loose, which is why I was always jolted when the people at the table behind us leaned on them, which was quite annoying and they were also a bit annoyed when we leaned on them and didn't think that they would notice. All in all, a great restaurant with a visually very unusual menu consisting of old records. Menu selection was fine. Sometimes less is more and if you don't like burgers, you can also eat baked potatoes or schnitzel.

Die leckersten Burger im Umkreis,wie ich finde.Fahre ab und zu gerne mal dort hin,wenn ich mal Lust auf nen guten Burger habe.Dazu die leckeren Pommes... Gute,flotte,nette Bedienung und auf sein Essen brauch man auch nicht lange warten.Das Ambiente ist Urig aber gemütlich,Parkplätze sind ebenso direkt am Haus.Da macht man keinen Fehler,dort essen zu gehen!

Negative Veränderung Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon mal dort und waren ziemlich begeistert. Leider hat etwas verändert - vermutlich Eigentümer oder Koch. Bestellt wurden 3 Cheeseburger 1 Mr Burns Burger sowie Texas Burger. Der Scheiblettenkäse lag locker auf den Cheeseburger - spürbar kalt und wenig appetilich. Beim Mr. Burns Burger war das Hackfleisch nicht durch, es war hellrot und nicht durchgegart- das wurde von uns reklamiert jedoch ohne Reaktion, daher blieb der Burger unaufgegessen zurück. Sowas darf echt nicht sein. Gewisse Standards müssen eingehalten werden! Die Räumlichkeiten sind schön eingerichtet aber insgesamt ist es kalt und irgendwie zugig. Teilweise sitzt man mit Jacke da. Fazit: früher Top heute Flop.

Ich war die Tage das erste Mal in Moe's Diner. Das Positive zu erst. Coole Location im amerikanischen Stil, viele Film und USA Devotionalien, Fernseher an den Wänden mit Musikvideos, welche zum amerikanischen Flair beitrugen. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr nett, zuvorkommend und auf zack, da kann und will man gar nicht meckern. Aber jetzt zum Hauptpunkt, das Essen. Wenn man vorrangig satt werden möchte, dann ist das hier auf jeden Fall möglich. Die Portionen sind ordentlich. Und jetzt zum Geschmack: Wer sagt hier gäbe es den besten Burger weit und breit, dem spreche ich ab jemals einen guten Burger gegessen zu haben, genauso wie ich demjenigen abspreche wirklich schlechte Spare Ribs gegessen zu haben, der behauptet die von Moes seien unterirdisch. Die Ribs von Moe hätten mehr Soße vertragen, waren nicht "fell off the bone", aber auch nicht so trocken wie an anderer Stelle behauptet. Sie waren okay, aber das wars auch. Fahrt mal zum Peppers nach Bielefeld und schaut euch an wie ordentliche Ribs zu schmecken haben. Es ist auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben. Genauso der Burger. Wer heute noch einen Burger auf Basis eines trockenen Sesambrötchens, einer Scheibe Salat, Tomate, Zwiebel, Gewürzgurke, Burgersauce und Patty anbietet, der hat den Burgertrend der letzten 15 Jahre sicherlich komplett verpennt. Hier würde ich mich tatsächlich mal an diversen guten Burgerläden in Bielefeld, wie zB Glückspilz oder Wilde Kuh 2, orientieren. Was ein frisches Brioche Brötchen und zB karamelisierte Zwiebeln ausmachen würden...es würde Eure Burger auf eine andere Stufe heben. Das Moe's möchte ein amerikanisches Diner sein, das ist es optisch. Kulinarisch ist es maximal das was jemand der keine Ahnung von amerikanischem Essen hat, glaubt was amerikanisches Essen sei. Die Karte und die Gerichte sind leider so 08/15, dass ich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen werde. Meine Empfehlung, schaut Euch mal um wie anderswo Burger und Co. zubereitet und präsentiert werden, macht mal was Neues, schaut mal tatsächlich nach Amerika, guckt Euch gewisse Trends an und verwandelt diesen coolen Ort in ein richtiges American Diner, wo es auch Gerichte gibt wegen den man zu Euch fährt. Die es anderswo vielleicht nicht oder nicht in der Form gibt. Der Grundstein ist mit der Optik Eures Ladens absolut gelegt. Was die Getränke angeht, könntet Ihr weiter aufstocken, größere Auswahl ausländischer oder tatsächlich US Biere. ZB Dr. Pepper bei den Limos für das weitere US Flair.

Bei dem „Brot mit Aioli” für 4,80 € handelt es sich um, ein in Steifen geschnitten, Burger-Bun. Das empfinde ich persönlich als absolute Frechheit

Es ist für mich der absolute beste Burger, den ich in meinem Leben essen durfte!! Ich verstehe die anderen Rezessionen nicht und bin SO froh, dass ich sie vorher nicht gelesen hatte. Das Burger ist absolut frisch, das Fleisch so unfassbar lecker gewürzt, dass man trotz Soße etc. Den Geschmack super herausschmeckt! Tomaten, der Bun, einfach alles. Da ich so absolut begeistert bin, haben schon über 10 Leuten den Laden ausprobiert und waren EBENFALLS so begeistert! Man vergisst zu reden, wenn man den isst 😅🎉 Die Pommes, Steak, Chilli con carne etc sind auch wirklich lecker. Aber ich liebe diese Burger einfach😅

Kommen seit jahren hier her zum Essen. Es schmeckt eigentlich alles und ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen Preis Leistung vollkommen ok. Super team Bedienung immer freundlich und auf zack und mo ist ein feiner kerl der immer ein offenes Ohr für fragen und Anregungen hat oder um mal einfach dummes zeug zu quatschen 😁 In dem Sinne macht weiter so und bis zum nächsten mal.

Moe hat wohl in den letzten zwei Jahren wohl wie andere Wirte das gute Personal gehen lassen müssen. Zu der Annahme zwingt mich, wie schon von anderen erwähnt, das schlechter gewordene Essen. Burgerfleisch trocken und krustig-dunkel, durch zu viel billigen Bacon und zu salzig. Wir hatten auch noch Wings bestellt, die wirklich unter aller Sau wahren. Sie waren warm, trocken und mit etwas Sauce bestrichen, statt kross, saftig und geschmackvoll. Pommes wie immer gut sowie alles wie gewohnt super schön angerichtet. Die Bedienung zwar jung, unerfahren und bei steigender Gästeanzahl unzufriedener wirkend, aber nett. Mal sehen ob sich das Gastrogewerbe erholen kann. Ich wünsche es Moe und uns. Wir kommen dennoch gerne mal wieder vorbei. Montage gibt es immer… 😉

Erstemal gestest. Ambiente ist schön. Zurzeit auch alles toll dekoriert mit Halloween. Service ist gut, freundliches Personal. Wurden schnell bedient. Vom Essen waren wir enttäuscht, geschmacklich hat es uns nicht gefallen leider. Wird aber schön auf Tellern angerichtet, lässt das Auge mitessen. Preise sind vollkommen normal. Restaurant liegt direkt an der Straße, ganz allein gelegen. Hotel vorhanden, kann dazu nichts sagen, da wir es nicht in genutzt haben

Joa, es hat mich nicht so abgeholt, dass ich da nochmal hin muss. Reservierung hat nur so halb geklappt, wir hatten einen Tisch zu wenig für die Personen die wir angemeldet haben. Beim Essen hat nichts hervorstechen können. Burger war geschmacklich noch am besten. Die Spar Rips eine Enttäuschung, müsste man vom Knochen abknabbern. Die Location ist natürlich gut amerikanisch getroffen, sah auch ganz gut aus. Insgesamt aber zu wenig um noch 4 Sterne zu geben.

Essen sehr lecker und frisch. Preise angemessen. Das Ambiente total schön und gemütlich. Draußen essen nicht so besonders, weil es direkt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung liegt.

Super Location, super Burger. Immer wieder gern. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Netter Laden, leider nur mit Auto erreichbar, aber sonst gibt's nicht viel zu meckern. Erzeugt gute USA Feelings :)

Einer der besten Plätze für Burger im Umkreis,immer wieder gerne und das ohne jegliche Zweifel. Atmosphäre klassisch amerikanisch,nette Bedienung und bestes Essen!
