Mo in Aachen

Used to be one of the best Burgers in Aachen, + it's halal. unfortunately, recently the food is terrible both in quality and quantity. The burger is so messed up and the portions became smaller. Used to be better and I already used to recommend it, but I don't recommend it anymore. The delivery personnel are rude and disrespectful.

If you want to eat the best burgers in Aachen, you've come to the right place! The chicken bagatelles are also very tasty. The meat is of really high quality and there are also vegan, vegetarian and halal dishes. Absolutely recommended!

But the best are the burgers. They are incredibly juicy and freshly prepared. The meat is grilled to perfection and the buns are soft but not soggy. Every bite is a real treat. If you want a really good burger, this is the perfect place!

I tried this store for the first time during the Corona period and thought that they were focusing on presentation and quality due to the few customers in Aquis Plaza. Now, after more than three years of eating there almost every week, I can say with certainty that it is one of the cleanest and best quality burger meats in Aachen and the surrounding area. In relation to this quality, the price is also very good. In addition, the store staff is very helpful if you want to change something in the order or add some options. In addition to the large portions, there are of course also options for small appetites. It's truly one of the best places to eat in Aachen if you're shopping at or nearby Aquis. Authentic falafel like back home, if not even tastier, the Mo Beef was a dream with sesame sauce, Burger with halal bacon was super juicy and tasty.

1A quality, cheeseburgers and Mo Chicken Special were a wonderful taste experience with unique flavors and very high quality ingredients. I now come every chance I get when I'm in the area, even if I don't plan on shopping.

Today on October 14th, 2024 it was an absolute failure. We've always enjoyed eating there, but today the staff that was on duty there could have really been saved!! We ordered a cheeseburger combo menu and actually 2x chicken salads. We got absolutely the wrong food and two chicken burgers that had absolutely nothing to do with our order. Then we went to the staff who were already completely distracted by his loud music and didn't understand anything anyway... You were simply rejected in a rude manner, generally not recommended. In addition, the wrong food was absolutely dry and completely burned, see pictures. In the future we will save the money!!!!! <<<

Good burger, but could be improved. The ingredients are fresh, but they don't taste harmonious when combined: the halal meat is very strongly seasoned, the cheese tastes strong, and the sauce too... too much at once. The basic taste when eating is salty and spicy, not clearly defined. In addition, the actually great bun bread is “too” airy, the ingredients “get lost” in it and quickly slip out of the bread. With the basically very good ingredients you can definitely make much better burgers, hence only 3 stars at the moment.

I ordered a menu there yesterday. So far I've had the burgers from Kasinostr. very satisfied and wanted to eat something on site. Unfortunately, the fries were inedible because they weren't ready yet and I find €14 for a meal with a Freeway Cola from Lidl to be outrageous.

Halal Tacos XL, we paid for 14 euros I don't find that odd for the menu, the tacos are cooked on the other hand, mushrooms, peppers, spices it was good The only downside is that the sauces in jars have an aftertaste of frozen foods, take mayonnaise, it's a safe bet because the others shocked us a little.

The delivery time was on time, the food arrived warm and was super tasty! The portion is more than good, the sandwiches were full of meat and tasted great. Gladly again, even if I have to drive an extra 1.5 hours. Definitely highly recommended!

Ordered 2x cheeseburger menu. An absolute disaster. The burger patties were halved, They sat on the counter for some time and to make matters worse, the patty was fried and burnt. The fries... well not really a burner either. All in all, not recommended for a total of over €28.00. But the result is no wonder... because if only one person is working in the snack bar at lunchtime, it can't work. Result: I don't need that again.

Today I experienced the worst service in this restaurant. The staff was rude and inattentive which ruined the entire experience. I won't be back and I can't recommend this place to anyone. A total disappointment!

I ordered fries sandwich, it was suppoust to be filled with fries, tomatos, green salad, and homemade garlic sauce. The sandwich that came had only fries and ketchup inside.

Ich wünschte ich könnte -5 Punkte vergeben, mein Burger ist nach 2 Stunden angekommen dazu noch roh mir kam das kotzen, danach hatte ich auch kein Hunger mehr gehabt abartige Menschen.

Ich war heute das erste mal bei Mo und es gab sehr leckere Burger. Dazu waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und offen für Nachfragen! Die Burger sind auch brotlos (low carb/glutenfrei) möglich. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

A very nice place with a friendly staff, the food is great and affordable, especially the chilly cheese burger and MO chicken in the taco sandwich..

Essen kam erstmal 1,5 Stunden zu spät. Dann war der Burger nicht mal warm! Den einen Stern hab ich nur gegeben weil ich etwas im Magen hatte auch wenn es nicht geschmeckt hat.

Wir haben jetzt das zweite mal bei Mo bestellt und es war beidemale super lecker. Wir hatten die Chili Cheeseburger und ein Hähnchen Baguette + Fritten bestellt. Die Liegerung hat zirka 40 Minuten gedauert. Leider wurden beim zweiten Mal die Fritten vergessen (kann passieren) die wurden uns aber direkt nachgeliefert - die Mitarbeiter (am Telefon und Fahrer) sind auch super freundlich. Also ich kann es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen 👍

Kidsmenü für 8 € viel zu teuer, gerade mal 7 Pommes der Burger nur hingeklascht und dann auch noch 25 min warten, noch in Ordnung. Inflation hin oder her und dann schmeckt es den Kids nicht mal. Schade

Einer der nettesten Besitzer mit top service Qualität! Chicken schmeckt orientalisch östlich wie von der Heimat. Das beste was man im Aquisplaza essen kann und auch außerhalb um ehrlich zu sein.Bestelle auch sehr gerne vieles nach hause. Chicken ist immer toll gewürzt und die burger schön saftig. 10/10 essen geh hin wallah!
