Nigiris are mostly fine, but with maki I wish they inform the ingredients. I don't like cucumber but I can't check in the menu if they have it or not before I order. They have some nice fried food. The waitress is kind and nice but I never saw the owner's smile at once since we enter till we go out. Doesn't mean that he has to smile when he sees the customers but you know what I mean.

The food is the reason you go there; the dishes we had were good and varied, with something for everyone. Ordering via app seemed good, but not all of the ordered dishes arrived, or too many of the ones we didn't order arrived. Although it wasn't full, the waiters were unavailable for drinks or cutlery. They were busy with delivery services. It's also far too expensive, at over €30 per adult, plus expensive drinks. We're not convinced.

I took the food with me and ordered for 25 euros, and the food was old and very cold, and the treatment was not very good.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. The service robot takes some getting used to. Anyone who orders too much and doesn't eat it all pays extra. I think it's a great idea, sustainable and effective in combating food waste. Anyone who wants to sit in the traditional area must discuss it beforehand.

The food was delicious. We had all-you-can-eat. It's only worth it if you're very hungry or if it's your first time and you want to try a lot. Next time, I'll only order the dishes/sushi I like best. It'll be a bit cheaper. The sushi with avocado and cream cheese is missing.

This was our first time at this sushi restaurant and we were very impressed by the entire concept. Ordering via tablet was explained to us clearly. The service, whether from the robot or the human staff, was perfect. The food was very varied and delicious. Since they try a lot of new things, understandably not everything is to everyone's taste. We were thrilled and had a lot of fun.

We ordered takeout here, and the food was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the fried udon noodles with vegetables didn't mention that they were made with egg. Even the allergy information only mentions gluten, which is a shame for people with allergies or who avoid special foods for certain reasons. Perhaps it would be a good idea to revise the menu to avoid any misunderstandings. I can't comment on the service since we didn't eat there.

I have to say, we were unfortunately disappointed. The sushi was quite good, but everything else was not. The rice was bland, and the baked chicken was very tough. The mixed vegetables contained bitter zucchini, which you know what that means. I also told the server this. The sweet potato fries were inedible. The ambiance is nice, and the idea of having a robot deliver the food is quite nice. I hope this will be taken as criticism to improve things.

Well, a friend took us there to eat and the restaurant itself is very nice, well decorated and the waitress is very friendly. The food is good, it's buffet style, you can order 5 different dishes per person and you can repeat as many times as you want in intervals of a few minutes. The drink is extra, but the quality and price are very good.

We ordered there for the first time today based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the duck was completely forgotten in the udon noodles. They also only delivered two coconut balls instead of four. The rice, salmon, and beef were good, but the vegetables were more than meager, although flavorful. Delivery was quick. Overall, only 3 stars due to the missing (but paid for!) items.

Very tasty all-you-can-eat sushi, which you can order every 10 minutes via tablet. The number of orders is limited. You can order a maximum of 12 rounds, and depending on how many people are sitting at a table, you can order more or less at once. The food is very, very tasty and varied... And above all, fresh!! 😁 👌 ...not really suitable for children, as much of it is spicy. The all-you-can-eat option costs €17 for children, and €32 for adults.

The drink smelled strongly of mold – when we mentioned this, the waiter simply responded with a rude, "That's not the case." A new drink was only reluctantly offered. The salmon smelled extremely unpleasant – inedible. We only tried one piece and left the rest. Instead of understanding, we were asked why we didn't eat it or take it with us. Unfriendly service, poor quality – stay away from this restaurant!

Had a great time for a great price. We didnt have to book in advance which was amazing and the food was great. I recommend the beef ramen, miso soup and all the Sushi because its that good. Price is worth it and will definitely return.

The food was, as always, very tasty. Some of the dishes could have been a little warmer and the beef was tough, but of course we were absolutely full. What I have to complain about, however, is the ambience. Unfortunately nothing more is being done about the facility. We sat on a bench with faux leather cover, which already had several major cracks. Overall, everything seemed very worn out. But what I found really bad were the toilets. The tiled floor in the anteroom was already sticking and the floors in the individual toilets, especially the corners and the wall tiles, had not been cleaned for a long time. It's a shame if you can't eat there anymore because you're disgusted by the toilets. Dear owners, please change this quickly!

We had the choice between à la carte and all you can eat. Since all you can eat wouldn't have been worth it for us (two adults) at €30 per person, we opted for à la carte. The prices were okay, but the sushi was comparatively small compared to what we're used to. The taste was delicious, I found it a bit dry or bland at times, my partner liked it, as everyone knows, tastes are different.

We had a good and tasty meal. The service was sometimes super attentive and friendly, while the colleague was completely bored and said nothing. Unfortunately, there were always confusions about which dishes belonged at which table... the robot wasn't really used to capacity😂 All in all, we will definitely come back😊

I've actually had good experiences here so far. But yesterday I ate all-you-can-eat and unfortunately got food poisoning.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was unkempt when I visited. There was dirt and old receipts everywhere on the floor. Nobody made any effort to clean up this mess. It's a shame, it was better maintained last time we were there.

We've eaten there several times. It's always delicious, a nice atmosphere and the staff is also polite and quick! The robot service is also a nice gimmick that you don't see that often.

The quality of the food is good, the service was very poor, 15 of four rounds (40 items) were forgotten. Answer from service, just order again?!?! We've been there before when the service was much better, maybe it was just bad luck today.

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. We decided on all you can eat. The restaurant was very well attended, which was unfortunately also reflected in the service and the food ordered. It was delicious, no doubt about it, but not everything we ordered on the tablet came and it took a long time for what we ordered to arrive. Unfortunately, the food didn't come together either, but only in blobs. You didn't have a chance to enjoy what was on offer in the allotted two hours. The service and ambience were also inadequate for the price. Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable.

The restaurant offers an impressive selection of dishes and everything tastes great. The quality and taste are convincing across the board – absolutely recommended!

Fantastic quality despite "all you can eat"!

Delivery came quickly and the delivery person was very friendly. Unfortunately, the beef in the noodles was tough and the last 2 pieces of a sushi roll had no filling at all. So not rolled well! We also got the wrong sushi once. We ordered the Osaka roll (salmon) and got tuna. Unfortunately, I don't like tuna that much.

Unfortunately I have to say that it has diminished significantly. Waited 40 minutes despite reservation. Food was forgotten. And the most important thing: meat is good, sushi is not good. Way too thick, too much rice, like it was made by an amateur. That was completely different six months ago.

I rarely write negative reviews but in this case I would like to share my opinion because I would strongly advise against this restaurant. The two of us were here on November 5th, 2024 and had the all-you-can-eat for 30 euros each and a drink each. First the positive points: -good and fast service -Interior design quite attractive Negative points: -Low selection (but that doesn't necessarily have to be bad) -Sushi tastes very below average. And I don't mean in comparison to a 150 euro menu in Shinjuku, but in comparison to run-of-the-mill offers in Germany that are comparable in price. I've eaten better sushi for 10 euros in shopping malls. The rice was very dry and (presumably) of poor quality. I also think the fish wasn't very expensive and tasted very poor. Overall, the sushi falls somewhere between Aldi sushi from the refrigerated counter and the aforementioned cheap sushi from the shopping mall. -The warm dishes were mostly dripping with fat. Some of them were burned. -Even the fried noodles tasted pretty bland. Again, any noodle box from the mall is more recommended. Overall, I'm surprised at the many positive comments here. Cologne is right around the corner. Have people never eaten sushi in their lives? I wouldn't even find the food here acceptable for 10 euros, let alone 30. I really don't think I'm a particularly good cook, but I think I could teach the chefs here something. For anyone thinking about eating out here, I recommend the McDonalds nearby instead. Only costs a third and tastes at least twice as good.

Pay attention to the lettuce leaves as they could contain aphids. Otherwise you can eat everything except the tuna. Always tastes weird.

Food was okay, but the place as a whole seemed rancid. Bench broken, entrance dirty, toilet area hadn't been cleaned for a long time, no towels, hand dryer wasn't connected. The food was served by an annoying robot with a squeaky voice, and all the bowls we brought down stuck to each other. Dishes were put together, which was rather inconvenient for one of us who was vegetarian. Had a completely different impression from the reviews and pictures. It's a shame because the concept was good and the food was actually tasty.

It's best to go somewhere else for sushi! Unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all anymore. Sushi rice totally bland. Shrimp and beef are extremely well fried, so that the things are really inedible. The mussels were old and tasted bitter. We complained to the waiters several times about the food. No apology, no accommodation. The full price had to be paid and we had to pay for the things left behind that we couldn't eat because they were so inedible. Personally, I think that if the guest has something to complain about and has done so several times, they should at least address it. It's a real shame because the food here used to be really good. Unfortunately we will never come back.

The food was far from our expectations. Was recommended by a work colleague. He no longer works in the company, otherwise I would have asked him more about his tastes. We were there on Friday. I'm unsure how to describe this bad experience. First the food was good. The selection at AYCE is rather modest compared to other restaurants. Especially with sushi. You order almost in the traditional way using a tab. There's nothing unusual about that. However, deliveries are made by robot. If you're lucky. We had a table and it didn't work out so well. We had to get up to take our things down. And if we were too slow he would wake us up again. When asked about our problem, the staff reacted annoyed and explained that we were sitting at the wrong table. We didn't choose it ourselves, we were put there, so we were slightly confused. In general I found the staff to be extremely unfriendly. They were annoyed and obviously didn't want to have anything to do with the guests. As we walked past, our orders were thrown onto the table. The robot didn't work. That is not possible!!! We also had a wonderful ambience, accompanied by the gentle tones of a drill. That's what everyone wants at a cozy dinner with friends. Dear people, something like this can happen when you have construction work. But honestly, we reserved in advance. It would have been fair to mention that so we would have had a chance to say no. And it's nice that your toilet cleans, but standing in the water when you have to go there is very unpleasant. And you can't get rid of dirt if you just flood the floor, because it then collects in the corners. So I'm sorry! 30€ for AYCE is quite expensive anyway, but it wasn't worth it!!!! So no recommendation

The service was consistently very unfriendly. The technology failed across the board, and unfortunately the service was unable to compensate. Individual wishes could not or would not be fulfilled. Good food and quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is great as well. There is a front room with a serving robot and a more quiet back room with a fish pond. The food including the sushi is good. The only complaints would be the rather fatty sesame balls that didn't taste much like the red bean paste in them and that most dishes were brought with the same sauce.

Modern sushi restaurant. You order via a tablet at the table, 5 dishes per person every 10 minutes. The food is brought by a moving robot that meows and talks to you 😃 We liked it very much and the price was ok too. I was only able to take pictures of the dessert.

You can easily take advantage of the AYCE on site. We won't be ordering there anymore. The maki have become super small, the boxes don't look fresh but rather prepared. Then it's better to increase the prices, but leave the normal size and quality.

The food is absolutely incredible and the robot service is adorable. For the amount you pay for all you can eat, its worth its weight in gold. I cannot recommend it more

Newfangled sushi restaurant with tabled ordering process and robot service. It was fun and especially the children had fun. I was very skeptical before visiting the restaurant and was afraid that I would leave there hungry (it was my first visit to a sushi shop) but I have to say, it was very tasty and I was full. We chose all - all you can eat - for 32 euros per person, which I found quite expensive but it was still a very positive experience.

A great experience. Ordering via tablet, food delivery by the Cat robot - and the human service is also extremely friendly. Not to mention delicious food - just great!

We always only ordered for pickup. This time we had dinner there and it was just a great girls' evening. Sushi was perfect and Service really nice. We felt completely comfortable and really made use of the 3 hours we were allowed to order and eat. Prices are also totally reasonable. We'd love to come back, whether to eat there or order and pick up.

We ordered food and it was delivered very quickly. One sushi, one gyoza and one pasta. Both came fresh and were super tasty. The noodles were perfectly warm and seasoned very tasty. We would order there again and again!

The sushi was mediocre, wasabi was completely missing. The fried things were extremely greasy. Likewise the udon noodles. These were also very spicy and the “vegetables” only consisted of onions and carrots. We weren't satisfied. Only the supplier was super nice. A pity!

We ate there for the first time yesterday and, despite the overall package being quite harmonious, we wouldn't come back. The food was good, but we have definitely had better all u can eat's. You have a total of 12 rounds in 2 1/2 hours in which each person can choose 5 things per round. After each order you have to wait 10 minutes before you can order again. We sometimes had to wait a long time for certain things because they were prepared at different "stations" in the restaurant, so we sometimes had the next round until parts from the first arrived. Everything tasted good but the selection was quite limited for an all u can eat. You've probably already read this on the map online beforehand, but when you get there, if you want to try something different, you're quite limited. Especially if you don't like sushi or if, like us, you don't want the main portion to consist of it. The selection of sushi was very extensive, the rest was rather semi. The service was nice if a bit overwhelmed. Drinks came quite quickly, orders sometimes quickly sometimes not depending on the selection. The ambience was actually one of the reasons we chose this restaurant as the pictures looked spectacular. The back area is also equipped with the classic Japanese zatakus. In the middle is the “koi area” shown in the pictures. In the front area there are normal chairs with tables and the bar. We sat in the back area and were very disappointed. Everything seemed dark and gloomy instead of bright and inviting. The pictures are correct, but they are lit differently than in reality. Our table is stuck and under the table there is probably still a collection of chopsticks that the previous owners dropped. But the worst thing was the so-called koi pond. The koi all swam on the surface of the water, gasping. The pool had neither lighting nor a proper pump. So the poor animals were swimming in complete darkness in the middle of murky water. If you know anything about koi, you know that swimming on the surface is a sign that the fish cannot get oxygen from the water or that there may be other causes (ammonia poisoning, etc.). When we asked about the status of the animals, an employee explained that the boss said the filter had only been replaced today... as if that would explain the situation. We weren't the only guests looking at the fish either. Almost everyone in the back area speculates about the conditions of keeping and the condition of the animals. If you want to incorporate something like this into your ambience, then you should also make sure that it happens under the right conditions. Very unfortunate and bad for the poor fish. The toilets were ok, although one was broken and was leaking so much water that there was toilet water in the cubicle next to it. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, otherwise you can park along the street next to the restaurant and walk a few meters. So basically it was ok and nice to eat at Zataku once, but ultimately not so special that we would go there again.

After eating I had the last stomach ache of my life at night. Who knows how old the duck was 😒😒😒😒

Wir haben sehr gut Sushi gegessen, das Essen kam sehr schnell der Roboter liefert kompetent schnell und sicher die Getränke und das Essen Punkt und man glaubt es nicht er singt auch zu Geburtstagen happy birthday. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt kommen gerne wieder wenn wir wieder hier sind.

Essen war in Ordnung, obwohl der Rinderfiletspieß furchtbar zäh war. Der Service war hoffnungslos überfordert. Teilweise kam Essen an unseren Tisch was nicht bestellt war und bestellte Gerichte kamen gar nicht erst bei uns an. Der Fußboden war ziemlich schmutzig und es lagen Essensreste und gebrauchte Servietten auf dem Boden. Das Personal lief immer wieder daran vorbei und teilweise auch darauf herum ohne sich darum zu kümmern. Eine Dame (Gast) rutsche sogar darauf aus und sprach das Personal auch diesbezüglich an, was aber niemanden wirklich interessiert hat.

Hier komme ich immer wieder gern,ein tolles Lokal mit leckerem,gut gerolltem und frischem Sushi. Auch der restliche Teil des Angebotenem ist super. Preislich hat es ordentlich angezogen und an manchen Tagen merkt man am Service,das das Lokal sehr gut besucht ist. Dennoch Daumen hoch und einen Besuch wert.

Essen ziemlich gut und wurde von dem netten Kellner Sercan auch gut serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!
