Delivery came quickly and the delivery person was very friendly. Unfortunately, the beef in the noodles was tough and the last 2 pieces of a sushi roll had no filling at all. So not rolled well! We also got the wrong sushi once. We ordered the Osaka roll (salmon) and got tuna. Unfortunately, I don't like tuna that much.

Unfortunately I have to say that it has diminished significantly. Waited 40 minutes despite reservation. Food was forgotten. And the most important thing: meat is good, sushi is not good. Way too thick, too much rice, like it was made by an amateur. That was completely different six months ago.

I rarely write negative reviews but in this case I would like to share my opinion because I would strongly advise against this restaurant. The two of us were here on November 5th, 2024 and had the all-you-can-eat for 30 euros each and a drink each. First the positive points: -good and fast service -Interior design quite attractive Negative points: -Low selection (but that doesn't necessarily have to be bad) -Sushi tastes very below average. And I don't mean in comparison to a 150 euro menu in Shinjuku, but in comparison to run-of-the-mill offers in Germany that are comparable in price. I've eaten better sushi for 10 euros in shopping malls. The rice was very dry and (presumably) of poor quality. I also think the fish wasn't very expensive and tasted very poor. Overall, the sushi falls somewhere between Aldi sushi from the refrigerated counter and the aforementioned cheap sushi from the shopping mall. -The warm dishes were mostly dripping with fat. Some of them were burned. -Even the fried noodles tasted pretty bland. Again, any noodle box from the mall is more recommended. Overall, I'm surprised at the many positive comments here. Cologne is right around the corner. Have people never eaten sushi in their lives? I wouldn't even find the food here acceptable for 10 euros, let alone 30. I really don't think I'm a particularly good cook, but I think I could teach the chefs here something. For anyone thinking about eating out here, I recommend the McDonalds nearby instead. Only costs a third and tastes at least twice as good.

Food was okay, but the place as a whole seemed rancid. Bench broken, entrance dirty, toilet area hadn't been cleaned for a long time, no towels, hand dryer wasn't connected. The food was served by an annoying robot with a squeaky voice, and all the bowls we brought down stuck to each other. Dishes were put together, which was rather inconvenient for one of us who was vegetarian. Had a completely different impression from the reviews and pictures. It's a shame because the concept was good and the food was actually tasty.

It's best to go somewhere else for sushi! Unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all anymore. Sushi rice totally bland. Shrimp and beef are extremely well fried, so that the things are really inedible. The mussels were old and tasted bitter. We complained to the waiters several times about the food. No apology, no accommodation. The full price had to be paid and we had to pay for the things left behind that we couldn't eat because they were so inedible. Personally, I think that if the guest has something to complain about and has done so several times, they should at least address it. It's a real shame because the food here used to be really good. Unfortunately we will never come back.

The food was far from our expectations. Was recommended by a work colleague. He no longer works in the company, otherwise I would have asked him more about his tastes. Grilled tofu was black, all dishes had the same sauce. Service was good, the waitress was friendly and helpful. A plus there. The robot is a gimmick, it was funny. Pictures on the internet of the ambience: you can't even get to the nice seating at the back. You sit normally at the table.

We were there on Friday. I'm unsure how to describe this bad experience. First the food was good. The selection at AYCE is rather modest compared to other restaurants. Especially with sushi. You order almost in the traditional way using a tab. There's nothing unusual about that. However, deliveries are made by robot. If you're lucky. We had a table and it didn't work out so well. We had to get up to take our things down. And if we were too slow he would wake us up again. When asked about our problem, the staff reacted annoyed and explained that we were sitting at the wrong table. We didn't choose it ourselves, we were put there, so we were slightly confused. In general I found the staff to be extremely unfriendly. They were annoyed and obviously didn't want to have anything to do with the guests. As we walked past, our orders were thrown onto the table. The robot didn't work. That is not possible!!! We also had a wonderful ambience, accompanied by the gentle tones of a drill. That's what everyone wants at a cozy dinner with friends. Dear people, something like this can happen when you have construction work. But honestly, we reserved in advance. It would have been fair to mention that so we would have had a chance to say no. And it's nice that your toilet cleans, but standing in the water when you have to go there is very unpleasant. And you can't get rid of dirt if you just flood the floor, because it then collects in the corners. So I'm sorry! 30€ for AYCE is quite expensive anyway, but it wasn't worth it!!!! So no recommendation

Good food and quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is great as well. There is a front room with a serving robot and a more quiet back room with a fish pond. The food including the sushi is good. The only complaints would be the rather fatty sesame balls that didn't taste much like the red bean paste in them and that most dishes were brought with the same sauce.

Newfangled sushi restaurant with tabled ordering process and robot service. It was fun and especially the children had fun. I was very skeptical before visiting the restaurant and was afraid that I would leave there hungry (it was my first visit to a sushi shop) but I have to say, it was very tasty and I was full. We chose all - all you can eat - for 32 euros per person, which I found quite expensive but it was still a very positive experience.

We ate there for the first time yesterday and, despite the overall package being quite harmonious, we wouldn't come back. The food was good, but we have definitely had better all u can eat's. You have a total of 12 rounds in 2 1/2 hours in which each person can choose 5 things per round. After each order you have to wait 10 minutes before you can order again. We sometimes had to wait a long time for certain things because they were prepared at different "stations" in the restaurant, so we sometimes had the next round until parts from the first arrived. Everything tasted good but the selection was quite limited for an all u can eat. You've probably already read this on the map online beforehand, but when you get there, if you want to try something different, you're quite limited. Especially if you don't like sushi or if, like us, you don't want the main portion to consist of it. The selection of sushi was very extensive, the rest was rather semi. The service was nice if a bit overwhelmed. Drinks came quite quickly, orders sometimes quickly sometimes not depending on the selection. The ambience was actually one of the reasons we chose this restaurant as the pictures looked spectacular. The back area is also equipped with the classic Japanese zatakus. In the middle is the “koi area” shown in the pictures. In the front area there are normal chairs with tables and the bar. We sat in the back area and were very disappointed. Everything seemed dark and gloomy instead of bright and inviting. The pictures are correct, but they are lit differently than in reality. Our table is stuck and under the table there is probably still a collection of chopsticks that the previous owners dropped. But the worst thing was the so-called koi pond. The koi all swam on the surface of the water, gasping. The pool had neither lighting nor a proper pump. So the poor animals were swimming in complete darkness in the middle of murky water. If you know anything about koi, you know that swimming on the surface is a sign that the fish cannot get oxygen from the water or that there may be other causes (ammonia poisoning, etc.). When we asked about the status of the animals, an employee explained that the boss said the filter had only been replaced today... as if that would explain the situation. We weren't the only guests looking at the fish either. Almost everyone in the back area speculates about the conditions of keeping and the condition of the animals. If you want to incorporate something like this into your ambience, then you should also make sure that it happens under the right conditions. Very unfortunate and bad for the poor fish. The toilets were ok, although one was broken and was leaking so much water that there was toilet water in the cubicle next to it. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, otherwise you can park along the street next to the restaurant and walk a few meters. So basically it was ok and nice to eat at Zataku once, but ultimately not so special that we would go there again.

Essen war in Ordnung, obwohl der Rinderfiletspieß furchtbar zäh war. Der Service war hoffnungslos überfordert. Teilweise kam Essen an unseren Tisch was nicht bestellt war und bestellte Gerichte kamen gar nicht erst bei uns an. Der Fußboden war ziemlich schmutzig und es lagen Essensreste und gebrauchte Servietten auf dem Boden. Das Personal lief immer wieder daran vorbei und teilweise auch darauf herum ohne sich darum zu kümmern. Eine Dame (Gast) rutsche sogar darauf aus und sprach das Personal auch diesbezüglich an, was aber niemanden wirklich interessiert hat.

Preislich hat es ordentlich angezogen und an manchen Tagen merkt man am Service,das das Lokal sehr gut besucht ist. Dennoch Daumen hoch und einen Besuch wert.

Das Essen ist gut. Leider gibt es kaum Parkplatz Möglichkeiten. Und da sich der Service aus einer Mischung von Tablet, Bedienung und Roboter aufteilt. Ist es leider etwas unpersönlich und unübersichtlich. Vor allem aber ist es sehr teuer. Für zwei Personen locker 80 Euro ist einfach viel zu viel.

Tolle Location und tolles Erlebnis mit der Roboter unterstützten Bedienung. Leider kommt zum abkassieren nicht die eigentliche Bedienung. Wir haben unserer Bedienung das Trinkgeld persönlich gegeben, diese sagte uns, dass das Trinkgeld sonst nie bei denen ankommt. Schade, denn die Jungs und Mädels machen einen tollen Job und haben das Trinkgeld mehr als verdient. Sich das Trinkgeld beim kassieren in die eigene Tasche stecken finde ich sehr unfair. Wir kommen zwar wieder aber Trinkgeld wird beim kassieren keins gegeben, nur persönlich bei der Bedienung!

Normalerweise haben sie dort auch einen Bewirtungsroboter, welcher diesmal aber nicht an alle Tische kam, da es so voll war, das große Tische gesplittet wurden. Wir waren an einem Feiertag Abends dort essen und haben das All you can eat Angebot genutzt. Es war extrem voll und die Küche und der Service sind absolut nicht hinterher gekommen. Das Basic Sushi war gut und wurde relativ schnell gebracht. Viele andere Sachen waren leider häufig kalt (obwohl es warme Speisen sein sollten) oder haben wirklich sehr lange (mehrfach über 20min) gebraucht. Manche Gerichte wie z.b die Rinder Ramen haben leider nach nichts geschmeckt und waren auch noch fast kalt. Ein Großteil der Produkte waren sichtbar TK Produkte, was für mich grundsätzlich ok ist aber wie man TK Produkte versauen kann, ist mir echt schleierhaft. Der Service war absolut überfordert von den ganzen Beschwerden über die Küche und konnte selbst nichts dran ändern. An Tagen wo das Restaurant leerer ist, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass die Qualität etwas besser ist aber insgesamt bewegt man sich hier im eher Massengeschäft anstatt qualitative und leckere Lebensmittel zu erhalten.

Essen war super lecker. Wir hatten das all you can eat Buffet. Super Auswahl und wirklich reichlich. Beim Service ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Aber wir waren am Samstag da und der Laden war wirklich sehr sehr voll. Da war es etwas wuselig und das Personal hatte etwas zu kämpfen. Aber auch wenn nicht alles glatt lief eine klare Empfehlung von mir. Aber auf jeden Fall am Wochenende vorbestellen! Zeit sollte man da ja haben - oder sich nehmen - denn es ist wirklich auch eine sehr gemütliche Location.

Das Miyummy Sushi & Grill liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in Bergisch Gladbach, ist aber mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Beim Essen erwartet die Gäste solides japanisches All-you-can-eat mit den gewohnten Gerichten. Im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz verzichtet das Miyummy auf hausgemachte Limonaden, was ich schade finde. Umso mehr punktet das Restaurant mit einem guten Service, der einen durch einen Service-Roboter gleich auch das richtige Japan-Feeling vermittelt. Mein Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ich besuche ansonsten gerne Wirtshäuser bzw Brauhäuser mit Verzehr. Auf Empfehlung haben wir dieses Lokal aufgesucht. Als ich bemerkte, dass die Bestellung elektronisch über ein Tablet erfolgt und weiterhin ein Roboter mit einem Katzengesicht im Display miauent das Essen servierte, verließen mich alle etwaigen Wiederholungsmotivationen. Ich habe gerne mit dem Personal Kontakt, das macht unser geselliges Ausgehverhalten aus. Hightech, jetzt auch schon beim Essen, nööööö - will nicht!!!!

Wer gerne Sushi bzw. japanisches Essen isst, ist hier definitiv richtig. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Die Bedingung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight ist der Roboter, der einem das Essen an den Tisch bringt. Das Ambiente war sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Musik schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre und ist nicht nervig oder zu laut. Die einzige Kritik ist meines Erachtens, dass man das ein oder andere Sitzpolster ersetzen könnte.

Unglaubliche Auswahl, super Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal, machen es hier wirklich schwer Kritik zu finden. Alles war Perfekt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut herausragend. Hatte sehr selten so leckeres Essen.

Leider unter neuer Leitung, jetzt nicht mehr authentisch. Nudelgerichte wie vom Imbiss, total überfettet. Sehr unsauber. Angestellte unsauber, stehen vor der Tür rauchend, gehen dann direkt wieder in die Küche. Unter der alten Leitung top, jetzt nicht mehr. Das rettet auch kein Bedienroboter.

Bei meinem Besuch im Sushi-Restaurant wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Das Angebot an Sushi ist vielfältig und die Qualität des Fisches war überdurchschnittlich gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die attraktive Präsentation der Teller. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist angenehm, vielleicht nicht spektakulär, aber gemütlich. Der Service war zuvorkommend und professionell, was das Essen noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt bietet das Restaurant ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein zuverlässiger Ort für Sushi-Liebhaber.

We celebrated our beautiful wedding here. The food was very good, the service was great as always, we would love to come back. The guests felt very comfortable, so we were relaxed and were able to enjoy the day.

Great restaurant with outstanding food and very attentive, warm service! We celebrated our civil wedding with the families in the Olivenhof and everyone was completely satisfied and thrilled. The selection and quality of the food was really excellent, as were the committed and friendly staff. Thanks alot! We will definitely come back and definitely recommend you! :)
