Really good food at the Mixed Bistro Ost. Chef Salva makes delicious pizza (in my opinion, one of the best in Hilden), pasta (my favorite is spaghetti bolognese), and much more, including interesting daily specials. All at very reasonable prices.

About two weeks ago, I went to Mixxed Bistro Ost am Heidekrug with a good friend and we were thrilled. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all fantastic. We started with the Melanzana Parmigiana and each had a Mixxed cheeseburger – I had fries and my friend had sweet potato fries. All the dishes are freshly cooked and prepared. The food was delicious, and the two servers were very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

I visited an old tennis buddy in Hilden and, after a training session, had dinner with him and another friend at the Mixed Bistro Ost. I opted for a mixed cheeseburger and can only compliment the team. The burger tasted amazing, the meat and sides were just right, completely fresh, and the overall experience was simply delicious. The fries were cooked to perfection and beautifully crispy, and the aoli ​​sauce was an absolute delight. The staff was extremely friendly and rounded off a successful evening. I'd love to come back very soon. Absolutely fantastic!

Delicious pizza, pasta, and salads, as well as a refreshing selection of drinks, all served by attentive and friendly staff. The seating on the terrace is particularly pleasant.

We had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. The chef and the wait staff were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Especially in nice weather, it's definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic chef Salvatore from Sicily - you won't eat better dishes in Italy. Excellent pizza and all other dishes . The service is very nice and competent. Prices very good. Very nice and family atmosphere - we will definitely come back!
