At Mr. Nic's in AC Brand, the food is always delicious and fresh..!! The staff is also very friendly and attentive..!! Unfortunately, I no longer live in Aachen, so I can't come as often anymore.. but when I'm in AC, it's always Mr. Nic. Keep it up.. 😁👍

We stopped here today with four people (and our dog). We had a lovely outdoor seating and were immediately greeted with friendly service and advice. We therefore chose the suggested daily menu and were not disappointed. Fantastic schnitzel with fresh ingredients and, finally, some really good fries! The side salad was also delicious. And the portion was huge. 👍

I can't say much about that. I only had a Coke there. Parking is definitely lacking, but otherwise, it's a nice place.

I love Mister Nik, I really do. But the price increase of about 15 percent on almost all dishes as of June 1st is already very high. Doing this now, just before the VAT is reduced by 12 percent (which we know no restaurateur will pass on to customers), effectively equates to a price increase of over 25 percent.

A great fast food restaurant in the beautiful Aachen Brand 😃 The staff are extremely friendly and neatly dressed. The atmosphere is very friendly. There is a very large selection of food here so there is something for everyone. I used to be a regular customer here, but that was over 10-15 years ago. I wish it could become my regular snack bar again, but unfortunately they no longer serve the best gyros of all time there like they did back then and that's a shame. At some point either the supplier was changed or a different quality was simply chosen. But I won't stop hoping that maybe one day the "old best gyros" from the entire region will be on the spit again and then we'll see each other every day, I promise 😀

Great food. Price performance top. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. In short: absolutely great and we always enjoy going there. Small update: Even after 7 years, we still enjoy eating here. Quality and employee service and friendliness have always remained at the same high level!!! There was NEVER any reason for complaints!!!!

We reserved in advance and were not seated in the winter garden as requested. The window next to our table didn't close properly and the heating was off, which is a bit chilly in December. The condition was not very motivated and not very friendly. The orders were mixed up and side dishes were missing. You can only pay in cash, which is a bit strange. A significantly more expensive price was then calculated, which was only adjusted upon request. I also can't recommend the food, it's not very seasoned. I definitely won't eat there anymore.

I've never been to a restaurant like this before, the food didn't taste good at all, my daughter had to wait 35 minutes for a few nuggets and fries. When I asked if it would take long, she said the food was coming, we couldn't do magic in a strange tone. I got up this morning with a sore throat and my daughter had also thrown up, probably because of the nuggets there, it's very expensive where you can get more than half as much for prices like that, where else the toilets are unhygienic and they don't accept card payments there It's very, very sad, we will never eat there again people, make up your own mind and don't let yourself be ripped off, it's way too expensive

We have been regular customers of Mr Nik in Aachen-Brand for several years. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our last orders. Unfortunately, the taste of the food has changed very negatively. The recently sharp rise in prices is another factor. Unfortunately, we'll have to look for something new.

Employees make fun of guests in front of other guests. That was impossible, the doll lady was incredibly unfriendly. No card payment possible (should be something to think about) We won't go there anymore!!!.........

Schnitzel meat was not okay. Musty taste, spit it out. Inedible. I let it go back and only ate fries and salad. When paying we were told we had deducted 3 eu - how generous - never again!!!

The rating refers exclusively to the service! You should be aware that this is more of a snack bar with waiters than a restaurant. The rooms are really nice. On the other hand, you shouldn't expect the staff to be trained or have training in the catering industry. That's why we're happy to overlook it if an order takes longer or if you're "allowed" to listen to employees' private conversations (and their expressions). Every person is different and you should do it better yourself... But: If you ask when paying "Was everything ok? Did you like it?", then you have to be able to live with it if the guest says "No, everything wasn't ok." or "No, not everything tasted good.". And that's exactly when it becomes clear whether you are capable of criticism and whether the guest's opinion is important to you. The sound makes the music. Even if you don't share the criticism, you should remain respectful towards the person. Of course, everyone has a bad day sometimes and the reaction is not what it should actually be, but our experience and the many reviews show that in this restaurant you don't see the visitor as a guest/customer, but as walking euros. Dear Mr. Nik team: Please hang a note on the door outside that says "We only want what's best for you: your money!". Then everyone knows in advance and the payer is not so disappointed.

Bestellt wurde 2 x Currywurst mit Fritten, sowie ein Kaltgetränk "Aqua Morelli" und ein "Bitburger Alkoholfrei". Vor uns waren 2 Gästegruppen, die sich über die sehr lange Wartezeit auf das Essen beschwert haben. Zum unserem Essen folgendes: Fritten waren sehr hart, die Currywurst sehr groß und essbar. Die Gläser waren nicht sauber gespült, genauso das Essbeteck, Gabel und Messer dito. Das "Aqua Moreli" konnte man nicht als Kaltgetränk bezeichnen - eher lauwarm. Während unserer Wartezeit fiel einer Bedienung das Tablett mit Getränken : Wasser und Cola auf den Boden. Die Glasscherben und die Getränkeflüssigkeit wurde mit Aufnehmern regelrecht auf dem Boden verteilt. Aussage der Bedienung, Zitat: jetzt glänzt der Boden schön. Cola klebt! Die drei Stufen zur Kasse hoch: 1 Stufe war mehrfach notdürftig mit Klebeband fixiert. Fazit: Alles in allem, da ist in allen Bereichen noch sehr viel Luft nach oben drin. Die Kunden stimmen mit den Füßen ab.

After eating "OK" (!) here several times, yesterday was definitely the last time we went to see Mr. Nik Brand. I can highly recommend Mr. Nik in Aachen Burtscheid (Amyastraße). While you don't have such a comfortable terrace, every guest is treated equally here and the food is good in terms of price/performance. After we were served meat yesterday that was strangely colored and subsequently had stomach problems, I read several times in the reviews that food (especially sauces) was often bad and complaints were made. We didn't complain yesterday, but other people denied that the food wasn't fresh. At first I didn't understand why we couldn't sit down at a table on the outside terrace because guests were expected there in 1 hour 45 m. We were gone again before that time was up... With the statement "it's much cooler here anyway", we sat down under the less ventilated winter garden area with a dark canopy, which was significantly warmer... But you shot the bird down with us forever by obviously trying to pull me away. You wanted to charge me €69.90 because our food wasn't recorded anywhere (in the cash register or something) and on a piece of paper at the checkout it said "€69.99" without any connection. They then reluctantly calculated our bill and we came to €35.50. When I said "we'll do 38€" they responded with a click. You really don't have all your cups in the cupboard anymore. The next customer who receives a piece of paper with a sum without a receipt should ask you to write a date on the receipt and show it to the tax office. I'm pretty sure I know the reason why you don't pay by card. Never again, unless I actively notice that the owner is changing.

We were there spontaneously today. The service was very unfriendly. We wanted a children's chair for our two-year-old and were told it was too big for it. Then the food came. Pita open not rolled. Meat tasted very strange, my stomach was already rumbling. My husband had a plate that was dripping in oil. Then we wanted to pay and we were told a price of €70. For two dishes and three drinks. Then we said that couldn't be right. There was no apology, it was simply said that the bill would now have to be redone. The tip we gave anyway was laughed at.

Very disappointed that the waitress here deliberately takes orders that you didn't order, saying it was an oversight and then also when Paying to be cheated by not getting enough money back and only being given it by speaking to them. The pizza was horrible (not cooked through) and so small that I thought they were kidding me. No recommendation

I have been a customer for over 10 years and am always satisfied with the food and especially the service. The staff is very friendly and always puts you in a good mood.

Bin hier seit über 10 Jahren zufriedener Kunde. Das Essen ist stets warm und lecker und kommt nach einer angemessen Zeit. Preislich sind Getränke und Essen immer völlig im Rahmen. Besonders macht mich der Besuch bei Mister Nik aber der Service und das Personal. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist Spaghetti Cabonara, das geht auch mehrmals am Tag!

Mr Nik describes himself as a fast food or gyros restaurant. That's certainly true in essence, but they can also do a lot more. There is a good selection of alternatives to what the name suggests and the quality of the food is really good. Many places, some in a winter garden, make Mr Nin a good address in Brand.

Food used to be better. Big plates small content. Dessert: chocolate soufflé with vanilla sauce. The sauce was bad. But according to her it was freshly made

Food was often okay. Service not particularly attentive, glasses empty, tables and benches not cleaned well. Today the tzatziki was no longer good, which was very noticeable (on the plate itself it was mixed with another sauce and you could hardly taste it, but I had a single portion and you could definitely taste it!). Instead of admitting the mistake, they said everything was okay. The tzatziki is fresh. My conclusion: it's better not to eat there if you care about your gastrointestinal health.

Das Lokal ist gemütlich und auch sehr geräumig durch die Überdachung auf der Terasse. Die Gerichte alle Super lecker. Die Bedienung ... na ja ... Gutes Personal ist selten. Getränke werden gebracht und wie im Saloon zugeschoben über den Tisch. Es läuft evtl nicht so, wie die Bedienung es sich vorstellt, man merkt es. Während des Essens werden schon leere Teller abgeräumt, obwohl der Hinweis unserer Seite kam, das wir noch essen! Macht ja nix, es wird abgeräumt, bin ja eh gerade da. Was will man da sagen? Essen ist sehr lecker, aber der Service haut alles raus. Echt Hammer!!!

The first and the last time. Doner meat is declared as gyros. Fries soggy and hardly any taste, order repeated several times and still made wrong. And there was only a hint of tzatziki on the supposed pitas.

Was there today on my birthday. Ordered three cheeseburgers - total disaster. Meat was definitely not from today and not freshly made either - the meat was ready-made meat from the packaging. At the end of the evening, severe stomach pain as expected and trips to the toilet. We weren't served either, we had to get up and ask for it .All in one €70 paid for a cheeseburger that wasn't even half eaten! Another disappointment, we definitely won't come back to eat again!

I've been there a few times but today's visit was very disappointing. Arrived with my family (2 adults + 2 children) and we were greeted with a notice "You have to leave in an hour!" welcomed. By the way, this advice was repeated several times. There were other tables available but for some inexplicable reason we weren't allowed to sit at this other table. Another group of 4 has arrived (did not make a reservation) but is allowed to sit at the table in question. Food arrived: the portion was ridiculously small! Otherwise this was actually always enough. We hadn't even finished eating/drinking and were already asked to leave the restaurant because the reservation was coming. The justification was “I already said that before”. Only 30 minutes have passed. Strangely, we were asked to leave the restaurant instead of the other group. Of course we understand that you have a lack of space, but we as paying customers were treated very badly today. Conclusion: we will never visit this restaurant again. It's a real shame but there are certainly other restaurants where we can go as a family.

Delicious food, generous portions, and it was quick too!

Wir waren zu viert ich meine Frau und zwei Kinder abend essen bei Mister Nik. Jeder von uns hat Hähnchenschnitzel paniert (7,g) mit Rahmsauce, dazu Pommes und Salat bestellt. Kostet 13.50 Euro pro Person. Gesamt Preis 54 Euro dazu vier mal kalt Getränk zwei mal Cola und zwei mal spreit. Ein kalt Getränk Kostet 2.90 Euro. Gesamt Preis 11.60 Euro Also insgesamt 65.60 Euro. Bei Mister Nick bezahlt man immer an der Kasse. Ich bin zum Kasse gegangen und wollte bezahlen der junge Mann an der Kasse war am telefonieren drauf hin wollte ein andere Mitarbeiter kassieren. Aber der kasierer wollte unbedingt selber kassieren. Der hat telefon aufgelegt und von mir 70.80 Euro kasiert Das war meine letzte Mister Nick besuch in Aachen Brand.

Wir haben uns nach langer Zeit nochmal entschieden diesem Lokal eine erneute Chance zu geben. Leider wurden wir hier sehr enttäuscht. Das Hähnchenschnitzel war geschmacklos und nicht richtig durch. Jedoch muss ich sagen das die Soße Ansich inordnung war Die Köfte waren geschmacklos und zäh. Das Gyros überbacken war OK. Der Thunfisch salat war leider auch ein Reinfall und schmeckte so als ob der Thunfisch schon lange Zeit draußen stand und an einigen Stellen war er schon sehr getrocknet. Die Tomatensuppe war kein Highlight aber genießbar. Das Zigeuner Schnitzel war geschmacklich in Ordnung. Die Käse Röllchen waren auch OK aber kein gaumenschmaus. Meine sprite schmecke so als ob sie schon längerezeit geöffnet war und hatte einen angestanden Geschmack. Wir haben mit 6 Personen insgesamt 120€ bezahlt und werden diese Lokalität definitiv nicht mehr besuchen. Denn nur für das Ambiente kommen wir nicht wieder.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Abendessen für 120€ und dann ist das Fleisch nicht durchgebraten. Mehr als die Hälfte liegen gelassen.

Netter Laden, große Auswahl, leider ein bisschen teurer als normalerweise.

Wenn in Aachen essen, dann bei Mr. Nik

Bei einer Bestellung waren 2 Gerichte falsch dies bemerkten wir erst zuhause . Dort angerufen entschuldigte man sich und man könnte die Falsch zubereiteten Gerichte zurück bringen und würde die richtigen bekommen und noch eine Entschädigung ( Fahrzeit insgesamt : 45 Minuten Dort angekommen entschuldigte man sich nochmal und wollte allen ernstes mir eine Cola Flasche als Entschädigung anbieten. (45 Minuten Fahrzeit + noch ein Gericht was in dieser Zeit kalt geworden ist) Ich würde keine Bestellung umsonst haben wollen aber eine kleine preischliche Entschädigung wäre hier wohl angebracht gewesen

Preislich ok, essen war gut und Service war nett und kompetent. Geschmacklich fand ich das Gyros sehr gut aber die Nudeln waren nicht so meins. Hat aber jeder einen anderen Geschmack.
