Miss Do in Berlin

I always order the same dish (chicken tempura with peanut sauce). The food always tastes the same, which is good, but the portions have changed. The last few times I've had a whole 5 or 6 pieces of tempura on my plate. It's ridiculous for that price. I've been a very happy customer for years. That's changed now. I'm very dissatisfied.

Today I went to Miss Do to order two takeaway meals. I had placed my order, and while I was waiting, I watched a rat race through the kitchen. The waitress jumped up. I immediately went over to cancel the meal. She asked me how? My response: "That's not possible," and at first she acted like she didn't know what I meant, even though she had jumped up! She said she was cleaning everything and I shouldn't worry. And she gave me my money back. Honestly, Miss Do is in the Gropius Passagen on the first floor, where the other restaurants are. Why is the health of the guests being put at risk?

I'm not one of those people who complains about everything and everyone, but today I have something to say...as I was ordering my food today, a fat rat scampered from the counter through the open kitchen, causing two of the waitresses to jump up. Irritated by this, the lady at the counter spoke to the rat and immediately demanded my money back. What surprised and annoyed me about this was her reaction and response...Her words were, "It's not that bad, we clean everything here."...that was my last order, and I won't be eating there again.

My experience: unfortunately disappointing Three of us ate there today – together with my wife's family and our child. The food was good overall, but there was a problem with my order: I ordered number 8 (a chicken curry soup), but received a completely different soup with lemon leaves and coconut milk, which tasted nothing like what I had ordered. When I pointed this out, a long discussion ensued. Unfortunately, the staff showed no understanding – they refused to accept a return or refund. The way they handled the complaint was disappointing and unprofessional. This was our first and last visit there.

I can only agree with everyone who gave this place only one star. It's not what it used to be. While ordering, we were interrupted and couldn't even get a word in edgewise – the kids wanted to order drinks, but the waitress had already pressed "Pay" (credit card). It obviously had to be done quickly. We had to pay the rest in cash. They also served the wrong dishes: rice instead of noodles, and one dish was completely wrong. Well, it was edible – but we won't be having it again. And all that for a total of over €80. What was particularly unpleasant: There were vermin, including rats, which we and other guests noticed.

I ordered Box 3 today, with rice. (Duck crisps with rice) I didn't want any sauce. When I got home, I realized it was just plain rice with duck. I thought €8.50 was a bit pricey.

Excellent sushi bar with delicious and varied food. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately the beautiful green plants are no longer there, it was a unique atmosphere. The Asian food is delicious, but Europeanized. But praiseworthy for a shopping center snack!

What don't you understand when you want fried rice with chicken and fried noodles, they make a slightly overpriced version. How to eat fried noodles with chop suey sauce. The pasta mini portion plus some vegetables in sauce for €13. I can understand that everything has become expensive, but what previously cost €3.50 is now €13. Chicken meat is tough and smells strange. I've eaten there several times, but only small things, but it's not possible to take them with me. Now I throw €23 in the trash. Many dishes are not typically Asian. Bad. Never again

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, you had the feeling that you were more of a nuisance than welcome. The food was carelessly prepared and tasted absolutely unconvincing. Particularly worrying: The store gave the impression of being very neglected and unhygienic - cleanliness seems to be a foreign concept here. Absolutely no recommendation.

My husband got sushi for me. He ordered No. 71 - Sake Aburi Special (grilled salmon, etc.). When I got home, I was completely hungry, opened the sushi, and saw RAW salmon. My husband also requested that the sake maki (raw fish) be packaged separately from the vegetarian portion. This wasn't the case. I'm pregnant, and since no one else here eats sushi, it has to be thrown away. Thanks for nothing.

Food ordered: - Phad Thai with duck - Khom no idea Shrimp with oyster sauce and fried vegetables For Pad Thai: National dish of Thailand. A Thai would definitely have been offended if he had eaten this. The rice noodles are already very stuck together, almost a lump of noodles. plus a tiny bit of carrot strips and a tiny bit of spring onions, a few peanut pieces and just a tiny bit of peanut sauce. He was saved on everything. The duck tasted rancid. Taste: 0/10 Price was €13.50 I think Hey, you can just get a cheap Chinese pan. Do you have more of it! The other dish: My friend said the shrimp were ok, as were the vegetables. But very few shrimp and few vegetables and just a huge pile of tasteless rice. Again, saved on everything Taste 3/10 Price was €12.50 I think I'll never buy anything from you again. I don't recommend anyone ordering anything there either. Better go to a real Asian restaurant.

So. The two of us ate there today and ordered the same thing. There was also a mango lassi, which seemed to have been made from powder as it was more reminiscent of a flavored thick pudding. The food glistened with oil. That was very unpleasant. We ordered duck. In my case this was not edible. A sinewy piece with barely edible meat. I complained. Offered, give me a sour hot soup in return. I got these. There was no apology. Just on the sidelines. I usually really enjoy eating the soup. But this was very spicy and I didn't taste any sour. I tasted water. I complained and had a lengthy conversation with the boss. She was very confident about her food. She told me how difficult it is to keep the store running. Since Corona.... pla, pla. OK. You can make everything more expensive, but if you also save on the ingredients, you should reconsider what you want.

Actually, I just wanted to eat something quickly and I stopped by the Gropius Passagen. Now I just tried Miss Do, because Mr. Do is pretty good around me too. But they probably have nothing to do with each other :-). I had duck crispy with mango sauce and it was actually incredibly tasty. Don't cut it in like the usual piece of mango and it's good. Here people cook a little bit with love. At least that's what I experienced and will do it again soon. The address made it into my favorites list ;-)

We had several menus, all unfortunately very boring and not fresh. Unfortunately, the salmon from the fried sushi roll was raw and only lukewarm. Haven't been able to eat it all.

Hands off!!! High-level rip-offs and fake reviews

Hello, I was in this store today (November 14th, 2024) with a friend. The place looked clean and that's why we decided to eat there. We ordered 2x fried noodles with vegetables and meat and teriyaki sushi. We spent a total of €32. Actually a good price for 2 people and this quantity too. The sushi was brought to us first and we started eating 2-3 of them and then our fried noodles came straight away. My friend just started eating and then after her 3 bites she saw some black hairs in the food (picture attached). Understandably, she didn't want to eat any more and neither did I. To be transparent, I have to say that there was no hair in my food, however I lost my appetite. I called an employee and said there was something in the food. She said the boss had to come. She immediately came with a grimaced expression and when I explained the situation to her, she immediately became defensive. The boss said it was lint from my friend or her jacket. Another customer also looked at what it was beforehand and we were all sure that it couldn't be from her jacket. After a long discussion, which didn't help, we left the food. I took a picture of the “lint” as evidence and the boss took it with her as evidence. She indirectly accused us of having ourselves to blame. When we wanted to leave, I went to the boss again and wanted at least the money for my friend's meal back. There was no hair in my food, so I didn't want any money. It was my decision not to eat any more, but then the boss just said that we didn't get anything and it was our mistake. We are shocked by such behavior. My girlfriend and I both have experience in the catering industry and we always try to find a compromise and not attack the customers directly. We will never go to this store again. The cleaners were nice but the staff are really terrible. They have never heard of friendliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store at all and therefore it only gives 1 star, I would have preferred not to give it at all.

Ordered fried noodles with chicken without vegetables and still received them with vegetables. When we complained about this, we were just rudely turned away. At a price of €7 you should expect to receive what you ordered.

As it said on the menu, I ordered Box 3 with rice, which was prepared quickly for me. The staff were very friendly, but I think the prices were quite high for the size of the portion

I've eaten here four or five times so far. The staff is quite unfriendly, but the food is tasty. The portions when eating are ok, I think it's a shame that the portions to go are a little smaller than if you eat there.

The food was inedible and I had to remind the staff twice that I had ordered something. I waited an hour for my food. The tables felt like they had been wiped with fried grease. There are definitely better alternatives

I am always very satisfied with the food. The quality is always excellent. Every visit is a pleasure, and the fast service makes all the difference. Highly recommended! 🍣

I always eat in this restaurant and am satisfied, last time the amount of noodles was very small, even my little daughter found it inadequate too.

It takes a lot of getting used to in a bowl under warm glass noodles on top, salads that get warm plus shrimp 🍤 the marinades are all ready-made products without any kick, rather too sweet, no aromas of coriander, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, chili etc.

We ordered 75 twice and 90 twice. We got baked avocado even though we wanted baked chicken. After a long and very unfriendly discussion with the waitress, we got something with chicken, but it wasn't what we ordered, but we just didn't care because the waitress was shouting very loudly and that just made us uncomfortable. Two minutes later she came back and wanted €10 more? Absolutely incomprehensible that they served us the wrong food and that we didn't have what we wanted the second time and that we were also shouted at so that everyone looked at us. We'll come here once and never again.

it's 7:27 p.m. Closing time is 8 p.m. but no one here cares because we were just turned away because it was already closing time.

We had dinner there today and I immediately threw up when I got home. I ate vegetables in a wok with sesame sauce and tofu. The tofu was fried and had no consistency, tasted like cardboard. The sauce was indescribably terrible, greasy, bland, a strange mess, just disgusting. My partner also tried my food and isn't usually picky. The service was very unfriendly and there were mice running back and forth in the corners. Luckily I didn't feel bad for long, but I just couldn't keep the food down and it came right up. I can only advise against eating here.

Bro boy half food poisoning I found a mouse tail in my food disgusting it makes you puke it doesn't go there employees want to lock you up like those mice in the kitchen to prepare after you asked where the rest of your order is the cucumber from the 93 was that old me I thought it was a colored mouse 🐁 that's not possible and I fought with the employee

I ordered or ate something there twice and thought it might be better the second time. I was wrong. I once saw a mouse running around in the back of the kitchen (visible from the front of the register). The film “Ratatouille” is probably taken too seriously. Disgusting. The food is really nothing special, the portions are in my opinion inadequate for the prices. I could imagine that the food is prepared beforehand and then warmed up. Especially last time, the staff was unfriendly and eager to discuss things. Never again and not recommended at all - there are much better Asian restaurants for the same or even cheaper prices.

Food is good but not special. I'm pretty disappointed with the staff's ratings. I ordered a little more sushi to take some with me later. It was made clear to me several times (at the checkout when my food was brought) that it was food for two people, and I don't even get started on the looks I got . I've really enjoyed being here so far, but it was just a shameful feeling for me.

The service is very unfriendly and the food is the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The “crispy chicken tastes like bubble gum”. The sushi looks good, but if you take a bite your teeth might fall out. The chopsticks were probably used, they had sesame seeds stuck to them and they were lightly covered. The ambience looks quite nice. As of today it is my absolute worst snack restaurant in all of Berlin!

The chicken was super tasty! Totally recommend it as it was perfectly cooked and crunch. The noodles were greasy so perhaps paring it with rice would have been better. The lady at the counter wasn't the nicest but the service was fast and my meal came quickly. The tables were clean.

Food is pretty standard... Unfortunately, sour spicy soup didn't work at all.

I am Vietnamese and have only lived in Germany for 7 years, but unfortunately I have to rate this restaurant 1 star because the service attitude is very unfriendly. Especially the male staff member Kasse.

I had my friend bring me some food, it was by far the most disgusting Chinese pan of my life, I couldn't even eat half of it, it tastes like nothing, noodles just without soy or anything else, meat looks like it's still alive and the vegetables are a joke in my opinion I have a better iwo on the side strip thanks for nothing but 10.50 euros is a good price for the dirt

Have taken a break there several times. Some prices are a little higher. Today I chose PHO at €10.50 and a starter at €4.00. Most of the time everything tastes fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. Environment could be better.

Open on the 2nd of Advent 2022 and totally overwhelmed. Simple box is heated in microwave and only minutes later the shrimps are warmed in microwave and then fried in deep fryer. Waiting time too long and people not being attuned. Boxes were cool again. Vegetables were probably pre-cooked because they were no longer as crisp and fresh. Addendum 02/2024: the food is delicious, tea too. Service is now well established and there are many people bringing food to the table and clearing it away. BUT the cleanliness of the cutlery and dishes totally outraged me, all the cutlery is probably not washed in the dishwasher, the tea saucer was also dirty and full of marks.

It is cooked with quite a bit of oil. The beef was so tough I couldn't eat/chew it. A pity.

Yesterday was super delicious, but it never happened again. 4 years ago it was still delicious food, today we had sweet and sour soup, it tasted completely burnt and inedible and the duck cross with oyster sauce was also bad. The sauce is completely watery...it's a real shame. The ambience is very nice, the service is good but the food should be tasty, which is a shame.

You can come whenever you want, it always tastes good and the service is always courteous.

Food delicious, staff nice, used to be more comfortable with greens. Very sober now, unfortunately. Still nice in front of the cinema.

Ich dachte mich trifft der Schlag. Die China Box kostet mittlerweile 8,-. Dafür müsste sie deluxe schmecken, ist aber nur ne 08/15 Box. Ich hoffe die Leute bestrafen diese Dreistigkeit der Gastronomen langsam mal.

Super leckeres Vegetarisches „Sushi“! Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es tatsächlich so lecker ist 🤭 Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder ☺️

Habe mir gestern essen dort gekauft.....nie nie wieder......ich habe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung davon bekommen.

Bestes Sushi in ganz Berlin!!!!!! Ich habe noch nie die tolle Erfahrung mit essen gemacht als hier. das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und Respektvoll. Das Essen ist Wunderbar und Köstlich, ich war schon oft bei einem Restaurant aber noch nie so ein leckeres und nicht soo teures endekt. ICH LIEBE ES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wollte eigentlich bei Golden Burgers einen Burger essen gehen, aber das Reststaurant gibt es nicht mehr! Von daher entschied ich mich für Sushi. Die Auswahl an Sushi Varianten ist leider nicht sonderlich groß, aber insgesamt gibt es eine breite Karte an asiatischen Speisen, die man sich bestellen kann. Der Essbereich ist barrierefrei und bietet eine größere Anzahl an Tischen. Das Essen wird von Mitarbeitern an den Tisch gebracht und die Tische anschließend auch abgeräumt, sofern man sich nicht selbst in der Lage ist das Geschirr in einem der Fächer abzustellen, was dafür vorgesehen ist.

Die bestellte China-Pfanne war keine China-Pfanne und man kann wirklich zusehen, wie das Essen in der Mikrowelle erwärmt wird, da die Speisen anscheinend schon fertig zubereitet im Kühlschrank stehen... Das geht viel besser und vor allem frischer! Nie wieder.

Die gebratenen nudeln waren nicht gebraten und matschig. Außerdem sind diese fade und nicht zu genießen. Die Erdnusssauce ist auch nur an der Erdnuss vorbei gerannt und schmeckt mehr nach Kokosmilch. Nicht zu empfehlen bäh

Essen war ok, Tofu war nur angewärmt und nicht angebraten. Ich durfte mich nicht mit meinem Teller nebenan hinsetzen ("Müssen Sie nächste Mal zum Mitnehmen bestellen") und habe daher ohne meine Familie essen müssen.

Sieht echt toll aus und schöne Luft dafür, dass es in einem Center ist und überall schöne echte Pflanzen ach ja, Essen war übrigens auch super Mango Lassie auch sehr lecker. Super nette Familie hab mich sehr gefreut hier stimmt noch Preisleistung

Tolles Essen, egal was ich dort immer bestellt habe, es hat alles immer super geschmeckt. Eigentlich fast der einzige Grund den Gropis einen Besuch abzustatten…

EIN FALL FÜR'S GESUNDHEITSAMT!! Ich wartete auf meine Sushi rolls im Frontbereich. Konnte die Köche beobachten. Ein Koch kam nach kurzer Zeit zurück (Toilette?) Er SCHNAUBTE in ein Einweg-Tuch und wischte mit dem SELBEN Tuch das la ge Messer ab!! Danach warf er das Tuch in den Mülleimer. ICH WAR SPRACHLOS!! Ich sprach SOFORT mit der Frau an der Kasse (sie spricht und versteht deutsch). Ich erklärte ihr, dass das Ges.Amt den Laden sofort schließen würde bei dieser Sauerei!! Sie verstand erst nicht. Der Koch kam dazu. Ich demonstrierte mit Händen was er gemacht hat. Die Frau meinte, dass sie im Teammeeting das klärt. Sie wollte mir ein Getränk schenken zu meinem bestellten Essen. NO WAY!! Ich habe natürlich dort NIE WIEDER gegessen. Gesundheitsamt informiert.

Nach meiner schrecklichen Erfahrung mit den Nudeln habe ich die wan Tan Suppe probiert. Wan Tan Fleisch war pink. Und die Suppe hatte weniger Geschmack als Instant Nudeln. Und Mal wieder verstehten die Mitarbeiter mich nicht und ich musste sie halb anschreien beim reden. Mäuse habe ich leider nicht gefunden wie die anderen Rezensionen :c

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Habe ein Mango Curry bestellt, bekommen habe ich eine Mischung aus Bratensauce, süßsauer und sehr viel chilli. Nach einer höflichen Nachfrage ob das Mango Curry ist meinte sie nein kein Mango, daraufhin meinte ich aber ich habe Mango bestellt dann sagte die Bedienung ja doch Mango drin. 10,50 für was, was ich Werder bestellt habe noch zurück geben konnte. Bleiben sie fern davon

I was schocked when I saw Miss Do has such good reviews and 4,3! I was there today and the food was bad. Very bad and I threw almost all. First I was shocked that they at the end put my order in microwave to heat it! Why? I order box 5. Noodles were overcooked. Chicken had bad taste. So did peas. Today I was first time there and last time.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut besonders die Spicy Udon 👍 die dazugehörige Soße zu den Sommerrollen hätten ein wenig Essig vertragen aber es war trotzdem gut. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder !

My girlfriend went to pay for a Mango Lassi with a 10€ banknote, received change for 5. It happens, no big deal... But when the issue was politely addressed, the woman behind the counter started SCREAMING at her and made a scene, instead of finding a solution. She "threatened" to check the cameras, I wish they had to prove her wrong. My girlfriend had to de-escalate and just leave after paying a Mango Lassi 8.90 instead of 3.90. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.

Knapp 10 Euro für eine Cola und die geschmacklosesten Nudel die ich je gegessen habe bezahlt. Man bekommt nur gekochte Nudeln mit 3 fetzen Karotte und das wars Die frühlingsrollen schmecken auch undefinierbar aber schlecht Dazu stinkt es hinten in dem Restaurant nach Chlor und Fisch

I order miss do rolls chicken terryaki, 8 rolls. Taste is amazing, fresh. Definitely i will be back for more.

Ich rate allen davon ab in diesem ranzigen Restaurant zu essen. Kurz darauf als mein Essen ankam , sah ich plötzlich mehrere Mäuse, die sich hinten befanden. Ich ging zu der Kellnerin und sagte ihr , dass die Mäuse genau an unserem Tisch rumlaufen. Dennoch zeigte sie wenig Interesse und sagte, dass es ja nicht so schlimm sei , da sich die Mäuse überall im Center befinden. Ich war schockiert, weil nichts unternommen wurde und man einfach anekelt war. Als wir gehen wollten bot sie uns ein anderen Platz an. Ich habe mein Geld dort unnötig ausgegeben. Nie wieder betrete ich diesen Drecksladen.
