The cake was completely dry and probably stale. Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly and annoyed.

It’s a food court with different cuisines. Overall, it’s quite nice, but it gets busy during lunch hours or when many trains arrive at the station, so it can be hard to find a seat

A wide selection of different dishes in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere near the main train station. Prices and quality are absolutely fine. However, the tables should be wiped down occasionally, as they were quite sticky and simply dirty by the evening.

Our meal was good, albeit quite expensive. That's probably due to the central location near the main train station. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't particularly busy. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff friendly.

We passed by the place by chance and were really happy. It is a food complex with several restaurants from different cuisines around the world, we ate at the Vietnamese and the salad bar, it was delicious, large portions, comfortable seating area, very good service and in line with expectations.

Great shop in a prime location right by the main train station. We came here this afternoon for coffee and cake and sat outside. The shop is self-service, which doesn't match the ambiance. There's a large and delicious selection of sweets and coffee specialties.

Ideal place to take some food before the train. Atmosphere and food is obviously better than at Central station. Very close to the station itself.

I ordered an original Berlin currywurst today, and there are obviously different opinions about what that means. In any case, I got a fried smoked bockwurst with an unidentifiable sauce. But the fries were delicious, at least 👌

The place is actually open until 9:00 PM. From 7:30 PM onward, there's only a limited selection, and by 8:00 PM, the outside area is already being cleared. Guests are asked to leave their seats. Update from last night: It's now 10:35 AM. According to Google, they'll open at 8:00 AM. Only half of the selection is available. Staff comment: "We're not ready yet." 🙈

Good location near the main train station and Berlin's government district. A fairly large selection of different food and drinks, and comfortable seating! The potato bowls were very filling and varied. The prices are mid-range, which is certainly due to the location. Overall, a definite recommendation – especially if you're waiting for a train. There are also free restrooms!

Since it was next to our hotel, we decided to give it a try. So far, we've tried the Italian cuisine and the burgers. We found both very good and couldn't complain.

Skip this place. Customer service is not a thing. Attitude sucks. We got here at 08:10. The place was completely empty. We choose sandwiches from the selection on their menu. They told us we will have to wait 1 hour to have them prepared. We were a group of 7 people, rather than take our order and prepare them, they asked us to wait 1 hour.

There are various food options and the seats are spacious and comfortable, which is very suitable for gatherings, especially for a single traveler, so you don’t have to worry about eating!

This café is one of the most interesting spots I’ve discovered recently. It’s located in a futuristic building that stands out with its unique design. Inside, you’ll find several food stations offering a variety of cuisines, which makes it easy to find something for every taste. The food is flavorful and fresh, and the coffee is especially good — rich and perfectly brewed. There’s plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet modern. I also really appreciate the co-working area — it’s spacious and ideal for getting work done. Overall, it’s a great place to eat, work, or simply unwind.

I work at the Cube and love having a variety of cuisines to choose from every day. The decor is cozy and modern. Compared to the cuisine around the main train station, the FoodFactory is definitely the best choice! So, full marks and thanks to the team.

The service here is the worst! The reason for this criticism is a contaminated coffee cup, which I was informed about and which I did not agree to use. A woman behind the bar claims to be the boss, does not speak a word of German, but reacts to the customer's spoken German and starts arguing loudly in English with me, the customer, almost aggressively, saying that the cup would have been okay. The contaminated coffee was then poured into a clean cup. How disgusting and unhygienic is that?! When I asked for a refund, I was not even given a refund. I left THIS coffee and hope it was not resold. This behavior and conduct is outrageous and unacceptable. I will gladly take the time afterwards to provide a detailed description of the situation to the relevant authorities in the Mitte district.

Next to Hauptbahnhof, good location. A lot of food selections, more like an indoor food street with different vendors. I took Vietnam noodle soup, taste is good. My friends took something else, but also good.

A good place for relatively quick food. Several points with different types of cuisine. There is Italian, Thai, sushi, potatoes and sandwiches as well as coffee and cake. Efficient service. You order at the bars. You get a token and go to pick up your food. There is also beer, etc. The food could be tastier, but at this price (the prices are decent) it's really cool. I recommend.

I ate kumpi and Asian food there on different days. Both were good and recommendable. However, I don't have any price comparisons from the big city.

Great concept, great design and great taste. But it was pricey. 1 liter of coffee, 1 latte, 2 quark mueslis and a chicken buritto for just under 30 EUR.

Whenever I'm at the main train station, I enjoy the selection of restaurants in the Foodfactory. Despite the size, it's cozy here and you'll find something for every taste. I can only recommend a visit here.

Green curry quick + very plentiful + tasty. After the complaint, the drink was immediately exchanged for another one at no extra charge - great! Canteen atmosphere.

Wir waren nachmittags hier und haben im Coffee Fellows Kaffee/Cappuccino und Kuchen genossen. Die Getränke und auch der Pfirsich-Rahm-Kuchen waren sehr lecker, das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Servicekraft hinter der Theke war sehr sympatisch und freundlich. Die Preise fanden wir zu hoch, wenn man bedenkt, dass man sich auch noch selber an der Theke bedienen muss. Allerdings sind die Preise in der Landeshauptstadt und in dieser zentralen Lag, direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs, ja generell etwas höher. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut hier gefallen und wir werden durchaus wieder einmal hierher kommen, sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein.

Im Regierungsviertel muss man wirklich nach einem schönen Restaurant suchen. Habe dann doch die Foodfactory gewählt und war beim Besuch im RomanTisch schwer begeistert. Die Bestellung mit Pager ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber voilá die Pasta "Torino" war ein Traum!!! Lecker, nicht zu teuer und gut gefüllt - der Rotwein, nebenan bestellt, ebenfalls perfetto! Und die Leute vom Service waren sehr nett!

Wirklich traurig dass man in einer Hauptstadt, 10 Uhr an einem Wochentag nicht einmal eine warme Suppe kaufen kann. Das nenne ich schwach und bin sehr enttäuscht.

Delicious buddy and great service! The Food Factory in Berlin completely convinced me with their Kumpir. The baked potato was huge, super fluffy and topped with fresh, delicious ingredients as desired. The portions are generous and the quality of the ingredients was top. The service was friendly and quick. A great place if you feel like kumpir - I'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately although the food was very good, the safety was not. A male became extremely aggressive towards my partner and started threatening us both. I had to tell him to leave us or I would call the police. Staff were aware but nobody intervened to assist

We recently organised a social evening for 70 people at FOOD FACTORY. It was a standing cocktail party with open buffet and bar, for which we reserved the entire southern side of the food court exclusively for our group. It was a great experience throughout the entire organisation process, from start of the email and phone communication until the very end. Yousef and the whole team made sure everything was 100% to our liking and perfect for our guests. The food, drinks and atmosphere was very good during the entire evening. We received many compliments from our guests. Thank you very much for your professionalism and great customer service.

Many fast food directions combined under one roof in a large restaurant opposite the main train station. Self service at the counter. Indoor and outdoor dining. Prices a bit expensive but probably usual for the location.

Poke Bowl, Coffee Fellows Enjoy coffee & bagels or homemade pasta... I've tried everything and I'm happy to go. The ventilation is generally poor. Clothes quickly smell of oil and grease.

Very nice atmosphere. Absolutely recommended, especially with several people who want different food. My daughter got the Pho soup with chicken here. Portion size unexpectedly large, price totally acceptable, very tasty. The waiting time was also completely reasonable, only a few minutes, even though the soup was freshly prepared. Food is ordered and paid for. You can sit down and be called via a beeper when the food is prepared. The only deduction was that the Falalfel stand was unfortunately closed and was not visible on the website.

The double beef burger 🍔 was to my taste. Unfortunately, opening the wheelchair door by pressing a button from both sides didn't work and no one paid much attention to it, but thanks to the help of thoughtful guests, it worked.

I like the idea of a food court restaurant with the offer of different varieties, but if the food is made out of a choice of frozen products i rather eat at home at least i can surely say that my food has not been defrosted and refrosted again. I tried the cake and coffee and the Thai food there, my friend suffered a food reaction unrelated to allergies, after the visit late in the night. Coffee was ok but the take away cup was open and the cake nothing less then defrosted products... liked my Burger but the fries are the same story

....I never knew anything like that, a large BUILDING / RESTAURANT with a total of 5 or 6 restaurants in it, on one level 😀. Just see what you feel like, burgers, Asian cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, etc. you order, pay, get a beeper, as soon as the food is ready you can then pick it up and enjoy it wherever you want. A great restaurant, something for everyone.

Soups are incredibly acidic. You can't eat them... Beer has 5%vol. and non-alcoholic in the bill.

Behind the counter, in the seating area inside and on the terrace, there is disorder, slight chaos and a certain level of uncleanliness everywhere. It really wasn't crowded and the two gentlemen behind the counter took their time and finished their private conversations before they had time for us.

Terrible. The tables dirty, when wiped, then sticky, yuck. The taste of the Mantibowls takes a lot of getting used to, but it's really too expensive.

My review refers to the Thai in the court. I once ordered Pad Thai with chicken and received a beeper that vibrates when the food is ready. So I sat nearby and waited. After 10 minutes I went back to the counter and asked because there were a few plates there that no one picked up. The employee asked for my number and then again for my dish and said we lost the receipts so we can't assign them. My plate was there and I told her I could have waited a long time. Some information would have been great. There was also a hair in my food that I only noticed while I was eating. So I complained about it. It took three attempts before I was understood. I was offered a new portion which I had to decline because my lunch break was almost over and I had to go back to work. I said I wanted my money back. Which was only seen after a discussion. If there is a long black hair in the customer's food, I will give them their food back PERIOD. No apology was made either. I will never eat there again and will not recommend it to any of my colleagues.

A very nice, small food court with everything you could want. Whether burgers, Thai, pasta, currywurst and much more - you can get it all here. Even if you're just here for a beer - in a beautiful building right next to the main train station - it's perfect!

Nice location in itself but when you see the prices your jaw drops. So for a family with 2 children this will be very expensive fun. We paid €21 for 4 drinks but you could have gotten more elsewhere. But in the end everyone has to decide for themselves...

Nice service at the checkout, also spoken in English. Matcha latte was really well made. A good selection of cakes available - the strawberry cake was particularly moist. Good place to rest at the main station if you have to wait a long time for a train. Especially because there are comfortable chairs.

Ambiance is modern. Good selection, but average quality, which is not possible given the prices. Of course location central station Berlin. What completely annoyed me: Berlin is international, but a service person who only speaks to me in bad English...what's going on here? Especially since the older lady behind me left because communication was not possible. Addendum: large, expensive coffee machine, but apparently the staff is not trained in how to use it... Coffee doesn't taste good, which brings us back to the price-performance ratio...
