A very nice, small food court with everything you could want. Whether burgers, Thai, pasta, currywurst and much more - you can get it all here. Even if you're just here for a beer - in a beautiful building right next to the main train station - it's perfect!

Great selection of restaurants in a grouping

Nice location in itself but when you see the prices your jaw drops. So for a family with 2 children this will be very expensive fun. We paid €21 for 4 drinks but you could have gotten more elsewhere. But in the end everyone has to decide for themselves...

Nice service at the checkout, also spoken in English. Matcha latte was really well made. A good selection of cakes available - the strawberry cake was particularly moist. Good place to rest at the main station if you have to wait a long time for a train. Especially because there are comfortable chairs.

Large selection, freshly put together, good service, very good toilet for wheelchair users! We had a smoothie bowl, an avocado bagel, a bowl with falafel, grape leaves and salad and 2 cappuccinos with oat milk

Ambiance is modern. Good selection, but average quality, which is not possible given the prices. Of course location central station Berlin. What completely annoyed me: Berlin is international, but a service person who only speaks to me in bad English...what's going on here? Especially since the older lady behind me left because communication was not possible. Addendum: large, expensive coffee machine, but apparently the staff is not trained in how to use it... Coffee doesn't taste good, which brings us back to the price-performance ratio...

A store-within-a-store concept where an overall assessment is difficult. According to the notice, one stand offers two different rosés for 3.50 or 4.00, but suddenly they charge €4.50. It closed shortly after 8 p.m., in the middle of Berlin, at the main train station!

Really cool concept. Many different food concepts under one roof, something for every taste. The seating options are also different and invite you to linger for a longer period of time. We always like to come back.

Great selection! There is definitely something for every taste. The atmosphere is like a canteen, which is why many employees and members of the Bundestag eat here at lunchtime. But the prices are rather high for what you get. Nonetheless, tasty, quick and perfect for the area.

We ordered sushi, the sushi rice was not vinegared! Other than that, satisfying food. A little expensive for the quality but practical when you have a train to catch in the evening.

I ordered from Kumpir Club. I had hair in my food!! it was such a disappointment!!! The staff was very nice about it though, and they apologized. Still, this is unacceptable! I asked for my money back and got a refund.

This was my second time eating at Kumpir Club, this time in their new branch in the Food Factory at the main train station. As always, it was very tasty. Congratulations on your new location! @kumpirclub

Good enough to get out of the piss smelling central station, but still dirty and even toilets in horrible conditions.

Nothing special, you could even say that the food below is average, this is something between a canteen and fast food. I think even the prices are high considering that this is self service.

nice place. went here for lunch. was fairly busy but not crowded but still the walking ways are on the narrower side so you have to be careful not to bump into someone balancing their food or you balancing it, during my short visit here saw few accidents. there is plenty of choices of various foods prices were fair to the food you get. sitting was comfortable but could be more as it was challenge to find some space. recommend.

Unfortunately we left the Foodfactory extremely disappointed. At the first glance, the food court seems to be a good place to eat, drink and spend some time before the train departure. We wanted to have some drinks before our journey. We first went to one bar where we found Espresso Martini on the menu but to our disappointment we were told that the coffee machine is broken and it’s not possible to do it. We were told that there is one more bar in the end of the food court and we should check if maybe they have it on the menu. It wasn’t on the menu so we decided to take Hugo. And at the bar we had to hear again that they can’t make us Hugo. And no alternatives were offered.

KUMPIR Club is really highly recommended - very generous portions, top quality and very, very tasty. We would love to come back and the staff is patient and friendly.

Catastrophic price-performance ratio. Bagels that are only half full and dry muffins make people avoid the café.

Food and ambience okay to good, nothing exceptional but average. Service tried hard and friendly. What doesn't work for me, however, is that I was given the wrong drink, which I only noticed when I consumed it or realized it when my right drink arrived. Charging the full price for this again is a no go!

We had to wait for the train so we immediately had a few beers here. From the terrace a view of the TV Tower and the Reichstag. It is self-service here

We had falafel and the like, unfortunately the food didn't taste as expected. The plate mainly consisted of salad, which was a shame since we paid almost €40 together. Unfortunately, the tables were also very small and you can only sit in front of the respective “restaurant” where you order. But in itself it is a nice location for a quick meal :)

The Foodfactory is located right next to the main train station. A wide selection of international dishes and drinks.

We ate a classic pasta in Parmera, the pasta, the flavor, the presentation, everything was spectacular. We loved the pasta and the place that offers a variety of food and drinks. Suitable for all tastes and budgets.

Considering this is by Central Station, wich is by default not the best area for the local cuisine i would say this is a great spot and a delight for all those who need a place to rest because their trains are getting cancelled.

It was time to really get into it again. I ordered a latte macchiato and a roll. When the latte was ready, I looked for the hidden camera (see video). Not to mention the price. The bun was mainly dry. This culinary experience was just the culmination of a whole series of failures in the center of Berlin over the last 3 days. Exorbitant prices, mini portions and difficult to understand service were the trump card. But the latte macchiato was amazing. At lunchtime the shop was full and the atmosphere resembled a large kitchen with a crowd. The ventilation is poorly planned and the table size is adapted to the mini portions. Conclusion for me: avoid the Cube in large areas, preferably all of Berlin. Better go to Oslo.

Best burger I’ve had in my life 10/10 would recommend!

Despite a legal obligation, there is no allergen labeling and even when asked, they were unable to provide an allergen list. Maybe there was just a lack of desire. Already sad.

Habe mich über die gesalzenen Preise gewundert und bei Falafel Humbaba nichts zu essen bekommen, weil dort kein(e) Mitarbeiter*in auftauchte, auch 20 Minuten nach offizieller Öffnung nicht. Danke für Nichts. Das Convenience-Curry beim freundlichen Kaimug war ok, geschmacklich wie preislich.

We were there twice. In the morning, for breakfast. And because everything was perfect, again in the afternoon before our train came. The drinks were perfect, the food was perfect and the staff was very, very friendly! And as fate would have it, we forgot something there.... Called there on the train. Found. And sent to us by post. Lovely, warm, delicious and a great place to escape the stress for anyone who has to spend time at the train station!

Located near Berlin Central Station, it is not located inside the station, but is a standalone building outside the station. It consists of various restaurants inside that use common dining areas and it is not crowded. If you happen to be near the station and hungry, I recommend coming to FOODFACTORY instead of eating inside the station.

Beautiful upscale factory that will satiate all your gastronomical needs. Lovely personnel always smiling and can speak english. Varied dishes and menus with 6 or 7 types of restaurants + a bar. The architecture is amazing and just outside Berlin Hbf. Must visit place to eat and relax esp after a long journey. Keep it up👏👏

The best and coziest cafe to study. The ambience and furnishings are almost incomparable to any other café. You can always find a place with the many seating options the café offers. The drinks and food are good but a little overpriced but unfortunately that has become normal these days. Overall, a great café to prepare for exams or meet a girl ;)

Berliner Currywurst zu einem angemessenen Preis und sehr lecker. Verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten Pasta, Asiatische Gerichte etc.

Ate a super delicious Le Gourmet burger and ordered a cocktail from the nice waitress, Ms. Holle, which was also fantastically good

This is a perfect place for a quick bite while waiting for the train. Modern, a lot of options and quick. I ate at one of the Asian stand, the taste is ok for this price.

Es ist zu empfehlen. Der Café schmeckt sehr gut sowie Chokomuffins.

many different gastro options are found together. Building is cool, atmosphere is cozy but when it is crowded it can be difficult to hear your friend while enjoying your food.

Man kann nicht vernünftig sitzen und das essen ist man grad so ok bei gesalzenen Preisen (das Salz haben sie vorher an den Pommes gespart)

Vlakbij centraal station en hotel Steigenberger. Beter en voordeliger er gegeten dan in Ella. Er is een ruime keuze , van broodjes tot burgers tot Thais. Thais genomen en het was lekker en genoeg, voor een schappelijke prijs. Thais biertje viel ook heel goed mee. Als dessert een grote american cookie genomen, met chocolade.

Schnellrestauraut mit Selbstbedienung. Mir war es etwas unübersichtlich. Kein Ort, wo ich länger verweile, als nötig. Essen ist o.k. ,wer es mag.....

Good food with a huge selection and a pretty reasonable price. It's a great place if you're not quite sure what you want as they have something fir everyone.

A great destination for a cold autumn evening. The food choices are varied and cover all tastes, from burgers to sushi, pasta and asian cuisine, with a wide choice of drinks. We tried one of the the Falafel Humbaba bowls and the Effe&Gold burgers and were very happy with the choices - excellent flavours and large portion sizes.

We felt the prices were a bit higher than elsewhere in Berlin more focused on tourists. Food options were ok but they open late.

We were a big group and we were grateful that we could make a reservation very late! The food was ok. But some of us had to wait for almost one hour… the place itself was nice though!

Echt super Idee, sehr geräumig, Atmosphäre auch schön, man fühlt sich wohl. Was allerdings wirklich nicht so toll ist, nach einem Essen in der Foofactory riecht man sehr stark nach Essen🥲 wirklich hartnäckiger Bratöl Geruch, eventuell da nochmal in ein Belüftungssystem investieren...Sehr schade, da ansonsten super Auswahl, tolle Atmosphäre und im Allgemeinen tolle Option um vom hektischen HBF kurzzeitig zu entfliehen.

I only had a drink here, i didn’t have any food, so I can’t comment on the food, but I ordered a berry smoothie and it was very good. It’s a very big space, with a nice vibe and atmosphere, and it has a nice outdoor area. I would definitely recommend coming here if your in the area.

A good variety of food options, burgers, sushi, veggie bowls, falafel. Our family with teens enjoyed the lunch there.

Casual. Bistro style. Excellent location. Many options. We loved the Shrimp Pad Thai. Desserts, wine 🍷, beer 🍺, Italian options, Sushi, Hummus/ Falafel and even classic American salads/burgers.

Okay, so you serve yourself, so maybe the service doesn't really count, but everybody was nice and helpful for non German speakers. Food Court style, but upscale, nice seating areas and great drinks options from beer on tap to cocktails. We went back a couple of times; in the shadow of the Berlin HBF, in the really cool Cube building. We had Thai and Middle Eastern, but lots of other options. Coffee and dessert also.

Essen ist ok, Chicken-Burger war gut, Glasnudeln mit Gemüse eher unterdurchschnittlich, hausgemachter Eistee war ganz gut. Aber man kann ungezwungen in der Gruppe auch mit Kindern hier gut sitzen und Fast-Food essen.

I saw that the glass was jagged only when I cut my upper lip (because it is impossible to drink a drink with small berries through a straw) pasta tasted good though....

*한국 음식이 그리워 검색하다가 너무 멀거나 주말이라 휴무인 곳이 많아서 베를린 중앙역에서 가까워 방문해봤어요. 팟타이가 좀 싱거웠지만 숙주가 나와서 기뻤고 새우가 통통하고 맛있었어요. 감자튀김과 소시지,버거킹에 질렸었는데 치즈랑 토마토 들어있는 베이글버거도 괜찮았어요. *직원들이 다 친절해요. *배고파서 흡입하느라 사진도 잊었네요. 다 먹은 접시 실례일 것 같아서 패스. *자리가 엄청 넓어요. 소파와 다인석도 있어요. *팟타이만 12유로 정도(새우 추가)했고 브레드종류는 커피 포함 7~8유로. 3인 식사에 30유로 정도 지불. *오전 9시40분쯤 왔는데 10시가 되니 더욱 많은 메뉴가 가능했어요.

Typowy food court, miejsce podobne do Warszawskiej elektrowni Powiśle czy Konesera. Dobre jedzenie, ale niczym się nie wyróżniało.

Okay food, but the price seems to be a bit steep for what it is. FOODFACTORY is a good little spot to have multiple choices of food vendors, with selections ranging from burgers, chinese food, italian and more. On this trip, we went for the burgers. The burgers were good and the fries tasted great, but the price seemed a bit expensive for this meal. Service was okay and they speak amazing English which is great for tourists who struggle with speaking German. Plenty of seating areas and the restaurant is decorated in a really nice way.

Super Konzept. Gute Auswahl. Wunderbare Sitzmöglichkeiten und Einrichtung. Ich bin begeistert von diesem Würfel am Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt verschiedene Küchen zwischen denen mal auswählen kann und man kann sich setzten wo man will. Einziges Makel waren die Toiletten. Diese hätten ein wenig besser sein können aber allgemein wirklich super die Factory

Der kaffe ist leider nur durchschnittlich und das Ambiente ist auch nicht besonders.

Leider waren sämtliche Mitarbeiter ab 20:30 Uhr damit beschäftigt aufzuräumen, um den Laden abzuschließen. Auf Nachfrage konnte somit auch kein schnelles Getränk mehr bestellt werden (in einem SELF-SERVICE-Lokal!). Schade für den Unternehmer, der diesen Laden betreibt. Verständnis besteht meinerseits zwar für vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zum Feierabend. Doch eine Komplettabweisung für ein einfaches, jedoch margenstarkes Getränk, ist unangebracht. Meine Empfehlung: die Abendstunden in diesem Lokal vermeiden.

Hier vor der Rückfahrt etwas bei Effe&Gold gegessen. Der Burger war frisch und keine vorgefertigte „Presspappe“. So muss ein Burger sein.

Had a good falafel dinner, tasty and fast service. Atmosphere is also nice because you're besides the station but inside is quiet and high-end. However, male toilets were in unacceptable unclean and broken state, that was bad.

Toller Ort im der Nähe von Bahnhof

Solide - mehr nicht - auch nicht weniger. Im Schatten von Hauptbahnhof, dem CUBE und dem Steigenberger gelegen, ist es besonders gut geeignet, um Wartezeiten im Bahnhof oder dem Hotel zu überbrücken - und dabei deutlich weniger troubelig als der Bahnhof.

Die Location ist sehr nice, auf der großen Terasse ringsrum lässt es sich gut aushalten und das Gebäude an sich ist schon beeindruckend. In der Foodfactory hat man eine gute Auswahl, alles was wir bestellt haben war lecker und die Wartezeit war angemessen. Vorteil war, dass wir auch mir einer größeren Gruppe (9 Personen) problemlos ohne Reservierung Platz gefunden haben.
