Good portions. Excellent attention.

A good place for relatively quick food. Several points with different types of cuisine. There is Italian, Thai, sushi, potatoes and sandwiches as well as coffee and cake. Efficient service. You order at the bars. You get a token and go to pick up your food. There is also beer, etc. The food could be tastier, but at this price (the prices are decent) it's really cool. I recommend.

I ate kumpi and Asian food there on different days. Both were good and recommendable. However, I don't have any price comparisons from the big city.

I go there regularly when I'm finished at Humboldt University/Charité and start my journey home. Very good offers, especially the Berliner Proviant Cola, and friendly staff. PD Reiner Neumann

Great concept, great design and great taste. But it was pricey. 1 liter of coffee, 1 latte, 2 quark mueslis and a chicken buritto for just under 30 EUR.

Good coffee, himbeer brownie should definitely be tried

The people are very nice and the restaurant is clean. But Asian food really can't do anything, with a lot of ready-made sauce and few vegetables

Whenever I'm at the main train station, I enjoy the selection of restaurants in the Foodfactory. Despite the size, it's cozy here and you'll find something for every taste. I can only recommend a visit here.

Green curry quick + very plentiful + tasty. After the complaint, the drink was immediately exchanged for another one at no extra charge - great! Canteen atmosphere.

Wir waren nachmittags hier und haben im Coffee Fellows Kaffee/Cappuccino und Kuchen genossen. Die Getränke und auch der Pfirsich-Rahm-Kuchen waren sehr lecker, das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Servicekraft hinter der Theke war sehr sympatisch und freundlich. Die Preise fanden wir zu hoch, wenn man bedenkt, dass man sich auch noch selber an der Theke bedienen muss. Allerdings sind die Preise in der Landeshauptstadt und in dieser zentralen Lag, direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs, ja generell etwas höher. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut hier gefallen und wir werden durchaus wieder einmal hierher kommen, sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein.

Very good food and a Vietnamese coffee 😋

Im Regierungsviertel muss man wirklich nach einem schönen Restaurant suchen. Habe dann doch die Foodfactory gewählt und war beim Besuch im RomanTisch schwer begeistert. Die Bestellung mit Pager ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber voilá die Pasta "Torino" war ein Traum!!! Lecker, nicht zu teuer und gut gefüllt - der Rotwein, nebenan bestellt, ebenfalls perfetto! Und die Leute vom Service waren sehr nett!

Wirklich traurig dass man in einer Hauptstadt, 10 Uhr an einem Wochentag nicht einmal eine warme Suppe kaufen kann. Das nenne ich schwach und bin sehr enttäuscht.

Really big food portions, matching the price as well. A lot of space to sit down, even with a group of people. Food was delicious, we tried out several different restaurants. Recommend!

Delicious buddy and great service! The Food Factory in Berlin completely convinced me with their Kumpir. The baked potato was huge, super fluffy and topped with fresh, delicious ingredients as desired. The portions are generous and the quality of the ingredients was top. The service was friendly and quick. A great place if you feel like kumpir - I'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately although the food was very good, the safety was not. A male became extremely aggressive towards my partner and started threatening us both. I had to tell him to leave us or I would call the police. Staff were aware but nobody intervened to assist

We recently organised a social evening for 70 people at FOOD FACTORY. It was a standing cocktail party with open buffet and bar, for which we reserved the entire southern side of the food court exclusively for our group. It was a great experience throughout the entire organisation process, from start of the email and phone communication until the very end. Yousef and the whole team made sure everything was 100% to our liking and perfect for our guests. The food, drinks and atmosphere was very good during the entire evening. We received many compliments from our guests. Thank you very much for your professionalism and great customer service.

Very nice atmosphere. Absolutely recommended, especially with several people who want different food. My daughter got the Pho soup with chicken here. Portion size unexpectedly large, price totally acceptable, very tasty. The waiting time was also completely reasonable, only a few minutes, even though the soup was freshly prepared. Food is ordered and paid for. You can sit down and be called via a beeper when the food is prepared. The only deduction was that the Falalfel stand was unfortunately closed and was not visible on the website.

Poke Bowl, Coffee Fellows Enjoy coffee & bagels or homemade pasta... I've tried everything and I'm happy to go. The ventilation is generally poor. Clothes quickly smell of oil and grease.

Many fast food directions combined under one roof in a large restaurant opposite the main train station. Self service at the counter. Indoor and outdoor dining. Prices a bit expensive but probably usual for the location.

The double beef burger 🍔 was to my taste. Unfortunately, opening the wheelchair door by pressing a button from both sides didn't work and no one paid much attention to it, but thanks to the help of thoughtful guests, it worked.

I like the idea of a food court restaurant with the offer of different varieties, but if the food is made out of a choice of frozen products i rather eat at home at least i can surely say that my food has not been defrosted and refrosted again. I tried the cake and coffee and the Thai food there, my friend suffered a food reaction unrelated to allergies, after the visit late in the night. Coffee was ok but the take away cup was open and the cake nothing less then defrosted products... liked my Burger but the fries are the same story

....I never knew anything like that, a large BUILDING / RESTAURANT with a total of 5 or 6 restaurants in it, on one level 😀. Just see what you feel like, burgers, Asian cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, etc. you order, pay, get a beeper, as soon as the food is ready you can then pick it up and enjoy it wherever you want. A great restaurant, something for everyone.

Soups are incredibly acidic. You can't eat them... Beer has 5%vol. and non-alcoholic in the bill.

Behind the counter, in the seating area inside and on the terrace, there is disorder, slight chaos and a certain level of uncleanliness everywhere. It really wasn't crowded and the two gentlemen behind the counter took their time and finished their private conversations before they had time for us.

Food is good but the room ambient is extremely boring and uninspired.

Terrible. The tables dirty, when wiped, then sticky, yuck. The taste of the Mantibowls takes a lot of getting used to, but it's really too expensive.

My review refers to the Thai in the court. I once ordered Pad Thai with chicken and received a beeper that vibrates when the food is ready. So I sat nearby and waited. After 10 minutes I went back to the counter and asked because there were a few plates there that no one picked up. The employee asked for my number and then again for my dish and said we lost the receipts so we can't assign them. My plate was there and I told her I could have waited a long time. Some information would have been great. There was also a hair in my food that I only noticed while I was eating. So I complained about it. It took three attempts before I was understood. I was offered a new portion which I had to decline because my lunch break was almost over and I had to go back to work. I said I wanted my money back. Which was only seen after a discussion. If there is a long black hair in the customer's food, I will give them their food back PERIOD. No apology was made either. I will never eat there again and will not recommend it to any of my colleagues.

A very nice, small food court with everything you could want. Whether burgers, Thai, pasta, currywurst and much more - you can get it all here. Even if you're just here for a beer - in a beautiful building right next to the main train station - it's perfect!

Great selection of restaurants in a grouping

Nice location in itself but when you see the prices your jaw drops. So for a family with 2 children this will be very expensive fun. We paid €21 for 4 drinks but you could have gotten more elsewhere. But in the end everyone has to decide for themselves...

Nice service at the checkout, also spoken in English. Matcha latte was really well made. A good selection of cakes available - the strawberry cake was particularly moist. Good place to rest at the main station if you have to wait a long time for a train. Especially because there are comfortable chairs.

Ambiance is modern. Good selection, but average quality, which is not possible given the prices. Of course location central station Berlin. What completely annoyed me: Berlin is international, but a service person who only speaks to me in bad English...what's going on here? Especially since the older lady behind me left because communication was not possible. Addendum: large, expensive coffee machine, but apparently the staff is not trained in how to use it... Coffee doesn't taste good, which brings us back to the price-performance ratio...

A store-within-a-store concept where an overall assessment is difficult. According to the notice, one stand offers two different rosés for 3.50 or 4.00, but suddenly they charge €4.50. It closed shortly after 8 p.m., in the middle of Berlin, at the main train station!

Really cool concept. Many different food concepts under one roof, something for every taste. The seating options are also different and invite you to linger for a longer period of time. We always like to come back.

Great selection! There is definitely something for every taste. The atmosphere is like a canteen, which is why many employees and members of the Bundestag eat here at lunchtime. But the prices are rather high for what you get. Nonetheless, tasty, quick and perfect for the area.

I ordered from Kumpir Club. I had hair in my food!! it was such a disappointment!!! The staff was very nice about it though, and they apologized. Still, this is unacceptable! I asked for my money back and got a refund.

A various kind of high quality of pie and sweeties that I have never eaten in my life. But in this place you can fino also sushi, poke, hamburger and everything you want.

This was my second time eating at Kumpir Club, this time in their new branch in the Food Factory at the main train station. As always, it was very tasty. Congratulations on your new location! @kumpirclub

Good enough to get out of the piss smelling central station, but still dirty and even toilets in horrible conditions.

Nothing special, you could even say that the food below is average, this is something between a canteen and fast food. I think even the prices are high considering that this is self service.

nice place. went here for lunch. was fairly busy but not crowded but still the walking ways are on the narrower side so you have to be careful not to bump into someone balancing their food or you balancing it, during my short visit here saw few accidents. there is plenty of choices of various foods prices were fair to the food you get. sitting was comfortable but could be more as it was challenge to find some space. recommend.

Unfortunately we left the Foodfactory extremely disappointed. At the first glance, the food court seems to be a good place to eat, drink and spend some time before the train departure. We wanted to have some drinks before our journey. We first went to one bar where we found Espresso Martini on the menu but to our disappointment we were told that the coffee machine is broken and it’s not possible to do it. We were told that there is one more bar in the end of the food court and we should check if maybe they have it on the menu. It wasn’t on the menu so we decided to take Hugo. And at the bar we had to hear again that they can’t make us Hugo. And no alternatives were offered.

KUMPIR Club is really highly recommended - very generous portions, top quality and very, very tasty. We would love to come back and the staff is patient and friendly.

Catastrophic price-performance ratio. Bagels that are only half full and dry muffins make people avoid the café.

Food and ambience okay to good, nothing exceptional but average. Service tried hard and friendly. What doesn't work for me, however, is that I was given the wrong drink, which I only noticed when I consumed it or realized it when my right drink arrived. Charging the full price for this again is a no go!

We had to wait for the train so we immediately had a few beers here. From the terrace a view of the TV Tower and the Reichstag. It is self-service here

Heute einen zweiten Besuch gewagt und äußerst positiv überrascht. Falafelteller bei Humbaba EXTREM hervorragend, geschmacklich wie optisch und jeden Cent wert. Heute waren die Tische auch ordentlich und sauber, am frühen Mittag ist es auch noch angenehm entspannt und noch nicht so voll. Humbaba ist in jedem Fall in unsere Libanesen-Top-Ten aufgestiegen. Vielen Dank!

We had falafel and the like, unfortunately the food didn't taste as expected. The plate mainly consisted of salad, which was a shame since we paid almost €40 together. Unfortunately, the tables were also very small and you can only sit in front of the respective “restaurant” where you order. But in itself it is a nice location for a quick meal :)

We ate a classic pasta in Parmera, the pasta, the flavor, the presentation, everything was spectacular. We loved the pasta and the place that offers a variety of food and drinks. Suitable for all tastes and budgets.

Can get crowdy but still nice place to stop for a break.

Considering this is by Central Station, wich is by default not the best area for the local cuisine i would say this is a great spot and a delight for all those who need a place to rest because their trains are getting cancelled.

It was time to really get into it again. I ordered a latte macchiato and a roll. When the latte was ready, I looked for the hidden camera (see video). Not to mention the price. The bun was mainly dry. This culinary experience was just the culmination of a whole series of failures in the center of Berlin over the last 3 days. Exorbitant prices, mini portions and difficult to understand service were the trump card. But the latte macchiato was amazing. At lunchtime the shop was full and the atmosphere resembled a large kitchen with a crowd. The ventilation is poorly planned and the table size is adapted to the mini portions. Conclusion for me: avoid the Cube in large areas, preferably all of Berlin. Better go to Oslo.

Best burger I’ve had in my life 10/10 would recommend!

Despite a legal obligation, there is no allergen labeling and even when asked, they were unable to provide an allergen list. Maybe there was just a lack of desire. Already sad.

Habe mich über die gesalzenen Preise gewundert und bei Falafel Humbaba nichts zu essen bekommen, weil dort kein(e) Mitarbeiter*in auftauchte, auch 20 Minuten nach offizieller Öffnung nicht. Danke für Nichts. Das Convenience-Curry beim freundlichen Kaimug war ok, geschmacklich wie preislich.

We were there twice. In the morning, for breakfast. And because everything was perfect, again in the afternoon before our train came. The drinks were perfect, the food was perfect and the staff was very, very friendly! And as fate would have it, we forgot something there.... Called there on the train. Found. And sent to us by post. Lovely, warm, delicious and a great place to escape the stress for anyone who has to spend time at the train station!

Located near Berlin Central Station, it is not located inside the station, but is a standalone building outside the station. It consists of various restaurants inside that use common dining areas and it is not crowded. If you happen to be near the station and hungry, I recommend coming to FOODFACTORY instead of eating inside the station.

Beautiful upscale factory that will satiate all your gastronomical needs. Lovely personnel always smiling and can speak english. Varied dishes and menus with 6 or 7 types of restaurants + a bar. The architecture is amazing and just outside Berlin Hbf. Must visit place to eat and relax esp after a long journey. Keep it up👏👏

The best and coziest cafe to study. The ambience and furnishings are almost incomparable to any other café. You can always find a place with the many seating options the café offers. The drinks and food are good but a little overpriced but unfortunately that has become normal these days. Overall, a great café to prepare for exams or meet a girl ;)
