One of the most disrespectful restaurants I’ve ever been to. These two night shift employees had zero respect. Smelly food and an even worse attitude. I said the smell made me sick, and they mocked me saying “people eat here every day.” That says everything. I left the food, the money, and walked out. Avoid at all costs 👎👎

Very, very friendly staff. The value for money is very good. The food was absolutely delicious. We would love to come back. You can take the food to go or eat it there.

Absolutely not customer-oriented!!!!!! I just stood at the window for over 15 minutes to make my request. The employee only served a young mother, and did so with the greatest composure I've ever seen. Three other employees were behind me, but none of them felt any urgency to approach me, the customer, or to convey that they would take care of the matter immediately. Absolutely disrespectful behavior. If the boss supports such employees, I wouldn't recommend this store.

I went to this kebab shop today to order a takeaway kebab plate. I ordered through the window (approximately 1x1 meter). The employee told me to come in and wait inside. I explained that because of the heat, I preferred to wait outside until my order was ready. He didn't like that and said waiting outside was prohibited. When I asked why, he didn't answer at first, but later said it was due to a lack of air circulation. I offered to wait two meters away from the shop, but he insisted I come in. When another employee finished my order, the first one again told me to come in and pick it up. I asked him what his problem was if I could pick it up through the window—it didn't say "waiting prohibited" anywhere. If it had been there, I would have understood. I then told him to cancel the order. If I pay for my food, I also want to decide how I pick it up. This place doesn't even deserve one star because of employees like this.

By far the best kebab (doner kebab plate) I've ever eaten. The price/performance ratio is also a solid 1. The staff is anything but racist (see previous review) and incredibly friendly and helpful – there was a couple with disabilities at the next table. It's a shame I don't live in Munich!

The doner kebab is excellent! The meat is very good and flavorful, the garlic sauce is delicious, and the bread is always crispy. Definitely the best doner kebab at the OEZ, only the salad could be a bit fresher.

Very friendly staff, you can always have fun with them, they know what they're doing. The food and service are also top-notch 🔝very satisfied. Wonderful for a relaxing evening.

This is a racist store. My friend and I had dinner here and the waiter said racist and offensive words directly to our faces. The waiter refused to apologize and just said it was a joke. It's a shame I'll never go there again. I asked for a kebab plate with fries, but the seller gave me a kebab plate with rice after I confirmed, saying that Chinese people should eat rice. The kebab was also terrible, the salad was bland and weak, the sauce had an unusually sour taste.

Very disgusting experience. The waiter said "green worm" to my friend's face, which was a clear racial bias.

He discriminates racist against Asian customers and refuses to apologize, and has an extremely bad attitude.

Brought a kebab box, cheeky for €8. At the top is meat, then fries and then at the bottom is the warm mushy salad. I felt remorseful after the box. Worst kebab shop I've ever been to.

Milano Burger ordered, with Fanta just under 17€! The patty was super thin, the "special sauce" is just from Aldi, the citizen sauce and the caramelized pears weren't even remotely caramelized! Pure rip-off unfortunately :(

The smallest kebab in the world! For 7 euros I got a kebab that only consisted of a small piece of tomato, a tiny amount of lettuce and hardly any meat. The price-performance ratio is absolutely disappointing. When I got the change, they gave me five 20 cent pieces instead of a 1 euro coin - completely inconvenient and annoying. Unfortunately, I really can't recommend this store.

There is a great breakfast here at a fair price. The waiter tastes really nice coffee. In my opinion, the best café for breakfast in the OEZ.

We went one day for dinner and another for snack. All very delicious, generous quantity and affordable prices. The terrace is very pleasant. They are open late, which is appreciated.

Ordered a pizza and water. After 40 minutes we went to ask and were told very rudely that we wouldn't get anything. Even before that, the staff was very rude and brought us the wrong shisha twice. Absolutely not recommended!!!!

We enjoyed our lunch here. Portion sizes are generous, the service is good and the food tastes great. Recommended if you're after a decent meal while trapsing around the shopping centre.

I was with a stroller and was sent all the way behind like a horse even though there was no one in front. The employee said that if people come I can't block the way!! We said we just wanted to have a quick drink and we'd go then we had a baby with us and he left us sitting in the back and it rained We are regular customers and I won't be coming back!

Very tasty and inexpensive food, the service works very quickly and efficiently, from the moment of ordering, after 10 minutes the food was on the table. I will definitely come back when I visit Munich.

Uncomfortable, full of beer crates. The employees here just shout. The kebab meat consists only of fat. The meat tastes 0.0% and is even better than the subway kebab at Münchner Freiheit. Very disappointed with the kebab, it was anything but a kebab.

Our opinion: Highly recommended!!!! Kitchen (today we had a delicious tuna pizza 😋😋), service and ambience excellent/absolutely top👌🏻!! On the covered terrace (in summer the transparent "walls" are open) with nice music we feel super comfortable and a bit like we're on vacation!^^ In winter you can also sit outside, as it is equipped with radiant heaters and whoever has it If it's too "cold", you can also take a blanket 🤭😄! The Milanos crew is ALWAYS very, very nice and friendly (thanks for the espresso, dear ones^^) It's best if you come by and see for yourself ;)) We think you won't! be disappointed! 😉

We've eaten a lot of kebabs but this is by far the best kebab 🤤🤗 the hot sauce is incredibly tasty and spicy 😂 after a short exchange about the spiciness I was offered a glass of water. Everyone was very friendly and in a good mood. It was fun with you and we will definitely be back 😉

Meiner Meinung nach ist es eines der besten Restaurants in ganz oez. Das Personal ist sehr nett und es wird sich direkt beim betreten um einen gekümmert. Das Essen ist hervorragend und seinen Preis wert. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn manche Leute schlechte Erfahrungen hatten dann lag es sicher nicht am Essen oder am Personal sondern bei der Person selbst.

Sehr Freundliches Personal und super leckerer Cocktail (Coconut Kiss), übrigens auch 2Go. Kleinen Rabatt gab es auch. Bin zufrieden und empfehle gern weiter. Danke!

Wie immer sehr gut wohnen zwar weit weg aber wenn wir in München sind ist es Pflicht dorthin zu gehen

Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Jung und alt - jede Altersgruppe ist zu finden. Junge Leute die am shishan sind und ältere Personen die für Kaffee und Kuchen da sind. Die Atmosphäre ist super. Essen schmeckt richtig geil. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Die Lounge befindet sich draußen am Haupteingang vom OEZ in so einem transparenten "Zelt". Man kann im Zelt sowie außerhalb sitzen. Im Winter gibt es drinnen Heizungen und es befinden sich decken. Es ist schön kuschelig.

Wir sind gerade beim Essen dort und Leute das Essen ist super lecker und der Service und natürlich die Manschaft vom Milano's, was soll ich sagen! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Vielen Dank und euch alles Gute
