Super great service, delicious food!!!

As a Frankfurt resident who lives in the USA but is currently visiting friends in Gersheim, we had dinner at the Milano restaurant in Groß Gerau. The food was unique. I haven't eaten so well in a restaurant for a long time. The side salad was fresh and crunchy. The waitress Kerstin took great care of us and with a lot of humor. For us it was all a positive culinary result and with the best service

We had dinner with our American friends this evening. All four of us enjoyed it very much and were very satisfied with the service and friendliness. We'd love to come back.

We were full of anticipation and very hungry at a new pizzeria in Groß-Gerau, but the food was disappointing and far below our expectations. Pizza: The dough had no flavor whatsoever - it felt like you were chewing on a flat, dry piece of cardboard. The covering was so sparse that it was barely noticeable. For just under €10 we would definitely have expected something better. The edge was so hard and dry that we couldn't eat it. Pasta: The tortellini “Carbonara” we ordered was a disappointment. It seemed like they used plain ready-made tortellini and then served it with just a little egg. They were dry, bland and without any seasoning. Visually they weren't appealing and taste wise they were an absolute failure. Salad: The salad was the sad highlight. The sauce consisted almost entirely of water and had no taste whatsoever. The salad itself smelled unpleasant and didn't seem fresh, which is why we threw it away straight away. Overall, we were not only disappointed but also annoyed that a kitchen would serve such substandard food and expect customers to be happy with it. After this experience we will definitely not be coming back. We hope that the restaurant listens to guests' feedback and urgently reconsiders the quality of their food.

Very friendly staff. After moving away from GG 22 years ago, I visited my sisters again yesterday. We stayed in Milano and felt really comfortable. The operators/employees were really very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and well seasoned, the portions not too small and not too big. All in all really great here. Thank you for the successful evening.

Super friendly service who knows how to welcome guests and laugh with them. I was here on 2 days, one day I had schnitzel, the second day I had pizza. The sauce for the schnitzel was not homemade and tasted like a sauce would. The pizza was crispy and well topped so I can recommend it. So all in all a restaurant where you can go.

Location is very nice. There are parking options in the nearby area 👍. The place is very tidy and clean. The service was absolutely funny and quick-witted 😃. The food is super delicious, I had a pizza 👍 my wife had pasta 👍 unfortunately we only thought about taking a picture again when the plates were almost empty 🤷. Definitely not the last time here! Can absolutely recommend!!

Good food, substandard service, was the service new and untrained? We waited 1 hour for our food; we got a pizza knife and a small kitchen knife for 2x pizza; When we asked, we were given a butter knife... in 2 hours we only had 1 drink because no one asked and there was no waitress at all. The three of them stood inside and watched as one made the drinks.

Many thanks to the great service and best regards to the magnificent cuisine. Everything was perfect here today, the first time I visited the restaurant. Here, when ordering, a nice and funny conversation is served, and the palate and the soul have everything they need to feel good. Gladly again 😀

We only ate here once. The pizza is OK. The service was nice and quick. The open wine has been open for far too long. All in all OK. The prices are too expensive for the quality offered.

The “Princess and the Erbs” writes here. Only a few can satisfy me. Sandböhl 3, Milano, my oasis of well-being. I like it there, I feel more than at home. Kerstin K., this extremely likeable and emphatic woman, manages the service with a sense of humor, that should be a role model. Everyone will be able to feel comfortable. Extremely delicious food. Pizza and pasta are really great. With such extremely friendly service, the food tastes 1000 times better. Had the pasta with broccoli and shrimp + Pizza Antalya. The soft cheese from the oven and the aioli were damn tasty as a starter. The service is extremely friendly and attentive.

The two of us were in the restaurant last night and got a table quickly, which was great because the restaurant was really busy at the time. The waitress was also very friendly and gave us a table right away. As a starter we had calamari, which was also shown on the menu, unfortunately it was frozen squid rings, thick breading, which unfortunately tasted of nothing but salt. But the side salad was very well prepared and the fries were also lightly salted. I have to say that the prices for the pizzas are disproportionate. If you choose between 30cm and 40cm the price doubles, which in our opinion is very expensive. The one Milano pizza we ordered didn't have enough of everything on it. It should be arugula, Parma ham, cooked ham, Milanese salami and cherry mozzarella (mini mozzarella). Well, there were 6 rocket leaves, there was no Parma ham because it was too salty, and the mozzarella balls were halved to make it look like more. At a price of €14.90 you shouldn't be making the wrong savings. The dough for both pizzas was OK but not more, it could have risen a little more, no bubbles formed when baking. All in all, a good pizza for in between meals, but unfortunately not a highlight.

A new experience for Groß-Gerau. In any case, this cozy restaurant is recommended. Food consists of fresh ingredients and the service is very friendly and accommodating! A stroke of luck for Groß-Gerau!

I agree with the positive reviews. I was there for lunch yesterday (April 3, 2024) and had an Italian schnitzel, which I had made with spaghetti instead of fries, and a side salad. By the way, my 3rd visit to the restaurant. Everything was wonderful, the meat was tender, the tomato sauce was deliciously seasoned. Since I wanted dessert but couldn't really decide, I took the three-kind dessert and an espresso. First came the espresso, later the dessert. There was the dessert in front of me, a work of art from the kitchen and not a small portion either. All eyes in the restaurant were on my table. Hammer! The friendly waitress immediately noticed that my espresso hadn't been touched yet because I wanted to drink it with the hot apple fritter. Before I knew it he was gone and a fresh, hot espresso was in front of me. Class! I'll be back with the whole family soon. This will be delicious again!

Better zero stars than one! As one guest has already mentioned, the schnitzels come out of the deep fryer or the chef can't cook! I haven't even been served an oil-dripping schnitzel in the numerous local visits! The cola was stale and so was the beer! One waitress even makes racist comments! Behind the weft, people look at you strangely and loudly gossip about you! I've never experienced that once in my entire life! Not entering the store is good for your wallet! And dear operators, I am now looking forward to a primitive answer from you. Is your bad image and proves everything true. You have to be able to criticize ;)

Very good food, especially the pizza with lots of toppings and a great look. The service is very friendly and funny. We like to go there and order pizzas. Unfortunately, a new map was made from March 1st, 2024 where the prices are a bit too expensive. For example, a rum steak for 30 euros is hefty. The Pizza Milano in the picture with an extra fried egg cost 16 euros. But in the end it's the taste that counts and that was great.

Seldom eaten so badly. Bruschetta garnished with balsamic reduction, tasteless. Aioli consisted almost entirely of mayonnaise with herbs. Tris di Pasti was served with neutral-tasting cream. Pizza wasn't great either. The kitchen probably doesn't have any demands on itself. Service was very friendly. Addendum to your answer: My plate of pasta was almost 100% completely gone, we also mentioned it to the service. She wanted to pass it on to the kitchen! Unfortunately I neglected to take pictures!

We were there at short notice a while ago with a group of 10 people and the food arrived relatively quickly. Ingredients all tasted super fresh. The pizza tasted amazing, the taste made me feel like I was in Italy. The seafood salad was also very good. The staff was very accommodating and asked several times if we would like anything else.

Were there for the second time. This time with starters, aioli and minestrone. Aioli with delicious homemade pizza bread. Minestrone could have used a little more spice, but better as if there had been too much. Main courses: salad with fried salmon and schnitzel with ham, salami and tomato sauce gratin. Fries and side salad. So salad is great👍. Everything fresh, nothing from a can or jar! Even fresh parsley 👍. Fries nice and thin and crispy. Salmon to the point, beautifully glassy. Unfortunately, the taste of the salami outweighed the schnitzel. There's something else going on. There was no room for dessert🤣 Would love to come back.

Das Essen war ganz okay aber die Preisleistung ist nicht sehr gut. die Bedienung war sehr nett aber ein bisschen durcheinander trotzdem war der Service sehr gut ein schönes Ambiente hat es auch meiner Meinung nach nicht weiter zu empfehlen aber für ein schnelles Mittagessen sollte es genügen dafür müssten die Preise aber ein bisschen nach unten geschraubt werden

Wir waren dort jetzt auch mal zu viert essen und dreien hat das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Weder Schnitzel (Soße Fertigprodukt?) noch Pizzen (Belag roch muffig). Service war aufmerksam, Redseligkeit für uns kein Grund zum Wiederkommen, aber auch nicht zum Fernbleiben. Die MenüKarten in Plastikhüllen gequetscht, die zu klein sind, entsprechend schmuddelig sehen die aus. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, frisch und schnell zubereitet. Ein besonders großes Kompliment an die sehr freundliche, herzliche und humorvolle Bedienung. Unsere Kinder haben den ganzen Heimweg von ihr geschwärmt. Wir kommen bald wieder!

Super Essen und die Bedienung ist der absolute Hammer

Der Service war sehr aufgeschlossen, zuvorkommend und sogar für das ein oder andere Späßchen zu haben, was dieses Lokal schon sehr besonders macht. Extrawünsche werden hier nach Möglichkeit gerne umgesetzt. Das Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr ausgewogen. Die Speisen sind sowohl schön angerichtet als auch frisch und lecker zubereitet. Zum krönenden Abschluss ein hausgemachtes Tiramisu wird hier ebenfalls angeboten, was auch die Dessert -Fans nicht zu kurz kommen lässt 🥰 alles in allem hat man das Gefühl, dass hier "der Kunde ist König" noch gelebt wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ambitioniert, sehr freundlicher Service. Nur die italienische Küche ist mir etwas zu deutsch, da fehlt der italienische Piff.

Hatten insgesamt 3 vers. Gerichte und jedes für sich war super lecker .Sehr gutes Salatdressing .Sehr freundliche sympatische Bedienung. Immer wieder gerne Kann man sehr empfehlen.

Essen war frisch Zubereitet. Bedienung ist auch sehr freundlich. Es fehlen ein paar klassische Gericht auf der Karte. Aber die Speisekarte ist doch gross genug um etwas für sich zu finden.
