Da Nico Pizza Bar Lounge in Groß-Gerau

Heute habe ich zum ersten Mal bei da Nico zum liefern bestellt. Essen war total lieblos in die Box geschmissen, der Käse der auf dem Teig sein sollte in der Box verlaufen, daher der Teig sehr trocken. Nicht zu empfehlen

Pizza Messico und Pizza Tonno mit Garnelen bestellt. Positiv: beide Pizzen waren noch sehr heiß. Die Messico war in der Mitte so dünn, dass der Teig komplett durchgeweicht war. Der Belag, insbesondere das Hackfleisch, waren eher spärlich. Die Tonno war nur halb geschnitten, für 3€ Aufpreis waren ca. 10 KLEINE vorgekochte Schrimps drauf. Von Garnelen keine Spur. Dazu war der restliche Belag mehr eine Suppe und hat den Teig sowie den Karton so durweicht das beides zusammenklebte und zu einer Pampe wurde. Für uns definitiv die letzte Bestellung. Der junge Mann, der uns die Pizzen brachte war sehr freundlich und kann hier wirklich nur gelobt werden.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Service war erstklassig: freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend!

Leider war unser Essen heute ein totaler Reinfall. Bei der Pizza Peperoni wurden für den Büffelmozzarella 5 € extra berechnet.. geliefert wurde dann nur eine kleine, komplett kalte Kugel, die lieblos auf die Pizza gelegt wurde. Noch schlimmer waren die Spaghetti della Casa. Die Soße war extrem wässrig und schmeckte säuerlich, Hackfleisch war kaum vorhanden. Es wirkte leider so, als hätte man eine alte Soße mit Wasser gestreckt. Schade um das Geld, wir bestellen hier definitiv nie wieder. Die Lieferung war aber immerhin pünktlich.

Pizza schmeckt gut aber billiges Pommes

Unser Geschäftsessen im Da Nico war einfach hervorragend! Nach einem Meeting besuchten wir das Restaurant gemeinsam mit unseren Gästen und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für ein entspanntes und dennoch erstklassiges Mittagessen wünschen können. Das Essen war exzellent – ​​frisch, perfekt zubereitet und wunderschön angerichtet. Darüber hinaus war der Service wirklich herausragend: aufmerksam, herzlich und hochprofessionell. Die perfekte Balance zwischen entspannter Atmosphäre und gehobener Gastronomie. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für das fantastische Mittagessen und die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren schon öfter im Lokal, mit Freunden und Geschäftspartnern . Der Service ist herausragend und das Essen hervorragend. Außerdem haben wir für private Veranstaltungen den Partyservice genutzt und alle Gäste waren begeistert. Auch das Valentinstag Menü habe ich mit meiner Frau genossen. Für uns ist da Nico das beste italienische Restaurant und wir werden weiterhin den Service und das Essen genießen, auch im Lieferservice für zu Hause. Bitte macht weiter so, einfach perfekt.

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig und das Essen ist wirklich lecker. Bei entsprechend rechtzeitiger Vorbestellung klappt es auch fast immer mit der Wunschzeit. Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit Pizza und Pasta auch glutenfrei zu bekommen, das ist hier im Umkreis sonst kaum möglich. Dafür mehrere Daumen hoch 👍

Wir haben schon öfters dort bestellt und das Essen schmeckt auch weiterhin sehr gut. Aber die Portionen werden immer kleiner und die Preise immer teurer. Wir werden dort sehr wahrscheinlich nicht bestellen. Es geht nicht um die gramm Zahl es geht um die Portion die immer kleiner werden.

Die glutenfreie Pizza ist ein Traum!

Wir haben unser Team-Essen von der Arbeit dort veranstaltet. Alles in allem war es super! Wir hatten von Pizza über Nudeln, Salat, Überbackenes und Schnitzel alles mit dabei & alle waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen! Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und gut drauf, machen gerne mal ein paar Scherze :-) Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Restaurant ist relativ klein & dadurch kann es schon mal sehr laut werden in dem Raum. An dem Tag als wir dort waren, waren allerdings auch mehrere große Gruppen dort & alle Tische belegt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

Angebranntes Schnitzel Hawaii ohne den angegebenen Schinken, enttäuschende Pizzabrötchen und komiche forme ( das ist pizzateig ) und trockene Spaghetti. Leider insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Bestellung

Seit weit über 10Jahren essen/bestellen wir bei DaNico und sind sehr zufrieden. Frische und Qualität der Speisen überzeugen, auch haben wir schon einige Leute dorthin weiterempfohlen, die uns dann positive Rückmeldungen gaben.Beim Lieferservice ist auch immer alles einwandfrei frisch, appetitlich und heiß angekommen. 👍👍

Hier weiß man was Gäste wollen! Wir waren mit 9 Personen und 2 Kindern dort. Die Mitarbeiter, sowie der Chef, waren überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. Trotzdem dass der Laden voll besetzt war und ständig Lieferungen raus gingen, sowie Essen abgeholt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Essen war ebenfalls top! Wir kommen sicher wieder :)

We ordered two pizzas online through the website, which was very quick and easy. PayPal also worked. Both pizzas tasted great. Delivery was within 40 minutes, even though 60 minutes had been quoted. We will definitely order again and recommend them to others. Thank you!

I've been a regular lunchtime visitor there for years and can unreservedly recommend Da Nico. The food is everything you'd expect from an Italian restaurant, and the friendly staff completes the experience. We also held our Christmas party there, after which everyone, without exception, was thrilled with the location and the food.

Unfortunately, it was too loud and crowded. I wasn't served the right food, and unfortunately, I had to wait a long time for it. It was simply overcrowded that evening, and there weren't enough staff.

Lively restaurant. Even on a Monday evening, it was pleasantly busy. We were there with a large group, and there were no capacity problems. The welcome was friendly, the pizzas were excellent. The prices were reasonable.

Unfortunately, our visit was a huge disappointment. Despite high expectations due to the appealing ambiance, we were met with unfriendly and unprofessional service. After a 45-minute wait, the wrong pizza was brought. When we pointed this out, we were simply told to take it as it was. No solution was offered. I clearly stated that we didn't accept this, and we stood up. At the checkout, they still wanted to charge us the full amount, including the wrong pizza. Such behavior is disrespectful and completely uncustomer-oriented. One star is too many.

All around great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking is right next door. The food is excellent.

Unfortunately, it's all gone to their heads. Whether that's just due to the temperature is doubtful. First, the waiter took away their reserved table, saying they wanted to move it to another table, which later turns out to be a lie, because it remains alone, reserved for the "good Italian guests." Then the same waiter presents them with a sweet, extremely fruity rosé as a dry wine. It's the same as last time. The waiter said he had a very good memory, but later complained that they supposedly only come once a year. When ordering their food, this waiter actually asks if they've brought the menu. The fish they ordered is sold out. He repeatedly and emphatically recommends a different fish, which, as could be seen at the neighboring table, certainly didn't make a good impression. So, they ordered bruschetta (to share) as an APPETIZER. Later, they ordered the two main courses. When the appetizer was served, two half-baked, half-burned, and blackened pizzas with tomatoes on top arrived. At our surprised glances, the waiter said that's how bruschetta is served here. Then it turned out that something completely different had been delivered from the kitchen, and the waiter, in yet another arrogant manner, simply said that we had ordered incorrectly. He then wormed his way into private conversations, saying that if we didn't want to come back, he would cancel the main courses we had ordered and bring the bill. He never responded to our various requests for approval. Only arrogant posturing and rejection from the German guests. Then he slammed the bill on the table, attracting the attention of the entire restaurant. Later, he tried to force us to finish the ordered bottle of wine faster by trying to pour more into the still-full glasses. Afterwards, while we were still eating this "appetizer," he stood up with a card machine, yelling that he wanted to collect NOW. When I commented that payment is usually only requested once the guests have finished, the waiter stormed off in a huff. Later, this waiter didn't even remember the bill. But he has such a great memory?! And then this waiter even claimed it was his house. He probably had every right to be arrogant. But to rip off almost 50 euros. Poor (Italian) Germany. The owner used to publicly burn coffins during moves, and now, after changing restaurants twice, this is NOT OK!! Dario created an excellent, very sophisticated, and exclusive gem here back then. Thank you, Dario. BUT THAT WAS ONCE UPON A TIME! WHAT A PITY! AND unfortunately, the delivery drivers employed today are ignorant and inconsiderate, brazenly blocking driveways, shaking their heads, and ignoring residents trying to access their property. Strictly following the motto "delivery drivers first." A no-go!

We order regularly from Da Nico. In our opinion, it's the best in Groß Gerau and the surrounding area. My kids love the pizza and celebrate every time we order there. Da Nico will always be our first choice Italian restaurant.

I've had a problem with one of the drivers several times now. He was driving significantly too fast in a traffic-calmed zone, today while the primary school children were on their way home. Unfortunately, a lot of drivers here drive too fast, and if you point it out to them, they'll slow down. Not so with the Da Nico driver (presumably always the same one), he just grins and accelerates again. Calls to the restaurant only result in an apology, and nothing has changed, even though I gave my name and license plate number. I won't be eating there or ordering from there again; the food can't taste that good if you have to put up with that kind of provocation several times and the danger to children and other people is simply accepted.

The food isn't cheap, but it's incredibly delicious. I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. The ambiance is modern and chic, and the service is super friendly and attentive, and they know my standard order. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

We often order lunch from Da Nico at work – a great and intuitive ordering app, and the food usually arrives piping hot and on time. Little spoiler – the calzone arrives (perfectly nestled) in a cardboard box labeled "Pet Burial" – a bit morbid, but also a funny advertisement. Today was my first time eating there. Lovely ambiance, including a large terrace, in a quiet corner in the heart of Groß Gerau. Here, you're personally served by the chef, who always has a smile and a quick quip on his lips. I admire his memory, as he never uses a slip of paper when taking orders, but everything always arrives correctly. It seems like a well-coordinated team amidst the hustle and bustle of full house and takeaway orders. The pizzas were well-topped and super delicious. The price-performance ratio is also perfectly acceptable. So: I recommend it with a clear conscience. Just make sure you order in advance, as the restaurant is always really busy.

We ordered three takeaway meals. The food was ready super quickly, even though the shop was extremely full, so you can't really say anything about that. I had ordered pasta gratinated with cheese, which in itself was very tasty, but given the price-performance ratio I would have expected more cheese for gratinating, so it was more of a savings. Hence a star deduction.

From the moment I entered the restaurant I was amazed by the modern, welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings are stylish and tastefully designed, which immediately creates a pleasant ambience. What is particularly impressive is the warm hospitality of the family that runs this wonderful restaurant. You can immediately tell that the operators put a lot of love and passion into their work. Her warm manner and personal approach create a family atmosphere that is rarely found. It's clear that they are proud of their roots and truly have every detail in mind for their guests' well-being. The service was first class from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Our waitress gave us perfect advice and responded to our special requests, which really made the difference. Now for the food, wow! The menu offers an impressive selection of Italian dishes, all freshly prepared. We ordered bruschetta and carpaccio as starters, and both were simply delicious, perfectly seasoned and made with quality ingredients. For my main course I chose the “DaNico” pizza, which is topped with fresh, local ingredients. The dough was deliciously thin and crispy, and the combination of flavors was to die for. The pasta dishes from the other guests at the table also looked fantastic and were consistently praised. The highlight of the evening however was the dessert, the tiramisu was to die for! Light, creamy and sweetened just right, I could eat this forever. The family atmosphere, coupled with the great cuisine, makes DaNico a place to definitely visit. It's obvious that many guests are repeat customers, which speaks for the quality and service. Overall, I can recommend DaNico to anyone who is in Groß-Gerau and wants excellent Italian food. I had the pleasure of visiting DaNico in Groß-Gerau and it was simply amazing! The family that runs the restaurant exudes hospitality and passion, which immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. We started with a delicate antipasto platter which had a great selection of delicious bites. For the main course I had the homemade lasagne, it was perfectly layered and incredibly flavorful. The spaghetti Aglio e Olio from my companion was also excellent and perfectly al dente. The highlight of the evening was the delicate panna cotta as dessert, a real treat! DaNico is definitely a place not to be missed when in Groß-Gerau. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Very poor service when ordering online via the app. A waiting time of 60 minutes was shown here at 6:30 p.m. But I was able to overlook that or rather I expected such a waiting time. The delivery should therefore have arrived around 7:30 p.m. Unfortunately, at around 7:50 p.m. there was still no sign of our food. So I called Da Nico and was told delivery time would be 75 minutes according to the app. I said that it said 60 minutes (provable with a screenshot), then the supposed boss said that the app wasn't lying. So I'm the liar! Finally he told me that it would take at least 20 minutes. I couldn't believe it and explained to him that unfortunately I ordered for the last time today because of his unfriendly and cheeky manner and because the long waiting time was an imposition. He then told me that my order would no longer be delivered. I am stunned at the condescending manner in which customers are treated here and then even refused delivery. Impudence! Apparently Nico doesn't need it.

Food took over 1 hour to be served. Pizza mediocre, rest very good. Waiters with quick sayings and an incredible memory. Ambience very nice.

If you want to “experience” a meal, this is the place for you. I've been coming almost every Tuesday for a long time now! A great team, a great chef, a great ambience and a really beautiful terrace! Stay as you are in everything! See you next Tuesday!!!

Very unfriendly and arrogant staff! Glass came fresh from the dishwasher and was very hot, so was the drink in it. After the complaint we were asked to leave the premises! Top customer service 👍 NOT recommended. Zero customer friendliness and arrogant, conceited staff!! Nobody needs it and you should avoid this store!!!! From what I've heard, the food isn't special either. So it's better to look for alternatives

Da Nico is a very good pizzeria. Neither the food nor the service leaves anything to be desired. I would love to come here again when I get the chance.

We were regular customers for a long time and sometimes ordered food there several times a week. Unfortunately, the last few times the special orders that could be selected in the app were not delivered. Today the spaghetti was delivered dry with a container with the extra sauce. To mix it together yourself and the parmesan was not delivered again. For this reason I complained over the phone. I was promised a new portion, but no time (it could take a while). So we quickly mixed the food together and ate it. Which didn't change the missing extras. When the new food arrived, the old food was asked for back (rather unusual in such a case, as this was not mentioned on the phone). Since this was no longer possible, I was called again and very rudely told that it was not okay to eat the food that had previously been delivered. The first call was also rather dismissive and quite annoyed. So little response and another call, even though I had previously pointed out that this was not the first time that extras had been forgotten, unfortunately made us no longer order there. The service today was absolutely abysmal. It's a shame, the food was always OK, but the quality and quantity have steadily declined over the last six months, although this has always been normal until today. In addition, no one is able to provide any real information about the allergens (supposedly they are in the app, but you only find the additives there). Correctly identifying allergens has also been mandatory for several years! But that's just in passing...

The evening at Da Nico was a special experience in every respect.

We were at Da Nico for the first time on the occasion of my mother's 89th birthday. We were treated so warmly that it was a joy! Food and service were great, all of our wishes were implemented, e.g. smaller pizza for the senior citizen... but the great thing was that "Happy Birthday" was suddenly played and the ice cream for dessert was brought to the birthday child with fireworks at the table ....that's how gastronomy should be, pampering the guest!!! Thank you very much for this lovely evening and of course we would love to come back to Da Nico!!

The food is good. Tap water from the soda maker for €6 a bottle is excessive, I think that's definitely too much. For me it's a point where I'm thinking about going somewhere else.

Delicious food, friendly people, nice ambiance

Beautiful, cozy and at the same time modern restaurant. The pizzas are typically Italian, nice and thin, you feel like you're in Italy. Carpaccio was paper-thin, supermarket and also very tasty, with a lot of parmesan, just a little more rocket would have been nice. The salad was also really tasty, not a run-of-the-mill dressing. There was also crusty, freshly baked and still warm bread (pizza dough?), in practical, bite-sized mini rolls. The wait staff was very busy (the store was packed on a Tuesday) but still on their toes. Friendly and even remembered everything at our 8-person table without writing it down. Toilets are also all very stylish and clean. Conclusion: Here you can not only order well, but also have a nice evening! There are several parking spaces in the same driveway as the restaurant, chargeable but ok, 50 cents per 30 minutes (until 7 p.m. if I remember correctly). There are also e-charging points available (they are probably free for 2 hours when charging)
