The lake with the ducks could be idyllic, but UNFORTUNATELY the ducks are fed by the guests and so they persistently disturb the meal. The fries are very “greasy” Hendl was very tasty! Beer too :)

Highly recommended for a birthday or family celebration! The location offers good seating for both good and bad weather. The lake offers a very nice ambience. There is a playground nearby for children. There is a very good seasonal and vegetarian selection. The service from service staff like Sylvia is very attentive. We'd love to come back!

Cozy, modern ambience in a rustic Bavarian style. Delicious food, rather larger portions, well balanced in terms of taste. Particularly noteworthy is the courteous gentleman who served us this evening, who was called by his colleague Alex. He was extremely cheerful, put us in a good mood, was courteous and attentive, including towards our child, and was pleasant in asking whether we were doing well or whether we had any further wishes. Good service is almost a rarity these days, and Alex surprised us in a very positive and professional manner. You'll be happy to come back! Many thanks especially to Alex for the great hospitality.

The beer garden was nice but since there were about 15 guests in front of each cash register, we didn't eat or drink anything. Something has to change because it's not the first time we haven't bought anything there because of the queue at the checkout. Today we were there again. Everything was in order. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Nice ambience right on the lake and overall nice beer garden, therefore deserves 1 star. Unfortunately, the food (cheese spaetzle) was by far the worst I've ever eaten and cold too! The complaint was met with a shrug of the shoulders. This also means bad service.

Nicely located. Unfortunately, saving rips is not so good and expensive. They have always been very tasty over the last few years. Not this year. A pity. Coffee and potato salad were very good. The free parking spaces are positive.

Nice inn by the water. The service is always friendly. We were there for coffee and cake. Unfortunately we found the cake rather tasteless, but it could have just been an unfortunate coincidence. What we found very positive is the children's menu. This actually has more selection than just fries and spaghetti. What we found unfortunate is that there weren't that many lighter dishes to choose from. At 30 degrees, schnitzel and spaetzle are simply too heavy. Card payment is possible.

The food is delicious, but I think it's too expensive. The place at Ostparksee is beautiful. If the beer garden were included, the ambience would get 5 stars. Nice children's playground. Dogs are welcome, that's worth 5 *****.

We had a family reunion there on July 6th in the beer garden with 30 people, many of whom had traveled a long way. Unfortunately, this was abruptly ended by a thunderstorm. I politely asked if we could sit in the restaurant as there wasn't a table occupied. The answer I got was that ALL tables were reserved. Unfortunately we all left in the pouring rain. I can't judge whether the statement was true, but the managing director here can certainly answer that afterwards. If this statement was false, I would send the employee home immediately.

Nice ambience. The quality of the food is okay and the prices are okay…for a beer garden. Definitely a star deduction for boring potatoes with a dollop of quark for €7.5. Half chicken is ok for that. Nice little playground and lake. I've been coming back for almost 30 years because it's close by and easily accessible by subway and car (free parking).

Luckily after the downpour there wasn't much going on.

Beautiful beer garden by the lake with self-service. Beer prices are hefty. Unfortunately there is no charging station nearby - considering that this is supposed to be the largest leisure pool in Munich...

I like it there. I imagined a fish roll. I'm shocked that a normal fish roll costs €6.50. From one glass you make 5 pieces... very questionable. Is that normal?

On a sunny holiday, you could spend a lovely afternoon here. Food was good, prices didn't go through the roof yet. Service staff tried very hard.

Long waiting time, everything on the menu is available

Been there twice and left after 30 minutes both times because we weren't served. The staff (male waiter with ponytail) saw us, the first time we were turned away because of the stroller and the second time we were completely ignored. Several groups that came after us were served immediately.

Prices are not okay for what you get... extremely poor use of goods... nothing more needs to be said.

Very bright, large restaurant. Ideal for all celebrations. When the weather is nice, it's nice to sit outside on the terrace. Dogs are welcome. The food is good and freshly prepared. Only 4 stars because my marinated asparagus was delicious, but the salmon with it only consisted of two tiny rolls. The salmon is (if you should eat it at all for various reasons) cheaper than sausage from the butcher. Therefore, the price of the dish should not be driven up so high. The beer garden by the lake is great. A great playground for children.

Very unpleasant, far too long queues for orders, self-service should be abolished, more staff and the playground should be covered with sand for parents, as you might get heart palpitations if you fall from the stones. Not so practical in my opinion.

Very slow processing in the beer garden area. When it came to our turn (after waiting 30 minutes), there was no more Kaiserschmarrn. We should come back in 20 minutes. By then the other food we had already picked up was already cold. We still have to get settled in properly for the summer season because processes don't yet mesh with one another.

Wir sind immer wieder gerne hier und immer zufrieden. Toll finden wir auch, dass man nach dem Essen noch einen schönen Spaziergang durch den Ostpark machen kann

We were in the beer garden. However, 14.99 for half a chicken is too expensive for me. We left it with a coffee.

Typically Bavarian restaurant with a delicious local selection of dishes. I was very happy about the Bluna drink because it reminded me of old times. Very friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was very empty. It is probably due to the reluctance of customers due to the current tense financial situation. Good, upscale restaurant serving Bavarian cuisine with a bit of a modern twist. Nevertheless, the Bavarian classics are also on the menu. In summer you can sit on the very nice terrace. Super Service. Lovely again!
