The food was good, the portions were also good, unfortunately the plates were cold so the food got cold quickly. The service was attentive. Price performance was right. Unfortunately the tables are a bit narrow.

Everything was excellent! A pleasant atmosphere, extremely friendly service and incredibly delicious dishes! Definitely a 100% recommendation.

We had a wonderful evening with super friendly service, the food was extremely good. The only thing missing was the view of the Greek sea ;-) We enjoyed very good wine and wonderful grilled fish with starters, it's not "cheap", but it's worth the price! We'll be back!

We have been to many Greek places but this is one of the best. The food and ambience are really great, not to mention the service, which was always with a smile. The service was friendly and courteous even shortly before the kitchen closed. It was definitely worth a visit.

We had a great time at this restaurant and the food was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the fried zucchini chips, which were crispy and flavorful. The prawns in tomato sauce were also good, although the aniseed flavor in the sauce wasn't quite our thing - but that's a matter of taste, of course. The highlight was the chicken: tender, perfectly grilled and very tasty. The fries were also a delight – crispy and well seasoned. The fried seafood was fresh and tasty, but the portion was a bit too small for the price. The service was great. Our waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the visit very pleasant. The ambience with Greek music was authentic and rounded off the experience.

For me personally the best Greek in Stuttgart. We spontaneously decided to go to Mezedopolion. The reservation over the phone worked perfectly. The welcome on the wonderful terrace was very warm. The service was wonderful and pleasant. The menu is very broad and allows a culinary journey through Greece. After ordering, the food arrived at the table quite quickly. We ordered various dishes - from beetroot salad (highlight), calamari, octopus bin to meat dishes and pita - and were by no means disappointed. Every dish was fresh and extremely delicious. As the icing on the cake, the very friendly owner gave us a piece of cake and tea on the house. I feel comfortable here, I'll be back here soon! Thanks for the great experience.

The four of us ate there for the first time yesterday. It was excellent and high quality! The meze etc. were delicious and the sea bream was a dream! We never sat so well in Greece or in Stuttgart. The very good service made the evening perfect! We had a great evening and will be back!!! P.s. the organic ouzo was 1 a!!

We had reserved for a larger group of around 16 people and were greeted warmly. The drink order and also the food order also went well. We were informed that due to the large number, food cannot come to everyone at the same time. We all showed complete understanding for this. Personally, I ordered tzatziki, a portion of fries and bifteki. First I was served the tzatziki. About 20 minutes later the fries. After the Bifteki still wasn't there after another 25 minutes, and two colleagues were also still waiting for their Bifteki, we asked. The answer came: It'll take a while. A short time later the food came with 3 other dishes. We then said that we hadn't ordered that, but rather Bifteki. We were assumed to have ordered something! We denied this again. Then another employee came to us and got dirty! Then came the statement: Bifteki was over. We could use something else. Then we were accused of not understanding the concept of the restaurant! Please??? This is absolutely a no go!!! That's not how you treat customers! With all understanding, mistakes happen. But then you should stand by it! For the first time ever, I walked out of a restaurant hungry. I saw this restaurant exactly 2 times: the first and the last time.

We've been here for dinner several times. The staff make an effort and are very nice. The food is very tasty and the wine selection is decent. We'll be back, keep it up.

Due to the good reviews, we (three of us) were there for the first time today, Saturday evening with a reservation. The food was really fantastic, fresh and beautifully presented. The starters and drinks were served quickly, unfortunately that was also the case with the service. The patatas, expressly ordered as a side dish to the main course, were brought together with the starters. When I politely asked them to keep them warm until the main course, I was told "we always serve as soon as something is ready in the kitchen" (?) . The patatas were taken away and then came to the table packed in a box (the Restsurant also offers food to go - but we were just eating the starter)? So again the request to serve with the main course. 2 fish came as the main course, the patatas also (not kept warm, but freshly made), the 3 fish were missing. A few minutes of waiting - you don't want to crowd - the fish was forgotten. The waiter showed me which numbers he wrote down We hadn't ordered the fish... it took time to prepare, something fried was offered as an alternative, it would be quicker. The alternative was then presented without comment. My cutlery was cleared away with the starter, nothing new came - but we were able to use our son's as he didn't have a main course... Unfortunately, no one asked for more drinks - after the main course was served, no one came to the table. I went to the counter to pay, mentioned the good quality food, but also that I was a bit disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the male waiter only responded with the words "I checked again, you didn't order that" - if you treat your guests like that, at least an apology might be appropriate at the end. The bill was handed over by the nice lady with the words 'All the best, see you next time'? I was just speechless. Maybe we just had a bad evening, the food was really fantastic, but such poor service unfortunately doesn't make you leave the restaurant happy!

The worst Greek restaurant I know! The food was horrible. I had 2 souflakia. A chicken souflaki and a pork souflaki. The pork souflaki was of the lowest quality available and was no longer edible! The meat tasted sour and spoiled. The chicken souflaki was edible but very chewy! Had stomach cramps and diarrhea for days after this meal! Advise everyone not to eat souflaki there.

First of all this review has nothing to do with the food. The food as food is quite good, but the waitress is unacceptable. We finished the meal with a rather large bill and the waitress asks us "Sweet to bring?" . Based on the previous times in which we have never paid for sweets at this particular shop because they always have sweets of the day, we answered in the affirmative. The bill comes and we paid €36 for 3 sweets. Her question was completely misleading and she lets you know that she is going to treat you. Nevertheless, we paid and left all right. Obviously, we will not visit this restaurant again. Not only the food is enough, but also the service, you can't put inexperienced people in the service who drive people away.

We just wanted something to drink, a waitress talked us into this cheese platter without mentioning that it costs €80. We probably had too much trust in the staff. Absolutely stupid and outrageous. Never again

We were there several times and on a Wednesday. We were served a colorful mix of dishes and, above all, starters of our own choice. Everything was convincing. Great look, very tasty and the selection of dishes made by the service/kitchen was simply great. The ambience in this restaurant, combined with the food and great wines, takes you into another world for a while. For the first time in a long time we happily paid money for this experience. Disastrous and chaotic evening. There were 8 of us and we made a reservation. When we arrived the table wasn't even ready even though the restaurant was empty. Service was tried but visibly overwhelmed. Drinks were forgotten. Starters were okay, but everything came with a delay. The starter also came with a main course, which was ordered twice. The second main course came after 1 hour. In general, the main courses are not recommended, the waiting time was too long and the main courses did not come at the same time but always with a delay - and that with 8 dishes! 7 people finally finished eating and the 8th person was brought their food and ended up eating alone. “Sliced ​​pork with mushrooms” was served to us without mushrooms and was also very dry. When we complained, the mushrooms were brought separately. The “fried” skate was fried and, unlike what was described on the menu, without sauce. All main courses had NO side dish and were priced exorbitantly! Also, there was blonde hair in one of our dips - we were all dark-haired! Not recommended and will not be coming back!

Definitely the best Greek restaurant I've ever been to. Every dish tastes really outstanding and exceptional. The food is of high quality and you can taste it. The menu is huge, it's hard to decide what to order. The staff is friendly, but in my opinion they only come to the table too rarely or only when asked. There are a few parking spaces at the restaurant, otherwise the parking situation is extremely difficult due to the location in the residential area.

A drinks menu would be very good. Everything else was great, the food is really excellent! We would be happy to come back.

# Update Nach dem Betreiberwechsel haben wir es heute endlich mal geschafft wieder in unser altes Lieblingsrestaurant zu gehen. Fazit: Es hat auf jeden Fall überzeugt. Alles was wir hatten war sehr lecker, frisch und auch schön angerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bilder sind aktualisiert in der Rezension dabei! Bestes griechisches Restaurant ever! Sehr freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Hauptsächlich Stammkundschaft. Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet. Absolut super-frische Zutaten. Calamares, Dorade, Lachs... Traumhaft! Gyros, Bifteki etc. grandios. Zaziki und Taramas runden das ganze ab! Reservieren nicht vergessen!

Die beste griechische Taverne im Raum Stuttgart. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, ein Gedicht, egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch, top Qualität. Auch die Antipasti/Vorspeisen sehr lecker. War schon des öfteren im Mezedopolion essen und es schmeckt konstant gleich, super lecker! Pluspunkt gibt es auch für den Service, man muss garnicht lang auf sein Essen warten, das Personal und der Chef sind immer sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man ruhig sitzen bleiben ohne danach nach Essen/Küche zu riechen. Klar ist das Mezedopolion preislich nicht billig aber das ist mittlerweile überall so. Meine persönliche Meinung, für Essen das mir schmeckt, qualitativ so gut ist und der Rest auch passt gebe ich gern ein paar Euros mehr aus.

Ausgezeichneter Grieche in Bad Cannstatt. Wir hatten zum Take away für zwei Personen bestellt. Der Tzatziki war hervorragend. Genauso wie die frittierten Mini Tintenfische und das Brot. Wir wollten nur ein wenig Lamm, haben aber eine ganze Krone inklusive Beilagen erhalten. ( Hier gab's ein Missverständnis bei der Bestellung via Telefon, und in der Karte ist es vlt nicht verständlich angegeben) aber das Lamm war zart und saftig, das Gemüse und die Kartoffeln ebenfalls. Dort bestelle ich garantiert wieder!

The dishes were excellent. As good as you'll find outside of Greece. I can't recommend it highly enough. Quite likely the best in the region.

Das Ambiente Außen ist sehr schön, Innen wirkt es eher wie eine deutsche Wirtschaft. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Bestellung läuft hier anders ab, als gewohnt. Man kann sich ein Fleisch-/ Fischgericht aussuchen und dazu dann Reis, Pommes usw. bestellen. Tzatziki muss man extra dazu bestellen. Das Konzept finde ich grundsätzlich ganz cool. Jeder hat schon einen Teller mit Besteck und dann kommen die einzelnen Gerichte, so dass man sich von jedem Teller etwas nehmen und durchprobieren kann. Das Essen kam zügig und war wahnsinnig lecker! Ich hab noch nie so gut Griechisch gegessen! Preislich finde ich es etwas teuer, grade weil man alles extra bestellen muss. Zum Abschied hat man leider auch keinen Ouzo bekommen. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und bei den Damen gab es auch ein Notfallkörbchen mit Deo, Handcreme usw. Fand ich sehr süß! Allem in allem bin ich zufrieden und immer noch begeistert von der guten Qualität der Gerichte. Sollte ich wieder mal in Stuttgart sein, würde ich wieder hier essen! Ich hoffe, meine Rezession war hilfreich! :)
