The food arrived really quickly, we waited about 30 minutes :) The delivery person was very friendly, and I was really looking forward to everything 😃 The food looked super delicious, but then we bit into it and were really disappointed. I think if you like that kind of spice, this is something for you, but these tacos were just all sorts of vegetables thrown together and then a semi-crispy taco dough 🤷🏼‍♀️ We had something else, with spinach and feta, which tasted absolutely nothing and had way too much parsley 😬 The only thing that was okay was the salad that came with it, but otherwise, no thanks, not again 😐

Wonderful, authentic Mexican culinary experience. I felt like I did back in Mexico when I first bit into the authentic Italian burger, tasting the classic Mexican mozzarella and pesto. With the second bite, I remembered how I first experienced this exact taste about 3 years ago in Mexico City. But the first forkful of Greek salad really blew me away. How do you transport these original flavors to Germany? Feta, olives, and those sour peppers, authentic to the core. Simply delicious! The absolute Mexican taste experience—and I just have to add this—was the Jägerschnitzel. I still remember well how I had the opportunity to try this classic of Mexican cuisine for the first time in Cancun, and without exaggeration, a culinary dream journey began with the second bite. It was really like back then when Roberta recommended this dish to me. With a Corona, I immediately started humming the tune of the absolute and popular Mexican classic “Shake Your Balla” by the Hot Banditoz. I would love to give it 10 stars just because of the authentic preparation, including Mexican spices and ingredients.

Delivery was problem-free. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The burrito filling was a brown, inedible mess. It tasted only spicy. The fries were wet.

Addendum: I was very disappointed when I ordered again. The fries were very bad. They were like cardboard and not very seasoned. Instead of salsa, we got ketchup, and the guacamole was a disgrace; we didn't like it at all. We ordered through Lieferando shortly before closing and received our food from a very nice delivery person about half an hour later. We had a salad with warm pita bread, which was very good and very reasonably priced, a large portion of nachos and chicken tacos, and a side salad, which were also tasty. The salsa could have been spicier, in our opinion. I liked that the sauces were served separately.

I ordered quesadillas and got something else, in my opinion, strange. In any case, I couldn't and didn't want to eat it.

Unappetizing! Unattractive! We ordered mixed nachos and the chili cheeseburger menu online, and both were cold and soft. Just looking at them made me lose my appetite... that's insane!! Unfortunately, I don't know how to post photos here... Who does that and thinks "it'll definitely taste good"?! I'll never order from there again and regret not having read the reviews first. I strongly advise anyone reading this review not to order from Mexico Kiel. We had to throw the food away afterward, just like I wasted my money! Hell no!!

I ordered takeout. It took a really long time, and everything that arrived was terrible. Chicken tacos with barely any chicken, way too spicy. The Jägerschnitzel was barely edible, neither crispy nor well-seasoned. Just soggy. The fries were wet and disgusting. Not recommended.

Worst ordering experience ever – absolutely not recommended We waited over 90 minutes for our order and finally called the store because we thought it might already be closed. The phone call said the driver would be there "right away" – but it actually took over 15 minutes. When she finally arrived, she simply shoved the hot casserole into my sister's hand without a word, burning her fingers. Not a word of apology or any indication that the container was extremely hot – completely unprofessional. The pizza rolls were completely dry by then, having probably been sitting around for almost two hours. Furthermore, one of the two ordered and paid for sauces was missing (the second one cost an extra €1.80 – and without aioli, the rolls are only half as good). I immediately called again in the hope that the driver could quickly bring the forgotten sauce. The employee promised to contact her immediately. Shortly afterward, however, he called me back and simply claimed that I had definitely received the sauce – even though I repeatedly clarified that this wasn't true. This ultimately exposed me as a liar. The next morning, we saw that the bill had simply been dumped in our garden – this also fits the picture of this completely disrespectful handling. My personal lesson from this experience: I will never again simply accept a preset tip on the ordering portal. Unfortunately, I already gave a tip online here that I would have preferred to deduct from this driver in retrospect. Conclusion: A catastrophic experience – outrageously long wait times, unfriendly and careless delivery, poor quality food, and a miserable handling of complaints. For me, a clear... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I don't know if I ordered from a Mexican restaurant or if someone just wrapped an old couch cushion in a tortilla and then smothered the whole thing with sad cheese. We ordered tacos and enchiladas – what we got was sadness in a katon. The tacos were so flabby that they immediately vanished into thin air when we picked them up – probably out of embarrassment. And the contents? I'm not sure if it was meat or simply the contents of a vacuum cleaner bag. The enchiladas? If taste were a crime, these things would be at the top of the FBI's list. Dry as a Mexican desert, with a "sauce" that was probably just tomato ketchup with a hint of disappointment. My stomach has since hired a lawyer. And the portions? I found more substance in a bag of air. The only bright spot: I'm still alive, and the sports cigarette we got out of pity. (Tasted better than the "food")

I ordered food for delivery (tacos and mozzarella sticks). Everything was delicious. The service was good. I requested no onions, and they called to say that the vegetables for the tacos were already mixed in and to ask if I had an onion allergy. They were super sweet. The food simply made me happy after a stressful week. Thank you, Mexico Team.

We ordered the food (2 salads and rice rolls) for pickup. The food was ready at the specified time and, contrary to the reviews, was very tasty. The salads are large, fresh, and come with warm bread. The rice rolls were also tasty and went perfectly with the dips. Also recommended for those passing through, as it's conveniently located. Overall, a delicious dinner at an unbeatable price. We'd be happy to come back :)

The food is absolutely terrible: green beans in the taco and other ingredients that are out of place, way too much pepper, it's almost impossible to get it down. The two of us paid almost €40 for that.

Even though I ordered last night and waited 1.5 hours, the food and drinks came wrong, it has nothing to do with my order, and even though I ordered at 1am yesterday, they wanted to charge me more because the order came wrong? Even if the restaurant is closed, it is completely wrong to cause inconvenience, NEVER AGAIN 👎👎

Absolute disaster! We ordered food for delivery here yesterday and it was just a complete disappointment. The tacos we ordered were an absolute disaster. The filling was completely wrong - instead of the expected ingredients there were peas, beans, carrots and onions. That wasn't even on the menu! But the worst thing was the spiciness of the food. Even though there were no jalapeños on it, the dish was so incredibly spicy that it was unpalatable. Even the children started crying because they felt it was too spicy anymore. We wondered how this was even possible - it was definitely not what we expected. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant at all

Got food poisoning from the chicken burito

1.5 hours late + wrong food and extremely poor knowledge of German, we will never order there again

We ordered food, so can't say anything about the location. Ordered at 3:51 p.m., according to the app the order arrived at the restaurant at 4:31 p.m. The food came shortly after 5 p.m The food was lukewarm and not at all seasoned, but consisted of 90% beans and corn. Meat could hardly be seen, let alone tasted. The finger food was cold and tasted old. We get frozen goods (probably nothing else) better. The quesadilla was a flatbread of dough with everything thrown on top and another flatbread of dough on top. It was all very loveless. We'll never order there again, despite the countless 5 star reviews in the app (they all look very fake)

I ordered today. I'm a vegetarian and they have good options. Delicious food, good portion size, perfect delivery partner, also the man who delivered was really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommended.

Ordered there twice, waited over 3 hours the first time and over an hour the last time, the food was always cold and absolutely inedible and overpriced for the small portions. Hands off!

Unfortunately the tacos didn't taste good at all, they had a strange taste and had very unusual toppings and were very sticky. The guacamole tasted very artificial and bitter. The chicken was extremely dry and barely seasoned. Quesadilla had an unidentifiable taste that unfortunately drowned out the main taste, which was very mild. Now for the good stuff The salsa was very tasty, as was the salad that came with the main course. The service and delivery were very fast and the delivery person was super friendly. Conclusion: definitely not again, I'm sorry, eating only salsa and salad for 45€ is not okay and yes, it may sound extreme but unfortunately I'm not going to get involved here :(

I ordered there today and the food was rubbish

Ordered a vegetarian burrito, one with mince and explicitly WITHOUT kidney beans. My boyfriend is allergic. Came with kidney beans. If he hadn't taken his anti-allergic medication immediately, it could have been really dangerous. Absolutely no recommendation.

Just ordered, arrived within 30 minutes. Pizza rolls and a standard basic pizza, taste good and made with love. I mean it's a different recipe than before. The driver was nice too.

We ordered Mexican food via Lieferando on November 30, 2024, expected it and informed ourselves beforehand about the differences between burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc. - in the end everything was the same. The fillings consisted mainly of loveless ready-made mixtures of beans, peas and carrots, with hardly any meat or other ingredients (as described). The taste was dry, anything but Mexican, and the sauces came carelessly in separate bowls that you had to fill up yourself. The only plus point: the fast delivery. But unfortunately it was a disappointment in terms of taste – the first and last time!

I had ordered food via Lieferando, the delivery service canceled this order on its own initiative because it was too far away, I'm still waiting for my PayPal payment, apparently the restaurant needs to collect money without delivering. If I don't have my money within the next 24 hours, I will contact a lawyer. Warning, I would never order here again.

Unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours for our order. The drink was missing and the food probably would have been okay if it had been warm.

We ordered food this evening and waited almost 2 hours for it. Afterwards the food arrived with tomatoes, even though it was ordered without tomatoes. Everything wasn't tragic until I wanted to eat the tiramisu I ordered...see photo.

We had to wait 2 hours and call almost 10 times. In the end we told the delivery man to go home because it was almost 2 a.m. He said he was sorry and wouldn't come back. After 20 minutes another call, saying he came anyway. The pizza didn't taste like anything and the box was almost completely wet from the rain. We also had 3 individual nachos in our fries. The supplier apologized frequently, but was in completely the wrong place. A total failure!

We always enjoyed ordering here. However, the quality has declined massively and is now somewhere below sea level. After a delivery time of 1.5 hours, we received a single industrial wrap with the fajita, which was quartered and crumpled into a paper bag to make it look like more. The ground meat in our tacos was only available in homeopathic doses and was largely replaced with peas and a few carrots. For three dishes we only received three small bowls of dip (we are convinced that they were bigger last time, but definitely more), one with sour cream and two with salsa. Definitely far too little, just enough for the burrito. I can only advise everyone against it! I can only explain the loss of quality by a change of ownership.

Ordered here today for the first and last time. We had ordered two "quesadillas", but only one arrived at first because the chef apparently forgot the second one. That can happen and it's not a big deal, we even got something extra as compensation. The driver was very nice, helpful and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately the food is really inedible. The vegetables only come from cans and are simply mixed wildly before use. There is no other way I can explain the single pea that my friend found in her so-called "quesadilla". It really has nothing to do with Mexican food, and nothing at all. We then threw away most of our food. We also find the positive reviews of this establishment interesting. Friends and acquaintances probably helped out. My recommendation to the kitchen would be to read a cookbook or google “what is a quesadilla?” to enter. Then the ratings should probably be better naturally.

Verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht. Ich habe mir heute erneut etwas liefern lassen, nach 30 Minuten war das Essen da. (Angegeben waren 60 min.) Ich wohne im 6ten OG, der Fahrstuhl defekt und der Lieferant war trotzdem nett und zuvorkommend! Mein Essen war heiß und sehr lecker!

I often order from this restaurant. I tried almost every item on the menu. Let me put this straight: Their food is absolutely delicious. Nachos, burritos, quesadillas, and Mexican rice... All superb. I also recommend pizza buns. The delivery is always fast and the staff is nice.

Das Essen sieht super aus. Aber die Pommes sind überwiegend weich, das Schnitzel jetzt nichts besonderes und die Tacos schmecken lediglich nach Schärfe in vertrocknetem Brot. Die Pizza schmeckte auch echt nicht gut, der Boden pappig und der Käse schmeckte nach Schweiß

Ich habe zu später Stunde eine 22cm Pizza (Nachos Crossies) bestellt und es war die beste, die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Ich habe dort bestellt, weil ich wissen wollte, ob an den schlechten Bewertungen bei Lieferando etwas dran ist, aber das konnte ich jetzt nicht bestätigen, der Lieferant war auch freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, knusprig und nicht mit Soße oder Käse überladen, ich bin wirklich begeistert. Hatte mir Guacamole und Crème fraîche dazu bestellt, hat super gepasst.

Hab 'nen sehr leckeren Burrito bekommen. Dazu Salat und zwei verschiedene Dips. Lieferzeit sollte 45 min betragen, aber schon nach 30 min wurde geliefert. Und der Burrito war noch richtig heiß.
