I celebrated my 40th birthday there on Saturday 😎 My personal No. 1 when it comes to Greek food.

Nice, somewhat remote restaurant. Good food and friendly waiters.

Seriously disappointed: A friend at the table ordered a small portion of Suvlaki with rice, which the boss brought with fries and a normal portion. After complaining, the plate was taken away again amidst loud swearing and the ordered food was brought. A normal portion was collected. Another person at the table ordered and received a small beer and was charged a normal small beer. The waiter confirmed that he had blown a whistle. After trying to explain this to the boss, we were turned away from the restaurant. According to the boss, there is no small whistle. They won't see us again either. Complete rip off. The boss and his head waiter were arrogant and unfriendly, only the waiter who brought the drinks was friendly.

Great and fresh food, soft and well-seasoned gyros, the best in the Munich area. Nice service, everything was served quickly. The interior is very nice and cozy, there is a lot of space, you can easily make reservations for a larger number of people for various occasions, such as birthdays, etc. Very affordable prices and large portions. Parking in front of the restaurant. Great, I recommend!

Outstanding quality and excellent service. The salad is always fresh, the meat impresses with its first-class quality, and the ouzo rounds off every visit perfectly. The stylish decoration creates a pleasant atmosphere in which you feel comfortable. I am particularly impressed by the friendly and quick staff, who always have a smile on their faces. The kitchen delivers an outstanding performance every time. I am thrilled and come to you at least four times a month…

Food and atmosphere quite good... everyone got dessert on the house, we didn't!!... when we asked, we were told that it would come with the bill, but the kitchen was already closed when we paid... we were promised the next one Once a double portion... well, the next time (a few days later) nothing came again, probably paid too late again... we felt absolutely ripped off, conclusion: if you sit longer and therefore make more sales, your life is punishing you ....

Very long waiting time for service. Drinks, food, reordering, bill - even though the restaurant wasn't full, we as guests felt more like troublemakers. The poor service leaves the bad impression, even if the food was very good...

For me, purely in terms of taste, it's the best Greek restaurant in Gröbenzell. Food and portion size 1 A, very tasty and everything was very clean. Prices are ok, but not cheap either. Located directly on the S-Bahn with a beautiful, large covered terrace, which is filled with guests when the weather is good. Service is good, but if you sit in the corner it can take a little longer to get noticed. No children's playground or similar available.

One of the best if not the best Greek restaurant you can find in Germany. With excellent flavors and dishes that take you on a journey to Greece. The staff are helpful and polite, willing to serve you but also fully informed as far as the menu is concerned. The space is exceptionally decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Well done Greek food with good service. I just missed halva for dessert. The grilled fish was good. I liked the Retzina too. It was just resin-y enough.

There's a lot of train traffic at the station and it's loud! Unfortunately I caught something bad and lay flat for several days! Nice service but very expensive! Prices like in Munich!

A real pleasure! My visit to the Greek restaurant in Grümzell was simply perfect. The food was of the highest quality and each dish was prepared with great care. The service was outstanding, not only attentive but extremely knowledgeable. The wine recommendations were spot on and went perfectly with the dishes. What was particularly impressive was that the staff took the time to discuss the different dishes and wines with me and to help me choose. The entire evening was a dining experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a first class dining experience. Rather mediocre. Quantity instead of class

We actually really enjoy being here, but unfortunately it wasn't good at all today. It took forever until we could order, about 30 minutes. It finally took 1.5 hours until we had our food. The food was lukewarm, further attempts to order were ignored. I don't want to be petty, even if there is a lack of staff, that's all a question of communication. You can say that it takes a little longer, but you can't just run past. Small things like the lack of ouzo, long waiting times and staff that don't respond didn't give us a nice evening today. And that's what you're actually for there.It's a shame.

Went to Meteora today after a long time (no longer live in Munich). It used to be our favorite Greek place. As of today I have to say...very disappointing. At first we were forgotten forever, the food is just as good as it used to be... only the hospitality that the Meteora used to excel in no longer exists. You used to get an ouzo and even a small, delicious dessert. Now...nothing anymore! No matter where you go for Greek food, you can always get an ouzo on the house. But here only increased prices and otherwise you save everything, plus the chaos that you wait forever for food! In the future we would rather go somewhere else!

This might be the best Greek in the area. Food is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the service is unbeatable. Keep it up

We were here for a fish dinner on Valentine's Day (which fell on Ash Wednesday this year). My husband, father-in-law and I often go to this lovely restaurant. As always, the food was very tasty, the waitresses were friendly and the traditional ouzo before the meal “opened” the evening. It's very comfortable to sit here and to celebrate the day, the restaurant was decorated with lots of heart balloons and garlands. If you like Greek cuisine you should definitely stop by here!

Friendly, typically Greek and the food was excellent. What's annoying is the noise in the restaurant and the running waiters. The waiters kept running past me and throwing up the sleeve of my jacket that was hanging on the chair. This creates stress and doesn't have to be that way. Go back or forth quickly but you don't have to rush through the restaurant. Of particular note was the yoghurt with carrots, which was free at the end, as well as the befitting ouzo. Dear owners, take the stress out, let the waiters go and not run. At this time on Saturdays, people tend to wait a minute longer for food and drinks.

Lots of choice of food and just like you are used to from Greek. Attentive service, friendly. Unfortunately, the place is too loud, which is simply annoying in the long run. However, this is just a comment and if the operators read it, make sure to at least turn the music down. Well...we could have said that on site.

We had the fish platter for two people. The waiter was very attentive and caring. It was a very nice stay.

Very friendly staff who sometimes take the time to chat. Food comes quickly and is always warm. Price/performance ratio is perfectly fine. Restaurant/toilets are clean and easy to reach by public transport, parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance. Really highly recommended! :)

Das Essen war lecker. Freundliche Bedienung und schnell. Die Essen kamen gleichzeitig. Übriges Essen konnte man sich einpacken und mitnehmen.

Tolles Restaurant mit Tradition was Ich jedem empfehlen kann , Bravo an den Koch , Bravo an das Kundenorientierte verhalten der Kellner und die Gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Very spacious restaurant. We went with kids and they were very accommodating. Food is also really tasty. For a restaurant outside of Munich, it's a bit on the expensive side though.

Für uns waren die Speisen sehr gut 👍 auch der Service und die inneren Räume sind toll eingerichtet. Was uns nicht so gefällt ist der "Wintergarten" . Wir in Gröbenzell haben zwei supertolle Griechen. Das Meteora und das El Greco. 👍👍

Es wurde deutlich, dass hier ein spezialisiertes und bestens geschultes Team am Werk ist. Was das Essen angeht, kann ich nur betonen: Es war von höchster Perfektion geprägt. Jede Kreation begeisterte mit einem authentischen Geschmack der griechischen Küche. Ein Besuch in diesem Lokal ist wärmstens zu empfehlen für alle, die auf der Suche nach einer tadellosen Gaumenfreude sind.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, bei Bestellung und Rechnung gab es ein paar Missverständnisser, die aber sofort superfreundlich und sehr kulant aus der Welt greäumt wurden. Fehler können passieren, entscheidend ist wie man damit umgeht. Im Vorraum war eine ausgeprägte Geräuschkulisse,die die Unterhaltung etwas erschwert hat. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne neue Entdeckung um griechisch essen zugehen. Alleine der freundliche Service ist es schon wert.

Essen gut, Ambiente schön, jedoch mussten wir heute auf das Essen zu lange warten. Für diese Momentaufnahme ein Stern Abzug im Service. Dennoch sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht gewesen, deshalb insgesamt 5 Sterne.
