Grilling for 2025: The barbecue seminar was really great. Humor, knowledge, and excellent food! We'd love to do it again!!!

We had a fantastic barbecue seminar with Ulf and Ulli. Both of them put a lot of heart and soul into their work; the meat was excellent, the recipes were fantastic, the beer was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We'll be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer excellent advice and service. You can even pre-order via their app. The meat is always freshly prepared. We occasionally get Jägermett (hunter's sausage) for breakfast; it would be nice if it were a bit coarser in texture, but it still tastes delicious. They also offer the opportunity to participate in grilling courses.

Quality of the food first class

I received a barbecue course at Mersch as a gift, and the three of us went. The meat was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic; Ulf and Ulli were so happy. The explanations were very good, and we received the recipes via email afterward. It definitely won't be my last time there. 💯 Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

This is my second time attending a barbecue course with Ulf Mersch, and it was amazing again! A wealth of knowledge is imparted in a pleasant atmosphere, and top-quality products are used. Definitely recommended!
