Grilling for 2025: The barbecue seminar was really great. Humor, knowledge, and excellent food! We'd love to do it again!!!

We had a great barbecue seminar with Ulf and Ulli. Both of them put a lot of heart and soul into it, there was very good meat, great recipes, good beer and a great atmosphere. We will come again!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide excellent advice and service. You can even pre-order via the app. The meat is always freshly prepared. Every now and then, we get Jägermett (a kind of meat sausage) for breakfast. It would be nice if it had a coarser consistency, but it still tastes delicious. Most importantly, you can also take part in the barbecue courses.

Quality of the food is first class

I was given a barbecue course at Mersch as a gift and there were three of us there. Great meat quality. Great atmosphere, you can see how happy Ulf and Ulli are. The explanations were very good and the recipes were sent via email afterwards. It was definitely not the last time I was there. 💯 percent recommended. Keep it up!!

This is my second time attending a barbecue course with Ulf Mersch, and it was amazing again! A wealth of knowledge is imparted in a pleasant atmosphere, and top-quality products are used. Definitely recommended!
