Grilling 2025: The grilling seminar was really great. Humor, knowledge and very good food! Gladly again!!!

We had a great barbecue seminar with Ulf and Ulli. Both of them put a lot of heart and soul into it, there was very good meat, great recipes, good beer and a great atmosphere. We will come again!

A very friendly helpful staff. You will receive very good advice and service here. You even have the option to pre-order via the app. Meat always freshly prepared. Every now and then we get Jägermett for breakfast. It would be nice if it was a bit coarser in consistency but it still tastes delicious. Above all, you also have the opportunity to take part in the barbecue courses.

Quality of the food is first class

I was given a barbecue course at Mersch as a gift and there were three of us there. Great meat quality. Great atmosphere, you can see how happy Ulf and Ulli are. The explanations were very good and the recipes were sent via email afterwards. It was definitely not the last time I was there. 💯 percent recommended. Keep it up!!

This is the second time I have attended a barbecue course with Ulf Mersch and it was outstanding again! A lot of knowledge is imparted in a pleasant atmosphere. Top products are used. Definitely recommended!
