Absolutely bad, fries too salty & fried in old fat, order delivered wrong & you have to wait a long time for the right order...it used to be really good - the last few months have become abysmally bad - leave it

Doesn't taste good. Fries are very limp, the burger wasn't good. We would have expected more given the 4-star rating... The portion of mayo was clearly not enough. There was also a hair in the side salad, very unhygienic... What a shame

I was eating there and bought something for myself. They deducted 50 euros from my account even though I only got two 12.50 menus! I find it very sad and I can't complain anymore since I live in Munich. What a disgrace.

Best cigköfte (vegan) and tabbouleh in Münster. The burgers all sound delicious, but I always reach for the above. The boys are also great and friendly. The ambience on site is a bit fast food like, but ok. More vegetarian/vegan (e.g. grilled eggplant/zucchini or falafel) would be great, but I'll probably go for it but back to Cigköfte😉

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed ordering. Unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly in the last 4-5 weeks. The last time we ordered, the food was often hard and not fresh. Yesterday I ordered half a chicken with fries. Unfortunately the food was cold and the fries were very hard and not fresh at all. I'm very sorry to have to write this review, but as a long-time regular customer I'm very disappointed. I hope that the quality will improve again soon.

Very modern and pretty restaurant! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I ate the crunchy chicken burger there, super delicious! The price-performance ratio is also very satisfactory. I would definitely visit again :D

The portions are a good size and the diverse selection means there is something for everyone. The ambience is attractively designed and clean, which is very important to me. Not again. Asked for a chicken salad 🥗. It was stinky because the vegetable oil was old and spoil. Same with the chicken of the kids menu. Not edible at all.

Food is really, really good. Had grilled skewers with fries, salad and bread. Really great. Absolute recommendation. The weak point, however, is the service and workflow (everyone is nice and tried hard, but confused in places). Oh, also important these days, price/performance is really good.

Waited 40 minutes for the food (half chicken with rice and salad) and then the chicken was half burnt!!!! And the next day I got a gastrointestinal infection that lasted 4 days and had a fever (39.6 degrees)

Great fast food restaurant, the selection is very extensive. There is something for every taste, including vegetarians ;-) The portions are great, my boys are 100% full too! The service is very nice and accommodating. The location has very good facilities, only the bright light is a bit annoying and makes it seem a bit cool, so there is a minimal deduction ;-) Great restaurant and top recommendation!!!

The burgers are really good - that's why I've been ordering here for a long time. The delivery times are consistently relatively long (1 hour or more), but I know that now and am adjusting to it. But what's really getting annoying is that you have an ordering option via App Smart, which I generally prefer to Lieferando (I think you'll have to pay less commission), but it's always incorrect. I would have liked to order again today, but I couldn't because App Smart doesn't seem to have any quality control in software development. And I don't always have enough cash to hand at home.

The lunch menu Mon-Fri between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. is awesome. €12.90 for everything in the picture. It doesn't taste like a french fries shop but like a burger restaurant. Also nice ambience. I haven't tried the other dishes yet.

I've had one of the grill plates several times, each time in a different version (sometimes with bread, sometimes without, etc.) - still very good food. Regarding the service: apart from the owner himself and one of the older gentlemen, it was an absolute disaster. Left today without ordering. The two employees went into the kitchen without saying hello and simply left me and my colleague standing there for 10 minutes. There were only two guests in the shop and there was already a couple standing in line behind us… Last time for me in the snack bar... What a shame... as I said, the food itself is great

Ordered online. Pleasant ordering process directly on Mero's site without delivery. I like it. Food arrived exactly at the time ordered and the packaging was very nice to look at. The burgers were great and the fries we ordered with them were good. You can't beat the price-performance ratio. I've eaten far worse burgers for more money Top.

Habe den Babo Burger ausgewählt und bin vollstens zufrieden, saftiges patty und leckerer Käse. Bestellung wurde schnell ausgehändigt und man ist freundlich empfangen worden. Da kann ich nicht meckern.

Haben bestellt und das Essen selber abgeholt. Große Portionen und alles sehr lecker. Gute Preise und auch vegane Angebote verfügbar! Weiter zu empfehlen!!

Tolles Burger, immer wieder zu empfehlen

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten gegrilltes Hühnchen mit Gemüse und Salat und Kids Burger mit Pommes. Der Bürger für Kids kommt auch in einer süßen Box mit einem kleinem Spielzeug und Lolli und einer extra "Schatztruhen"-Box für die Pommes. Vom Geschmack und wahrscheinlich auch von der Fleisch-Qualität her deutlich besser als die Kids-Menüs anderer großer Ketten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Lieferung war auch schnell und sehr freundlich.

Der Leckerste Burger den ich je gegessen habe. Ich Empfehle den Crispy chicken bürger, den Classic Burger/chesse burger Und Den Meros Burger.

Wir haben dort schon oft Essen bestellt. Die Lieferung ist immer pünktlich, das Essen immer warm und frisch. Die Gerichte sind unfassbar lecker!

Wir waren eigentlich nur mit dem CityFor2 Heft da, aber die Preise sind echt gut und das Personal sehr sehr nett. Der Chicken Curry Burger ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pünktlich um 17:00 Uhr geöffnet. Leider mussten die Tische noch gereinigt werden. Lappen roch etwas komisch...haben Tisch selber desinfiziert. Stühle bequem. Während wir vor Ort waren schaute ein Mitarbeiter an der Bar Fernsehen-war mir zu laut. Freundlicher Empfang. Verständigung in Ordnung. Zum Wesentlichen: Mero's Burger und Veggiburger als Menü genommen.. Pommes lecker, Burger lecker. Die Holzbretter hätten etwas größer sein dürfen. Preis Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt.

Leckeres Essen, nette Leute, cooler Laden, was will man mehr?

Mein Mann und ich haben letztes Wochenende bei Meros Essen abgeholt. Die Bestellung in der App war kinderleicht! Die Bestellung war auf die Minute genau fertig! Das Essen war einfach bombastisch. Während des Essens hat man sich gefühlt wie im Urlaub, da die Speisen so authentisch schmecken! Wunderbar! Weiter so!

Ich habe mir das Essen nach Hause liefern lassen. Es war sehr schnell geliefert. Der Lieferant hatte ein gepflegtes aussehen und war sehr nett. Das Essen war richtig lecker. Wer Lust hat auf orientalische Küche, kann ich diesen Laden empfehlen.

4,5 Sterne. Das Essen sehr lecker (Nachos Burger als Menü mit Pommes und Getränk), reichlich und die Jalapenos hatten es in sich. Die Pommes außen kross und innen nicht zu weich. Am Anfang war die Musik etwas zu laut, aber das gab sich dann im Laufe des Essens (es wurde voller). Die Bedienung war freundlich und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war rundherum gut. Also gerne wieder.

Das Essen war nicht unbedingt schlecht aber auch nicht besonders gut. Irritiert hat mich, dass keiner vernünftig mit mir auf deutsch kommunizieren konnte und folglich zu einer bedrückenden Stille gekommen ist, während ich auf mein Essen gewartet habe. Eine Erfahrung war es wert aber mehr auch nicht.

Super Laden ! Wir bestellen dort immer ,also habe ich nur eine beschränkte Sicht auf den Laden , aber die Sicht die ich habe ist überragend ! Die Burger sind saftig und gut belegt . Das Fleisch hat eine sehr gute Qualität und das Liefern geht sehr schnell
