It was a super nice service. The dishes were outstanding and reminded us of our Nepal vacation. The starter with the various dips was simply good. The main course was delicious, spicy and good. We'll definitely be back. The restaurant is definitely recommended.

We came here to try out Nepalese dishes. The atmosphere is beautifully designed and you feel very comfortable in the store. Lots of nice details about Nepal. The employees are very nice and accommodating, but not intrusive. We were well looked after. The food also came relatively quickly. The food tasted good and reminded us a lot of Indian. The food was similar. Only here it was sharper. The drinks were also good, especially the yogurt-mango mix. We recommend. The price was absolutely okay, not exactly cheap but not exorbitant either.

We were guests here today, there were authentic Nepalese specialties, the appetizer platter and the different Momo variants are clearly recommended. Caution: Spicy 🥵 🌶️ 😂👍🏼 Unfortunately we couldn't fit any more in our stomachs 😅 Thanks for the good hospitality, we'll be back!

Lunch is always freshly prepared from Monday to Friday! I really like eating vegetarian curry. And don’t forget mango lassi!

Given the many good reviews, I definitely had to try this restaurant. And I can only agree with the previous speakers: the food is really that good. The portion size is generous, the meat selected, the rice cooked to perfection, the sauce complex and more than enough. The restaurant is clean, clear and bright. The staff is attentive and definitely goes above and beyond. The prices are mid-range and absolutely adequate for the food served. And there is real Indian beer, which for me alone is a knockout criterion for coming back.

I love trying “new” food. During my visits to Münster I have noticed this Nepalese restaurant several times. It had never worked before but today it happened. Thanks to a lot of luck, I got a table for the evening. The employees are all exclusively friendly and competent. That was fun. Questions about allergens could be answered quickly. They know what's in your food! Top! The quality of the food was really remarkably good. It's worth trying a lot of different things. Sample plates would be nice for “several” people, even if there is something like that. You just want to devour everything. So delicious!!! This restaurant is a real highlight! Thank you for the delicious and good evening! You're doing great.

A sweet little bustling place, tucked in the neighborhoods of the Altstadt, Mero Buddha offers a wide variety of Nepalese cuisine. All the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. I had a great time here, and had their chicken Mango curry with rice. A special shout out to their masala chai, which was perfectly spiced and the best accompaniment to a cold night.

My absolute favorite restaurant for butter chicken! It's incredibly delicious and an absolute must for anyone who hasn't been here. I can highly recommend it. The service staff is always friendly and makes the visit a pleasure. Overall just a great store.

The meat wasn't cooked properly and sauces that you didn't know what they were didn't taste good either. I like oriental food but I wouldn't recommend this. Drinks very little choice.

Very tasty food. The seating area is spacious. Very nice music in the background. The menu is very well designed and the fire signs on menu represent actual hot levels. Lol . I recommend choosing the ones with 2 fire signs. The service size is super big. Staff is super friendly. 👌

Wir sind durch Zufall dort gelandet, und haben es nicht bereut. Das Essen war super frisch zubereitet, schmackhaft, sehr heiß und ausreichend. Zur Qualität sage ich top, das Bier mir auch gut geschmeckt, es muss nicht immer Deutsches Bier sein. Was schade war, dass die Vorspeise mit dem Hauptgericht kam, hier ist der Service nicht so up to day. Das Lokal roch sehr stark nach dem Essen, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür konnte man den Köchen zusehen, die echt gut gearbeitet haben. Empfehle das Lokal gerne weiter, und komme bestimmt auch noch mal vorbei.

Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich sehr zuvorkommend, bei dem Essen hatte ich so ein bisschen das Gefühl dass das nicht authentisch genug indisch war, Ambiente war besseres Schnellrestaurant aber im Großen und Ganzen kann man dort gut hingehen

Bedienung gut und aufmerksam. Essen kam zügig und schmeckte sehr gut . Alle Gerichte waren sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet, sehr gut temperiert und großzügig in der Menge. Die Speisen kamen zeitlich sehr gut in der Abfolge, so dass wir alle zusammen essen und nach der Vorspeise nicht zu lange warten mussten. Es wurde zwischendurch gefragt,ob alles i O. sei und auch zum Abschied. Das ist heute leider selten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Lediglich die Seifenspender in den Toiletten müssten bitte öfter nachgefüllt und die Böden gereinigt werden. Auch das ist ein Aushängeschild eines Restaurants. Ansonsten sehr sauber und ordentlich!

This place serves the best currys in Münster, no doubt. You can either go really spicy or keep it mild, their menu is small but everything we`ve tried was absolutely fantastic.

Absolute Empfehlung, sehr appetitlich, Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen war gut. Wir haben das Mittagsmenü gekauft, was für 9€ Reis, 2 Gerichte und ein kleines Getränk hat. Das ist heutzutage sehr günstig. Wir haben sonst nichts probiert aber das Menü sieht sehr vielfältig aus.

Im Rahmen unserer Tagesfahrt haben wir dieses Resturant selektiert und unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden um ein vielfaches übertroffen! Die Bedienung war überaus freundlich, das Essen kam schnell, trotz hoher Auslastung. Zudem war das Essen sehr lecker und wir konnten garnicht mehr aufhören zu essen :). Preiswert ist es allemal vergleichsweise günstig und überdurchschnittlich lecker! Sollten wir nochmal Münster besuchen werden wir erneut die Küche dieses Resturants genießen.

Jungs, echt einmalig was ihr hier abliefert. Der einzige Nepalese in Deutschland den ich gefunden habe, welcher wirklich ausschließlich authentische nepalesische Küche serviert, mit hochwertigen Zutaten und wirklich sehr fairen (!) Preisen. 3,50€ pro Person für die Vorspeisenplatte, besser geht es echt nicht! Ihr seid alle super nett, das Lokal ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Und ihr importiert extra Nepal Ice, Hut ab dafür! Danke, das ihr in Münster die Ehre der nepalesischen Küche, welche oft unterschätzt wird, hochhaltet. Weiter so!

Das Restaurant bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine einladende Atmosphäre. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Fleisch gelegentlich etwas roh serviert wird, daher einen Stern Abzug. Insgesamt jedoch eine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung!

Einmal und nie wieder. 2 Sterne gibt's nur weil das Essen ok war. Samstag abend 19 Uhr mit Tischreservierung. Die Dame bringt uns ohne ein Lächeln und eher mäßig freundlich zu unserem Tisch. ... und dann hieß es erstmal warten. Klar, der Laden war voll, aber wenn 3 Bedienungen 15 Minuten immer wieder am Tisch vorbeilaufen ohne zu schauen oder zu fragen, ob man schon bestellt hat, ist das eher nicht so schön. Nachdem wir dann bestellt hatten hieß es wieder warten. ... und zwar eine ganz Stunde!!!! Ganze 4 Tische, die nach uns gekommen sind, haben ihr Essen vor uns bekommen!!!! Die Bedienungen sind weiter an unserem Tisch vorbeigelaufen ohne uns zu beachten. Nach 1h kam dann einer und fragte ob wir denn schon gegessen hätten? Wir verneinten und er machte sich auf in die Küche. Aus der Küche zurück kam er nicht etwa zu uns. Nein!! Er bediente einfach andere Tische weiter. Irgendwann kam dann das erste von 3 Essen, dass uns kommentarlos vor die Nase gestellt wurde. 5 Minuten später folgten die anderen 2. Ebenfalls kommentarlos. Das Essen war i. O. und als wir fertig waren und der Kellner zum abräumen kam, meinte er verlegen, aber ohne Entscheidung, dass es so lange gedauert hätte weil ja alles frisch gemacht wird. Auf die Frage ob die 4 Tische, die nach uns kamen und vor uns bedient wurden kein frisches Essen bekomme haben konnte oder wollte er nicht antworten. Ab dem Moment kam ich mir dann doch etwas verarscht vor. Aber noch nicht genug ...! Nachdem wir dann nochmal ca. 10 Minuten unbeachtet sitzen gelassen wurden, kam ein anderer Kellner und fragt ob wir schon gegessen hätte. Wir bejahten und er gab seinem Kollegen ein Zeichen. Keine 30 Sekunden später stand dieser mit einem Ec-Lesegerät und seinem Portmonee vor uns und wir durften (mussten) zahlen. Mehr Rausschmiss habe ich in einem Restaurant noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem überaus enttäuschend und definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung.

Tolles Restaurant, das Essen war sehr lecker und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Inkl Vorspeisenteller, 2 Hauptgerichte und 2 Getränke haben wir ca 40€ bezahlt.

Sehr leckere Gerichte, große Auswahl. Scharfe und milde Gerichte zur Auswahl, mit Fleisch , Fisch, vegetarisch und vegan. Wir saßen mit einer größeren Gruppe an einem langen Tisch entlang der Wand. Der Service ist sehr höflich. Trotz Schließzeit wurden wir nicht sofort rauskomplementiert. Nur die Musik war nach einer Weile etwas nervig.

Schöne Location, und je nachdem wo man sitzt, kann man dem Koch beim Kochen zusehen. Die Speisen sind lecker, die Bedienung nett und schnell, aber ein Stern abzug für die Zeit, bis Essen auf dem Tisch stand "Gut Ding will Weile haben" 😀, und weil wir Nepalesisch Original vor Ort schon gegessen haben, waren die Momo‘s nicht hier überwältigend. Wir waren auf einer Durchreise und sollten wir wieder am Münster vorbeifahren, werden wir etwas mehr Zeit einplanen und kommen wieder. Schließlich war alles sehr lecker!

Das Essen war sehr frisch, sehr intensiv und lecker. Die Gewürze waren so gut mit einander im Einklang, dass es scharf war, und man doch die einzelnen Zutaten schmecken konnte. Es gab vier Schärfe Optionen, und obwohl ich es sehr scharf mag, muss ich sagen, dass die vierte Stufe zufrieden stellend war. Service war auch super: Entspannter, netter Kerl, der uns Wein ausgegossen hat und gefragt hat wie es schmeckt. Die Ambiente hat insgesamt einen fancy aber nicht zu fancy, sondern doch heimischen Vibe. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich so, als würde man sich richtig gönnen, aber man kann sich einfach entspannen. Der Fisch war so dermaßen frisch, dass ich überrascht bin, sowas in Münster zu essen. Es gibt hier für jeden etwas, ob man es sehr scharf und Salzig mag, oder einfach frisch, oder beides: Es ist toll

If you are looking for tasty (and spicy) Nepalese food in Münster, Nero Buddha am Verspoel is definitely the place to go. Settled on walking distance from Münster Hbf, they offer very tasty food for affordable prices. Food on picture is Khatto Piro with Pikantes Curry, onions, cspsicum, rice and chicken of the Yogi spicyness level. Really tasty and already quite spicy. Not much into very spicy food? Stick with their Touri spicyness level or choose one of the many dishes that is not spicy. You will not be disappointed. Atmosphere is really nice, reserving a spot is recommended. Place did feel a little understaffed when I visited. TIP: Into wine? They do also serve wine although its not on the menu. Just ask ;-)

Fancying a change from the usual German food, we thought this Nepalese restaurant looked interesting. Clean, smart and colourful layout, the waiter spoke good English - very useful to explain the menu! - and the food was very good, and freshly cooked. Good value too, at around €50 for a shared starter, 2 generous main course and several drinks (genuine Nepalese beer too!). Recommended.
