Very nice saunas. Unfortunately it was overcrowded at the weekend and I turned around twice in the parking lot because there was nothing left Update 2024: Unfortunately, it's particularly annoying when you pay a babysitter and can then leave without having a sauna, because there are almost 10 people waiting in the anteroom for someone to come out and someone to come back in.

Best spot for good food and the sauna area is unique in the Leipzig area. The great team leaves nothing to be desired *****!

We were able to spend a very nice evening here. The variety of saunas is wonderful. You can choose between a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna. There is also a wide selection of food and drinks in the restaurant. I had a fish dish. It tasted wonderful. If you like going to the sauna, this is a very pleasant address. A new relaxation room was built in the garden. Some things in the saunas also seem to have been renovated. A great atmosphere here.

This little sauna is simply wonderful. The infusions are really an event. I enjoyed every infusion. The swimming pond is also great. The outdoor area is beautifully designed. I'll definitely come back. 🥰

We celebrated our 145th birthday in the Meri Sauna restaurant with 40 guests. It was a very nice celebration. We would like to thank the entire team at the restaurant. We and all of our guests were very satisfied with the excellent hospitality, the extremely tasty food and the attentive, friendly service. Here you can spend a great day in the sauna. The food in the restaurant is particularly good. There is a good selection of saunas, a large garden with a natural swimming pond and also a diverse event program. There is a point deduction for the background noise, but there is still some room for improvement when it comes to the relaxation room.

Yesterday (Sunday) we were guests at the MERI Sauna for a cozy girls' sauna day and found it wonderful (again). You can lie outside very well. But we also liked the (new) beds inside. The infusions were just right hot and smelled more than pleasant. The sauna master in the afternoon in particular did a particularly nice job of waving and pouring water. Really great! The food is also great! We'd love to come back :)

We were invited to a golden wedding anniversary. The cold buffet was excellent. Every selection at the buffet was an experience. The house and the surrounding area are highly recommended and suitable for relaxation.

Cool, we haven't been there in years. Today it was very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately the checkout was not very good or very rude. We paid a lot of money for 2 hours (it was ok) totaling 100.50 euros for food and sauna. It's all ok. But the person at the checkout said after I paid with the Apple Watch with my DB account that he had to complain to me that it was a debit card and that contradicted the terms and conditions. He said that next time I would have to think more carefully about how I pay. Aha, I can't keep up with that and I don't accept such arrogance towards a customer. Where do we live? I pay him 100 euros and he gets upset that I pay wrong, that's not possible. I will also request a tax audit from the FA.

A few saunas and a steam room to choose from and all are very clean. Unfortunately the lighting and the general atmosphere is not very relaxing. Because the relaxation room is open to the sauna area, you can see everything from there.

As a sauna lover, the best decision for the Meri Sauna, I have been enjoying a relaxing sauna time and time again for 4 years, especially the infusions in the event sauna with musical interludes, the facility is very nice, it just fits perfectly, the cuisine is very good, the price is good! Very friendly team! gladly again ! Deserved 5 stars!

A real disappointment. After 3 years we went to the Meri Sauna and didn't have a nice sauna experience. With the current cold temperatures, it was incredibly cold in the entire complex and the showers also only ran cold from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lady at reception reacted to the tip very rudely with the comment “you’re not in on it”. It's a real shame when you're treated like that as a guest given the prices. What went really well was the infusion - the employee was great and saved the day. We will think carefully about coming here again.

What a great place to relax. We were guests on a Saturday and were also lucky enough to be able to explore the sauna in beautiful early summer weather conditions. So there was not only a sauna session, but also sunbathing on the many lawns. The area is very quiet, so you can really enjoy the breaks. Our own natural pond also invites you to cool off after sweating. There are a variety of saunas available, so there is something for every desire. The infusion was also professionally designed. The gastronomy is also at a very pleasant level. There are all the usual drinks and freshly cooked food from our own kitchen, so theoretically you can really spend the whole day there. One more note: So far you can only pay with cash or (real) EC cards. Credit or debit cards are not accepted. You should only plan this for your visit, but perhaps this will be adjusted soon as there is definitely demand from customers.

A sauna area that you couldn't imagine being more beautiful. + Very nice staff + lots of saunas + the infusion was a real experience (the “infusion person” has a real choreography of movements to music when he waves air at the guests with the towel) + The food in the restaurant is first class - no comparison to the Sachsentherme + The outdoor area is wonderful - a great pond with a pool to refresh yourself + Numerous loungers in the middle of nature - the birds are chirping and the area is lovingly furnished and planted The only small point of criticism I have is the men's toilet: - Here I would like to see motion detectors also installed above the men's toilet for sitting. If you're the only one sitting there and it takes you more than 2-3 minutes, then you'll sit on the toilet in the dark until you run out of the stall and trigger the motion detector. Otherwise: Absolute recommendation!

Today we had a small group in the restaurant with a menu for everyone with a starter, soup, main course (two to choose from) and dessert, all the dishes were so perfect that I am at a loss for words, I can only report that everyone was so thrilled Service was perfect, I can only give ten stars.

Was very nice. The facility was very well maintained and the staff were very attentive and competent. The food and drinks are good and there is something for everyone.

We were last there a year ago and again this Saturday. I was amazed at how relaxed and familiar the atmosphere was. The first infusion of Joshua was a real event. It was unbelievable how charming and focused he made us have a great time in the heat. Plus the mega salad at the bar and great conversations with the guests. Well-kept atmosphere, a perfect Saturday evening. Thanks and keep it up.

Nice sauna and outdoor area. The food is above average, the staff is very friendly. What I find negative is that some of the few loungers are reserved. Before the infusion you often have to sit in the sauna 10 minutes in advance to get a seat. In addition, the infusions are increasingly becoming a circus event. If a sauna employee waves the towel during the infusion ceremony and manages to move somewhat in time with the music without the towel falling off, there is constant cheering and applause. The air is often only moderately warm. You can't relax. A really hot infusion? Unfortunately none. But I expect that given the entrance price

Always an experience, even if some of the things we loved are no longer there or were defective.

We were here for the first time, great sauna, friendly staff, but unfortunately there was far too little space for a relaxation room. Loungers are permanently occupied, even if no one is using them. Sitting on a chair in the anteroom after the sauna and being constantly restless was not relaxing. For the price, something urgently needs to be improved.

I went there for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend. At first the entrance area is a bit intimidating because you think you're in the wrong place. The changing rooms are good, it's just not pleasant that the door is right where there are lockers, mirrors etc. when you're undressing and the door is opening and closing the whole time. I should change my opinion a bit. The outdoor saunas are clean. The infusions were very pleasant. Dennis in particular was awesome. Very good performance, if you can call it that 😅 My biggest criticism, however, is the so-called relaxation room. In a small space, lounger after lounger, all of which creak loudly when you lean on them or sit upright again. The room is open to the ground floor and connected by a staircase, so there is no peace and quiet. You can hear every conversation, the doors opening and closing. Either it is a 'noisy' relaxation room where you can have a normal conversation, in which case this must be clearly declared and practiced, or it is a space of calm, in which case you should ensure that this is the case in the rooms. There are signs above that you have deck chairs Shouldn't make a reservation, the team should look into that too, because the daybeds were blocked by the same people present and absent during the 6 hours we were there... The outdoor area with the chairs and the smoking area has more of a village pub charm. Overall, the look should be upgraded a bit... even if we are in Leipzig West. The saunas and the before and after treatment are really good and well maintained. The rest still has room for improvement I won't come back until summer when I can lie down on the grass or on a lounger in the countryside. Then everything might seem a little different

Our first visit here because we wanted to discover something new. We weren't disappointed. There was a pleasant atmosphere, the infusions were great and the whole facility was beautifully designed. We were there in winter, so the swimming lake was very cold, but in summer it must be really great. We'll test it. 😉 What should be highlighted is the food, really very tasty!

Great selection of 6 saunas, a cold pool and a well-kept swimming pond which is designed so that you don't swim in any plants, but the idyll is still perfect. In addition, there is super friendly staff, regular and varied infusions, super nice lying areas, reasonable prices and a peace and quiet that is second to none. Still the best sauna. Denis, best infusion. Great, we'll see each other very often.

On Friday we were guests at the “fish buffet”. All I can say is that the cuisine is absolutely top class. Starters very delicate and the main courses super tasty 😋. Finally a chef who dares to season things. Service is also fine. Always happy! Gabi Richter

We were in the Merisauna for the first time today. It is very well maintained and tidy. The massage was really great - high praise! The food was excellent. What we found a bit unfortunate was that we weren't told what the peeling that was included in our voucher was all about. We thought it was part of the massage - but apparently it was salt that you could have picked up at the counter before taking a sauna. Oh well. All in all it was a nice afternoon.

Es war ein schöner Nachmittag, es waren nur einfach zu viele Leute. Keine freien Liegen zum Entspannen. Restaurant bekommt 5 Sterne super Küche und nettes Personal

Die Meri-Sauna überzeugt mit einer Vielzahl verschiedener Saunen. Es gibt eine Eventsauna mit 90 bis 100 °C, eine Erdsauna sowie eine weitere Sauna mit 80°C im Außenbereich. Im Innenbereich befindet sich ein Dampfbad und eine weitere Sauna. Es gibt diverse Ruhebereiche im Inneren und weitere im Außenbereich. Neben dem landschaftlich fabelhaft gestalteten Außenbereich befindet sich in der Mitte ein Pool zum abkühlen nach der Sauna. Ebenfalls kann man etwas im Restaurant essen oder trinken oder den Abend am Feuer 🔥 im Außenbereich genießen. Absolut einen Besuch wert.

In Leipzig und Umgebung mit Abstand die beste Sauna! Vorallem der Saunagarten ist liebevoll angelegt und gefällt uns sehr. Die Küche ist auch spitze. Wir kommen immer wieder gern.

Die Saunen und die Aufgüsse sind sehr gut....angenehmes Publikum....allerdings wartet man im Restaurant bis zu einer Stunde auf einen Salat, obwohl es an diesem Tag eher mäßig besucht war...das passiert leider jedes Mal. Schade....obwohl das Essen sehr gut ist.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Saunaanlage, viel zur Auswahl und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Umkleidekabine hat für mich Hallenbad-vibes und ich muss sagen, dass es sehr unangenehm im Dampfbad gerochen hat, da kann man die Zeit kaum genießen. Ein weiterer Abzug für mich war, dass der Preis echt happig ist. Ich kam für die letzten 2h des Tages und habe noch 25,50€ bezahlt, das fand ich schon viel und wünschte mir da eher eine Anpassung.

Wir haben einen Gutschein geschenkt bekommen und haben den Feiertag für einen Saunabesuch genutzt. Die ganze Anlage macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Aber;( Im Haupthaus ist eher eine kühle Atmosphäre, hier ist bei der Einrichtung und Gestaltung noch Luft nach oben. Bei der Abrechnung wurde uns gesagt: Das im Gutschein ein Wellness Wasser enthalten war, was wir nicht angeboten bekommen haben und uns auch nicht gutgeschrieben wurde. Auch erst zur Abrechnung wurde uns gesagt das es an Feiertagen kein 4 Stunden Ticket gibt sondern nur das Tagesticket abgerechnet wird. Stammgäste wissen solche Sachen sicher, wir waren erstmals Gäste.

Сауна для меня это особое место! Я ждал церемонию с какой-нибудь интересной музыкой, цветовым шоу, релаксом! Вышел парень помохал полотенцем и на этом всё. Если вы ищете новых ощущений и кайфа от сауны, то здесь вам делать нечего. Самая обычная сауна, без изюминки.

Schöne Saunalandschaft, perfekt für einen Tag zum entspannen. Wir kommen regelmäßig her und waren immer zufrieden. Der neue Ruhebereich mit Ofen ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Das angrenzende Restaurant ist immer gut besucht und die Speisen sehr zu empfehlen.

Rundum eine tolle Sauna - um den Alltag zu vergessen. Ich bin ein großer Sauna-Enthusiast und aufgrund berufsbedingter Reisetätigkeit, bin ich landesweit schon in vielen Saunen gewesen. Die Meri-Sauna ist als Gesamtpaket in der Alltime top3. Die Umkleiden bieten genügend Platz, sind sauber und hygienisch. Einziger Haken ist m. E. die Toilette (bei den Herren gibt es nur eine). Im Innenbereich gibt es eine 90 ° Sauna, eine Bio-Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Die 90 ° Sauna wird häufig auch als Aufgusssauna genutzt. Sobald zu viele Besucher gekommen sind, wird auf die Eventsauna im Außenbereich für die Aufgüsse gewechselt. Im Außenbereich gibt es drei weitere Saunen. Eine Erdsauna mit Kamin, eine große, schön flächige Eventsauna und eine Sauna mit automatischen Aufguss. Alle Saunen sind liebevoll gestaltet und bieten ordentlich Platz. Der Außenbereich läd mit einem künstlichen Badeteich sowie viel liegeflächen und Ruheinsel zum verweilen ein. Im Innenbereich gibt es einen Liegesaal und einen Ruheraum im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Restaurant sowie einen kleinen Liegebereich. Alles wirkt noch neuwertig und sauber. Warum gebe ich hier 4,5 Sterne: +toller Außenbereich - viele Liegen, viel Grün +flächige Aufgusssauna - viel Platz aber keine Kathedrale (nicht zu hoch) +Kaminsauna mit echten Holz - kein Gas +sehr wertige Speisen und Getränke +tolle lange Aufgüsse (zu mindestens beim Chef) +Saunaknigge (!) in nahezu allen Saunen liest man, keine Laptops und Handys, keine Liegen reservieren, leider sind das häufig nur leere Floskeln - in der Meri-Sauna wird auf mal die Liege vom Dauercamper leergeräumt, sodass jeder mal die Möglichkeit hat sich hinzulegen (gerade auch wenn man später kommt) weiß man sowas sehr zu schätzen -Preisleistung - ist gemessen an der Saunaanzahl und dem Platz wirklich ok - auch die Speisen und Getränke haben ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich komme wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin.

Tolle Saunalandschaft mit einer großen Auswahl an Saunen. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Der große Garten lädt zum Abkühlspaziergang ein und hat sogar einen kleinen Schwimmteich. Hat man was vergessen kann man sich das für eine kleine Leihgebühr ausleihen. Alles läuft über die Spindnummer, dessen Schlüssel man am Anfang bekommt. Bezahlt wird beim Verlassen der Sauna. Das Restaurant hat eine hervorragende Küche. Da können sich ausnahmslos alle anderen Schwimmbäder etc. eine Scheibe davon abschneiden! Ebenfalls bezahlt man hier auch keine Schwimmbadpreise sondern ist im Schnitt noch unter den Preisen von Restaurants.

War mit meinem Mann am 11.11.23 zum Martinsgansessen.Das Menü war mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet und nicht nur sehr lecker sondern auch was fürs Auge.Ein großes Lob an den Koch bzw.die Köche. Die Bedienung war sehr kompetent , freundlich und nett anzuschauen. Gern besuchen wir Sie wieder einmal. Mit freundlichem.Gruß Axel und Marion Mutze-Kiessig

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Sauna in Makranstädt, nahe des Kulkwitzer Sees. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und der Gesundheit nur gutes tun. Das Ambiente in den Innenräumen lädt ein: im Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen, Ruheräume zum entspannen und Massagen für das Wohlbefinden. Es gibt tolle Saunen, wie die Kräuersauna, die Erdsauna oder die Ebentsauna - hier gibt es sogar spezielle Aufgüsse. Der Großteil an Saunen liegt unter freiem Himmel, ja sogar einen Schwimmteich gibt es. Wer einfach mal abschalten will, ist hier genau richtig. Der kleine Urlaub, um den Alltag zu entfliehen. Für mich gibt es bisher keine bessere Adresse für das Saunieren. Einfach Top 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ein wundervoller Ort um einen ganzen Tag zu verbringen. Die Saunen, das Ambiente sowie die Speisen und Getränke sind erstklassig. Immer wieder gerne! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv. :)
