Food is good, but if your employee has a shitty problem making a kebab with cheddar cheese, then he should either look for another job without customer contact or learn how to deal with customers instead of making fun of it with his colleague. That's not how you treat customers! The new employee is correct and can deal with customers, but not the one who has been working with you for a long time. And it doesn't say anywhere that the Don Carlos kebab with veal costs an extra euro. The colleague also said I could have mayo or ketchup on the Don Carlos. Boy, what do I want with mayo or ketchup. It's really bad that such people have customer contact. Otherwise I always liked your kebab.

I saw the trend on social media and then tried the large beef kebab because I was impressed by the reviews from many users. However, the kebab was sobering on site. I was absolutely disappointed with the preparation of the bread. It's completely understandable when there are a lot of customers that things have to be done quickly, but I would still have expected more of the handiness. You can see it in the picture. The mix in the bread was exactly the same as the preparation itself. The salad is fresh and good. The meat was OK.

It's ordinary, simple, and it's as if the people there are giving money for their father's benefit, not your money.

Döner is of good quality, the only thing missing is that if you want to eat there, there is no table, there is only a small place on the side where you can eat while standing.

Title: Disappointing experience at Master Döner I expected more from Meister Döner in Herne, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The service was unfriendly and seemed totally disinterested. I waited forever for my order to be taken and when the food finally came it was anything but fresh. The kebab was dry and tasteless, the sauces were watery and had hardly any flavor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store was questionable - tables and floors appeared not to have been cleaned in days. I really can't recommend this store. There are so many better options for a good kebab in Herne. I definitely won't be coming back!

I have to say this time I'm disappointed, I just got two Dürüm and a kebab and arrived home looking forward to the meal. Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed that all the orders were cold and there was more salad than meat. I hope to get a warm meal again next time. Otherwise we like to eat there.

Service has gotten worse, fries have gotten worse, especially Dogan (employee), thinks he's Bill Gates of the kebab 😂 and invented it, is also extremely cheeky when he does something wrong and really doesn't know how to talk to customers, feels attacked with every sentence. Unfortunately, the sauces and the salad have also become worse, which is a real shame!

Meister Döner at Roonstrasse 2 used to be the first address for kebab in Herne - always a real treat. But recently the business has unfortunately gone down a lot. On my last visit, the popular sambal sauce was completely bland, the beef was tasteless and had a rubbery consistency. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I also had stomach problems with severe diarrhea afterwards. Really disappointing! If it hadn't been for the stomach problems I would have said kebab would be standard 2.5-3/5 stars. I had to tell the employee three times which meat I wanted the kebab with... really annoying.

A really good kebab shop in Herne. Very well located. On the opposite side are the kitchen studio 360*, promotions and KIK as well as boxes for car washing and grocery stores. The service is good, the kebab is very tasty. It's full on a Sunday, but because there are so many employees on site, things went quickly and the waiting time was 5-10 minutes. Top 👍

Overpriced, overwhelmed and totally unfriendly staff. And unfortunately not only when there is really a lot going on. Everything is charged separately, even though there are 3 sauces included on the counter, apart from the fact that they are just felt blobs anyway. Really full. 8 euros for a chicken kebab to take away. I almost burst, I'm so full. Unfortunately I taste almost nothing, so I can't rate the food properly. It was definitely plenty! The money was put into a machine and change came out. Very hygienic.

I will go back to try the vegan option with falafel, as well as 5stars kebab but with the other version of bread (for Italian speakers: piatto, piadina, panino. Fanno tutte le versioni). Also, portions are very big and it’s quite cheap.

It was one of my favorite kebab shops for a long time, but now I don't like it anymore, which is a shame. The meat felt raw to me. The bread was way too soft and the sauces weren't either. I waited 2 minutes for my kebab, which isn't bad at first, but then I still want a kebab that's done. Simply let the customers wait a few minutes instead of rushing everyone through as quickly as possible. It's a shame maybe again at some point

Leider ist der kleine Döner für 8,20€ zu teuer!!!!!! Der laden ist sehr klein 2-3qm ohne eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Der Döner schmeckt gut. Aber für 8,20€ erwartet man was größeres, was besser schmeckt und einen besseren Laden. Der Laden ist quasi mitten im Gewerbe Gebiet ohne eine einzige Parkmöglichkeit!!!

Menüde bestellt ! Definitiv zu viel für mich umd auch Preis übertrieben hoch. Döner hätte völlig gereicht im Nachhinein. 12,70 mein Menü. Der Döner den ich hatte war Hack einfach ein Traum sieht klein aus aber man wird echt satt. 1 mal das ich pommes entsorgen musste weil ich voll war nach dem Döner. Keine Frage der Laden läuft sehr gut und sehr gut besucht ! Nicht wundern wenn ihr vor der offenen Tür warten müsst. Lasst euch den Döner nicht entgehen unbedingt ausprobieren Freunde....

Moin meine Kebaps. Der Döner hier ist akzeptabel, also schon Top 3 in Herne. Die Saucen/Fleisch Anordnung stößt mir negativ auf. Erst kommt hier das Fleisch, dann der Salat und dann ein Kleks Sauce, dementsprechend sind die letzten Bisse bei "kein Scharf" sehr trocken. Brot fand ich stabil.

Bombastisches Essen. Alles sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Fünf Sterne dafür!

Das Essen ist Lecker, aber von allem viel zu wenig für das Geld. Und die Preise wurden schon wieder erhöht.
