Mein Burger in Iserlohn

We ordered two pizzas today and we definitely won't be ordering from here again. The pizzas were lukewarm, barely seasoned, with dough that tasted like chlorine and soapy-tasting arugula that cost an extra three euros. When we called to inquire, there was no apology or anything of the sort. Therefore, from our side – Pizzeria Romantica, no thanks!

I ordered food there, as I often do. Lately, it's happened more often that the bill was incorrectly calculated to my disadvantage. Today was no different. During a conversation, I was told that the spaghetti had gone up by one euro. That could be true. When I pointed out that he should give the drivers an updated price list in case of price changes, I was told that it would be available in a few days. So far, so good. Now I'm looking online, and there are no higher prices there either. So I'm curious to see if there will be a new list. Until then, orders every two days will simply become zero orders. It's a shame, the food is actually good, but other pizzerias are also happy with their profits. And beware of the ferret driver. Don't give him the money until you've checked the bill. He'll just pocket it and say he's leaving. Prices seem to be set freely these days, depending on who's sitting there.

The food itself is really good and highly recommended for its taste – that's not the problem. Unfortunately, this positive impression is almost always completely ruined by the delivery service. We've ordered several times now and often had to wait over two hours. When the food finally arrives, it's cold. Furthermore, parts of the order have been simply forgotten on several occasions. There's no apology for this on the phone – instead, only excuses, as if it were completely normal. Customer friendliness looks different. The app is also absolutely useless: The stated delivery times are never accurate; it often shows an hour earlier or later than the food actually arrives. Sometimes it even says "Delivered" even though nothing had arrived yet. This is extremely frustrating for the customer because they have no realistic planning and are simply left in the dark. It's a shame, because the kitchen is actually capable of a lot – but the poor service and completely unreliable delivery ultimately spoil the experience. We won't order from here again.

I've been waiting for my order for over two hours. After calling to inquire about the delivery date, I was simply told that the driver was leaving now. There was no apology, compensation, or other kind of accommodation. Furthermore, the person on the phone was unfriendly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for me, and I won't be ordering from there again in the future.

Very fresh and delicious food. Reasonable prices! Friendly service. Great atmosphere.

The pizza was very salty and the dough was unfortunately very burnt

The antipasti were fantastic. Linguine with fillet tips in a porcini mushroom sauce was plentiful and very tasty. The fillet was very dry and chewy for two guests, but that was probably due to the fact that 14 different dishes had to be ready at the same time, and they were. Kudos to the kitchen for that.

The pizza is bland, as if it had been pre-frozen and then warmed up in the oven.

Truly disappointing! I ordered online, paid online – including a tip – and yet the pizza delivery guy still stands at the door and tells me that he doesn't see any of the tip because it all goes directly to the boss. He then waits until I give him another bit of cash. Absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional. I ordered from here 10 years ago – back then, the quality was rather mediocre. I hoped something had improved in the meantime, but alas: nothing. The taste was below average, the pizza was bland and poorly prepared. This was definitely my last order.

Pizza and gnocchi very good! Great porcini mushroom sauce! Nice, attentive service. Children are also taken seriously and benevolently. We will be happy to come back!

But eating too much salt is okay. Unfortunately they don't accept change😂

The pizza tastes average. It feels like it's made from a ready-made base—bought and simply warmed up in the oven. The service is mediocre.

Every now and then we spontaneously come for a pizza 🍕 which is very tasty here and wishes are also fulfilled... the prices are the same as in other pizzarias so they are not overpriced. The pasta is always good and the service is always courteous

Yesterday we had another lovely evening with delicious food at the Pizzeria Romantika. Pizza and pasta were delicious as usual.

Today we ordered pizza, schnitzel, broccoli al forno and pizza rolls to take away. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the waiting time was also super short at around 15 minutes. The food tasted really good. The pizza had plenty of toppings and was totally juicy. Simply delicious. Always my pleasure.

Nice, modern atmosphere. Service was attentive and friendly. Hope it wasn't because there wasn't much going on. The salad was super fresh. Hence two stars. The balsamic dressing was homeopathic. The pizza was a disaster. Everything that defines pizza is wrong in terms of craftsmanship. Dough floppy baked at too low a temperature. Beer mat-sized slices of salami from the discount store have no place there. Topping otherwise buried under masses of bad cheese (gratin cheese?). Bad and barely edible That was the second time I went like that, I won't be eating there again In general, I would recommend leaving it alone with the pizza. Maybe there is something else the kitchen can do.

We've been eating here for 30 years. Definitely the best pizzeria in Iserlohn. Always friendly service. Very nice atmosphere.

Came quicker than expected. (Instead of 90 minutes only 60 minutes). You can make pizza rolls and they are good. The pizzas were completely over salted. The salami was some cheap salmi from a discount store. Diavolo was everything but not spicy. There was no garlic on the Gamberetti either. I do not know. You have to know.

How can you deliver something like that? Disgusting

Order by phone. A small salami. Little cheese and nice and crispy please. On the phone, no problem. When I picked it up it was a mud pizza that was so greasy in the middle that you could still fry fries 🍟 and not cook them through. After the last dry spagetti Bolognese, that was it for you. Thanks but work on your kitchen or listen better when you order. 7 euros again for the ton.

We had a really nice evening there, despite not having booked a table in advance, we spontaneously got a table with nine people, ate deliciously and were served very friendly. Gladly again!!!

A very good pizzeria, one can only recommend it

Everything was fine, service was very nice and helpful. We had a salad with pizza rolls as a starter and then a 🍕. The pizza was very good and tasty. The base is well baked and the edge is nice and crispy, that's how it should be👍 We also found it very nice that the chef adds a little salt to the dough before he puts the pizza in the oven. This is very rare to find, but I love it 😉. Only the yogurt dressing wasn't good, so you should find another choice. We won't be there for the last time.

Super tasty, reliable delivery service!

We ordered for the fourth time this week. Everything was great as always, we are originally from Iserlohn. But today we received the wrong order. I called, really nice, asked if we could pick up the good one later for half price. The guy on the phone didn't even talk to me until the end, immediately went into attack mode, "I wasn't there, my husband ordered, didn't say a number, blah blah" I said that I was next to him and I knew exactly what he said has, 72 as always for 9 years... :) But he continued to talk to me incredibly disgustingly so I wished him a nice day. It's a shame that he didn't let me finish a sentence... The food is good as always but this way of doing things doesn't go well with the customers...

We've always eaten pizza or pasta - really tasty 😋 The burgers are also supposed to be very good! The staff is super friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food. Highly Recommended!

The pizza (Diavolo) was not spicy, rather sweet due to the peppers. Overall the taste was very bland, but the size of the normal pizza was good. The cannelloni gratinated had very little cheese, the minced meat was not that tasty. Overall there was a lack of spices. The ambience and service are good. In summary it is not worth a repeat visit for us.

The place looks good and tidy, you feel comfortable, there is good lighting and nice decoration. The staff is also friendly and professional. The food looks good and tastes good too. If you only order a dish with a drink

Essen sehr lecker aber wo bleiben meine Getränke und Gutscheine ?🤨

Pizza und Burger sehr lecker. Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir das nächste mal in Iserlohn sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Pizza ist einfach super lecker, schon seit Jahren unschlagbar. Besonders die Vegetaria ist mega! Service immer schnell und nett! Außerdem ist es weit und breit die schönste Pizzeria mit einem sehr gemütlichem und trotzdem modernem Ambiente! Immer wieder gerne!

Das Essen dort ist richtig gut, kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen

Beste pizza in der Stadt, aber leider übertrieben teuer. Dann noch 1,50€ Lieferkosten obwohl man lange über mindestbestellwert ist. Einfach zuviel. Wartezeiten bei uns waren bisher immer in Ordnung.

Sehr gut, wie immer !! Gehe schon Jahrzehnte hin .. leider ist meine Bolognesepizza von der Karte gehoppst.. Sonderwünsche werden sofort umgesetzt..:-)

Nettes Personal, leckere Pizza. Schönes Ambiente

Wir waren heute mit 7 Mann im Local essen. Das Essen war frisch und lecker. 5 mal Pizza, ein mal Antimastiplatte, ein mal Burger. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service war höflich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen.

Normalerweise ist das eine super pizzaria, aber der lieferservice ist schlecht. Von angegebenen 45 min kamm die Pizza erst in 90 min an und noch dazu kalt ( das kann ja mal passieren aber nicht wiederholt ).

Ich weiß nicht was Romantica geändert hat. Die Pizza war mal lecker, mittlerweile zudünn also schwabbelig, dann nicht mehr so lecker wie früher so unbeschreiblich. Ach alles im kurzen gesagt, ist die Pizza nicht mehr das was es mal war

Vorab: Essen war sehr lecker, dafür gäbe es 4-5 Sterne, aber der Service bzw die Servicekräfte haben nur einen Stern verdient! Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, die weibliche Servicekraft drückt ihre Genervtheit mit Augenrollen und Kopfschütteln aus, wenn sie vom Tisch wegläuft. Kinder sind keine sehr willkommenen Gäste, es gibt keine Kinderportionen und auch Teller für die Kleinen mussten wir extra erfragen. Die Servicekraft hat nicht ein Mal gelächelt. Lediglich der Herr hinter dem Ausschank hat uns 2 Mal freundlich gefragt, ob alles OK wäre. Trotz des guten Essens werd ich hier nicht mehr hingehen.

Super Pizza... unsere Favoriten sind Margarita und Tono. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls in einem attraktiven Ambiente, und die Bedienung ist freundlich.
