We were strolling through town today and stumbled into Hattis because of the delicious smell. A friendly welcome and a seat. Our dog was given water and treats. We ordered a huge starter plate that was like an oriental journey... AMAZING. The main courses were also delicious. But... a sixth star for the "human touch." As we were paying, three children were standing in the entrance. The boss asked if the three were hungry, to which they replied "yes." When asked what they would get for €10, the boss said: "You know what? Come in and eat your fill; €10 is more than enough for me." A moment of goosebumps for this. If you're in Celle, definitely stop by Hattis. We'll be back, I promise.

The food is edible, nothing special. But the service is terrible!!! I've been there a few times before with friends. The boss even greeted us with a handshake, which is also quite daring for a man to shake hands with a strange woman. Maybe according to Western rules, it's okay. But there are other cultures where it's not okay at all. But that's not the worst part. When I was there alone, I stood there for almost 10 minutes without any of the several employees greeting me. Even though I made eye contact with almost everyone. The boss, who couldn't keep his hands off us the previous times, couldn't even offer a verbal greeting this time. Anyway, I had to approach an employee myself and said I've been standing there for so long and no one greeted me. He still didn't greet me and just took my order. In the end, the manager took the cash, and at the cash register, he actually said, "You important people come first." He said it as a joke, but after everything that had happened before, it probably wasn't a joke! In any case, I'm never coming back. I definitely don't want to put myself through that again! And besides, the food isn't worth it either.

The staff is super friendly. Although it took a bit longer to arrive, they even made up for it by giving us a free starter and dessert – really attentive and customer-focused. I ordered 2 dürüm and then I got 2 döner. I asked politely if it could be made again and then I got "I made it nicely but what should I do" so it was really bad, I'd rather go to Sido's vegetable döner, much better.

Right on the street promenade in Celle, not far from C&A, you'll find Hatti's Restaurant. It's very inviting from the outside. The waitress who served us knew what she was doing. She welcomed us warmly and served us right away. After we'd chosen our meal, she was back. The food was truly delicious 😋. I can definitely recommend it. We were able to chat briefly with the owner, who was trying to get everything looking its best, including the outside. We felt really comfortable. Thank you very much, and see you next time ^_^

The vegan doner kebab with falafel, hummus, and garlic sauce tastes simply incredible here; truly one of the best doner kebabs ever, and the portions are also very generous. All this for €6.90 for a regular doner kebab—what more could you want?

This is the worst experience in food delivery. They completely ignored my order after 1 hour of wait. After calling multiple times, they said that they will deliver in 30 minutes if possible. So disappointing with the service. Last time I ever order from this place. One thing is making a mistake but another thing to be arrogant about it. I would give 0/5 for such a place which is in business of serving food and completely ignores the customer order.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, even in their interactions with one another. Our Spanish- and English-speaking companions were also greeted very warmly. The selection of dishes on offer is extensive, with something for every taste. We quickly found several dishes to share between the four of us. The attentive staff cheerfully provided additional plates and cutlery. We also felt very welcome and perfectly looked after in every respect. The food was, without exception, very tasty, of the highest quality, and perfectly prepared and served. The drinks on offer – we stuck to a variety of beers this time – also completely satisfied us. After a cheerful and enjoyable dinner, we left Hatti's Restaurant very satisfied and would therefore highly recommend it!
