The price-performance ratio was really good. The food was good, the portions were decent, and the service was friendly.

Top service, beautiful location, but the steak was absolute garbage. The color was perfect, but the meat quality was the worst I've seen in a long time. €50 for a filet that was dry and tasted like a shoe sole! They should really consider switching suppliers because it would be a shame to have such a nice restaurant and then have such poor quality. Every other meal I had was great, but the steak was really bad.

The burger was great, and everyone else was happy with their food too, but the salad bar was awful. The salad wasn't very fresh and the selection wasn't very impressive.

I celebrated my birthday at Meaters and was absolutely thrilled! The ambiance is super cozy; even though there's a tennis court right next door, it's stylishly concealed with curtains, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. We received a warm welcome, and the food was simply perfect. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. I did miss the truffle mayo a bit (for me, it's the perfect combination with fries 😉), but the regular mayo was also great. Since I wanted to treat myself to a round or two for my birthday, I paid for them straight away. It was easy and the service was friendly. The service was consistently attentive and they regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. I was truly very satisfied. It was a great birthday, and I will definitely be back. Many thanks to the whole team!

Great restaurant with really delicious food.

The starter was okay, the main course was awful. The ham hock came out wobbly, and after two attempts, it was completely black and burnt. The steaks were ordered medium, but came almost raw. Someone here absolutely doesn't know their stuff. As compensation, I was offered a cup of coffee. We'll never be back.

We were overall satisfied at Meaters. The tapas portions are surprisingly large for the price; you really get a lot here. Unfortunately, my steak was a bit overcooked, but that didn't spoil the overall positive impression. I would particularly like to highlight the service: the staff was very attentive and friendly. The younger blonde employee emphasized several times that we could contact them at any time if something wasn't right – this creates a very pleasant feeling as a guest. All in all, a pleasant visit with good value for money, where the service was particularly impressive.

The meat was fine, and the chef was very nice—he even came to the table himself to ask if everything was okay. Most of the service staff were also friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was one major disappointment: A waitress named Petra was extremely unfriendly and rude. She responded loudly and inappropriately to a simple question about how long the food would take. This was very unpleasant for us and overshadowed the entire visit. It's a shame—we won't be coming back because of this experience.

This was our first time at Meaters and we were completely satisfied. You could choose your own portion sizes (unfortunately, we overestimated ourselves a bit 😅). So, it's also a good restaurant for people who don't get full easily from "normal" portions. The sauces, aioli, bread, and even the schnitzel were absolutely delicious. 5 stars absolutely deserved.

The selection is more diverse than the very well-known competitor from Bedburg, but the competitor's steaks taste better and are also cheaper. The salad bar is always fresh and well organized. Dressings could have a little more kick, or another one could be offered. The waiters are very attentive and regularly ask if you need anything else. However, what is difficult in my opinion is the tipping policy. On the card terminal you can choose from shifting presets in % of the total value. I find that very unpleasant, I prefer to give the tip in cash to the waiter who served me personally. What happens to the tip afterwards is up to the waiter and is not subject to the operator's discretion.

A nice selection of meat, which you can roast to your own taste on the hot stone at your place. A well-thought-out starter salad, because all you get is an empty plate along with greetings from the kitchen. With this plate you can then go to the salad buffet and create your own starter salad exactly the way you like it. Mega! The service ladies provide impeccable service. Requests will be addressed at any time. A level of professionalism that the trainers could have learned from during my training in the 4-star hotel! That's exactly how service works! While I was eating my steak, I booked a table for one of the upcoming events. I think that says a lot! Absolutely fair price! Not cheap, but worth every cent. And you don't get quality for an apple and an egg! The ambience absolutely invites you to linger! There is a spacious terrace, a winter garden and the normal restaurant. You can find the right table for every weather. You can always see small Spanish accents in the decoration. Simply comfortable! Thanks to the team for the good food!

We went here for lunch and it was delicious. The service was excellent. The only small note: There is still some room for improvement when arranging the food on the plates or platters. A little 'green' or a mini salad decoration immediately makes the plate more attractive. But that's just a nice suggestion. The food was really very good and we also really liked the fact that there was music playing in the background. We'll be back.

Oct 14th 2024 • The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was not sufficiently heated and was therefore uncomfortable. Maybe it was because we were the only guests in the restaurant. The salad bar was OK... nothing more!! We each ordered a sirloin steak weighing 320 grams. In our opinion, the appearance of the steaks did not correspond to that of a sirloin steak; they were cut very thinly. After the first few bites we noticed that the meat was very tough, dry and unpleasant in the mouth. When the waiter asked if everything was OK, we said no and explained to him why. He offered us a coffee or Ramazotti as compensation. Unfortunately this couldn't justify the €70 for our meal. Once and not again!!!

Yesterday, October 7, 2024, I ate at Meaters Restaurant for the second time. We had dinner with two friends for the first time last time. We really liked that. We live in the Netherlands, so the drive is quite long. The last time we were at Phantasialand it was a wonderful return. Yesterday we had a lovely time in Cologne. Afterwards we had a lovely meal in this very good restaurant. We highly recommend this. Not just because of the delicious food. But the staff is so nice too. The first time we were here. Friends of ours had eaten 500 grams of schnitzel, his girlfriend had 200 grams of schnitzel and my partner had 300 grams, I had a rump steak, how delicious it was!!! Fully stuffed, we drove home every two and a half hours. If you come here you will definitely come with it return with a very full stomach. Which is also a nice addition, you can buy such beautiful things there. All beautiful things for the kitchen and of good quality. But also delicious wine, as we saw there. Although very busy, the service staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. For us one of the best restaurants far and wide!

We ate at Meaters today with our 14-day-old baby and were pampered not only culinary wise! In order to be able to enjoy the main course in peace, the boss even personally looked after our offspring and simply took him in his arms! Less than 5 minutes later the little one was asleep and we were able to spend the rest of the evening in almost peace! Thank you very much again Christopher! We would love to come back 😄

A restaurant inconspicuously located next to the tennis hall in Bedburg. A bit unfortunate. On our first visit we literally had to search. The reception is always super friendly and everyone goes out of their way to look after their guests. There is a small, lovingly designed outdoor area. But the interior is also impressive. Great card with something for everyone. Starting with various tapas, through burgers and schnitzels to really good steaks. In addition to the main menu, there is also always a seasonal menu. We haven't been disappointed here so far and are happy to come back again and again :)
