We were here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. The meat is high-quality and super tender. 10/10 If you're craving dessert, be sure to try the homemade vanilla pudding...it sounds unspectacular at first, but it's worth it!! 😍

We're always happy to come back. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. No matter how busy it is, you don't have to wait long for your food. We don't often have time to eat there with our child, but even when we pick up, everything is always great. We love eating there.

We've been to your place several times, but yesterday the service was just like the food. A 10!!!!!! The lady served us brilliantly, friendly and quick. Otherwise, the service was rather mediocre, intentional but not skilled. But the food always made up for it. Last night was fantastic!!!!

The table for two people was reserved three weeks ago. However, when we arrived, there was no table available. We were given a table for six in the back room. The service was very unprofessional; the cutlery and napkin were simply handed to us. After ordering drinks and food, the salad arrived 30 minutes later, and the food another 30 minutes later. In the meantime, we were left high and dry. Upon request, we were able to order more drinks. The steaks weren't that special for the price either. No one even asked beforehand how they should be cooked. In conclusion: The golden days of the ICI are over; even a nice ambiance is no use if you don't offer decent service.

This was our first time at ICI and certainly won't be the last. From the outside, the steakhouse is completely unassuming and unrecognizable. We sat outside. It was a very nice evening. The food was excellent. We also took a look at the interior later. It was absolutely beautiful and highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

The website says phone reservations are required. But why is no one answering? I've been trying for three days at different times, but either no one answers or the phone line is constantly busy. I tried to reserve a table over the phone. Unfortunately, the gentleman on the phone mumbled heavily, so I had to repeat what he said to make sure I understood him correctly. I then received a completely inappropriate and rude comment. I then reserved a table elsewhere. This kind of behavior over the phone is very disappointing.

The quality of the meat, salad, side dishes, and dessert is indescribable. I always eat the beef fillet...divine, it's delicious to die for. The staff are always very friendly, accommodating, and quick; they really go all out, they do whatever they can. The grill master, the heart of the place, doesn't let anything burn, only when requested. We always order our meat medium plus and it's always perfect. It couldn't be better. I've never eaten meat prepared so well, the sauces are perfectly balanced, everything here is just right, and I think it has been for 40 or 50 years. The ICI is the BEST steakhouse there is; nothing else comes close, neither before nor behind, and certainly not in Königswinter. Thank you for everything. My dear Anna and I would like to say thank you for the delicious food and the lovely atmosphere that we are able to enjoy regularly, and we believe that what you expect as a guest here is not to be taken for granted. Very tasty food and when the beer garden is open it's even better. If it is full, there may be some waiting times.

You don't get a response to your reservation via email, and rarely does anyone answer the phone. If you're the first one to arrive to get a table, you'll be turned away because it's full. Unfortunately, no one can really speak of hospitality here. Maybe they should limit the number to 80% so they can at least reserve three or four tables. That's what hospitality means.

There's only one high-end option for this. It simply doesn't get any better!

18! unsuccessful calls to request a reservation. Either it's permanently busy or it rings until the band announces 'No one is available!' Nobody responds to my email request either. Well, then not. You let a 4 person reservation slip through your fingers. Oh yes, before I forget... that would have been a test dinner with my witnesses... For a celebration with around 20 people... well, that's a shame too. 💸💸💸

The food is absolutely top. Great quality of meat. Perfect cooking level, according to individual wishes. Without a reservation there is almost no chance of getting a place, so a spontaneous visit is unfortunately difficult.

We went there for the first time with good friends on their recommendation and were thrilled. Great look - the large charcoal grill - top meat quality and many varieties - delicious salad (dressing exceptional and good) especially the unknown pea salad was something new. All in all: we will definitely come back!

A few weeks ago we were there with 20 members of our team to eat. All you can say is that everything is first quality, from the service to the food. Nice service, the food came to the table for everyone without delay, a masterpiece by the kitchen team! The grill master comes from another planet - all steaks, whether medium, English or... all to the point. And above all: "It was super delicious!" We'll be back :-)

We went to the restaurant today and are more than disappointed. We had reserved a table with four people and waited 15 minutes until someone showed us to the table, after the waitress told us off three times that she would come immediately. In addition, a group that was behind us was preferred because there were eight people there. The service with the drinks was there very quickly, and we also ordered the food very quickly. After an hour the waiter came and told us it would take a while because it was very busy. No problem we thought, after about 10 minutes a table that came after us got their food, including four people! We then told the waiter we were leaving now, his reply was: It's fine and he walked away. We got up, then the waiter came back and noticed we were actually leaving. His words were: Are you serious? How impudent and ridiculous we are, the food would be ready now. I said we had been waiting for 1.5 hours and a table after us got the food first, it wasn't his fault. No understanding shown, no accommodation. Just how impudent we are, which he emphasized several times. The next sentence said who would now pay for the drinks. We paid them and went out immediately. We drove 30 minutes from Aldenhoven to pick up such an impudence and disappointment.

We made reservations three weeks in advance and after 25 minutes we still hadn't been to our table. A lot of customers were waiting for their seats. EVERYONE said they had reserved in advance. Mistakes happen so we waited patiently. But then we were all spoken to by a small, dark-haired waitress in a tone that was anything but appropriate so that everyone could say he had made a reservation. Customers left in advance because they were there longer. There was no list of reservations. This unfriendly manner from the waitress finally made us leave the shop after 28 minutes of waiting to get to the table. We've been going there regularly for several years and nothing like this has ever happened to us before! More than rude and disrespectful! We don't want to go there anymore.

Whenever we go out for steak, we only go here. The food is down-to-earth and always perfect. I'm of the opinion that good service can make a not-so-good meal better, but fortunately not the other way around. Unfortunately, the service is often poor. You have to wait a long time for your order to be taken, and we were often not asked once if we wanted something to drink, even if our glasses were empty. Not a big deal; we have mouths and can draw attention to ourselves. Nevertheless, this could make the guest's evening more pleasant and work a little more economically. But since the quality of the food is simply fantastic and always consistently good, it's only fair to give it 5 stars. Despite the not-so-good service, we always come back when we fancy a steak.

For me one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. I think the conversion in the back rooms was very successful. The service is always great and what is most important to me is that the quality is always consistently high. I can highly recommend 400g fillet. The branding on the meat is always very good and as you can see in the photo the juice still comes out of the meat on the plate.

Dort gibt es die besten Steaks im ganzen Umkreis. Man betritt das Steakhaus und man fühlt wohl. Sehr nette, kompetente Bedieung. Neben den super Steaks gibt es als Tipp noch einen tollen Erbsen Salat. Einziger Nachteil: man fährt an dem Steakhaus glatt vorbei. Denn es liegt recht unscheinbar in einer Häuserfront.

Unfortunately, you can never reach anyone on the phone to reserve a seat. Even though it is EXPRESSLY stated on the website to reserve. Reservations are not offered online. It can now happen that we have been turned away by 6 people more often than not. That means 80km by car every time for free. This is beyond sad.

1. I called there for days to reserve a table. Nobody ever answered! Not excessive at least 30 calls on different days at different times within opening hours. Someone finally answered the phone. For Friday you can now only get a table for six people from 9:30 p.m. When I politely and friendly mentioned that we had been trying to reach someone for days, I was told in a cheeky tone that that's how it is when you're working, you can't always answer. I found the lady really very arrogant and disrespectful! Even though, as I said, I was polite and friendly! 2. When we were eating there on my friend's birthday, I asked the waitress if you had anything for "birthday children". The answer was that they used to have that, but not anymore, as the staff often stole these birthday things!!! (Whatever that may have been.) 3. On our first visit we had difficulty finding the restaurant because there was no advertising (or name of the restaurant) on the outside. When we mentioned this (of course in a friendly and polite manner), we were told, quote: "We don't need that!". What does that mean to us guests? That they don't give a damn about us, as long as we leave the money there? Although I was happy to come, I unfortunately have to say that the barrel is full! WE don't need that!

So I made a reservation at 8:00 p.m. We stood at the entrance until 8:45 p.m. We then ordered at 9 p.m. In the entire hour beforehand we were not informed how long we would have to wait for our reserved table. We weren't asked if we wanted to drink something at the bar. The service at the table was friendly and overall did a reasonable job for the price. To be honest, I didn't find the atmosphere particularly special. Overall it's too dark, but by far the worst thing I found was that it was terribly cold. We had to put on jackets, which completely ruined the atmosphere and didn't allow for a relaxed evening. About the food: Yes, the steaks are very good, both in terms of quality and preparation. However, I have to say that that's it. The steak is the focus, the rest is standard. There were salads as side dishes, which were ok. Otherwise you can order fried potatoes, fries, croquettes etc. But there's absolutely nothing special about them. You also have to ask for pepper and salt separately. I couldn't find Fleur de Sel. In my opinion, the 3 steak sauces served in ice cream ball form overpower the taste. The meat is still worth the price, but for a restaurant this hyped, I would expect that the decorative trimmings would also have to get an honorable mention in the reviews. Unfortunately can't find it. The drinks menu is also standard and offers absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. So overall I can only understand the good reviews in terms of the very good steak quality. But since everything else doesn't suit me, I won't be returning here again. I think there are much better and, above all, more cozy restaurants in the area where you get your reserved table upon arrival and which offer more imaginative drinks and side dishes. So to be fair, an extra star for the steaks. But for 160 euros there has to be a little more.

We enjoy eating here regularly. There isn't a better steak restaurant in the area. The food is really excellent, probably a bit higher priced. Reservations should be made well in advance, especially with more than 2 people. The ambience is really great. We always look forward to it.

The ICI Steakhouse in Bedburg is an absolute highlight! I've never had such good steaks - perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly and professional. The desserts and the selected salads were also a delight - fresh, creative and prepared with attention to detail. An all-round perfect experience! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Had dinner there at the beginning of January 2025. Parking lots very muddy. Better not with pumps. Had a reservation straight away for 7 p.m. I would like opening hours from 6 p.m. We had to queue, but were then greeted nicely inside and given a table. Reservations are mandatory! The restaurant was full to the last chair that Friday. The restaurant was expanded to include the formerly adjacent discotheque, which is now part of the restaurant and has been converted into a beautiful part of the restaurant through the renovation. We will make a reservation there next time! Now about the food: of course we ordered beef steak. Great quality and taste, but not exactly cheap either. There were also fries and salad (a side dish was included in the price) and hollandaise sauce. We were more than full and very satisfied. Pea salad is a must here!!!! Super delicious!! The ambience with the individual decorative highlights fits perfectly with a steakhouse. The large charcoal grill also increases the anticipation of the meal. The service and friendliness of the staff was great, especially from Sahra, who took great care of us. The steak was perfect, as was the salad (peas and cabbage). The steak sauces have always been a delight. We were very satisfied overall. In summary: A top steak restaurant that ticks all the boxes for a successful restaurant visit. Sure, the price is a little higher, but for us (and apparently many others) the visit to the ICI is worth it. Full 5 star recommendation 😀
