A real insider tip. It used to be a disco, but you can hardly imagine that anymore. The atmosphere is super beautiful and stylish, rustic and so cozy. Furnished with great attention to detail. We sat inside, but the view of the terrace alone is also very promising. Food was super good. Here, top quality meat is perfectly processed on the grill to create a real culinary delight. There is also a large selection of great steak accompaniments. Everything was super delicious. And the service is very friendly, courteous and fast. We are there more often because everything is just right. Definitely happy to come back.

A very nice evening, in a lovely atmosphere. The service was as usual and no different expected, friendly, competent, courteous. Food excellent, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, the quality of the food was and still is outstanding, I will be coming back soon. Another thing to mention about the service: the young man asked us several times about our satisfaction and we didn't have to wait long for our food or our drinks. Even though there was no table available, he was always with us and answered our questions competently or fulfilled our requests quickly, always with a friendly smile on his face. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable.

A (famous) steakhouse? Exactly, you wouldn't suspect that at first glance. The service is very attentive. The map is wonderfully designed, the story is easy to read. The salad, especially the peas, is a real treat. Bread and sauces with the meat are very appealing. The main course was fried to perfection and of very good quality. Rounded off with a side dish of your choice. There's nothing wrong with that. More than just worth a visit.

Everything great! Once again everything was to our utmost satisfaction. Grilled steak, what more could you want? I can recommend it without hesitation! Danger! Be sure to reserve a table in advance

Unfortunately not one star from me. On August 14, 2024, a table for 15 people was ordered and set for 12. After the drink requests were taken, food could be ordered. The side dish (fries, fried potatoes, etc.) was charged extra for the steak. After an hour and 50 minutes!!! The food came, the last food brought was cold. And who wants a warmed up steak? The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. I've been to this restaurant exactly twice, once and never again

Without a doubt, probably the best steakhouse around. We were there on a Saturday evening with our friend. Everyone had a steak with sides and the absolute most delicious pea salad ever. We would love to come back.

Well, unfortunately I can't think of much positive... It used to be delicious... unfortunately I can't recommend it today... I ordered the Mexican Carbonade with fries and pea salad... Fries....cheap from the bag Pea salad... a disgrace The carbonade...a dry schnitzel for 17.80 euros... Dear team...get off your high horse!

A very tasty steak with top meat quality. The waitress was also very friendly ;) it was a pleasant atmosphere. The location is very nice and clean.

I was there for the first time. Food was great and served quickly. The waitresses were very attentive... You didn't notice any stress on them 👍🏽 they were friendly and accommodating. No wish remained unfulfilled. Special requests were implemented upon request or even offered 👍🏽 Open grill so you could see the steak being grilled. The grill master was very wet due to the extreme heat, but highly concentrated 👍🏽 Prices are completely clear 👍🏽 In advance "salad" 200g steak including 3 “dips” Side dish of croquettes And 2 grams of cola ~40€ Unfortunately forgot photos 🙄 All in all! You can do it 👍🏽

The best steakhouse I've visited so far. Very great facility, equipped with a lot of love and detail. Here you can feel the restaurateur's passion for offering something special in every lamp, the menu and the furnishings. Not to mention the food. The meat is a dream. Very nice service and hardly any waiting time for the food. We would like to come again.

First of all, the very positive thing at the ICI Steakhouse. The food (ICI Steak Special, 500g sirloin steak with fried potatoes and bacon) was absolutely amazing. Medium rare to the point, tender and very flavorful. Great atmosphere in the restaurant with a little less lighting. Unfortunately I have to deduct a point from the service because we had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room despite having a reservation. But since we had time, it passed quickly with a cold beer at the bar. We would love to come back…

I've never seen a restaurant without external signage or something similar, which is only evident by the queue of people. After our visit we realized that they didn't need it, because the restaurant speaks for itself: really good quality meat, great ambience and very friendly staff.

Everything is just right here... I can't understand the negative reviews, maybe the people don't know that good food. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable... The service was super fast, super friendly...the food as we've known it for years...formidable...just great...

Always heard good things from relatives here in this part of the country and today we made it to the ICI from the northeast (ROSTOCK ❤)! I really loved the good food, the ambience and the exceptional nice and cool waitress! The meat or our steak was ON POINT, the sauces were delicious and everything else was just right! Warm and courteous service, perfect meat with a wonderful taste grilled to perfection. I don't need to say any more about the pea salad or the dressing - it's known nationwide. Be sure to make a reservation - otherwise (especially on the weekend) there will be long waiting times and a queue that stretches out onto the street...

Steak was perfect and that's what you come for. Salad a bit too simple. Canned peas etc. Service friendly.

We've been there several times, the food is perfect as always, the staff is A+. It takes a while, but that's clear because the restaurant was full even on a normal Tuesday. The ambience has been sensationally improved compared to 35 years ago.

Food is delicious, but crazy expensive! Service was friendly but very stressful! The fact that the ICI points out to its guests that they do not park in everything in the area, be it in front of garages or at the junction of residents' streets, is really very annoying. There are enough parking spaces in the area, you just have to walk a few meters!

Nice service, we had different dishes, fillet steak to the point, great. Turkey steak delicious. Goulash: the sauce was just spicy, the meat was tender but had no taste, as if it had just been put in the sauce shortly beforehand. A pity .

It's not one of the best steakhouses, it's the best. The steaks are superbly prepared, even for small appetites, as are the wonderful salads, made with love. Everything is just right there.

Rarely have I had such good steak. You should actually give it 10 stars. The ambience is actually okay. However, it was extremely stuffy and warm. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, some things were forgotten when ordering, but were then included on the invoice. It also took a long time until you could order drinks a second time. They only arrived after a long wait. Nevertheless, we will come again.

Despite reserving a table, we waited 30 minutes only to be told that we couldn't pay with a card and that prices were outrageous at a steakhouse that wasn't exactly low.

Reserved a table at 8:30 p.m. and didn't get a table until 9 p.m. After 15 minutes of waiting, a waiter comes and says the card reader is broken. You couldn't have said that straight away to avoid 45 minutes of unnecessary waiting. Just ridiculous.

Grill plate with the obligatory pea/coleslaw. We had lots of fun. Very good & very expensive.

Went to the ICI for the first time. Reservation was a bit complicated as reservations can only be made by telephone and availability (during opening hours) is limited during peak times. Had to try for several days. We had 400 g grill plate (we shared), 1x pea salad, 1x onions. The quality and preparation were perfectly fine, the meat was very good. Special requests will be gladly fulfilled if possible. Service with waiting time when busy. You will still receive service quickly enough. And the service during the meal is also present (we think it's very good). Conclusion: would love to come back

Great food and the price is right too. From the outside you can't tell that it's a restaurant. But when you enter the store, you are even more surprised. We'd love to come back.

We were here for the first time last Sunday on a recommendation. Rather inconspicuous from the outside. We had a table reservation and were there with 7 people. As soon as we walked in we were greeted very friendly. We had a great seat in the front area. The entire ambience is very successful. The food selection is great and varied for a steakhouse. Very high quality products are used here. - The taste was great and we were all completely taken by it. The fastest and friendliest drink service I have ever experienced at a steakhouse. We will all reserve a table again soon. Many thanks to the lovely ICI team.

The quality was always great. Since the ambience was modernized, the Ici is hardly recognizable in a positive way. If steak, then here.

Wir hatten einen 4er Tisch freitags reserviert zu 20 Uhr und vor Ort sagte man uns, dass es noch dauert. Der Tisch sei noch belegt. Wir setzten uns an die Theke, worauf die Bedienung direkt schroff meinte:, Hier müsste ihr Gang sein zum Kellnern." Ein Getränk aufs Haus gab es nicht. Um 20:20 Uhr bin ich aufgestanden, um nachzufragen, was nun sei, da ich Freunde einladen wollte. Der Tisch sei immer noch belegt. Ich fragte dann, ob die Gäste wüssten, dass hier neue Kunden warten? "NEIN." Das ist ja ein ganz tolles System. Sehr kundenfreundlich! Ich habe dann die Getränke an der Theke bezahlt und wir waren woanders essen. Das Restaurant sieht uns nie wieder! Konzeptlos und unfreundlich!

Unfortunately, we were placed in a very small, long room with a large company, all the way back in the far corner. It was very loud. Our request for another table couldn't be accommodated, which was a shame... the other rooms looked much nicer and it wasn't as loud there either. We left the restaurant and went somewhere else to eat.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgast aber dieses Mal war das Steak ungewohnt fest und zwar alle nicht nur eines und die Salate vor allem der Erbsen Salat haben einen ganz anderen Geschmack und hat überhaupt nicht mehr geschmeckt.

We both had the sirloin steak 400g and a small salad in front. Everything was extremely tasty. The steak was buttery tender and cooked to medium rare. The service was super fast and very attentive despite many occupied tables. We liked it very much. We would like to go back and recommend visiting Ici.

The best steak you can imagine, mega

Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait, but the food was great. Again and again and highly recommended.

In my excitement I completely forgot to take pictures of the food. Except for the onion soup, which was really excellent. This isn't about soup (which you should definitely try), but about meat. It was very very tasty. Had a grill plate and tried it out. Ambience: It was my first time there and I was told it had been remodeled. I would like to call it steakhouse cosiness, although the pictures of ice cream irritated me. Maybe to cool off because things are getting hot with the open grill in the restaurant? The tables are large, even the tables for two, so there is plenty of space. The distance to strange neighbors is also appropriate. Reservations are mandatory. Getting through on the phone requires a lot of patience. Reservation option online would be a further optimization 👍 Otherwise clear recommendation!

We made reservations 2 weeks in advance, and on the day the meal was served we traveled from near Aachen. Unfortunately the reservation was not entered and they were sent away with the words that they would come back in 2 hours. Unfortunately that's a bit cheeky.

Ate there for the first time today and was very disappointed. Ordered 400g rump steak, it came after just under an hour... all good, if it's full it can take a little longer, I'm not a notorious complainer. The loveless side salad with the steak comes half an hour before the steak, which I personally don't like. But the worst was yet to come. The steak was lukewarm, almost cooled down. So do my friends' steaks. Just can't happen in a steakhouse at this price point. We complained about it in a friendly way, but they only offered us the option of putting it back on the grill, which would then completely destroy everything with a medium steak. No further offer, not even when billing. It's a shame and sad...so never there again. P.S. the fries were OK...

I went to the ICI Steakhouse again after a long time, the last time I was there about 2 years ago. We went there in a small group with a few friends. As a rule, I'm not the kind of person who complains or goes around constantly complaining. Full of anticipation, we ordered steaks and after half an eternity, about an hour, they arrived. The side salad was put down half an hour in advance and served very carelessly and slapped down. Well, we were there for steaks. The steak and mushrooms that came with it were lukewarm, as if the food had been taken out of the microwave. After we pointed this out to the waiter, we were offered to reheat the steaks, which is total nonsense for a medium steak... In the end it's not the waiter's fault, but I think if you spend so much money on a steak it should be sizzling on your plate. Restaurants like Abacos or similar do it better. What I can praise were the fries. Well, you can't go wrong there...

If you want to eat delicious steak, you've come to the right place! Great food, great ambience and top service! If you want to treat yourself to this, you must reserve in advance.

For the food 4 stars, I don't eat steak and had pasta with goulash. It wasn't that good but the 7 people with me had steaks and loved them. The herb butter was fantastic, I tried the bread too. The steaks were said to have been spot on. Staff was very friendly and quick, very professional. I found the ambience to be upscale. We recommend

We were there spontaneously and what can I say... TOP... TOP... TOP...! We received a very friendly welcome and it was like that the whole evening. The employees are all very friendly and really attentive. The salad is very tasty! The main course was really great (fillet steak) and was served as ordered! The atmosphere is also very appealing and I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone! We'll definitely come back.
