A very great McDonalds branch with very friendly staff! The fries were crispy and fresh. Everything kept very clean.

Perfect for a Autobahn McDo! Clean, nice staff and my Spicy Crispy Chicken was really hot and crispy.

Horrible experience. Self kiosk did not confirm our order. However, the payment went through, and when we asked at the counter to assist,we did not get much help. Zero customer service and pathetic attitude towards customer.

Everyone is friendly and the food is great.

Actually I have no interest in a review. I'm just doing this to warn others: it's sad now what McDonald's has become.. It's no longer a fast-food restaurant in my opinion... just this order on the machine display is a challenge and then you get, supposedly freshly prepared...that's why you wait so long...a squashed with softened McChicken on top of it, an undefined mass of meat, a bit of sauce squeezed onto it, that's it and at a price that makes me say no thanks, never again. If you want to get a coffee afterwards, even that is a bigger challenge.....unfortunately there is no rating without stars because that would actually be the most honest rating I'm sorry for McDonald's, but the store will probably no longer work, it's really just a run-down image and will destroy itself...

I ordered the smart menu with cheeseburgers and got regular hamburgers...order number 139. this is the end of my cooperation with your brand... I travel a lot and it was convenient to buy from you, but too many bad experiences around Germany lately. greetings

Fries were inedible. Limp and cold. There were so many flies on the food in the kitchen, not normal. In the restaurant the flies wanted to eat with me. Unhygienic. Baaah. Don't go.

IMPOSSIBLE! Food is bad. The ENTIRE rest stop stinks of poop!!! Extremely unfriendly people. Impossible to eat inside because of the smell and impossible to eat outside because there are trash cans full of WASPS everywhere... I'd rather starve and shit my pants before I ever end up at that rest stop!

It's unimaginable that something like this still exists today. Unfriendly staff Cold food Dirty tables And beggars harass the customers and then talk to employees in a different language as if they were in the same hat. That's an absolute disgrace

Fries were lukewarm, otherwise everything else was very good as always

The food is delicious but the staff is slow and rude, especially towards foreigners as if they were racist.

Small touches for children were very nice.

I don't normally rate something like that. But this McDonald's is actually so good that it deserves the 5 stars. The kitchen is also very clean and you can see it. The staff is very competent and friendly and the food is as fresh as you would expect from any McDonald's branch. Tiptop

There was nothing going on in the store, none of the staff wanted to serve you, you should go to the machines. The floor is dirty, the food is bland, what are you supposed to do here.

The stuff don't speak germany or english.Only romanian.She was so rude and unfriendly.It was very unpleasant moment for me and my family.

Unfortunately I had such an unpleasant experience. The rude McDonald's employee refused to take my order, and the only reason for that was that she didn't want to. My father and I, tired from the journey, stopped at the Jura rest stop and wanted to order a milkshake and coffee. I got to the McDonald's restaurant and asked the worker if she knew English, to which I got an arrogant "no". After that, I politely asked for a vanilla milkshake in German, to which the McDonald's employee started yelling at me. She shouted that she only spoke Romanian and told me that she wouldn't think of making me a milkshake half an hour before closing time. Then I was speechless, all the other guests who were nearby were also shocked. After the McDonald's employee realized what she had done, she told me that the milkshake machine was not working and that she would not and did not want to receive my order. I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend coming to this Mc donald's!!!

Na ja, früher waren die Hamburgers besser und glaube auch grösser!? mit den neuen mccrispys kann ich mich nicht so recht begeistern!

Ich finde es sehr schade, dass McDonald’s keine Strohhalme mehr anbietet. Das Cola aus diesen unstabil Pappbechern mit dem Pappdeckel zu trinken, ist alles andere als angenehm. Umweltschutz hin oder her.

Sieht super aus, nette arbeiter und der beste Manager, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Modern, sehr gute Burger wie auf den werbetafeln. Was mir sehr gefallen hat, das es sauber ist und ständig die Tische gesäubert werden

Toller Service für Kinder. Unaufgefordert wurden Malsachen und Gummibären gebracht.

Einfach Frech. Ich bin mit der Erwartung an US Amerikanisches Kulturgut an diesen Laden gegangen. Ich bin enttäuscht. Anstatt eines plastikradios mit schlechter Soundqualität bekam ich ein papp Lets Dance spiel. Ich wiederhole: ein Papp lets Dance spiel. Die Welt hat sich verändert und ich bin enttäuscht. Außerdem überteuert. Eigentlich kein Stern aber gebe zwei Sterne weil ich sonst immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht hab. Ich hoffe meine Bewertung hilft euch. LG an die Community

It' s very hot outside, so we decided to eat inside. Inside was very hot too. There where a lot of flyes and unhappily one flyed direct in the food of my husband. He couldn't eat anymore. In the kitchen were also flyes. I find this place very dirty. The couch where we sat I also needed to clean from the fat mayo and surprise, the wipe was black of dirt. Some products where not available. I don't recommend this place.
