Very unclean and unhygienic - from the toilets to the tables at McDonalds to the coffee station. The McDonalds employee was very nice, he earned a point. Unfortunately, the rest area as a whole is really disgusting.

Very unclean environment, unkempt parking spaces. The women's toilet was the lowest category: broken toilet paper holders, missing toilet paper, overall dingy, no staff in sight. Not a good poster child for motorway rest areas. That can be better too!

Very recently renovated, beautiful in construction, but during the busy holiday season it is chaos. Parking is not easy, crawl through and sneak through, but you will be helped quickly in the store. Rinse-free urinals do not smell pleasant these days. Toilet access 1 euro.

What a dirty place. Everyone just dumps everything on the ground while there are gigantic trash cans. Grounds are also full of bees. I wouldn't go to the playground. Fill Max up with fuel and leave. Despite self-cleaning toilets, a number of perverts still manage to make the toilets dirty

Dirty, crowded. People park however they want without considering the losses - the main thing is that you stand there yourself. The toilets were underground today! You pay one euro per person and can then (as a woman - there was less going on for men) stand in line for about 10 minutes and then use a toilet on the floor of which the previous big shop is still located. What do you pay for? Every public toilet is cleaner…

Toilets were dirty and smelled of feces. Soap dispensers were empty and there was no waste basket for towels. There is no disinfectant dispenser. Even in season you should expect more for the relatively high usage fee. There is plenty of room for improvement.

5 euros for a bockwurst even though you said in clear German that you would like the roll to be cut open, first the sausage and then the roll are tackled with dirty hands and then the staff gets dirty just disgusting

Around six on a Monday evening the truck park is packed. The paid toilets are dirty; in the morning there was toilet paper lying around in every stall. And used paper towels lay in piles on the sinks and on the floor. I don’t want to pay for such toilets; sometimes free ones are cleaner. In German parking lots, dirt is becoming the norm.

Toilets far too few and not clean

A lot of different choices for snacking on the road. There is a McDonalds, another two sandwich places with multiple sortiments, a lot of coffee choices, large cappuccinos, and strong espressos, and I was happy to find tasty apple triangles, among other things. There's also a shopping area with refrigerators with all sorts of drinks. When you're driving for hours, a good coffee and pastries break can be invaluable. For a highway stop, this is as good as it gets.

The lady was still on the reserve, my credit card didn't want to work straight away but it was her device that wasn't working I had to go get my other credit card she had kept her passport

There are no problems with parking, there is plenty of space, but to use the shower you need to leave a deposit of 10 €; if you don’t have cash, there is an ATM that charges a fee. Here's the story... Good luck to everyone

Was able to go to the toilet. Another thing that you should pay for afterwards. Unfortunately the “service fee” is not worth it! I am happy to pay the euro for a clean, functioning toilet. But you still come across smelly, non-functioning and dirty toilet facilities.

The designer of this wonderful parking lot didn't think that people would want to rest and stand right next to it with a roaring refrigerator!

We stopped by to buy gas on our way from Turkey to the Netherlands. Having WiFi was a happy thing while traveling on the road. The toilet was a standard clean toilet. We came across a biker group and it was a nice atmosphere. We drank our coffee and continued on our way.

It’s normal to drive in with the time of departure in mind, the farther away the later the start, the gas station is excellent, but by the time you get to the toilet from the far parking lot, it’s fashionable to do all your business in your pants 😁

I think this place has a park and a bathroom. It's a unique place for a shower. It has clean air. The shower fee is normal, it's not too expensive. The people working there are all excellent. I don't eat the food, but you can drink coffee. Of course, it's a bit expensive. The room is on the highway. In general, it's great. Thank you.

Very neat, clean and very clear. So when you stop you have to pause for exactly as long as it takes to eat something. We came from Croatia and wanted to go home, but a short rest here got us fit for the last few kilometers. Good rest stop. We will remember them and rest here again.

Dirty toilets - want my euro back 😡

Rarely seen such a dirty toilet, in the women's toilet 2 cubicles flooded, the third on the floor and the glasses smeared with blood. Men's toilets uncleaned, if possible never again. One star is still too many.

Clean inside, friendly and honest staff (guest accidentally paid too much, whereupon the employee rushed after him and called to give back the overpaid). The woman at McDonald's also kindly wished me a safe journey, even though I wasn't the guest there. It was almost like a restaurant atmosphere.

The best place for a coffee break on the A3 highway.

Very clean, perfectly cleaned sanitary facilities, breakfast fried eggs 2 pieces, with fried bacon, rolls and butter prepared in record time and very tasty and seasoned by me with salt and pepper as can be seen in the photo

On the way back home, our coach took a break at the rest stop. Here we had a medical emergency. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, calm and compassionate. They immediately provided first aid, called the emergency doctor and rescue services, worried about everyone involved, and radiated calm. After well over an hour we were able to continue our journey. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again, also for tidying up and cleaning up after our departure.

Great rest stop for families with small children! With a spacious changing room and children's toilet (ask for the key at the checkout), child-friendly staff (an extra bowl for the yoghurt is no problem, as is a second glass for the sibling), a fenced outdoor playground with a terrace next to it (parents are happy!) and a play area inside Interior, spacious tables and clean (!) high chairs. Food is okay, service station prices are fine, cleanliness is also good.

At 20:40 I wanted to buy a coffee from the restaurant, but the lady at the cashier sent me to get my own from the Dallmaier machine, otherwise very respectful. if the restaurant is only open until 20:00 I will delete the post.

Unfortunately, I can only evaluate this because of the use of the parking lot... Because of the illiterate, illiterate drivers. The parking lot is great, at the end of each row there is a display where you can choose how long you want to rest. Unfortunately, this is indecipherable for the Balkans and let's say the person next to you starts driving at half past five, but you don't leave until eight o'clock😤😤😤. The bathroom was sick, even the wall was fucked up...
