Insanely expensive, slow cash registers, very crowded..

We took a break at the rest stop last Monday; the toilets were dirty, and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. On other occasions when we've been to this rest stop, everything was clean.

Thank you so much for the wonderful Christmas Eve dinner! 🤩😘 We stopped there for a break after many hours of driving. The staff member who worked the 7 pm shift on December 24th, 2025, was very friendly! 💝

Like herrings crammed into a box! And if the truck driver parked in front of you thinks he's going to add another 2 hours to his break! How do you leave on time?

The truck parking area is very quiet, there is no road noise, WC is 1 €, shower is 4 €, there are supermarkets and large fast food businesses...

It's not bad since they got McDonald's; you can always take a break there. The toilets and showers are clean.

They have a hard time dealing with customers who are not German and ask for something different than usual.

I have to say that, given the current situation, the prices are unfortunately exorbitant. An espresso for €3.90 is, in my opinion and I think many others agree, simply overpriced. That's at least a 150% markup. The staff, unfortunately, are unmotivated and just seem to be processing customers. The restrooms leave much to be desired. Unacceptable for this price. I travel to Hungary very often and have to say that very little is changing for the better. It's very expensive everywhere, and we always have to save up to visit family. It's no longer pleasant to drive over, so we don't buy anything at the gas station anymore. And the vignette is far too expensive. We're in the EU, and a 10-day ticket for a stay at €24 is outrageous. In contrast, a 10-day ticket in Austria costs €14. I think that's a huge difference. I wonder what the point of being in the EU is? I'm very disappointed with the whole situation and how it keeps getting worse. But everyone perceives it differently.

All good and nice. Only 4 stars because of the employee at the sausage stand, who, when we asked for a mustard packet, took a long look and threw it, looking at us angrily, on the tray with menus... very bad gesture.

I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The showers are large and clean, with a toilet. The staff is always very friendly. Today it was very busy (with holidaymakers), but the staff always had a smile on their faces. I also got a discount card for the restaurant. Overall, I'm satisfied. Keep it up.

The parking lot is completely littered, and there are long lines at the shop because only one cash register is open during peak holiday season. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. You pay €1 to stand in complete filth. Disgusting.

"Compact parking" was a completely new experience. It certainly made sense for trucks, but even they were mostly confused and overwhelmed. Everything was poorly explained and signposted, both for trucks and cars, resulting in a chaotic overall experience.

Crowded, hardly any parking spaces, overwhelmed staff. We left quickly. The prices are very high. ...we just wanted to buy a cold bottle of water.

Lots of space for trucks in the parking lot. I've parked there many times whether for a weekend or 9 days and it's cool. McDonald's shower

In the women's restroom, almost all the toilets were clogged... And you have to pay €1 for that. The only positive thing about this rest stop is the ample parking.

Excellent parking, just watch the lanes and see how long it takes you to get there, so there are no problems, ask those in front of you.

Ok. Quiet parking, friendly staff

When you go to the bathroom, you get €0.70 for a shopping voucher. You can't use it for gas, and you have to make two purchases. I can't use two vouchers for one. Also modern robber baron rum. SHAME ON YOURSELF.

It was tasty, but there were no local dishes. It's a shame that rest stops are changing more and more for the worse.

Drivers do not respect the time in the truck parking lot

It's an absolute disgrace that you're allowed into a shower knowing there's only "boiling hot" water! That borders on assault! If you confront the staff about it, all you get is, "Yes, we know that! It'll work out somehow."

A very nice rest stop, very well maintained, both inside and out. You can pay for fuel inside, and there's a Coffee Fellows and a McDonald's. One point deducted here is also for the Serways restroom. This needs to be improved; it's not what it should be.

The rest stop and the restrooms were clean. Use of the restrooms costs 1 euro, and the voucher can be redeemed on-site.

Very nice people. Very helpful when you're a newcomer to the country. You don't feel like you're being rushed. There are also plenty of things there to help you recover from long journeys and get you going again. One star because the prices are steep. Which is probably the case at all motorway service stations.

I consciously seek out rest stops where Coffee Fellows is present, including today. Among other things, I ordered an avocado bagel and specifically pointed out that please make sure that the bagel is actually warm through and through. The employee turned on the oven, apparently twice, but the bagel was lukewarm on top and ice cold on the inside. Overall inedible and for 7 euros. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time and I probably won't buy anything to eat from the Coffee Fellows in the future. Really a shame!

I recommend, Friday evening. The parking lot is not full yet. Next tank stelle in 60km, shower 4e, you leave something behind. When you return, you get a 10% discount on food. Thick sausage with bun and mustard 6e. Overall, not bad for this area and the highway. The service was ok, but it could be better. Fair enough shower. But don't expect it to be perfectly clean on the weekend because someone is always using it... next to McDonald's.

There are a lot of parking spaces, shower 4 euros, unlimited water and time, key to key.

Decent rest stop. Toilet clean. Nice friendly staff. There is a playground for younger guests. Thumbs up.

Arrogant and unpleasant service. Today, March 11, 2025, I arrived at this location at approximately 3:45 p.m. and asked the attendant for a shower. An arrogant and very unpleasant man told me the price was 13€.🤬 (3€ shower + 10€ quarantine) = what kind of quarantine???? What kind of unpleasant, rude and arrogant staff do you have here????🤬 Never again ‼️‼️

There is a large parking lot, you can park 3 cars one behind the other, if everyone leaves at the declared time, there will be the best possible order. The downside is that placing the toll bars in the first row towards the highway is very noisy, but it could have been done in the other direction

Very bad customer service, extremely expensive, with rude employees. Food has been served wrong, 2 twice, asked food with no onions and they have bring food with onions, I also have bought a vape which was not working and they said, it’s not their problem
