I used to like coming here: the service was good, the food was tasty and the staff was friendly. But recently the quality has dropped significantly - both in terms of food and service. The absolute low point: Customers have recently had to pay to use the toilet! Even if you eat here, it costs €1 – and you only get a 50 cent voucher back. A restaurant that sells food and drinks should provide free sanitation to its guests. This is simply a basic requirement!

Ulm is such a great city during the day but at night the city center turns into a flophouse. Especially on weekends. This McDonalds is the worst off. Not very inviting.

I go there often to grab something quick to eat after work or school. I'm happy with it myself, but I always notice that when I get something in the evening after my late shift and add extras like jalapeños or something else (unfortunately I'm a picky eater, I'd like it to be easier if I could) it's just slapped down without taking into consideration that someone else has to eat it. I have to say it's a shame because it's the only McDonald's or fast food shop at the train station that's still open at that time, and some people have no choice but to get something to eat there. Update: I was there again today after work, the order was generally ok but unfortunately they still don't pay any attention to how it is packed. It's a shame that just makes it very unattractive to eat there.

The service person wanted me to carry three cups of coffee and a large bag of food with two hands - no carrying bag and no cup holder. The coffee milk and sugar I ordered, which I specifically requested when ordering, were not included. The fries came without the purchased ketchup, and the chicken wrap was the wrong kind. Behavior was too bad by the workers they didn't even know how to behave. Its really very bad environment and they served food on tissues it's really the worst experience of my life and i don't suggest anyone go there for dining and the other thing was that they didn't even give me spoons. Customer Service from Ulm called me because of my feedback (a complaint), but the woman was angry with me 😂. On Tuesday November 26th, 2024 at 11:15 p.m. I was served by two incredibly unfriendly employees who first handed me a half-empty, already liquid and wrong milk shake. After I wanted to complain about this and I pointed out their mistake, they responded with a heartless: “hayde Geh”. I paid an exorbitant €2.50 for this shake despite the coupon, but I expect a reasonably friendly demeanor in return.

You can't eat there! The order cash registers are always overcrowded with a long queue and extremely long waiting times before you can even place an order. Employees are usually totally unfriendly when they have to bring the food to you at the table, they throw it out on the table in an absolutely unfriendly manner. I won't be visiting there again!

What a joke. Two days in a week I have used the kiosk to order my items and both times the order has disappeared off the screen along with others and no items were received. When I approached the counter I was told just to wait before I could even speak. I waited 20 mins then approached again just to be told to wait. I ended up leaving with no food or refund as I had to make my train so couldnt wait any longer. No accountability for making people wait and not even ask why they have approached in the first place. Absolute joke.

The employees are completely overwhelmed and can't get anything done... the shop is always dirty (tables and chairs...) and the tray trolleys are always full to the brim so you can't put your tray away... if you order a menu there you have to Wait up to 15 minutes for it to arrive... it's definitely no longer a fast restaurant!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to was a trick hole, unfriendly, there was no space downstairs and it was blocked off at the top then they were supposed to say straight away that you can only take away.

We came here on a Monday at 8pm. We also saw from a distance that the chairs were already on the tables on the upper floor. This area is often cordoned off by employees 2-3 hours before closing. Not as expected, things were the same again that day. At around 8:30 p.m. they also put up the chairs at other tables on the ground floor. Even though they don't close until 11 p.m., I find this approach extremely strange. This McDonald's has always been problematic, even in the makeshift container on Hirschstrasse. Apparently not much has changed in the work ethic of the team there. For me it was and still is the McDonalds on Blaubeurer str. the number one in Ulm.

We were at the branch for breakfast. Orders were placed at the table via the app. The croissant we ordered was no longer in stock so we were offered a Franzbrötchen. Food was good. The rooms and toilets were very clean, I have never had such a clean toilet in a McDonalds.
