Absolute fever dream, after my stay in the Ulm McDonalds (only went to the toilet) and in the entire main train station, I have become much more grateful to live in Bavaria. The service person wanted me to carry three cups of coffee and a large bag of food with two hands - no carrying bag and no cup holder. The coffee milk and sugar I ordered, which I specifically requested when ordering, were not included. The fries came without the purchased ketchup, and the chicken wrap was the wrong kind. There wasn't even a napkin. This is the most absurd McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in Germany.

My order was wrong 2 times. The third time I got a free apple cake that was a few hours late. I was shocked at how dirty it was. In Poland this is simply unacceptable. I was very disappointed even though I was very excited to go to a restaurant in this country.

The Caesar Chicken Salad was missing the hard cheese and there was no fork or salad dressing in the bag. Luckily I noticed the fork thing in time, so I went back and was able to ask for a fork, but the lady looked at me strangely and showed me a spoon instead of a fork and didn't sound friendly. Customer Service from Ulm called me because of my feedback (a complaint), but the woman was angry with me 😂. On Tuesday November 26th, 2024 at 11:15 p.m. I was served by two incredibly unfriendly employees who first handed me a half-empty, already liquid and wrong milk shake. After I wanted to complain about this and I pointed out their mistake, they responded with a heartless: “hayde Geh”. I paid an exorbitant €2.50 for this shake despite the coupon, but I expect a reasonably friendly demeanor in return.

Employees are usually totally unfriendly when they have to bring the food to you at the table, they throw it out on the table in an absolutely unfriendly manner. I won't be visiting there again!

What a joke. Two days in a week I have used the kiosk to order my items and both times the order has disappeared off the screen along with others and no items were received. When I approached the counter I was told just to wait before I could even speak. I waited 20 mins then approached again just to be told to wait. I ended up leaving with no food or refund as I had to make my train so couldnt wait any longer. No accountability for making people wait and not even ask why they have approached in the first place. Absolute joke.

The employees are completely overwhelmed and can't get anything done... the shop is always dirty (tables and chairs...) and the tray trolleys are always full to the brim so you can't put your tray away... if you order a menu there you have to Wait up to 15 minutes for it to arrive... it's definitely no longer a fast restaurant!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to was a trick hole, unfriendly, there was no space downstairs and it was blocked off at the top then they were supposed to say straight away that you can only take away.

We came here on a Monday at 8pm. We also saw from a distance that the chairs were already on the tables on the upper floor. This area is often cordoned off by employees 2-3 hours before closing. Not as expected, things were the same again that day. At around 8:30 p.m. they also put up the chairs at other tables on the ground floor. Even though they don't close until 11 p.m., I find this approach extremely strange. This McDonald's has always been problematic, even in the makeshift container on Hirschstrasse. Apparently not much has changed in the work ethic of the team there. For me it was and still is the McDonalds on Blaubeurer str. the number one in Ulm.

We were at the branch for breakfast. Orders were placed at the table via the app. The croissant we ordered was no longer in stock so we were offered a Franzbrötchen. Food was good. The rooms and toilets were very clean, I have never had such a clean toilet in a McDonalds.

I was cheated on with the food twice in a row and didn't get everything I ordered and paid for. The staff doesn't even put the food out even if you're standing at the front because they think you ate it in less than 1 minute at the counter in front of them or something else! So I can NOT recommend!!

Very nice there, occasionally go there with the little one. Well suited as a quick meal between meals. Food doesn't taste as good as it used to. Hard to eat cold, it's better to eat straight away and not take it with you. Have fun and enjoy your meal

I ate breakfast before 8:00 am. Place is not crowded and the service personnel is friendly. One can also request that your food be brought to an allocated table. This option is good to have of the customer's hands are full or tied up or if you're disabled.

Have eaten here several times. This is the most crowded branch ever. The tables are not clean. Trays are on the tables. The clearing carts are full and are not emptied. On my last visit, the paper towels in the women's room were empty. Despite informing the staff, it was not refilled. The food was only lukewarm. I also had to wait a long time for the food. In the evenings there is a bunch of rabble hanging around the toilet area selling something. Never again!

This branch of McDonald's is the dirtiest you can find in Ulm, Neu-Ulm. The tray trolleys are actually always full. The tables are mostly dirty and sticky. We had a good experience although the food was very disappointing. The fries we ordered were super dry and old. They are only supposed to lay out in 7 minutes before being served but we could clearly tell they did far from live up to Mc Donald’s quality requirement. (My dad used to work at Mc Donalds so I would know) But the vegetarian nuggets were surprisingly good. Not my best Mc Donald’s experience!

Wanted regular nuggets. Got McPlant. I saw I accidentally pressed McPlant. I came back from the train, showed the note (nuggets NOT bitten and sauces still closed) and then they told me it wasn't possible. Dear McDonalds team, Why can't you add an extra "side" to the system or remove McPlant completely and only put it in the Plant side? These nuggets are as hard as concrete and taste like cardboard!!!
