Unfortunately, I have to say that table service is offered, but not carried out. Even though the store is empty, you're asked to get it yourself at the counter. Even though you have limited mobility and it's obvious. They don't care. You just get a grin for limping there. Then the whining from the staff. If they don't feel like it or it's too stressful when the store is empty. You should consider changing jobs. Unfortunately, I don't have the iFeedback QR code. Nor a department manager to give personal feedback.

Today I wanted to get something to eat and drink again – but when I saw that you now have to pay an extra €1 to use the restroom, I changed my mind. I don't think it's right that the restroom is no longer free for guests. It wasn't a problem here before. Anyone who consumes something should also be able to use the restroom for free. Instead of yours, I ate at Nordsee – the restroom is free there. A clear negative for me. My suggestion: You could arrange it quite simply like this: Anyone who eats or drinks something simply shows their receipt or app order and can use the restroom for free. Only those who don't buy anything pay the euro. That would be fair for everyone – and I would be happy to come back.

The Big Mac was cold, and after we complained, they assumed we'd ordered an hour ago (it was only 10 minutes). The restaurant manager, as a gesture of goodwill, gave us a freshly prepared burger and an apple turnover as compensation. I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and had diarrhea after eating. They charge guests a fee for using the bathroom, which I've never experienced before at a restaurant.

Fraud and Antisocial Behavior I was there last night and ordered two McChickens. I usually go there during my train transfers. I ordered a cappuccino, but they just gave me a regular coffee. I only realized it on the train. This is not the first time they messed up my order almost every time I go there. When you order coffee, they give you a small chocolate, but they cleverly choose only empty bags without the chocolate in them. I feel like they are racist because they haven't learned how to eat it. Disgraceful treatment of paying guests. Even though I consumed, I was charged €1 for using the toilet. This is not only unfriendly to customers, but also extremely questionable from a legal point of view. According to current case law, the use of toilets is part of the so-called “auxiliary service” and may not be charged separately for guests. Such behavior scares guests away and just comes across as greedy. I definitely won't be coming back - and I can only advise everyone to avoid places that treat their guests like this.

I just grabbed something for breakfast. 12 mini pancakes, a French roll and a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon. There's nothing to say about the pancakes, it was fine. The Franzbrötchen was also quite okay. The wrap, on the other hand... If I order a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon, I expect scrambled eggs and not a wrap with lettuce, bacon and no scrambled eggs. This was the first time I got breakfast from McDonald's and I'm really disappointed.

Ulm is such a great city during the day but at night the city center turns into a flophouse. Especially on weekends. This McDonalds is the worst off. Not very inviting.

I go there often to grab something quick to eat after work or school. The service person wanted me to carry three cups of coffee and a large bag of food with two hands - no carrying bag and no cup holder. Customer Service from Ulm called me because of my feedback (a complaint), but the woman was angry with me 😂. Employees are usually totally unfriendly when they have to bring the food to you at the table, they throw it out on the table in an absolutely unfriendly manner. I won't be visiting there again!
