Unfriendly service. I don't know German, I speak to them in English and nothing. With bad manners I manage to have the complete order. The tone they used is incredible. Oh, and the services are paid 1 euro, it's the same as if you consume within the establishment.

A very unpleasant experience. You're judged for using table service. There was Coke all over the floor, which wasn't removed even after an hour. The table was sticky, and the food looked very unappetizing. Absolutely not recommended. Only if nothing else is open and you're really hungry. My friends and I won't be visiting this branch again, and this branch in Ulm generally has a very bad reputation. I would recommend driving to Neu-Ulm if you have a car.

We actually wanted to order through Lieferando, and it was accepted, but then we got a message saying there'd been an error and the order couldn't be delivered. So we went there. The staff were unfriendly, and many things were unavailable. Instead of Coke, we got Sprite. All in all, a really bad advertisement for McDonald's!

I had to wait forever for my food there, and there are often drunk customers there. When my food finally arrived, my cheeseburger actually had sirloin on it—which is probably the most important thing in a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until the burger was almost finished. I also had to pay €1 for the restroom. Absolute scam!

Overall, a good spot and relatively good quality, but the fact that customers have to spend money (€1) to go to the bathroom is an absolute disgrace! Hence only 3 stars!

I've been to many McDonald's branches, but this was by far the most negative experience. Never again.

We visited this McDonald's for the first time today and were quite disappointed. The Big Mac was cold, and after we complained, they assumed we'd ordered an hour ago (it was only 10 minutes). The restaurant manager, as a gesture of goodwill, gave us a freshly prepared burger and an apple turnover as compensation. I usually go there during my train transfers. I ordered a cappuccino, but they just gave me a regular coffee. I only realized it on the train. This is not the first time they messed up my order almost every time I go there. Disgraceful treatment of paying guests. Even though I consumed, I was charged €1 for using the toilet. This is not only unfriendly to customers, but also extremely questionable from a legal point of view. According to current case law, the use of toilets is part of the so-called “auxiliary service” and may not be charged separately for guests. Such behavior scares guests away and just comes across as greedy. I definitely won't be coming back - and I can only advise everyone to avoid places that treat their guests like this.

I just grabbed something for breakfast. 12 mini pancakes, a French roll and a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon. There's nothing to say about the pancakes, it was fine. The Franzbrötchen was also quite okay. The wrap, on the other hand... If I order a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon, I expect scrambled eggs and not a wrap with lettuce, bacon and no scrambled eggs. This was the first time I got breakfast from McDonald's and I'm really disappointed.

I go there often to grab something quick to eat after work or school. I'm happy with it myself, but I always notice that when I get something in the evening after my late shift and add extras like jalapeños or something else (unfortunately I'm a picky eater, I'd like it to be easier if I could) it's just slapped down without taking into consideration that someone else has to eat it. I have to say it's a shame because it's the only McDonald's or fast food shop at the train station that's still open at that time, and some people have no choice but to get something to eat there. Update: I was there again today after work, the order was generally ok but unfortunately they still don't pay any attention to how it is packed. It's a shame that just makes it very unattractive to eat there.
