If you're a little hungry, this was a good, inexpensive and nearby restaurant.

Spacious and clean, lots of places to charge your phone. But seems coffee is more expensive

Disgusting hygiene of the toilets. Always dirty, at any time of the day

So I don't think it's necessary to say that it's not exactly the healthiest food, but when it comes to taste and speed, McDonald's is still second to none. And as far as the prices are concerned, I think they're pretty fair for today's times. I personally recommend the Mc Smart menu, with two cheeseburgers, fries and cola, or if you like, Fanta or Sprite for only €5.99👍

The food was good as expected. The McDonalds is 2 floors, so there is plenty of space to sit. It just took a long time for our food to be ready.

The food here is good for both breakfast and regular McDonald's. Service was very nice to me and also brought the food to my seat. Unfortunately, the ambience leaves a lot to be desired and the toilets are on the 1st floor and can only be reached via the stairs. This is a problem for people who come from the train station with a suitcase or something similar. Personally, I was only here to pass the time because I had to change trains in Ulm. Otherwise he's pretty good

What a joke. Two days in a week I have used the kiosk to order my items and both times the order has disappeared off the screen along with others and no items were received. When I approached the counter I was told just to wait before I could even speak. I waited 20 mins then approached again just to be told to wait. I ended up leaving with no food or refund as I had to make my train so couldnt wait any longer. No accountability for making people wait and not even ask why they have approached in the first place. Absolute joke.

The employees are completely overwhelmed and can't get anything done... the shop is always dirty (tables and chairs...) and the tray trolleys are always full to the brim so you can't put your tray away... if you order a menu there you have to Wait up to 15 minutes for it to arrive... it's definitely no longer a fast restaurant!

Lousy shop. When you order you are told that milkshakes are only available in reusable cups, so you pay the extra €2, and when you pick them up you are told that there are none because the machine is broken again. And then you are fobbed off with a cola. This way you can also increase sales. I advise everyone not to go to this branch.

“Food” was ready quickly. That's it for the positive. Taste 2/10 and on the subject of looks it would be shitty to brag about. Price-performance is a disgrace for just under 3 for a chicken burger that looks like the trainee sat on it for half an hour to keep it warm. The fries were limp as always. As a reference, this shop can only show a poor record. I can't recommend it in good conscience.

The food was okay. But they sure took a lot of time for it. If you plan to eat something during your transfer in Ulm hbf, make sure you have more than 30 minutes!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to was a trick hole, unfriendly, there was no space downstairs and it was blocked off at the top then they were supposed to say straight away that you can only take away.

We came here on a Monday at 8pm. We also saw from a distance that the chairs were already on the tables on the upper floor. This area is often cordoned off by employees 2-3 hours before closing. Not as expected, things were the same again that day. At around 8:30 p.m. they also put up the chairs at other tables on the ground floor. Even though they don't close until 11 p.m., I find this approach extremely strange. This McDonald's has always been problematic, even in the makeshift container on Hirschstrasse. Apparently not much has changed in the work ethic of the team there. For me it was and still is the McDonalds on Blaubeurer str. the number one in Ulm.

Disgusting place, a lot of hobos there, it’s stinks like hobos living inside, I’m not against hobos but this smell… Now regarding food: french fries was raw and too oily, cheeseburger was too dry and taste like paper, chicken burger was better, so, newer again

We were at the branch for breakfast. Orders were placed at the table via the app. The croissant we ordered was no longer in stock so we were offered a Franzbrötchen. Food was good. The rooms and toilets were very clean, I have never had such a clean toilet in a McDonalds.

The food tasted good (you always have certain after-effects after McDonalds.) Nice shop, just a bit dirty on the floor and tables.

Employees can hardly speak German, which makes ordering complicated. Because of the language barrier, you constantly get the wrong products. Send your employees to the damn German course

I was cheated on with the food twice in a row and didn't get everything I ordered and paid for. The staff doesn't even put the food out even if you're standing at the front because they think you ate it in less than 1 minute at the counter in front of them or something else! So I can NOT recommend!!

Very nice there, occasionally go there with the little one. Well suited as a quick meal between meals. Food doesn't taste as good as it used to. Hard to eat cold, it's better to eat straight away and not take it with you. Have fun and enjoy your meal

Wrong order! Big citizens upside down and the Lego system ignored! Little citizens barely packed! In the end I will never eat here again!

No longer affordable without vouchers. Nowadays you should think twice about what you eat and where. Apart from water and coffee, I don't trust anything (I'm not only suspicious of McD, I'm even afraid of McD milk because it's specially packaged in a McCafé tetra pack. Don't trust big corporations!)

Ordering at the counter wasn't easy, language difficulties!

I ate breakfast before 8:00 am. Place is not crowded and the service personnel is friendly. One can also request that your food be brought to an allocated table. This option is good to have of the customer's hands are full or tied up or if you're disabled.

Food isn't always good, the breakfast looks nicer in advertising than in reality, as I experienced it once (2022). .. unfortunately I felt pretty sick after eating... it's best not to do it again... If you want your drink without ice, you put ice in it because there are employees who understand German very poorly...

Unfortunately I have to agree with the many negative reviews regarding cleanliness. You won't find paper towels in the toilets. The friendliness of the staff also didn't deserve more than 2 stars. The coffee wasn't worth the money either. What positive things can I say? I can't think of anything with the best will in the world

Have eaten here several times. This is the most crowded branch ever. The tables are not clean. Trays are on the tables. The clearing carts are full and are not emptied. On my last visit, the paper towels in the women's room were empty. Despite informing the staff, it was not refilled. The food was only lukewarm. I also had to wait a long time for the food. In the evenings there is a bunch of rabble hanging around the toilet area selling something. Never again!

This branch of McDonald's is the dirtiest you can find in Ulm, Neu-Ulm. The tray trolleys are actually always full. The tables are mostly dirty and sticky. In the late evening hours there are rabble hanging around in the toilets who are probably dealing with something there. You wait forever for ordered goods. When you finally get the food it is only lukewarm or cold.

We had a good experience although the food was very disappointing. The fries we ordered were super dry and old. They are only supposed to lay out in 7 minutes before being served but we could clearly tell they did far from live up to Mc Donald’s quality requirement. (My dad used to work at Mc Donalds so I would know) But the vegetarian nuggets were surprisingly good. Not my best Mc Donald’s experience!

Really good and especially close to the main station a good place for a short stay. As always, the toilets could be kept clean even better, even if the variant with the receipt code has already helped.

Exceeds expectations for fast food / McDonald’s. Close to HBF. Salad was good. Food in general was good. Four ordering screens. Fast service. Newer interior. Nice bathrooms. Food was fresh. Good price performance ratio. It’s a McDonald’s, what do you people expect with the customers inside and the low salaried workers? Just get in and get out.

We ordered ice coffee with caramel and we got it without caramel. My daughter ordered chocolate ice cream and got vanilla chocolate. 🙁🙁🙁

Wanted regular nuggets. Got McPlant. I saw I accidentally pressed McPlant. I came back from the train, showed the note (nuggets NOT bitten and sauces still closed) and then they told me it wasn't possible. Dear McDonalds team, Why can't you add an extra "side" to the system or remove McPlant completely and only put it in the Plant side? These nuggets are as hard as concrete and taste like cardboard!!! For the 3rd time I accidentally spent 6.99 on this stuff!!!!

I go there often to grab something quick to eat after work or school. I'm happy with it myself, but I always notice that when I get something in the evening after my late shift and add extras like jalapeños or something else (unfortunately I'm a picky eater, I'd like it to be easier if I could) it's just slapped on without Taking into account that someone else has to eat it. I have to say it's a shame because it's the only McDonald's or fast food shop at the train station that's still open at that time, and some people have no choice but to get something to eat there.

The place is located next to the railway station. Convenient location. The work schedule is also up to date, but as for me, it’s not enough. If you need to wait for the train and grab something to eat for a small fee, then this place is perfect for you!

I was there at about 8 pm today. The girl cashier was very rude.We asked her politely for a sachet of ketchup and she just gave us a look and threw the ketchup on our tray. There was no hello ,please, or thank you. Very poor customer service.

Napkins were repeatedly forgotten when ordering a double meal. In view of the onward journey on the train (without napkins) it was annoying.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review because the service was extremely unsatisfactory. Firstly, the waiting time was 30 minutes, which is not at all consistent with the concept of "fast food". As a result, I almost missed my train to Switzerland and had to forego half of my order in order to arrive on time. So I spent a lot of money on a ticket that might have expired and didn't receive half of my paid order. Particularly disappointing was the work of the older woman with short hair who failed to put together an order consisting of 2 hot chocolates, 1 burger, 1 wrap and a portion of breakfast McMuffins in half an hour. Other employees can complete an order in a minute. Finally, after the long wait, I received an incomplete order and the bag it was given out in was greasy and without napkins. I hope that measures will be taken to improve the service and avoid such situations in the future.

Early in the morning when there is no mess in the McDonalds, things are forgotten, you are treated like air by the waitress, if you ask something they just run away and continue working, then you wait forever to get the rest of your order. The whole thing felt like there were 5 people in the store.

The food and furnishings are MC Donald's But very dirty and at 8 in the morning Mango...WC is one floor higher where you need a code...unfortunately it is not written down below.. Was in this branch for the last time today. Either something is missing from the order or is incorrect, a gift of your choice with the Happy Meal is never asked, so why is this option available when ordering online? Ordered a Happy Meal for €5.99. Gave the lady at the checkout €12 and would have gotten €6.01 back. She gave me €1.01, then I said that the €5 note was still missing. She didn't understand, the gentleman next to her also had a brief mistake in his thinking. She then gave me my money. When I looked at the receipt I saw that she had only entered 7 euros instead of 12. Instead of putting the money directly into the cash register, it might be appropriate to put it aside first so that something like this doesn't happen. That's what I was taught in my apprenticeship 18 years ago. The team should urgently be trained in this. The fact that all the teenagers see it as a meeting place without buying anything is also very annoying and I've never seen it like that anywhere. Everything clean and in order. This restaurant is actually very good. McDonalds is always cleaner and better than BurgerKing. I'm sorry, but no matter which BurgerKing I go to, all I see is dirt. Mcdonalds is always clean and the service is always respectful. Keep it up, that's how it has to be. But I still gave it three stars because of the young people. I don't think McDonald's is that great in general, but this McDonald's is actually pretty cool. I haven't been there for a long time, but the last time I was there it was pretty good. The service is actually quite ok and does its job. That Eating is so well. But what surprises me is that the ice cream machine here has never been broken😀. I sometimes go here during my lunch break just to chill out. There's a big place right in front of the McDonald's where most strange people chill out in the evenings, but they do Actually nothing. Otherwise this McDonald is quite ok. 3⭐️ from me🤝🏻

Today I ordered a menu with a Big Tasty Bacon without tomatoes, it said so on the packaging, tomatoes were still on it, I told the employee, I received another Big Tasty Bacon with tomatoes, I told the same employee again, I did then got the first Big Tasty Bacon, which was under the heat lamp, with the sticker on the packaging from the first burger, which always says the time on it. I don't have to say anything about the employee's unfriendliness and annoyed facial expression...

Order was not taken into account with extra request for sugar and milk. The service car overflowed and none of the employees checked in time. Overall impression bad and I will never go there again
