Shockingly bad McDonald's. The food is significantly worse than at other Mäggis restaurants.

OK, taking orders via app and heating food wasn't a problem. All branches should be able to do that. But I find it cheeky that, as a customer, I have to pay for the restroom. Unfortunately, the employee wasn't able to explain whether, if you pay for the restroom on the first floor before (!) ordering food on the ground floor, you can deduct a partial amount from your order. Guys, we're at the main train station. What are people looking for after a quick snack...?

Be careful when visiting this McDonald's. This McDonald's charges for using the restrooms, even if you've eaten there. I can't recommend this McDonald's. Service can be better.

Very disappointing! I ordered fries and expected a regular portion for that price – but the package was almost empty (see photo). Charging so much for so little is unacceptable. That shouldn't happen at a large chain like McDonald's.

This Mcdonald was very good. The service was pretty fast for how busy it was. The only downside was the wait for odering. Other than that amazing experience.

The McDonald's at Ulm Central Station is, of course, very busy due to its location. The clientele is accordingly large. But I was still hungry, so I stopped by for a visit. According to the cleaning schedule, no one has been there all day. And I'm supposed to pay a euro each to wash my hands before and after eating—without soap, mind you. My order came quickly, and the burgers were fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, I got a Diet Coke instead of a classic, but it was replaced without any problems. Of course, the customer service here is high, but a large corporation like McDonald's should also pay attention to the little things.

The Big Mac was cold, and after we complained, they assumed we'd ordered an hour ago (it was only 10 minutes). I usually go there during my train transfers. I ordered a cappuccino, but they just gave me a regular coffee. I only realized it on the train. This is not the first time they messed up my order almost every time I go there. Disgraceful treatment of paying guests. Even though I consumed, I was charged €1 for using the toilet. This is not only unfriendly to customers, but also extremely questionable from a legal point of view. According to current case law, the use of toilets is part of the so-called “auxiliary service” and may not be charged separately for guests. Such behavior scares guests away and just comes across as greedy. I definitely won't be coming back - and I can only advise everyone to avoid places that treat their guests like this.

I just grabbed something for breakfast. 12 mini pancakes, a French roll and a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon. There's nothing to say about the pancakes, it was fine. The Franzbrötchen was also quite okay. The wrap, on the other hand... If I order a wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon, I expect scrambled eggs and not a wrap with lettuce, bacon and no scrambled eggs.
