Overall like all other MCDONALD'S, same prices and same quality. Anyone who still has the McDonald's app can use it to collect points and regularly receive coupons for menu items and extra points. There is also a McDonald's Drive where you can order and pick up from your car.

The food is as you would expect from MCDONALDS, but what is increasingly noticeable is that orders are often missing from the bags at the drive-in counter. Ordered with Uber today and the fries we ordered were missing from the total order. When I wanted to complain about it at MCDONALDS at Heilbrunnen, The person who took the call quickly brushed me off and hung up. When I called again I immediately asked for the manager. This lady then took care of my problem, I should contact her at the next visit and we will then receive compensation. The question is who will remember 🤔 McDonald's Germany won't be happy about bad recessions...

We come here often and the food is just like you would expect from McDonald's... everyone has their own opinion about it. But what has really stood out over the last few weeks is the employee who hisses through the rows...cleans and wipes...puts the tablets away and brings the food to the table. This McDonalds in Reutlingen is a complete disaster, a long waiting time in the McDrive (20 minutes) with hardly any cars (4 of them), then 4 more things are forgotten (2x cheeseburgers and 2x toys in the HappyMeal. When I was told what was missing there was no apology and the employee there only packed 1x toy again.. Food was already cold.. Conclusion: The worst McDonalds I've ever been in... Bad service and even worse employees..

Typically McDonald's, parking for disabled people is a problem as it is often not possible! Unauthorized people park inconsiderately and some would even prefer to park in the restaurant! It's starting to be interesting what kind of people have gotten a driver's license...

My strawberry cake was totally dried out, the MC Sundae was partly runny and partly lumpy but still edible. I presented the cake to the shift manager.
